Vixey woke up in the bedroom, she rolled over to see Foxy was missing again. She looked at the clock seeing it was 3:17 AM before she climbed out the bed stumbling a bit.

"That fox," She said before she walked toward the bedroom door to look for him, opening it to see the cove lit dimly by the lights that stayed on during the night producing a less bright illumination around the room.

The arctic fox walked out the cove to see Foxy sitting on the stage hunched over a bit as if he was in deep thought. She walked over to the stage slowly watching him as he didn't notice her creeping across the room, she walked beside him and sat down leaning onto his shoulder as he continued sitting still.

"What are you thinking about," She asked him softly as he leaned his head on hers.

"Nothing much, I just can't get any sleep," He replied as she began rocking them side-to-side.

"Well, you're obviously thinking about something. You didn't notice me walk up," She questioned him as he sighed.

"I've just been having bad dreams again. This time it's about me falling into an abyss and dropping out into a fortress, I meet a man and have to fight his knights… Though it isn't always the same, honestly, it's never the same," He told her.

"Sounds interesting," She said as he wrapping his arm around her waist.

"Eh, the man knows me. He knows what I've done," He continued causing her to feel a little confused.

"What does that mean," She asked pulling herself off his shoulder to look at him.

"His children were the ones that attacked us all those times… It feels weird knowing that…" He said as he tried to say something else but couldn't.

"Oh…" She replied leaning back onto him and rubbing his back.

"It hurts knowing that, even if they did try to harm us," He added.

"Don't beat yourself up over it," She said before looking up and kissing him on the cheek.

"Isn't as simple as that," He told her with a sigh. "After all that's happened, I'm ever so closer to being the man that started this shit."

"No, you're not," She told him. "You stopped yourself from killing him when you saw his little girl there. If you hadn't, well, we wouldn't be here right now."

He sighed again as he turned over to her and wrapped his arms around her. She wrapped her arms around his chest letting him lean on her for a while as they sat there.

"Come on, let's go lay back down," She said as he kept holding onto her tightly.

"I don't know… I'm not sure if I can sleep right now," He replied.

"Wouldn't hurt to just lay down with me," She told him as he pulled back and looked at her.

"I guess you're right," He said getting up before her.

"How long have you been up anyway," She asked him as she followed him back to the cove.

"I'm not sure. I woke up and came in here, sat around for a while just thinking to myself," He replied. "It still hurts."

"Your side," She asked him confused.

"No, my head. Just, being in thought is draining, especially when it's about me taking the last of someone's family away," He sighed stopping as she caught up to him.

"Don't think about it," She said grabbing his hand as she looked up at him.

"It's not that simple. I've tried to not think about it, but it just resurfaces," He groaned as he turned over looking at her.

She sighed not knowing how to help him, she wrapped her arms around his torso as she laid her head against his chest.

"It's not your fault they kept on doing it," She told him as he rested his arm on her back and breathed deeply. "Let's go lay down."

"Alright," He replied as she let go of him, soon walking beside him through the cove.

They walked into the bedroom and she shut the door hearing him lay down on the bed behind her. She turned around and walked over to the bed seeing he had already closed his eyes, she climbed onto the bed and laid her head on his shoulder looking up at him as he continued laying there, still. She climbed up and began kissing him causing his eyes to shoot open as she continued making out with him, soon he placed his hand on the back of her head holding her there as he forced his tongue into her mouth and they fought each other back and forth in their mouths for a bit before Vixey pulled back to catch her breath and laid her head on his shoulder again, panting.

"We shouldn't wake up Kimber," She said looking up at him.

"Good point," He said looking down at her.

"We need to clean out the basement tomorrow, also," She added as a warmth took over her body.

"Yeah," He chuckled as he wrapped his arm around her waist. "We should just go to sleep."

"Yep," She said as he rolled over facing her entirely.

They laid there silently as the night dragged on, looking at each other, not saying anything as they stayed tight in the embrace.

"You're a tease," Foxy chuckled quietly.

"Well, I'm sorry. There isn't much we can do about it," She replied.

"I know, but I doubt we're going to sleep now," He told her causing her to sigh.

"Eh, we could go check down in the basement again," She said causing him to back up and look at her.

"It's the middle of the night, middle of winter, and it's flooded down there. You want to go down there right now," He asked her in shock.

"Who says we're going all the way in," She asked him with a grin. "Maybe we can just go sit down there and look from the stairs."

"Wouldn't Mike be in the office right now," He asked her.

"He probably won't care," She replied with an even wider grin.

"I guess you're set on going down there again," He sighed sitting up as she slid off the bed to her feet.

