Norville and Christie went to find Lucy. They didn't have to look hard, they saw her with TRON at the tower mini game. TRON was firing projectiles at grid bugs while Lucy sliced them in half with her lightsaber, making the level a lot easier. Lucy agreed to talk to them after the Gamer died, which took several minutes. After the gamer left, Lucy went to talk to them.

"Norville, surprised you're here, thought you were racing today" said Lucy

"Nothing but a lie to spy on you. Vhere's ze old ruler of zis game?" Norville asked

TRON then approached them.

"Greetings programs, friends of lucys? I'm TRON by the way, I fight for the users"

"Vots a user?" Christie asked

"The gamers. The ones who control us" said Lucy

"Why do you wish to speak to the MCP?" TRON asked

"I vont to know more about zis guy, since Lucy apparently overthrew him and you have no problem vith zat" said Norville

"The master control program is the games main villain. Lucy weakened him enough that he can't do much harm to those living here. I'm an old program, I can't fight forever" said TRON

"Oh, Vell did you know Lucy vent turbo leaving her home to come here?" Norville asked

"Turbo? Please. No one misses me" said Lucy

"Vot about your family?" Christie asked

"They're perfectly fine with me being here, keeps me out of trouble. Got my code added and everything, I regenerate here" said Lucy "And I was referring to the users. They don't like me at home. All they do is mock me, laugh at me, say I don't have a good reason to exist"

"So you vonna live here?" Norville asked

"I'd like to. I've been wanting to live here full time for a while now" said Lucy

"Quarter alert" the game announced

"Feel free to watch how popular I am here" said Lucy

Over the day, Norville and Christie watched Lucy play in the game grid. She mainly stuck to the light cycle and IO tower games. She used her glitch to cheat at the light cycles and helped slash grid bugs at the tower. The gamers, or users as they were referred to in this game, loved Lucy in this game, seeing her as making it easier to play, especially for younger kids who couldn't quite grasp the games controls. During sugar rush's slow times, Norville got lucys family and mocho to come see her. Lucy was actually really happy.

Lucy wanted to stay, and promised to visit. Her family gave her permission wanting her to be happy, knowing she wasn't happy back home. It was agreed one parent would stay with her each night so she didn't get lonely. Mocho was sad to see his friend go, and gave her a tearful goodbye.

"I'm really gonna miss you" he cried

"It's ok mocho, you can always come visit. I'm not that far from sugar rush" Lucy explained

"Zis vill take some time to accept I admit, but I know zis vill make you happy" said Christie

Lucy said her goodbyes and turned back to go to work. Over a short period of time, Lucy grew accustomed to living in TRON. She was given her own special outfit to wear, which resembled a hockey uniform and helmet which glowed a neon light blue, and a new weapon, an identity disc. She kept in touch with her friends, but she was missed around the track. Lucy felt happy, but she had this feeling deep down.

One morning before the arcade opened, her father saw her awake earlier than she would've been, staring out into the game grid. He went to talk to her, he soon learned she was homesick.

"Don't get me wrong dad, I love being queen of the game grid, I love that the gamers like me here, but-

"It's not home?" Rancis asked

Lucy nodded

"I miss the sunrises and sunsets, here everything's neon and retro, a big computer world. I miss living in the castle. The candy cane forest, the hot fudge springs, all my friends. This place, while awesome, it just isn't home" said Lucy

"So you're ready to go back?" Rancis asked

"That's just it, even if I go back, nothing will change. I'm still just the loser racer nobody likes"

"I think I might know a way to change that" Rancis told her while watching some light cycles.

Lucy saw what her dad was looking at, and got an idea.

"Daddy, I need my kart" Lucy told him

"I'll have it brought right over" he told her

Much later after the work day had ended, the sugar rush racers were having a roster race to determine the next days racers. Mocho sat in Lucys racing box with his friend sweet tooth. He missed having Lucy around, but he still supported her brother and parents when they raced. Just as Christie promised she made the box soundproof, the only audio came from speakers connected to the Jumbotron at the end of the track.

Mocho was surprised when he saw something zoom past the track with the other racers, it looked like one of those light cycles, but it was fused with what looked like Lucys kart. Everyone was confused. The cycle kart hybrid was definitely fast. It left a small trail of light behind it which the racers had to dodge. It also had Lucys sour rocket power ups equipped, which didn't fail when fired. The kart went through the track at record speed, even surprising Jr and Kevin.

"Whoa, who's zat?" Jr asked

The kart came to a screeching halt after finishing the race and sat still til all the racers came back. The cockpit of the hybrid kart opened to reveal Lucy and Rancis. Mocho ran to his friend and gave her a big hug.

"Greetings fellow programs, I'm back from trons game grid, and I'm returning here to race with the rest of you all" said Lucy

"In that thing?" Taffyta asked

"No offense Lucy, but your kart looks, weird" said Crumbelina

"Yeah, it looks retro and modern, it's odd" said Gloyd

"Just you all wait. My sweet revenge 2.0 is the fasted in the grid. The users will decide if I'm welcome or not in the morning" said Lucy

"What's a user?" Candlehead asked

It was a long night, and Lucy was nervous, and at first she wasn't picked. But when the gamers saw her souped up kart, they were impressed. Lucy went back to her old outfit, while keeping some of her TRON armor. Those who remembered her from TRON were surprised to see her back in sugar rush, it was so odd. But they didn't care after playing as her. Lucys kart was fast, and had sweet tricks. The gamers said she was cool, and they liked her new look. Lucy was even chosen more than her brother for the first time in her life, which thrilled her.

After the races, Lucy and all her friends met up in diet cola mountain. Lucy had the pills she was supposed to take for her anger in her hand. Without a second guess, Lucy threw the pills into the lava while her friends cheered.

"Glad I don't need those anymore" said Lucy

"I'm so glad you're back Lucy" said Mocho as he got into her kart

"You guys vonna race to Main Street? Last one zere buys ze pies" said Jr

"Oh it's on" said Kevin

"I'll give you guys a head start" said Lucy

All the kids got in their karts and raced off. Lucy stepped into her kart and sped off with mocho holding on tight.

"I feel this is the beginning of a great new life for me. Who knows, maybe I'll finally get some fans" said Lucy

"You always have me" mocho told her

This made Lucy smile.
