If I had a Chance

A/ N: I do not own Transformers, just my OCs. I also wanted to let you guys know, if you see unknown words I use for the prime, I basically made it up myself. So yeah. Enjoy!
"Bold" is Primes talking
Avi's POV
Oh my god. I'm so sorry. Tears flooded my eyes as I stared at the body in front of me. My chest felt heavy. It was getting hard to breathe. My body couldn't stop shaking. My vision was getting blurry.
"Avi," Epps whispered. I ignored him as I crawled closer to the body. At this point, I didn't care what was happening behind me. I didn't care we were in the middle of a war. I just... I don't care. She's gone.
Eva is dead.
She was lying there lifeless. Will came rushing and dropped to his knees, Epps looked at him then at me. I crawled to the body and held the body close. I couldn't control it anymore. This pain was killing me. Wake up. Please Eva wake up. I can't. I can't lose you. Not now. PLEASE! I held the body close to and inhaled before releasing a loud, pained cry.
"AAAAHHHHHHHHHH!" At that moment I let my tears fall down my face no matter how bad my eyes started to hurt from the tears. My number one person, my best friend, my sister. Gone. I was being stubborn and this is what I get. Why didn't I listen to Solus? Why didn't I accept the role? If I did, then Eva would be alive. She would be here. I'm sorry Eva.
Soon I noticed something odd despite my pain, I didn't hear bullets firing, men yelling or anything. It was utter silence. Glancing up I couldn't help but realize everything and everyone was still. Looking behind me was Will and Epps tried to reach out for me but they were frozen. Even the blasts hitting the houses froze in place. What's going on? It's as if time froze everything.
I only held Eva's lifeless body close to me as I see Solus standing in front of me along with two others. Both males. The one in the middle was tall, about seven feet tall. Fair skin, muscular physique, with silver hair and red eyes. He wore a tight black top and cargo pants with combat boots. There was a sword strapped behind his back. The other one had the opposite. His body was lean yet, he was fit. Sun-kissed skin, gold eyes, with a white goatee and white hair. He wore a white button-down shirt, gray vest with gold linen, black pants, and black fingerless gloves. My attention went to Solus, the tears didn't stop. I'm not sure if they can.
"O-Okay, you win. I'll do the stupid missions. Just bring Eva back Solus. Please." Solus opened her mouth then the big guy started talking.
"We cannot." Turning to the big guy my anger replaced my grief.
"Why not?" This time the other one spoke.
"Solus warned you of the punishments if you choose to reject your mission. This is the result of it."
"So part of my destiny was to bring back the con who not only killed Optimus but Sam and Eva too? What was the point of that?" I snapped at the big guy.
"Everything you have done had a purpose behind it." The big one said trying to calm me down.
"Then tell me what my purpose is! Why am I doing this?! Can you tell me that!" The lean one looked at the muscles.
"She's distressed. She will not listen to us."
"Of course she is, the one she loves dearly is gone Vector. She won't understand anything we tell her if her emotions are clouding her judgment." Solus defended me before coming to my side, rubbing my back as comfort.
"Vector?" Why did that name ring a bell? I know I heard that name somewhere.
"Solus she needs to hear this now." The one called Vector explained. Muscles raised a hand silencing both of them. He walks forward and kneels down. Even when he kneels he was still tall compared to my level before giving me a small frown.
"I am sorry about your lost Avianna. I told Solus to show you the results, I did not expect this to happen. Your friend was supposed to be in stasis lock. It seems her bravely to protect Samuel was great and it cost her life." The man's voice was almost as deep as Optimus, bringing chills down my spine.
"She was supposed to be in a coma?" He nods. Solus placed an arm on my shoulders.
"Please bring her back," I whispered to him.
"Avianna-" I quickly cut him off.
"I'll do it! I'll be the person to do the mission. I'll agree to do this prophecy thing, I won't complain anymore no matter how bad it is. I'll do it. Just please bring Eva back. I don't want to be alone." Putting Eva on the ground I felt defeated. What's the point of doing this if I don't have her with me?
"Do you truly think you're alone?" I nod to him.
"Look around. You are surrounded by those who care about you. Human and cybertronian alike."
"It's only a matter of time before they don't need me anymore," I muttered but big guy understood what I said.