"You bet," She said walking towards the door and turning around seeing him slide off the bed.

"Wait up," He chuckled as he walked over to her.

"I am, slowpoke," She taunted him opening the door and walking out towards the exit of the cove.

They walked out the cove into the empty main room and Vixey looked over, seeing that they forgot to turn off the TV, which didn't matter though considering that the lights stayed on all night anyway. She continued down the hall with the red vulpine for a little bit as they came up to the end of the hallway, she looked to the office seeing that the door was open and Mike was missing.

"Oh crap," They both shouted silently as they began running down, Vixey having to settle for a slow jog due to her leg.

She watched as Foxy leaned over the rail not seeing him. She made her way up to the door as he had run off to the side and down the stairwell.

"Foxy, wait up," She yelled to him as she looked over the rail hearing him jump into the water and wade through.

She climbed down the stairs seeing Foxy made it to the door already and was entering the corridor which he saved her from. The arctic fox got into the water and waded through slowly following him, soon reaching the door and entering it seeing the flashlight Foxy handed to her on the shelf the endo was stuck under earlier.

"Thank goodness," She said to herself as she grabbed it and shined it down the dark corridor hearing Foxy down the hall struggling with something. "Foxy," She called as she waded down the hall still hearing him shout vulgarity as he struggled with something.

She hurried down and shined the torch to the right seeing him struggling with a collapsed shelf which was broken in a way to prevent him from getting through.

"Vix, come down here and help me clear this," He shouted just before an endo shot up from the other side trying to grab at him. "You fucker," He shouted as he raised his arm with the blade and shot it in the face causing it to fall back into the dark, cold, water.

"Foxy," She shouted as she got to him and looked at him with the light. "Are you okay?"

"Yeah, but Mike isn't most likely," He yelled pulling out a hat from the other side of the shelf.

"Maybe I can fit through," She suggested as he placed his foot on one shelf and pulled the one above it bending it out of place allowing them to crouch through.

"Fuck that, you're not going in there alone," He said as he pulled himself through and grabbed the blade out the endo, before turning around and handing her the spent knife.

"Thanks," She told him as she crawled through.

"Jeez, how many of these fuckers did they store down here," He asked as another sat up from the water.

"I have no idea," She replied as he stepped forward and stomped its head into the ground through the water causing her to gasp.

"Come on," He shouted to her as he walked through a doorway to the left of the hallway due to the front once again being blocked by collapsed shelves, and/or lockers.

She followed him quickly into the next room seeing that it was filled with more shelves near the doorway they entered through and was empty on the other side. Foxy was going towards the right side of the room as an endo shoved a shelf onto him making him fall into the water, she ran up as it climbed on top of the shelf and grabbed at him and stabbed it repeatedly into the back as two more walked towards them from the empty part of the room. She reached under the shelf and tried to pick it up and managed to lift it enough for him to get out, he grabbed at her hand and he pulled himself out from under the shelf soon getting to his feet as she got grabbed by another endo. She stabbed its stomach area and managed to snap its elbow before shoving it back into the second one. The water began shoving her around as it rebounded off the wall causing her to grab a shelf and hold onto it as the endos got up again, soon dropping the torch into the water now not being able to see anything as she heard Foxy shout from behind her as he walked forward and started attacking the endos. After a few seconds, everything went silent as she no longer heard them shuffling around and she reached into the water for the flashlight before something placed a hand on her shoulder causing her to scream as she jumped back feeling the flashlight under her foot.

"Vix, it's alright," She heard Foxy say. "We need to go get Mike."

"Okay," She replied nearly hyperventilating as she stepped around for the light soon finding it and picking it up out the water and shining it at Foxy's back as he stepped into the next room.

She waded through the water towards the door as she heard Foxy call for Mike in the other room. She began shivering from the cold water as she got into the next room seeing Foxy looking up at a shelf where a near unconscious Mike was laying on top of it with a ripped up shirt.

"Is he alright," She asked as he looked like he was suffering from hypothermia, he shook violently as he laid on top of the shelf with his eyes closed.

"I doubt it," Foxy replied as he pulled the man off the shelf and threw him over his shoulder.

"Let's get out of here already," She told him as they began walking towards the entrance again.

They walked for a while reaching the shelf Foxy had to bend to get out, he passed her Mike through the hole and he climbed through before picking up the guard again and wading dizzily through the water. They heard the others out there as they neared the door once again, Vixey shined the light through so they could be seen as they exited.

"There you guys are," Freddy shouted with a chuckle as they walked up exhausted.

