A/N: This is it. The chapter that you've all been waiting For. The mission that will shock them and literally the character that embodies the whole of the Empire. Might not be the best but I gave it my best shot. Also, thank you for 60 on everything (except on favourite since it doesn't really matter) and sorry if I deleted and reuploaded this chapter. This will be the third and final time. Now, onto who sent the Ultranationalist.

As Esdeath got the controller off Akame, the screen switches from the Task Force 141 emblem to the CIA one. Private Allen was briefed for his next assignment for a deep undercover Operation and was given a new name: Alexi Borodin for his mission.

Shepherd: The rest of Task Force 141 brought the ACS, Allen. Two men took down an entire base.

"And that was awesome. Sneaking into the base while using the Blizzard as cover. Now that's cool." Leone commented.

"Indeed and the new weapons." Akame agreed as she took a bite from her meat.

"And the snowmobile escape sequence." Wave added.

"The snow mobile was awesome." Tatsumi agreed with Wave.

Shepherd: I ask more from you now. Yesterday you were a soldier of the front line. But today front lines are history. Uniforms are relics. The war rages everywhere. And there will be casualties.

The satellite traces several conflicts around the world in various locations in the world from the past:
Rwanda - 1994: 800,000 to 1,000,000 dead

Sierra Leone - 1972-Present: 87,213 killed; Status: Active

Kosovo - 1991-1996: 6,000 Casualties; Status: Mine-Clearing, Ops Till 2023

Everyone looks in awe at the numbers of casualties.

"Sheesh, they have more deaths than an average Imperial Military casualty," Lubbock said.

"For once, I agree." Bulat agreed.

"They had more deaths than any of the Campaigns that the Empire did in the past." Najenda added in surprise.

"Not to mention that they had the worst Eras in that world comparing to the Empire." Run said, which made everyone except Esdeath shiver.

The satellite then locates in Moscow, Russia and zooms in over an airport. There. A man in his late forties, short black hair and with multiple scars in his faces appears on the screen.

Shepherd: This man Makarov is fighting his own war and he has no rules. No boundaries. He doesn't flinch at torture, human trafficking, or genocide. He's not loyal to a flag or country or any set of ideals. He trades blood for money.

Everyone quickly looks at Esdeath before looking back at the screen.

'This Makarov does have some traits with Esdeath,' Was everyone's' thought.

"Hey, Ice queen. We might have found another counterpart like you." Leone spoke to the Ice General.

"Huh. Me and him maybe the same but he is only in the game," Esdeath clarified. "But if he was real, I might recruit him into my Army."

"Ok, peoples' lives aren't for pleasure." Wave said.

"But, there are some people who are psychos." Najenda countered.

Shepherd: He's your new best friend. You don't want to know what it's cost already to put you next to him. It will cost you a piece of yourself. It will cost nothing compared to everything you'll save.

"C'mon, what's bad about that," Lubbock said.

"An undercover mission. Hope that this won't be that bad," Najenda commented.

"It might have a lot of blood and carnage," Esdeath smirked sadistically. (A/N: *sigh* She has no idea how much she will enjoy this mission.)

The satellite tracks Allen's location in Zhakaev International Airport in Russia as he follows Makarov.

The screen starts black as the sounds of a moving elevator are heard. Zippers are opened, bulletproof vests are worn, and weapons are cocked and locked ready.

[Day 3 - 08:40:50]

[PFC Joseph Allen a.k.a. Alexei Borodin]

[Zakhaev International Airport]

[Moscow, Russia]

The four sees Makarov grip Kirill before looking at everyone.

Makarov: S nami Bog.

The elevator opens on the second floor. and Makrov lets go of Kirill. he and three other men ready their weapons. Private First-Class Joseph Allen (C.I.A. alias: Alexei Borodin) readies his M240 light machine gun.

Makarov: Remember- No Russian.

That comment sent chills down everyone's except Esdeath spine, who knew what it meant. Meanwhile, everyone had a thought about what Makarov said. No Russian? What does that supposed to mean?

Makarov and three of his men along with Allen then exit the elevator. As they exit, they saw Civilians queuing up with multiply security guards watching them.

"No!" that's what Mine could say.

"Holy…" Leone said as she and the others knew what was gonna happen.

"Don't tell me- "Sheele spoke before it began.

