Dangerous Liaisons
Chapter 25th
Just when Doctor Taft gave his answer to the question. Special Agent Timothy Mcgee, Torres and Bishop arrived at the scene walking inside the blood fest scene. While Palmer arrived as well outside by himself with Doctor Mallard still in the hospital in Philadelphia.
"OMG! What a mess?" Nick said out loud scanning the living room to see Fornell, Gibbs on the couch with Doctor Talf looking him over. "What the hell happened Gibbs?" He had to asked the obvious question.
"Short version Torres, Captain Brighton was behind the execution order to kill me, Ducky, Phineas, Vance and most of all Phineas Aunt and uncle turned Russian sleepers. I decided to leave the hospital to come home only to be cornered until Fornell arrived. I was able to take out one while Fornell took out the other two. End of story for now."
"Not quite Gibbs, we need to get you back to your house so that I make sure you're totally fine. Gentlemen, you will need to excuse us and have you figure out all of the details." Doc said with Elle coming over to help with her mentor ever since she became a member of the team.
"Gibbs, I will help you up from the couch." She stated with lending a hand with Talf to help the older agent up from the couch.
"Jesus! Will you to stop with the mother hen routine. I will be able to help myself up from the couch." Gibbs said just before he started to feel light headed.
"Whoa Boy! You're going to be mother hen until we get you back to your house. Elle is coming along just in case for the ride. I will drive you back here or NCIS." Doc says with a grunt coming from Torres getting to work with talking to Fornell about further details on the shooting of the three.
Gibbs head stopping spinning as he was able to move up from the couch with Taft and Elle holding him to head out the front door to his vehicle.
Watching them leave. "Alright what exactly happened Fornell?" As Mcgee came from another room searching for further clues.
"Look what I found?" Mcgee found a strong arm box filled with $100.00 bills and a list of clients.
"What's the list for Mcgee?" Torres asked while Fornell started to talk giving him an update on what had happen with the shooting.
"I will need to have Casey check it in the lab with her software programs at this time." Mcgee exclaimed while listening to Fornell lie through his teeth about the story he was giving.

Meanwhile at the Evergreen safehouse
Lt. Loreile Baskins made it back in time to the safehouse without anyone catching her coming in. However she needed to speak with Leon Vance at his quarters since she had called him earlier to give him a full update on the three now dead. She wasn't going to tell him that she had left the compound to kill them with her weapon.
She parked her vehicle in front of her quarters not bothering to change. She would walk over to knock on his quarters since he had no security officer at the moment. She knocked lightly for him to hear her. He moved up quickly from the couch since he wasn't able to sleep in the bed for now.
"Get in here now Lt. Baskins. What's exactly is going on and don't sugar coat it. I want the real truth." He stated with authority in his voice.
"Sorry sir. I killed the three that was inside Captain Brighten's living room with Special Agent Gibbs had a gun pointed into his back not knowing their was a third man in the house. Even though Agent Fornell wasn't able to know or do anything at the time."
"So you were able to get out of the Safehouse without anyone noticing?" Vance had asked with his curiosity in high gear.
"Yes sir. Any way NCIS is currently at the house investigating further along with Palmer taking the three bodies back to the morgue. While Doctor Talf has taken Gibbs to his house to recover having to be in a real mess." She said with emotion in her demeanor.
"Do you realize that he's still a target as with myself and others?" Vance said standing now next to her.
"How well I know Director Vance! Everyone all of a sudden is scared to live their lives now that the last of those involved have been killed. And speaking of the latest intel on The Calling, we need to send agents to look for the new The Calling leader. Jethro had mention it to me before that Luke Harris that shot him awhile back no doubt will be approached by those by the group."
"Yeah, I know. He almost killed Gibbs taking him a long time to recover both physically and mentally in general. It was why he first had to speak with Doctor Grace and Taft on the subject matter." Vance replied with closing his eyes for a moment.
"And still is talking to Doctor Talf ever since on a various of different issues that I won't go into detail sir. I need to get some sleep now before I am able to give you a full detail report. Excuse me, sir." She walked away and out of his quarters to head for hers exhausted.

Agent Gibbs house
Doctor Talf had stayed a little watching Gibbs fall asleep after giving him another pain killer to help him fall asleep.
After twenty minutes he fell asleep after he placed the blankets over his body since it was a little bit chilly.
He walked out making sure that the door was locked while noticing that there were two NCIS undercover officers keeping an eye out on his house and Gibbs for the most part. He didn't know what to think about it since nothing was mention that agents would be watching his house.
