Now the RS Device saga is about to conclude, just two chapters away from completion. Let's see if King Dark can really use it to defeat the Riders, or if they can overcome his schemes. This is gonna be fun. Disclaimer: I don't own Kamen Rider, Angel Beats, or any other referenced media.

Chapter 34: At Last! The RS Device!
In a hotel in Hong Kong, a strange wind was blowing through the window, waking up the middle-aged man sleeping inside. As he got up to close the window, the lights started to flicker eerily. A tiger humanoid dressed in a toga suddenly appeared. "Doctor Amamiya, I presume? I am Tiger Nero of GOD's Villain Army!" He immediately went to attack the doctor then and there.
Meanwhile inside Deep Blue, Keitaro had finished scanning all the blueprints they had collected so far. 'That should be enough to recreate them. We just need a good look at the final piece of the blueprints. Now even if GOD does get their hands on the blueprints and creates the RS Device for evil, we can simply destroy it and build one that can be used to bring Nanbara's dream to reality.' "And not a moment too soon," Yuzuru said, "Naofumi just a private telegram to the coffee shop."
He held up the telegram. "Someone called Amamiya apparently has the final blueprint piece, and he's flying into Haneda today. He's coming in with a red attache case." 'Then you should go out and meet him,' Keitaro decided, 'But be cautious. We don't know if GOD got to this Amamiya first. This may be another trick to try and steal our blueprint pieces.' He remotely opened the vault with the blueprints. 'Go ahead and take them. Now that we have them copied they are no longer needed.'
Sure enough, a man with a red attache case came out of the airport, meeting with Yuzuru just outside. "Mister Amamiya?" The man nodded. "Yes. We should get moving, I think someone may be watching us." "Probably," Yuzuru said, "We have our own team on standby, but the enemy could also be watching. Let's hurry." Amamiya nodded. They hurried into Yuzuru's jeep, as he noted several men rushing into a car. As he suspected, they were following him.
A huge truck got in the way and started dropping off Warfare Agents. The other Riders quickly rode in to render aid. Amamiya handed Yuzuru the case. "The blueprint is in here." Yuzuru turned around, only to get grabbed by Amamiya, who cackled. Yuzuru rolled his eyes before hitting him with the attache case. That's when Tiger Nero appeared, attacking with his sword. He missed Yuzuru, but stabbed Amamiya. "Your role in this finished! As for you Riders, I am Tiger Nero, the one who inherited the blood of the Roman Tyran Caesar Nero! Now be a good boy and hand over the attache case!"
"What an oxymoron statement," Yuzuru said, "No 'good boy' would hand over a case to an obvious bad guy just because they demanded it." He leapt off onto this bike. "We'll settle this later! There's no time to play right now!" Tiger Nero laughed. "You speak as if the case actually hold the blueprint piece!" Yuzuru looked confused and opened the case, only to get hit by a blast of blue smoke. Tiger Nero was handed another case as Yuzuru started to collapse.
King Dark chuckled. "We finally have Yuzuru Otonashi prisoner! You have truly proven our ace in the hole, Tiger Nero!" "I am humbled by your praise, Milord," Tiger Nero said, "Though I am confused as to why the other Riders escaped immediately." "That is a concern,' King Dark admitted, "But before long it won't matter. What of Amamiya's attache case?" "Right here," Tiger Nero said. He opened the case and found the blueprint piece. "It's actually here."
He laid the piece on King Dark's thumb so he could get a better look. "It's real alright!," King Dark said, "Now we have two pieces. The other seven should be in Yuzuru's possession." "I already did a search of Yuzuru," Tiger Nero said, "He didn't have any of the other blueprint pieces on him. But not to worry, I already have an idea of how we get the remaining pieces." "Then do so!," King Dark said, "Use whatever means you have to!"
"Here's the picture the drone sent of the final blueprint piece," Yurippe said, "We have a rough idea where Yuzuru is now, and enough data of the blueprints to recreate them inside Deep Blue. Taking pictures of the one stolen earlier was a good idea.' That's when the TV came on, showing Tiger Nero. 'To the remaining four Kamen Riders!" He showed a radio tower where Yuzuru was tied up, a noose around his neck. 'One push and your leader hangs,' Tiger Nero warned, 'If you wish to save him, then bring me the remaining seven blueprint pieces. You have one minute to decide.'
"We'll be there in thirty seconds," Yurippe said. 'That was fast,' Tiger Nero said, a little gobsmacked. He turned off the TV. "So he doesn't know that we've already copied the blueprints," Hideki noted. Yurippe nodded. "Otherwise he would never have demanded them. We already expected something like this. So long as we can stop GOD from using the RS Device, Nanbara's last wish can be fulfilled." She got out the blueprint pieces she had.
