Hanabi watched her sister sleep as she activated her kei kei genkai. Kiba, shino and akamaru sat in the corner waiting on her. Sasuke stood in the doorway with his arms crossed and his eyes closed.

"Uchiha. We need to talk." Neji growled

"hn." Sasuke grunted and reluctantly followed. His eyes never left his wife's sleeping form.

Akira followed sasuke while nagisa stood by her lady's side.

Hanabi's eyes went wide as she got a closer look at the tiny child inside her sisters stomach. It wasn't one but two! Her sister was having twins! No wonder she seemed so exhausted.

"what is it hanabi?" kiba asked

"...she's having twins..."

"twins!" shino and kiba exclaimed

"sssh! Be quiet or you'll wake her!" hanabi warned.

Meanwhile neji glared sasuke down. Sasuke however wasn't fazed.

"say what you want so I can get back to my wife."

"your wife! Your wife! Look I don't know what genjutsu you used on hinata Sama, but I assure when I find out I am going to kill you, you will never be worthy of her! do you understand me." Neji growled

Sasuke grinned and said "your right hyuga. I am not worthy of her. She's too good. Too kind. Too beautiful and Too strong but hinata… hinata doesn't care. I am more then enough for her and that's all that matters and as for you killing me I would like to see you try because Hinata would never forgive you and you know it. So, shut up with the threats. Now if you want to see her, I suggest you do it quietly. "

With that said, sasuke went back inside the room and left Neji in the hall in thought.

Uchiha bastard

Naruto sat on the hokage mountain, all his emotions were overwhelming him and he didn't know what to do.

Sasuke, that baka. He had always gotten everything that Naruto wanted. The attention, the respect...the girl. And then as time moved on and things changed Naruto was on the greener side for once. He was getting the attention, the respect and when he had the girl…he lost her. well in truth he rejected her. the one girl that actually liked no loved him had fallen into the arms of sasuke Uchiha and the one girl that Naruto did like was still pining after sasuke Uchiha.

What am going to do? how could he have married her! hinata! No... no something had to be done. He could change this...he needed to talk with hinata...

Sakura hesitated as she stood in the doorway of the restaurant. The whole gang was supposed to be gathered here. But could she really face them? And after ino and ten ten's confrontation what was she supposed to say? How was she supposed to show her face? Everyone knew about her love for sasuke so how she just walks in like normal?

"sakura Chan?" a voiced called

Sakura turned as she came face to face with rock lee.

"oh...lee. hey"

"are you going in?" he questioned

"um...I guess so."

"sakura Chan…I know this must be hard for you." He empathized

"what do you know lee? How could you possible understand?" she asked angerly

Lee turned from her and said "I know what its like to love someone and not have them love you back. I know what it feels like to have someone throw your heart in the trash can after you've made it known… but even after all this time. ...I still love her."

Sakura eyes widened.

"who? Who was she…?" sakura asked with a sense of dread

Lee looked and smiled sadly "you."

Hinata handed her guest their tea as she sat back down. Sasuke wouldn't allow her to do anything else, especially now that they were having twins. She wasn't too surprised; twins ran in the family.

"…I know this must be a shock to you all..." she spoke as she broke the uncomfortable silence.

Kiba, shino, neji and hanabi sat on one side as onoki, kyouki, sasuke, hinata and suno.

"your damn right it's shock...you left us hinata...!" kiba growled.

"watch your mouth inuzuka." Sasuke hissed

"don't tell me- "

"enough!" hinata scolded. "fighting amongst yourselves will not help me! Matter of fact anyone who is not apart of team 8 needs to step out…just give us a sometime to sort things out. Neji and hanabi ill talk with you both as soon as I'm done here."

Everyone who was asked to left the room except for sasuke.

"Sasu… kun." Hinata pleaded as she looked up at her husband. She knew he didn't want to leave her side, but she had to do this.

"hn. One hour. And one hour only. Do not stress my wife out." He hissed as he looked at kiba.

Kiba waited until sasuke was out the room before he spoke again.

"how could you just leave hinata? I don't get it… I just don't get it. Its as if things are bad enough with everyone recuperating and trying to get their lives back togather and then you disappear on us. I just don't understand."

Hinata let out a small sad chuckle.