Najenda sigh tiredly as she knew at what Makarov and his men was about to do. And it was for sheer pleasure.

All of them ready their guns at the civilians as they looked at their direction. But before the civilians and security guards could react, Makarov along with his men even Allen starts shooting at the civilians.

Everyone except Esdeath winced at this. Shooting as civilians while undercover. Whose idea was that?

"JESUS FUCK!" Tatsumi, Lubbock, Wave, Leone, Mine, Cosmina and Chelsea screamed while the other minus Esdeath continue to watch in shock.

"Beautiful," Esdeath thought but didn't say out loud. "He enjoying so many people suffering and screaming in agony."

"Makarov went way too far…" Run growled.

"Oh God…" that is what Najenda could only say and stop smoking.

"Those people…" Sheele said in complete sorrow.

Akame, Kurome and Chelsea stopped eating their foods and stare in complete horror, while the others could only stare in complete shock. Meanwhile, Seyru was holding Koro tightly to make her calm down.

"Ok, I take that back of what I said earlier," Lubbock said.

"What was Shepherd thinking?!" Mine shouted.

After the shooting, Esdeath then pause the screen to let everyone calm down. Even though she liked to hear innocent people screaming, she has to consider her allies' composure. And yes, she thought it was brutal.

"J-ju-just what was that!?" Leone shouted. "Shooting at civilians! That's too inhumane! THEY GUNNED DOWN THOSE CIVILIANS LIKE IT WAS NOTHING!"

"Image if children were there…" Wave shivered along with Bols.

"If my family was there, I would immediately protect them." Bols agreed.

"For once, I'm surprised by this." Najenda said, remembering the genocide of the Ban tribe which freaked her out.

"Ok, I think I found my favourite character." Esdeath said as she wrote Makarov's name on her list and everyone looked at her before continuing to play the mission.

After the Esdeath continue to play the mission and the first shots were fired, Makarov and his men just walked through the dead bodies without showing no remorse. This disgust everyone except Esdeath as they saw Makarov and his men just opened fire from fleeing security guards and civilians, who were surrendering.

"Wha—they're were just surrendering!" Bulat shouted.

"Christ, this has to be one cruel mission," Lubbock agreed.

Makarov: Up the Stairs. Go.

"How is he staying calm?" Sheele asked.

As Makarov and his heavily armed men went up the escator, Allen was shocked at his action and decide to stay to make himself calm.

Makarov: I have no patience for cowards.

"Ok, he does have some similarities with me." Esdeath admitted with a sadistic smirk, which made everyone wary around her.

"What was Shepherd even thinking!?" Run said.

"Hey! I said that earlier!" Mine said.

"Just hearing the civilians scream make me want to do it." Esdeath said, which made all of them feel scared.

"Ok, yeah Makarov is very similar to you." Leone admitted.

Catching up with Makarov and his squad, Allen opted not to use his weapons. Then, The squad excluding Allen open fire to any civilians and security guards in their way. While, the megaphone was telling them to surrender.
"That's not gonna work!" Seyru said as she was continuing to hug Koro with a tight grip, imagining if she was in that sort of situation.

They continue their attack through the stores, the food court, and the lobby. More security guards appear, but they are easily eliminated by Makarov and his men. At one point, Viktor runs over to the banister to fire down at the lobby below, and Makarov smokes out security guards hiding in cover with a Thumper.

"They're just civilians and THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH ANYTHING!" Tatsumi shouted in a mix of anger and disgust. But was calmed by Mine and Leone who patted his back, who had the same reaction like him.

They come to an elevator where three more guards are trying to move into counterattack, but Makarov tosses a grenade into the elevator. One of the guards jumps out and the other two are killed in the explosion, and the elevator crashes into the first floor.

"This is too insane!" Chelsea commented.

"For once, I agree." Mez added.

Makarov and his men then fire and kill the last security guard. As they move on, Little Bird helicopters are seen outside flying around the building in response to the attack. On the tarmac, police cars, SWAT vans, fire trucks, and ambulances roar onto the scene.

By seeing all the dead bodies in the floor made Tatsumi, Lubbock, Wave, Seyru, Mine and Cosmina throw up and left. After quite a while, they came back with the facial expression of seeing the most cruel act ever

Makarov: Let's go!