No sooner did she bring them out, then a couple of Warfare Agents appeared. "We're here to escort you. Follow us." Once they were brought to Tiger Nero, Yurippe threatened to take a light to the blueprint pieces. "Just to make sure you hold up your end of the bargain." "Fair enough," Tiger Nero said, "Untie Yuzuru! Let him come down safely!" An Agent removed the noose as the blueprints were handed to Tiger Nero. He inspected them to make sure they were real and that all seven were present.
"That's all of it," he said, "Execute all of them!" But before the Warfare Agent could slip the noose back on, something slammed into his head. Tiger Nero looked down to see Akira driving in. "You guys should really keep to your deals! Henshin!" "V3!" He leapt into the air as he transformed into Kamen Rider V3. He started taking out the Warfare Agents as the others hurried to get Yuzuru down.
The chains were the hardest part, being made from a special alloy that didn't seem to break. Luckily, V3 was strong enough to break them apart. Tiger Nero quickly raced off with the blueprint pieces. "We can't let them build the RS Device!," Yuzuru called out, "Team! Transform!" "Right!" Their devices activated. "Henshin!" "Dai Setup!" The Riders leapt down and started taking out Warfare Agents. Tiger Nero soon found himself surrounded on all sides. "We'll settle this another time, Riders! Tiger Tornado Hell!" He spun away as a large tornado, escaping the Riders.
"We truly have them all?," King Dark asked, "If this is another trick…" "I made absolutely sure of it," Tiger Nero assured him, "Behold!" He held out the blueprints, and King Dark laughed, standing up straight. "That's excellent work, Tiger Nero! At last, the full RS Device can built by us! Once it's complete, I'll see you promoted to GOD's chief executive!" "I'm honored, Milord," Tiger Nero replied, "I shall being production at once."
'We have our copy of the blueprints completed,' Keitaro said, 'But until we can destroy GOD's copy, we cannot have the RS Device built.' "It'll take them some time to complete," Akira noted, "We need to find their base to stop them." "I was able to plant a tracker on one of their Agents," Yuzuru said, "And it looks like it's still active." Indeed, even as Tiger Nero oversaw the construction of the RS Device, he didn't see one of his Agents with a tracker on his toga.
X was able to track the device using his Ridol as he and the other Riders approached the base. As the Agents installed the core, one of them noticed an unidentified radio wave being detected on the computers. "It's being transmitted from this room." "No one move!," Tiger Nero said. He soon noticed the tracker pinned on one of the Agents. "The Kamen Riders!," he realized, and he mercilessly executed the Agent for not noticing the tracker. He then stomped on the tracker.
The Riders were already close as Tiger Nero had the RS Device brought out to deal with them. "I've been waiting for you, Kamen Riders! Now you will see the true power of the RS Device! It's power can break down matter on a molecular level! Even the mighty H-bomb can't compare to the energy unleashed once it activates! Once the switch is flipped, it can obliterate an entire city! But first I'll have it tested on you six Riders. Control energy output!"
The Agents stated activating the device. The quickly rushed in to stop the device as an Agent went to flip the switch. But once he did, he leapt away as the device exploded, sending Tiger Nero and his Agents flying. Tiger Nero stumbled to his feet. "What just happened!?" The remaining Agent laughed, pulling off his mask to reveal Naofumi. "You miscounted the number of Riders present is what happened! I had infiltrated your lab a while back, just in case you got this far. I also made sure to remove the most vital piece of the blueprints… The power core!"
He quickly took out the Warfare Agents that moved in to take the blueprint piece. "I'm afraid you won't be getting this back! Henshin!" He activated the Typhoon, joining his fellow Riders as Kamen Rider 1. X nodded. "Thanks, 1. Now to de-claw this overgrown cat!" 1, V3, and X teamed up against Tiger Nero as the other four Riders cleaned up the Warfare Agents. "Tiger Tornado Hell!" He tried to smash into them as whirlwind, only for them to leap away.
X leapt back in once Tiger Nero was finished, knocking the monster's sword out of his hand before really laying into him. "Let me show you what happens when I combine all of my friends strength!," X called out. He leapt into the air, coming down with both feet. "Synchro Rider Kick!" He came down with images of his Rider team, which caused Tiger Nero to be hit five times over.
Tiger Nero was sent flying before stumbling to his feet. "But I was going to be chief executive!," he wailed before toppling over, exploding when he hit the ground. That's when King Dark made his appearance. "I'll be taking that last blueprint piece, Kamen Riders! And don't you forget it!" He immediately disappeared. The Riders knew it was just about time for the final battle. And they had never felt more ready.

Yep, we get the final chapter next time. By the way, there are still nine pieces, it's just that Naofumi took one back. That's how I think it happened in canon too, so there was no sudden lost count. Read and review.
