Brett woke up when his alarm went off at 5am. He rolled over and turned it off before hearing his girlfriend groan.

"What time is it?" Santana mumbled.

"5" Brett said, "I was gunna take a shower…"

Santana nodded, "Okay…want company?"

He smirked, "Sure."

They both got out of bed and walked to the bathroom. Brett turned the shower on and pulled off his pajama pants and boxers.

Santana pulled her shirt and shorts off before stepping into the shower after him.

He leaned down and kissed her shoulder, "Morning." He mumbled.

She smiled and cupped his jaw, "Morning." She whispered before kissing his lips.

Brett turned and pinned her against the wall, deepening the kiss. She moaned, dragging her nails down his chest as the water rained down on them.

Brett pulled back and looked at her, "I'm gunna miss you."

She nodded and kissed his jaw, "I'm gunna miss you too."

"At least I'll be back Saturday night."

"You should come straight over here from the airport." She said.

"My flight gets in around 11 that night. You sure?"

Santana rolled her eyes, "Of course I'm sure. You have a key so…just use it."

Brett grinned, "You want me to use the key? And just…walk in?"

Santana laughed and nodded, "I do."

Brett smirked, "Then I will."

She smiled and pulled him down into a kiss. He deepened the kiss and pulled her up by her thighs so that she could wrap her legs around his waist.

After they ate breakfast, Brett grabbed his luggage from Santana's room. He walked back to the living room and pulled her close.

She sighed, "Call me later tonight when you get a chance."

"I will. I have to go straight to the gym from the airport, but I'll call you as soon as I can." He said before leaning down, kissing her lips.

She sighed when he pulled back and said, "I love you, San."

"I love you too, Baby." She replied quietly.

Brett kissed her once more before pulling on his coat and picking his bag up.

"I'll talk to you later." He said as he opened the door.

She nodded, "Be safe."

"I will." He winked before leaving.

Brett's plane landed in LA around noon and he headed straight to the gym.

"Hey Brett!" Lori at the front desk grinned, "We miss you around here."

Brett chuckled, "I miss you guys too. I'm gunna drop my stuff off in the locker room and head up to Nick's office."

Lori nodded, "Okay. He's waiting for you."

Brett nodded and headed to the locker room before going upstairs to Nick's office.

"Hey Pierce." Nick grinned, "Glad to be back in Cali?"

"I love New York. It's always been home." Brett replied, sitting on the couch in the large office.

"Well we all miss you." Nick said with a grin, "The meeting with everyone is in half an hour."

It was around 6pm in New York when Santana and Quinn finished their photoshoot session with Mercedes Jones.

"You girls are great. Thanks for coming over." Mercedes smiled as she put up her camera equipment.

"Sure!" Quinn smiled, "Thanks for having us."

Santana nodded.

"I'll be at Holly Holiday's show tomorrow night. I hear you two are some of the stars." Mercedes said, smiling kindly at them.

"Yeah. We both work with her a lot." Santana replied.

"She's got…as she would say 'mad skills'." Quinn smirked.

Santana and Mercedes laughed, nodding.

"Well I'll see you two at the show tomorrow night. Thank you, girls again." Mercedes beamed, waving bye to them.

"See you then!" Quinn smiled as they left.

"She was great!" Santana said quietly once they were out of the building.

"I agree." Quinn grinned, "I would work with her again. I hate that I'm still working with Artie."

Santana nodded, "I'm glad I'm not working with him anymore. I hated it."

"I know." Quinn said, "So what are your plans for tonight?"

"I plan to drink…a lot. My boyfriend is out of town and I miss him…probably more than I should." She sighed, "Do you guys want to come over and keep me company?"

The blonde nodded, "Yeah. I can just come over now and Sam can join later."

"Cool."

Brett got to his hotel around 8pm in LA which meant it was around 11pm in New York.

He tiredly tossed his bags on the couch and sat on the edge of the bed. He pulled out his phone and facetimed Santana.

"Hey!" Santana smiled into the camera.

Brett grinned, "Hey Beautiful. How are you?"

She laughed and walked into her bedroom, shutting her door, "Sorry. Sam and Quinn are over here. I'm good but I miss you like crazy. How are you?"

"I miss you too, Babe. I just got to my hotel. I've been at the gym all day. Nick bought us all dinner and we ate at the gym."

Santana nodded, "What are you doing tomorrow?"

"Helping train my replacement then some of my friends are taking me out to eat." He replied, "What about you?"

"I've got that show tomorrow night. Quinn and I really like that new photographer. She's really cool and easy to deal with."

"I'm glad." Brett said as he laid back on the bed, holding the phone above him, "I don't know how late it'll be when I can beck here tomorrow night so do you still want me to call you?"