As they move down the stairs to a gateway, a flight board is seen switching all of its flights to "Delayed", indicating that the airport is on lockdown. They move out to the terminal, where armored vans and helicopters are seen dropping off F.S.B. Troops while other security guards run out of the terminal to take cover behind the police barricade on the tarmac and Allen opted to change into his M4A1 with a grenade launcher.

Makarov: They're right on time. Check your weapons and ammo.

Viktor: I've waited a long time for this.

"How!?" Most of them excluding Esdeath and Susanoo answered.

Makarov: (chuckles) Haven't we all.

Makarov opens a door and the group follows him.

Makarov: This way. Let's go!

The group follows Makarov into a gate servicing area.

Makarov: Go.

They advance onto the tarmac.

Makarov: For Zakhaev.

"This has nothing to do with him! You just want war!" Wave growled.

"Yeah, you just want to throw the world into chaos!" Leone agreed

Police officers equipped with riot shields swarm the runway from the smoke.

"Yeah, that's not going to work," Najenda pointed out.

Makarov: F.S.B. - take 'em out.

They engage the F.S.B. The player uses his M203 Grenade Launcher to take them out.

As they move up, they encounter more FSB troops on the runway and more firing from a second floor.

Makarov: Contact, second floor windows!

Viktor: Copy that! Second floor windows!

They continue to engage as more troops are dropped off by vans that screech onto the scene with a wail of sirens. Unfortunately, Lev and Kirl are killed from the crossfire.

Viktor: Man down!

Makarov: He's dead, leave him! Go!

"Ok, he lacks empathy," Leone pointed out as she could add another similarity between him and Esdeath.

Allen, Viktor, and Makarov kill all the F.S.B.

Makarov: 30 seconds. Go.

They run to another gate service area.

Makarov: This way. Let's go.

Makarov opens a door and they move inside to where an ambulance is parked.

Makarov: Hallway clear.

They approach the ambulance. Makarov holds up his hand.

Makarov: Hold your fire.

The back door of the ambulance opens, revealing a man with the suit and a Kevlar vest.

Anatoly: (Good, you made it.) Get in! We sent a strong message with this attack, Makarov.

Makarov and Viktor get in the ambulance. Makarov tosses his M4A1 to Anatoly before getting in. Allen then head to where Makarov was to get himself to safety.

Makarov: That was no message...

"Wait, what?" Najenda said.

Makarov pulls out his M9 and shoots Allen, who collapses and starting to bleed out.

Everyone minus Esdeath winced at this.

"He was just sent only to get himself killed!" Tatsumi said as he was finally calm.

Makarov: This is a message.

The ambulance drives away.

Makarov: The American thought he could deceive us. When they find that body...all of Russia will cry for war.

An F.S.B. squad run into the parking lot and find Allen's body.

F.S.BAgent: Группе 4! Следить за вторым терминалом! Террористы могут пройти через подземный туннель, приём?

"Great, now the Russians are going to be really pissed." Chelsea said.

"Great job, Esdeath. Now if you were him, you'll just start a war." Najenda looked at Esdeath.

"But it'll satire my hunger for war and bloodshed." Esdeath admitted.

Allen's vision whitens out as he was accepting his death.

Omake: Character Analysis- Vladimir Makarov

After playing no Russian and the screen turning black, everyone minus Esdeath then displayed disgust and contempt towards Makarov for his inhumane acts in the Airport. While they thinking, Esdeath would love to recruit him into her Army as her 2nd in command.

"If that Makarov shows up in our world, I'll pummel his head!" Leone admitted.

"That Makarov sure would make both the Revolutionary Army and the Imperial Army scared of him," Najenda thought as she let out a smoke.

"So, what's this prick's background?" Mez asked.

"Well," Susanoo inform the group as he read from the Modern Warfare 2 guidebook. "Vladimir Makarov was born on April 10, 1970 in Ivanovo, Russia. At age 18, he went to Frunze Military Academy and graduated as a Captain. Then, he served in the Paratroopers and then the Spetsnaz."

Esdeath and Najenda felt proud that Makarov went to a Military Academy and was then a Captain in the Army and could possibly recruit him for his ways of warfare.

"But," Susanoo added. "He was forced to be discharge from the Russian Army due to inhumane acts during his tour as a Spetsnaz Operative in Chechnya before joining the Ultranationalist Party."

