This is a pretty long one so I hope you enjoy it! The hardest part is always trying to come up with villain names and powers.

Chat knocked on Marinette's window as she was making the base for her dress. He barely gave her time to cover it as he stepped inside. He caught a glimpse of baby pink.
"Chat! You can't just barge in, what if you had seen my dress?!"
"Oh come on purrincess there are no secrets between us," he stepped closer, trying to lift the sheet that covered it. She slapped his hand away.
"Oh yes there is, and a very important one at that," she hinted at his identity. He rolled his eyes, hands raised in the air.
She sat on her lounge, rubbing the back of her neck, she was sore from all the work she'd been doing on her dress. Chat noticed and came behind her, kneading her shoulders.
She sighed in relief. "What's been bothering you?" He asked as he rubbed his thumbs into the knotted spots on her shoulders.
Honestly, it was more than just working on her dress for hours on end. "I'm conflicted," she let out a heavy breath. "My friend, Adrien" Chat's ears perked up, his fingers stopping at her words. "He's been getting closer with another girl…" Marinette struggled to get the last part out. "I think it's time I give up on him."
"No!" Marinette was startled as he practically yelled in her ear. He continued, a little quieter. "I'm sure he's just being friendly I mean they fence together but that's it... right? You should spend more time with him," Chat tried to persuade her. It was the truth.
"I guess you're right…" She didn't know why he was trying so hard to convince her to like Adrien. Marinette brushed his hands off her shoulders and stood. She didn't understand why she was hurt.
"I'm tired so I think I'm gonna go to bed," she avoided his gaze, her hand gripping her bicep. He didn't understand what he said wrong. He gave a sad smile.
"Then goodnight princess," he took her hand kissing the inside of her wrist, looking back before he left the way he came in.
Marinette stood in place, heat traveling through her body, her pulse pounding in her ears. She covered her mouth with her hand to stop the lovestruck squeal that was about to come out. How was she going to tell her partner she'd been rejecting for so long now she was in love with him? She took a reassuring breath, fanning her face. She laid in bed, running fingers over the area he kissed. There was no way she was going to sleep now.
Both Marinette and Adrien struggled to focus in class the following Monday. She kept replaying the events of last night, sketching little cat faces on her notebook with a smile. Adrien, on the other hand, was thinking of ways to convince Marinette he and Kagami were just friends.
Class ended and Marinette was one of the first to leave. She wanted to work on her dress more to take her mind off everything. Adrien followed after, trying to catch up to her. Luka stopped her as she was coming out of the door.
"Marinette!" he smiled and she stepped out of the way of the door. Adrien watched as he walked past, he knew this time he couldn't butt in. He walked as slowly as possible.
"What's up Luka?"
"I was wondering if you wanted to maybe hang out," he eyed Adrien who quickly turned around as if he wasn't listening. "Just the two of us."
"Actually, I was really hoping to work on my dress for the dance… maybe next time?" She gave an apologetic smile.
"It's okay! Don't work too hard," Marinette smiled brightly, waving as she started towards the door.
Adrien had just stepped outside the school doors when Marinette caught up to him. He grinned. "Hi, Mari."
"H-hi," the nickname threw her off guard.
"I know you're really busy but I'm getting fitted for a suit and I wanted your opinion," her eyes widened. The Adrien Agreste wanted her opinion.
"Uh," she felt bad if she said yes right after she turned down Luka.
"It'll be really quick," he flashed his signature smile.
She caved, "I'd love to." She couldn't pass up the chance to see Gabriel Agreste's designs for the dance.
They sat at her desk, flipping through styles his father had chosen. Marinette became serious, focused on the outfits. She muttered things as she flipped from page to page.
"I think if you take this shirt from this design and the suit from this one it would look best," she stated, eyes never leaving the page. "Oh! And with these shoes."
"Thanks, Marinette, I'll make sure to show my father, I'm sure he'll agree," He pulled out his phone, wrapping an arm around her shoulder and pulling her close. He snapped a picture.
"What was that for?" She asked, not that she was complaining.
"I just felt like we never had any pictures together even though we've hung out before. I wanted to remember this moment," he said with a soft smile. He was true to his word on how quick the interaction would be. He felt with a wave and a quick goodbye.
"Wai-" before she could finish he was gone. She chuckled, he was getting more confusing by the day. She realized that it was getting easier to talk to him. She wasn't stumbling her words anymore or blushing, at least not as much. Maybe she was getting more comfortable around him. A sadder thought crept to mind, maybe she was falling out of love with him. She shook her head and got to work. She was unaware of Adrien posting the picture for all their friends to see as her phone was on silent as she worked.
Luka stared at the picture of Adrien and Marinette. Why had she lied to him? She could have just told him if she was hanging out with him. He was tired of being the second choice all the time. An akuma fluttered in, landing on his phone. He transformed, the akuma taking over as Hawkmoth spoke to him.
He rushed towards Marinette's house. He would have her love for himself even if he had to do it by force.