"Couldn't you have come and helped us," Foxy questioned the brown bear as he tossed Mike onto the concrete floor in the stairwell.

"I don't know what's down there, and we didn't have a light source," Freddy replied.

He shook his head side-to-side as Vixey sat down at the edge and leaned her head on the rail wanting to doze off.

"Come on," She heard Foxy say from behind her as she felt a hand tap her shoulder.

"Ugh," She groaned as she stood up with shaky knees after having to wade through so much water.

"I know, but we need to go get dried off," He chuckled as Freddy and Bonnie carried Mike up the stairs.

"Fine," She said as she pulled herself up the stairs with him, soon reaching the top, and walking out to see the rest of them up there.

"Did you guys find anything down there," Toy Bonnie asked.

"No, but you're welcome to try it yourself," Vixey replied as she stepped out the office and down the hall.

"Yeah, Lorenzo better get that damned pump," Foxy said as he held his side gaining her attention.

"Is your side okay," She asked him as they reached the end of the hall.

"Yeah, just that shelf landed right on it," He replied with a grunt as he continued holding it.

She watched him go from a quick tempo step to a slight limp as he continued dragging his feet along the floor, she was worried for him but could understand why he felt that way seeing as she felt the same. They heard the others begin walking back down with them as they started heading down the other hallway towards the main room. She made her way beside him and lifted his arm over her shoulder allowing him to lean on her as they walked down. The two foxes got into the main room and sat down in front of the TV as Freddy and Bonnie walked out of the employees' lounge after setting Mike in it.

"I'll go grab you some towels," Toy Chica told them as she ran off to the employees' lounge also.

"That was fucking hell," Foxy chuckled as Vixey continued shivering. "Here," He said as he wrapped his arm around her and started rubbing her arm.

"T-that… Sucked," She said shakily as she leaned into his chest.

"We still haven't even seen everything down there," He reminded her causing her to sigh as Toy Chica walked back with the towels.

"There," Toy Chica told them as they grabbed the towels and began drying off the best they could.

"That was cold," Vixey said with a slight laugh as she leaned back onto Foxy.

"And you're supposed to be an arctic fox," He chuckled causing her to smack him in the side.

They sat around soon drying off completely as they were able to warm up in the heated part of the pizzeria. Vixey and Foxy continued staying in their little ball of fur for a while to keep each other warm as the others began watching TV in the meantime. Ava asked them questions about what it was like down there or other things like whats their favorite thing to do which they happily told her. Vixey got up soon after they got some leftovers out and went to check on Kimber, she walked in seeing the kit asleep in the crib so she picked her up slowly and carried her back into the main room so she could watch her as they ate. She walked back in to see them questioning Foxy on how they managed to find Mike.

"We couldn't sleep so we thought we'd go mess with Mike for a little bit. We walked down there to see that the door was wide open and Mike was, wouldn't you know it, nowhere to be seen," He said with a chuckle which shortly turned into a groan as Vixey sat down beside him.

"You alright," Freddy asked him as he reached down for his side again.

"Yeah," He grunted, moving his hand to the table.

"Today has been busy," Vixey sighed as she leaned into Foxy with Kimber in her arms.

"Today is going to be a busy day," Foxy corrected her with a chuckle as he soon reached down for his side again.

"Foxy, you don't seem okay," Freddy said getting up and walking over.

"I'm fine," He chuckled as Vixey saw some synthetic blood on his hand.

"You're bleeding," She told him as she reached for his hand as he ripped out a chunk of metal and threw it onto the table.

"I'm fine, that fucker hooked me is all," He shouted with a sigh as he leaned back into the chair.

"Jeez," Bonnie chuckled as he picked up the rusted piece of metal.

"I guess he thinks that throwing stuff is fun," Foxy replied as Goldy teleported into the room.

"What happened," The gold bear asked as he looked around the room with a confused expression.

"They found Mike down in the basement," Freddy shouted as he walked over to the employees' lounge.

"I wish you guys wouldn't shout so much," Vixey told them as Kimber woke up in her arms prompting her to rock her.

"How have you been getting stabbed so much lately," Goldy asked as he saw Foxy holding his side.

"One of those endos managed to throw a shelf on me and climbed on top of it," He replied as Goldy walked over and looked at it.

"Eh, it isn't as bad as the last time," Goldy chuckled as he was beside the red vulpine.

"Well, it sure feels worse," Foxy groaned.

"No one's getting sleep tonight," Vixey mumbled to herself. "Let's just wait until morning so we can see down there," She told him before turning over to the TV and seeing a news report about riots in the city.

"Heh, I guess there is something good about being an animatronic," Foxy chuckled as he watched it.

