"Shimon, before you got mad I have something important to tell you!"

"What is it about?"

"There's still a way for you to take Mayura back..."

"W-Wait Shimon! Hikari is pregnant?! How and Who?!" Rokuro ask confusion clearly on his face. Benio out of annoyance smack him in the head to stop him from panicking to which cause Shimon to sigh from their antics, this guy is really a handful

"Putting that aside, Himari told me a very valuable information!"

"Does this information you're talking about, is about the engagement between Mayura and Unomiya-san?" Benio ask to which Shimon reply to a nod

"Eh?! So what is it for? Will this help?"

"Apparently yes it will help me, but it all relies with Mayura..." Shimon said dejectedly, he remember that Mayura broke up with him. But she will agree if he explains everything right?

"If you explain, I'm sure she will listen to you Ikaruga-san!" Benio said reassuring Shimon's mind

This is not what Shimon expected to be his last high school year but somehow he thinks all of it will be worth it in the end. Because after being with Mayura, he no longer knew what it feels like to go through his life without her by his side

"Hey! Shimon! What is it? The plan?" Shimon look at Rokuro and sigh

"I must step down as a part of the main family"

"Eh? What do you mean?"

"The laws of the 12 families... You may be able not to abide it by being in the branch family. The branch families are the only one who can cancel an Unomiya's engagement. If the 12 families found out that the love interest of an Unomiya is already in an engagement with a person from the branch family, they can't force them to be with them or to agree to the proposal at all. But it still depends to the person, if they decided who they want to be with! This is an absolute rule for the 12 families and the branch families alike, it's like the 12 families giving way for the branch families!"

"So it means you'll step down being in the main family? But how will you do that?" Rokuro ask confused

"It will be easy for me to do that considering that I originally came from the branch family. But Mayura is the key for the plan to become successful!" Shimon sigh

He need to talk to Mayura but from what he heard from her friends, he might need to halt his plan because Mayura and Tenma is currently on leave from the school. They ask for permission of absence for a week and this is not something Mayura is doing. Hence, she doesn't even like being absent to school. So maybe this is all Tenma's idea, if Shimon managed to make Tenma remember his lost memories will he stop his advances? But how will he do that?

"It's good to see you, Shimon, Rokuro and Benio!" A girl with red hair and blue eyes spoke. All three of them look at her, Shimon gasp and the other two look confused

"Himari?!" The other two look at Shimon surprise and look back at her

"Hikari?!" Which the said girl reply with a smile

"Can I talk to you for a minute Shimon?" Shimon slowly nod and they both walk off excusing their selves from the two

"Aren't you scared that you'll affect the baby with you constantly changing your hair colour?"

"I ask the doctor and he said it was fine! That there's nothing to worry!" She said smiling slightly but sadness lingering in her eyes

"So? What do you want to talk about?"

"I already told the Ame's about my pregnancy and as expected they took it very seriously, they told Yuki that he no longer will be able to cancel the engagement because we are expecting. So far its all going along my plan that it hurts me when I see the look of Yuki's face..." She trail off sadly looking down. Shimon look at her, he still can't somehow accept it. All because of Tenma's accident everything change, Himari moved abroad and Tenma stop talking to him. The time that they talk again is when they became classmates in their second year

"What did he look like?" Himari look at him guilty tears streaming down her face

"He's crying tears of joy, he is very happy. He said that he's very happy that I'm the one who bear his child and that he's thanking me for not aborting it in secret. He was... He was really happy, all the things he said to me came from his heart... And here I am taking all of it for granted... And now I'm feeling guilty, I'm quite happy because everything went smooth... But when I see those happiness in his eyes... All I can feel is guilt... Because I plan all of this so that I can get rid of this stupid title the 12 families gave me! Why? Why...? I'm innocent! I have done nothing! But why am I the one who suffer for their mistakes?! When Tenma learned all about it in the past, he did not care and he even said that he'll do anything to remove my title but... But he forgot about me... And he started to pursue someone... And when he learned about my past again he used it against me! I got mad at him to the point that... That I suddenly accept Yuki's proposal without a thought... And then I began this stupid plan of mine! And now I feel guilty this late in the game?!" Himari rant tears flowing down not stopping any second. Shimon look at his friend with sadness lace in his eyes as he hug the poor girl

"Because of me! You and Mayura broke up! I don't even know how I'll be able to forgive myself!"

"I just... I just can't take it anymore..."