Santana bit her bottom lip, "No that's okay. Just try to call me Saturday."

He nodded, "I should let you get back to your friends."

"No they're fine." She said, "I'd rather talk to you."

Brett smiled, "Tell me about this new photographer."

"Her name is Mercedes Jones and she is really nice. Her style is a little edgy but nothing like Artie's." Santana explained, "I think you'd like her work."

He nodded, "I'm sure I would." He smiled, looking at her, "I miss you."

She nodded, "I miss you too…a lot."

Brett grinned, "Want me to bring you anything from LA?"

"Just you." Santana smirked.

"Don't worry. I'll be back in New York Saturday night." He smirked.

"What time do you have to be at the gym in the morning?" She asked

"By 6." He sighed, yawning.

"Go to sleep, Baby. I'll talk to soon." She replied, seeing how tired he was.

Brett sighed, "I'm sorry, Baby, I'm just exhausted. I want to stay up and talk to you but I do need some rest."

She nodded, "It's okay. Get some sleep. I love you."

"I love you too. Night." Brett smiled before hanging up.

It was around 7pm in New York City when Santana got to the gallery. She walked in and smiled when she saw Quinn and Sam by the bar. She walked over to them and ordered a drink.

"So when will Brett be back in town?" Sam asked.

"Tomorrow night…late." Santana sighed before taking a sip of her wine.

"Please tell me that he is at least going come see you the night he lands." Quinn said.

Santana smiled, "He's coming straight over from the airport."

"Good man." Sam grinned.

Santana laughed and nodded, "He is a good man."

"Shit." Quinn said, looking past Santana.

"What?" Santana asked, turning to see Sebastian walking into the gallery, "You can't be serious." She muttered.

"Just don't do anything stupid." Quinn muttered so that only Santana heard.

Santana huffed, "I won't." She mumbled as Sebastian made his way over to the them.

"Hey guys." Bash grinned.

"Sebastian." Sam muttered while the women took a sip of their drinks.

"Hey." Sebastian smiled and turned to Santana, "Hey Beautiful."

She rolled her eyes, "Please don't." she muttered before taking another sip of her wine.

"San…" Sebastian said, "Where's your…boyfriend…" He muttered

Santana shook her head, "He's in LA for a few days. I really need you to leave me alone."

Bash smirked, "Come on, San…"

"Sebastian, please just don't talk to me."

"What's your deal? You meet some guy and just drop our friendship?" Sebastian asked angrily.

Santana glanced around and pulled Sebastian to the corner, "We were never just friends, Sebastian. I'm in a relationship now and I l…I love him."

"Love?" Sebastian asked, shocked, "You're in love with him?"

"Yes." She replied, "I am. I love Brett and I need you to accept that." She said, wishing her voice were steadier.

Sebastian smirked and took a step closer to her, "San…"

She held her hand up, "Please stop."

Sam walked over, "San, Holly is looking for you."

"Thanks." Santana said, stepping away before looking for Holly.

"What's your deal, Sebastian?" Sam said angrily, "Can't you see that for the first time in forever that Santana is really, truly happy? And you are being a complete asshole trying to fuck it up for her."

Sebastian swallowed and looked over at Santana who was laughing at something Holly said.

It was nearly 7pm in LA when Brett met up with his friend and client, Blaine Anderson at Riot Bar and Lounge.

"Hey Brett!" Blaine grinned, standing up to shake the taller man's hand.

"Hey Blaine!" Brett smiled as they both sat down at the table. "How are you, man?"

Blaine nodded, "I'm great. How are you? You enjoying living back in the city?"

"I love New York. I'm doing great."

They ordered a couple beers and chatted.

After getting their food, Blaine turned to Brett, "So…I want to offer you a job."

Brett furrowed his brow, "What kind of job?"

"Brett?" They heard and turned to see Jessica standing there, smiling.

"Hey Jessica…" Brett said, "How are you?"

"I'm good. I've missed you. Did you move back?"

Brett shook his head, "No I still live in New York. I'm just in town for work."

Jessica nodded, "Well…I'm having dinner with some friends. Call me whenever."

"I'm still in a relationship…" Brett said, "But it was good to see you."

Jessica nodded, "It was good to see you too." She said before walking away.

Blaine looked at Brett with raised eyebrows, "You're in a relationship?"

Brett grinned, "Uh…yeah. I met this girl and we're together now."

"I guessing she lives in New York…"

"Yeah. Her name is Santana." He grinned.

"Wow man, that's great. I'm really happy for you." Blaine said grinning before adding, "So I'm guessing you wouldn't consider moving back to LA for the job of a lifetime?"