Many felt weary at that statement and had one question in mind. What did he do in Chechnya?

"So, then what was his crimes after leaving the Army?" Wave asked who was had some bad feeling about it.

"Well, from this list according to the guidebook:" Susanoo answered.

2001 - To start Makarov's reign of terror off, he bombs a Moscow city bus. The mission succeeded with 29 people killed and 19 injured.

2001 - The bombing of Piccadilly Circus by using a modified London Underground train filled with explosives by killing or wounding 407.

2001 - The massacre of the GUM department store in Moscow. 87 are dead or wounded.

2002 - The hijacking of a Greek oil tanker in the Mediterranean Sea. The Hellenic Navy boarding party along with the two crew members are killed or wounded before the $3 million ransom was paid.

2002 - The murder of the three Russian infantry soldiers.

2002 - The $1.5 million was stolen from a ZBV bank.

2003 - The repression of the North Caucasus-based and pro-Western nationalist groups.

The assassinations of the political leaders, arson, and the bombing of the opposition parties.

The murder of a Moscow-based journalist named Ilya Lovitch who was investigating political crimes in the region.

2003 - The bombings of several government buildings in Kazakhstan. 245 are dead or wounded.

2003 - The hijackings of the two Kreigler Airliners. 378 are dead or wounded. Eight of them are his own men.

2004 - Robbed a HBS bank in Istanbul, Turkey.

2004 - The abduction of the 15 college students from Russia. The five students are killed or wounded.

2004 - The bombing of the two embassies in Africa. 28 are dead and 48 are injured.

2005 - The hold-up of an armored truck in Moscow and stole the three million rubles (Approx. $100,000). The three security guards are dead or wounded.

2005 - The hijacking of the cruise ship in the Baltic Sea and tortured the U.S. passengers until the $5 million ransom was paid.

2006 - Robbed the Russian State Postal and Banking Service Depot of the 32 million rubles (Approx. $1.2 million).

2006 - The murder of a famous British designer named Rob Millington.

2006 - The murder of the three US airmen that are based in Turkmenistan.

2006 - Helped coordinate the attacks by Janjaweed militias and Sudanese military against the rebels. Implicated in human rights abuse.

2007 - The capture and beheading of the Mossad attaché to Ukraine who was investigating Makarov's links to the Islamic extremists.

2007 - The assassination of a Pakistani politician named Hasni Al'Bura.

2007 - The bombing of Russia-Germany gas pipeline in Belarus because Gasneft refused to pay a fee to prevent "disruption to service".

2007 - Robbed $15 million worth of diamonds and other gemstones from a Siberian mining company.

2008/2009 - The bombing of a Swedish furniture store in a shopping mall that was located in St. Petersburg. The 100 people are killed or wounded.

2008 - The ambush of an FSB vehicle. Five agents dead or wounded.

2008 - The abduction and murder of a SibGaz owner's wife and daughter.

2009 - The bombing of the Baku-located U.S. oil company offices. The three people are dead or wounded.

2009 - The unsuccessful bomb plot against the English-speaking school in Moscow.

2009 - The unsuccessful rigging of the explosives in a Moscow-located soccer stadium. The authorities burst a pipe to halt the match, denying publicity to Makarov.

2009 - The trafficking of over $2,100,000 worth of weapons, drugs, and people.

After Susanoo said all of Makarov's crime spree, many had a mix feeling of shock, disgust, and horror by this action. On one hand, all except Esdeath was horrified by this. What was he going to do when Makarov was real? While, Run showed anger because as a former teacher himself, Makarov was targeting schools and had killed some students but was calmed down by Sheele.

"Oh, that bastard!" Leone commented as she heard the crimes.

"How dare he uses people to make money!" Lubbock growled.

"Yeah, he's way too cruel," Mine shivered, imagining what would Makarov do to her.

"He's literally the embodiment of the whole Empire!" Run added.

"He deserves to be a target,." Akame admitted as she took a bite off her meat.

"Yeah, and if we find anyone like him, we're won't be too nice." Seyru declared as she and the others with the exception of Esdeath starting to hate Makarov.

"Yeah!" Everyone agreed.

"I'll go next." Leone said as she got the controller and was eager to pummel Makarov's face for committing all of those heinous and vile acts towards numerous if not hundreds if not thousands of innocent people.
