"Hokage-sama, what is your command?" Emma asked as she stood in the secret chamber inside the Yamanaka castle of Winterfall

Hiruzen was sitting in his office as he took in the information provided to him. Brynhildr was asking him to put his subordinate's life on the line for the reward of getting the blue prints for Incursio.

It was a very attractive reward that could increase the strength of his ninja but Hiruzen was never one to force his men to act on missions like these.

"I will leave the choice to you Emma. What do you want to do? You are a smart child and understand the pros and cons of the situation."

Emma felt touched by her leaders words, he was one of the people that she respected for the power and knowledge held in their hands.

"I want to do it. If it means that we can get our hands on the armor blue prints."

"Do you need anything or any support?"

"No, I am good enough for this mission. Please wait until completion to categorize it." Emma replied

"I trust your skills Emma so come back safely. May the Sage's blessing be up on you." Hiruzen muttered before the connection was cut

Emma stared at the images of the Hokage before staring at Minato, her first love that could never be because she lost to that red head.

'This would never have happened if you had chosen me.' Emma thought coldly as nothing but disappointment was left in her cold heart for Minato

Without any delay, Emma got to work at exceptional speed and read through the documents provided by her team.

She went through them and plotted her next actions. By night time, she was within the chambers of Doto where the man was fast asleep with three women sharing his bed.

'Not to so weak after all.' Emma thought as she could see that the women were shinobi from the Land of Hot springs

The data seemed to have been made by an amateur not taking into account these kinds of activities. Normal men couldn't survive a night with these succubae.

Looking around the room she found nothing out of the ordinary as she stuck to the shadows moving like a ghost as she had used the psychic ghost jutsu.

Her soul had left her body behind and she was in her most powerful form unhindered by her mortal flesh but it had a time limit since she couldn't exist without her body and it would die if she didn't get back within 6 hours.

Flying around with ease and going through everything, Emma appeared beneath Doto and touched his mind since soul reading was still a theoretical skill that no one had succeeded in creating.

Soul arts were one of the rare kinds of arts and kinda the most dangerous so there were few users.

Going through his memories, Emma found nothing of what she was looking for but found that the memories were giving her a weird feeling. They just felt wrong like some amateur had messed with his head.

'Did he delete his own memories or did someone erase an event from his mind?' Not finding her intended target, Emma looked around the room for clues but nothing

Looking at the muscular figure of the target, Emma stared intently for a moment before deciding to leave when a black beam hit her without any warning.

Emma didn't notice it and left not knowing that her appearance was expected. Doto had already expected that a powerful Yamanaka member would appear so he had prepared everything for it and planned to use the clan member for the use of his plans.

The research into robotics was going very well and Doto's team had managed to create memory chips after experimenting on many pirates, slaves and people from other regions.

Helping him was his shadowy master that was backing him in his bid to take over Snow for the price of obedience.

Doto was a prideful being but the shadow master was a being outside of human comprehension and he had been enlightened by the master.

While everything went well for Doto, Emma had failed to find anything useful and had to continue helping them find the culprit as according to the conditions agreed they only got some lesser information for just going for Doto without finding the answers.

Land of Snow really wasn't going to give its treasure up so easily since it was their life line along with the Yuki clan and the herd of crystalline beasts

On the other hand Ino spent her time sightseeing and shopping before going to sleep since she needed her beauty rest. The next day, Ino got her pictures taken with the local giant white eagles and the Unicorns while wearing the winter style clothing.

She was a model and icon of fashion for the current generation, and Ino very much enjoyed her job. Pictures and modeling wasn't everything as she was also involved in the design process of the clothes.

It was her passion. She wanted to become the best fashion designer in the world. Her word would mean everything that's the kind of power she dreamed off.

It wasn't something grand like becoming the strongest being in existence by toppling Killer Bee or the best swordsman in the world and toppling Mihawk of his Iron throne but it was still very much exciting and challenging in a different manner.

Everything was going very well and Ino sat through the boring meetings at the Yamanaka castle where she learned more about the relationships of the clan with the people around this region, trade deals, missions etc.

The Yamanaka clan was involved in the fashion industry as a whole, mind healing so they had a few hospitals, they provided boutique services, spa, hotels, and they were also involved in trade

Just like all the top clans of Konoha, Yamanaka clan was one of the richest in the Land of Fire and on the third position in Konoha behind Senju and Hyuga since Uchiha didn't really focus too much on these things.

Finishing up with her tasks for the day, Ino was continued her tour when she met an unexpected person.

She was the younger sister of the Queen, known as the Ice Fairy, Elsa, and she wasn't alone. She had brought guests on this lonely peak where the icy flower could be found that collected the essence of light within and was a good healing agent.

Ino was here to collect some samples for her garden and study the flowers while collecting some crystalline beasts shaped like wolves.

It was sad that her clan was stuck with weak summons that were all similar. Even though the Toad summons were ugly, Ino could see their usefulness and power while their summon was a psychic cat called Espeon.

It was cute and all but its power was just standard Genin level, making it just a pet and majority of the clan members had never bothered to help their summons grow.

The toad summons had a long history behind them and they had evolved from weak animals to masters of sage mode.

They had their own private dimension and all that, and were one of the few summons with Sage mode at their disposal.

Ino liked her pet but she wasn't Naruto and never bothered even summoning it again after the first time since summoning it took chakra that she wasn't willing to waste on a weak cat.

That had changed after seeing Naruto grow his wild beasts that were weaker than even her cat initially so she finally got off from her ass and decided to spend one hour everyday with it.

Playing catch where she attacked the cat forcing it to dodge and attack back.

Even then the beasts were just beautiful so she wanted one so here she was and now she was stuck in the middle of a battle.

It seems the princess was being attacked by assassins wearing the snow uniform and no sign to signify their allegiance.

'Who would dare attack here of all places? The city is like few miles from here.' Ino thought at the crazy sight but remembered that the Queen had left in the morning

'Guess they were prepared but why and who?'
