Hey, here's the new chapter everyone. We're getting close to the end for this story here, then after I can start the sequel next.

Any way, there won't be any chapter updates next week or for the end of June. Reason I'm telling my readers this, is because I'm going camping next week with my family. The next chapter update probably won't be till at least July. So, I hope you my readers and others who are reading my stories can wait a little longer for the next chapter update.

It seems my own theory of ADAM addiction has proven to be correct. The more ADAM a person or animal takes in, the more the addiction becomes stronger and harder to deal with. Not only does the addiction for ADAM become stronger, it begins to destroy the sanity and body of that person. First the body begins to feel the effects of ADAM addiction start on a cellular or emotional level where the body begins to feel a craving or hunger for more ADAM to sustain itself for long periods of time, however should the body not get the ADAM the hunger requires than that person's hunger and sanity begin to feed on itself. The body will begin to feed on itself if there's no ADAM around and then that body will begin the stages of disfigurement almost turning them into monsters of sorts. Second is the sanity and personality of the effects of what ADAM does, the personality will begin to play tricks or change them from an everyday nice person to somebody completely different from whom they were before. Like they could be very a nice person and be turned into a complete insane and crazy serial killer, this change in personality and sanity is almost terrifying even for me as a Geneticist and Engineer. The other side effect for personality and sanity is seeing things that aren't there or real. Such as talking to somebody who isn't there or seeing things like ghosts, demons, or dead relatives. Memories are other issue to the ADAM sickness; the memories can start fading from the persons mind or thoughts slowly, but will surely put an everlasting effect on that person's attitude, sanity, and life style. Memories can also be sadly altered or changed from the effects of ADAM as well. If ADAM addiction is this strong then Rapture could have a breakout of ADAM addiction and deaths. Through the use of Plasmids I could be able to create a cure for ADAM addiction and its effects on the mind and body, however though ADAM is new down here in Rapture. Everybody wants it, everybody needs it. It will be hard to convince the other Scientists, Doctors, Geneticists, and others in Rapture to my idea of a cure for ADAM addiction and sickness, but I need to do it in order to prevent as many deaths from happening from this ADAM addiction. Till then I'll continue to study ADAM while also creating a cure for ADAM addiction and its sickness. I can only hope that ADAM doesn't destroy Rapture and her people. I can only hope it doesn't come true.