Adrien was barely out of the door when he saw someone running on the rooftops. He watched confusedly as they drew closer. His eyes widened when he recognized who it was. Luka burst through Marinette's window and she screamed. Adrien transformed and rushed back into the house, running past her parents who were looking up the stairs worriedly.
He burst into her room, the akumatized Luka was holding a terrified Marinette. "I am Luvstruck and you will be mine." Chat hit the villain with his baton and snatched Marinette from his grasp. He dashed from the room, carrying Marinette bridal style.
If the villain was after her he had to get her to a more secluded area. He tried calling Ladybug, but there was no answer. Marinette held onto Chat Noir tightly as he jumped from rooftop to rooftop. She had to get away and transform. If only she knew what the cause of Luka's akumatization was then she could have a better idea of his powers.
Chat's body began to glow they looked at each other confused and he disappeared fully, replaced with Luvstruck. Marinette gasped as he looked down at her with a grin.
"No one will take you away from me, especially not Adrien." everything started to click in Marinette's head.
"O-okay," she had to come up with a plan to get away. "Can we please stop? I'm afraid of heights!" she clung to him tightly, surprising him. He slowed down, jumping into an alley. He set her on her feet, looking deep into her eyes.
"What happened Luka?" He ignored her, looking around for Ladybug and Chat Noir.
"Don't move." He threatened her with his weapon to her throat. Marinette backed up to the wall. There was a door behind her leading into the butcher. It only opened from the inside. She cursed, knocking on the door quietly hoping to get someone's attention. Luvstruck was back on the roof, surveying the area, still facing her.
Someone pushed the door open slightly and she whispered, "there's a villain, please hold the door open." The man held it as she watched the villain, he turned his back for one second and she dashed inside.
Marinette took her first full breath of air since he broke through her window. She thanked the man before running off, she had to help Chat Noir.
Chat was following her scent a few blocks away. He saw Luvstuck standing on the roof. He growled, propelling himself into the air above the villain, crash landing on top of him.
"Where is she?!" Chat yelled, slamming his baton into the ground, just missing his head. The villain kicked him off, checking to see if she was still where he had left her. She was gone, he looked in all directions.
"You already got your paws on her?" Luvstruck yelled at her absence, charging Chat, kicking him square in the chest and sending him flying.
Ladybug arrived, crouching down next to her partner. She helped him up. "Please, find Marinette," Chat begged, never taking his eyes off Luvstruck.
"I'm sure she's fine Chat we need to take care of the akuma first," Ladybug tried to reason with him.
"She's not fine!" Chat ran off once again, using his baton as a weapon. The villain parried it with his weapon. Ladybug didn't understand, she didn't see how scared Marinette was.
Ladybug tried to help, shooting her yo-yo at the villain, it wrapped around him but he hit a button on his phone, switching positions with Chat once again.
The villain tried to hit Chat Noir while he was tangled up and Ladybug pulled him towards her, toppling them both over. Chat got free of the yo-yo and snarled at Luvstruck.
"If you really loved Marinette you would let her decide who she wants to be with!" Chat yelled. Ladybug had never seen him so angry.
Luvstruck scoffed, "if I'm not her first choice then what's the point!" Ladybug used her lucky charm, they were getting nowhere.
Chat attacked again, baton at the ready. Ladybug stood in his place and it was too late for Chat to stop in midair. He came crashing down. She just barely dodged, catching the lucky charm.
A phone landed in her hands. She looked at it confused. Ladybug looked around for any ideas. The thought struck her.
"Chat the akuma is in his phone!" she yelled. Chat smirked, sending a roundhouse kick towards Luvstruck's face, he then used his baton behind his back to knock the phone from his hand.
The phone fell from his hands and they all dashed for it. Chat and Ladybug bumped into each other and toppled over past the phone. Luvstruck grabbed the phone chuckling.
He looked at it and blanched. Ladybug held his real phone and snapped it. As she was flying over, she switched them in the commotion. The akuma flew out and she cleansed it. He transformed back and sat on the rooftop in a daze.
Chat looked around worriedly, "Where's Marinette?" Ladybug snuck away as her transformation was fading. Chat was still calling out for her. She ran around the building to the opposite side Ladybug had left and yelled up at him.
He looked over the ledge and used his baton as a fireman's pole. He hugged her tightly. She hugged him back. He was squeezing her so tight it was hard to breathe. He nuzzled into her neck and sniffled. She rubbed his back, trying to comfort him. She had never seen him so distraught.
"Chat I'm okay…" Marinette tried to reassure him.
"I know… I know but I was so worried," he cradled her head, holding onto her for dear life. It was all his fault she was almost hurt.
He finally let go of her, eyes watery and his expression tugged at her heartstrings. He took her home, carefully setting her back on her balcony. He held her hand, not wanting to let go. She squeezed it, smiling up at him.
"You know you can come to see me anytime you want, kitty," he nodded, he knew he had to leave. He just wished there could finally come a time where he didn't have to.