"You must stop this thinking and focus what's around you. Open your eyes and do not dwell on the past. You will see you are not alone. Solus is here, same as Vector and the other primes. Including me. You are not alone Avianna. Remember that." So that's it. They can't bring her back. I'm sorry. I am so sorry Eva. It's all my fault. The emptiness in me grew but so did a wave of comfort. My shoulders slumped with my mind wishing I could go back in time and prevent it from happening.
It didn't matter anymore. If Eva knew the truth, I know what she would say. She would tell me to carry through. She would tell me she would fight by my side, like in Mission City. Now I have to take responsibility. I'm scared. I'm angry. I'm annoyed. I'm feeling a lot of emotions but I know I have to do this.
"Are you sure I'm the one for this?" I asked the giant in front of me. His big hand slipped under my chin bringing my face to look at his soft eyes.
"You have fought for Optimus, our last descendant, with courage and bravery. And you have shown me through this pain you feel, you know within your spark what you must do. That you are worthy to carry out this prophecy. I have faith in you, Avi. Rise up and accept your role." He uses his thumbs to wipe away the remaining tears on my face. I stare at him before looking back at Solus. Her gaze said enough before taking a deep breath, I turn back to him and nod.
"In order to accept the role, we must hear you say it. Repeat after me. What was hidden in the shadows, has now been revealed." Looking at Eva I sighed and repeated, "What was hidden in the shadows, has now been revealed."
The one called Vector stepped closer to us and said, "Unlock my mind, body, and soul."
"Unlock my mind, body, and soul." As I'm repeating what they're saying the symbols reappeared all over my body. It was like energy inside on me grew stronger, surging my body with an energy pulse.
"For I accept." This time Solus said walking next to Vector.
"For I accept."
"As ra. (Awaken)" They all said.
"As ra." Just like that, a warm light shined from my chest as knowledge of Transformers history flooded my head. What felt like an eternity was only for a minute as I closed my eyes with the energy flowing through my veins and the pulses matching my heartbeat. I gasped, breaking away from him, trying to take in air into my lungs. My forearms cushioned my head from hitting the dirt. Whatever that was, left me lightheaded. Getting my breathing together I sat back up and looked at the man. He got up, showcasing his height.
"You know what you must do. It is and always has been your destiny." At that moment he vanished along with the one called Vector, leaving Solus staring at me. When I got to my feet, time was set again. Everything and everyone was moving. I said nothing as I walked over to Sam and grabbed the sock of dust. Energy surged from body to my hand forming the dust into the Matrix of Leadership. I could tell they were staring at me, especially when I noticed the glowing symbols all over me. Mikaela saw me and slowly backed up the moment I bend down to Sam. Gently placing a hand on Sam's chest and placing the Matrix in his hand I closed my eyes and did what I had to do.
"Wake up," I whispered. All of a sudden Sam jolted up, shaken. Mikaela rushes over where Sam told her he loved her. The symbols went away as I take a deep breath. I made my way back to Eva, ignoring the stares and held onto the body. I could feel a hand on both of my shoulders, knowing it was Epps and Will. Sam did his thing and brought Optimus back to life. I knew why I couldn't do it. And frankly, it didn't bother me much. Will motioned me to let Eva go as soldiers came to retrieve her corpse. I didn't fight it. I didn't fight him. I let them take her away. My ears picked up a sweet melody. That's when I knew.
My angel is alive.
"Boy, you returned for me." Optimus started to get up when the Fallen appeared attacking everywhere.
"My Matrix." He turned his head to see me and grabbed me.
"I finally have you." I look to see Will and Epps face in pure fear, the same with the Autobots. Jazz charged at him but I was airborne with the Fallen, screaming for help. We landed on top of the pyramid for me to notice Megatron.
"Fallen, my master." He said. The Fallen held me in his fist, pinning my arms down. He pushed the Matrix close to my chest and with a look, the Matrix began flooding high dosage of energy into me to the point I started screaming in pain. It was too much energy, painful shocks boiled my blood and begin to singe my skin. The Matrix changed from blue to red light with the pain doubling. The longer the Fallen pushed the Matrix closer to my chest the louder I screamed. Felt the world could my scream. Seconds later the tortured stop, I tried to calm my heart but it was beating too fast. My body was burning and it was getting difficult to keep my eyes open. The Fallen placed the Matrix in the machine, getting it to work.
"My brothers could not stop me from this. Yes, now I claim your sun." He brought me close to his ugly face.
"You are now mine, my pet." I couldn't say get anything out for darkness won and the last time I remember was a pair of red optics.