"and you won't ever understand kiba kun. Your clan...your politics are different. The inuzuka clan is small and ran by your mother. You don't have to worry about elders getting in the way. And if I did tell you...would you have really understood? Or would you have tried to keep me here?"

Kiba didn't answer because he knew it was true. He would have tried to stop her.

Hinata then turned to shino.

"shino kun…you've been quiet."

"I just hate how you doubt our care for you hinata. You could have a t least told us goodbye. Instead we spent months thinking you were dead… or a traitor." He told her

"I won't apologize for my actions. I did what I had to do… all I can say is that you guys will be my team no matter what and I want you both involved as much as you want to be…"

"well at least tell me you leaving was worth it. does the Uchiha treat you right..." kiba asked

"he treats me wonderfully and yes leaving was worth it. I found some secrets my mother had been hiding."

"like those tigers that follow you around?" shino questioned.

"yes. They are apart of a small but growing summoning clan. My mother was born in the land of stone… you both should come to visit soon! You would love it!"

Hinata's excitement quickly dissolved as she saw the look on her teammates faces.

"what? What is it?" she asked

"why haven't you asked about Kureni sensei hinata?" shino asked

Hinata sighed.

"Kureni sensei was one of the anbu put on watch to guard sasuke. She may not have known it but I sensed her chakra. And I know she is disappointed. Its why she nor I haven't said anything to each other yet. Kureni sensei practically raised me after my father disowned me. So in her eyes...I'm a daughter who ran away without talking to her. She's confused and disappointed and won't try to convince her otherwise."

Kiba was going to say something but the door slid open and hanabi and neji walked in.

"you two can't hog her forever." Neji scolded

"what! She's our teammate!" kiba yelled

"and she's my sister!" neji argued back.

While kiba and neji went back and forth

Hanabi rested a hand on her elder sisters' belly.

"...have they kicked yet big sister?"

Hinata giggled.

"not yet hanabi. But they will soon."

"I miss you…" hanabi said softly

"...I miss you too. But your safer this way. And look at you and neji…I'm so proud of you both."

The door once again opened and sasuke stepped in.

"the old man and kyouki say we have to get some fresh air. They want us to join them for dinner. All of them." He announced in annoyance.

"alright food! He's paying right!" kiba cheered.

"pay your own way." Sasuke growled as he and hanabi helped hinata up.

"yes I am paying!" onoki shouted fromthe living room.

"great! Let's go! Hinata ill carry you!" kiba shouted as he picked up his former teammate.

"put her down!" sasuke, hanabi and neji warned

However, kiba laughed and sprinted away with hinata on his back. Nagisa and akira were right by his side.

"mistress are you alright?" nagisa asked

All hinata could do was laugh. She really did miss her team.

They quickly came to a stop in front of the BBQ restaurant.

"you good hina?" kiba asked as he helped her down. He didn't let go.

"I'm good kiba kun. I missed you. I really did."

Kiba pulled hinata into a bear hug.

"I missed you more. I'm sorry for being a jerk"

"..its ok. I know you were just upset." She told him

"inuzuka!" three very angry voices yelled

Naruto watched as kiba was yelled at by neji, sasuke and hanabi. That left an opening.

Now's my chance.

He created a barrage of shadow clones and in the blink of an eye he rushed to grab hinata.

Hinata felt herself being lifted and carried while she watched her confused family and friends get attacked by orange shadow clones.

Naruto… of course. Why was she not surprised.

"hinata!" she heard her team yell.

Sasuke however was in the air on goruda before anyone could act.

"Naruto put my wife down!" he yelled as he got a Chidori ready.

Kiba watched from the ground as Naruto basically kidnapped hinata.

"crap! Neji! Sasuke will do some real damage if Naruto doesn't let hinata go!"

"I know! Go get everyone else! They're inside the restaurant!" neji yelled as he began to chase the flying trio.

Ino was surprised when sakura and lee sat down togather.

What happened between those two?

However, before she could ask kiba burst in.

"great you guys are here! You gotta help, Naruto kidnapped hinata and sasuke will destroy the village if he doesn't let her go!"

"What!" shikamaru yelled "crap lets go! This has gone far enough."

With that said the whole Konoha eleven gathered togather despite their differences to help their two estranged teammates.

This is troublesome. shikamaru thought.