"That is something I am glad about," She said with a smile as she turned back over to him. "You don't need to get armored up over controversies in politics."

"I'd be more pissed about how cold it is out there, then again that armor is generally hot…," He replied with a slight laugh as Goldy stood up and walked to the end of the table, sitting down.

"Can someone change the channel," Bonnie asked. "I don't care about this kind of stuff."

"Fair enough," Chica said as she turned it over to a random show.

"I wonder what it was about," Vixey said to Foxy as she leaned on him.

"I have a few guesses," He said as he rested his head on hers.

"Like," She asked him.

"The chief isn't... A clean person," He replied as he gritted his teeth a bit.

"What does that mean," She questioned him as she looked up at his face.

"There's a reason why the man never got caught," He told her with a sigh as he placed his arm over her shoulder.

"Oh…" She said as she lowered her head back on his shoulder.

"I got a question," Ava asked Foxy from across the table.

"Go ahead," He replied looking over at the coyote.

"Would you mind teaching me how to do all of that," She asked as she moved her hands around in an odd way.

"What do you mean," He asked with a chuckle.

"Fighting, I guess," She told him.

"Weren't you supposed to be trained to hunt me down," He asked her as she sighed.

"Yeah, but they aren't very good at it," She replied causing him to laugh a bit.

"I don't see why not… You'll need a lot of teaching though if you think that's fighting," He told her as he stood up and walked to the stage.

Vixey turned her chair over to the stage and watched him as he climbed up with the coyote following soon after, he started explaining where to stand at before he started running her down some different moves and letting her get used to her balance.

"Okay, take a swing at me real quick," He told her making her look at him confused.

After a few seconds, she swung at him with her right hand and he caught it throwing it off to the side as he elbowed down at the joint in her arm, stopping just before he hit her causing Vixey to giggle a bit as the coyote freaked out from the sudden movement.

"That's why you don't swing randomly at someone," Vixey overheard him say as he let the coyote regain her balance.

They continued going back-and-forth for a while as she continued watching him teach her finding it funny at times.

"Maybe once you get good at it you can fight with me," Goldy shouted to the coyote who Foxy managed to block once again.

"Get a good swing at his jaw," Freddy shouted from the corner of the room causing Vixey to look over, seeing him walk out the lounge.

"Why don't you get up here then," Foxy replied from the stage as he had the coyote try and flip him over her shoulder.

"Alright," Freddy said as he walked up to the stage and climbed up.

"Take a swing," Foxy told him as the bear stood up.

Freddy swung at Foxy and he grabbed his fist, twisted around, and rolled the bear over his hip, slamming him into the floor. Freddy groaned as Vixey and Goldy laughed hysterically from the table.

"And that, Ava, is how you flip someone," Vixey overheard him chuckle as Freddy got up.

"You could've warned me," Freddy groaned as he slid off the stage.

"I could have, but I didn't," Foxy replied as he looked back over at Ava. "Now, I want you to try and charge at me."

"Okay," She said as she rushed at him and tried to kick him in the side, he grabbed her leg and rolled to his back, placing his foot at her stomach as he flung her over him. "What do you call that," She asked him with a slight groan as she looked over at him.

"Nothing, I just thought about it as you ran at me," He replied as he stood up.

Vixey turned over to the table leaving them alone as she looked down at Kimber who had fallen asleep again. She looked up at the table seeing the chunk of rusted metal and she picked it up. The metal was encrusted in rust, there was no sharpened edge, it was all just jagged and broken. It shocked her that him getting that broke off in his side wasn't as bad as a clean and sleek blade that stabbed him, then again it possibly just got caught up in the side and didn't cut him too bad. The blackish liquid dried onto the piece reminding her that she would need another shower before she went to lay down again, which, with all things considered, wasn't happening any time soon. She heard a loud thump on the stage and looked toward the stage seeing that Foxy had slid off the stage.

"You okay," Vixey asked him as he stood up dusting himself off.

"Yeah, just didn't move back far enough," He chuckled as he climbed back onto the stage.

"Alright, don't hurt yourself any more than you have already," The arctic fox told him as she turned over to the clock seeing it was 5:31 AM now.

She heard something scratching against the floor causing her to turn around seeing nothing except a wet trail mixed with the synthetic blood from the hallway. She stood up setting Kimber into her chair and walked over to the trail seeing it going under a table, she crouched down and hesitantly raised the table cloth seeing the trail going all the way down to the end. She stood up and walked toward the stage following the water and blood mixed liquid as she came up to the next table. A metallic hand reached out from under the table and climbed up to her causing her to fall and scream, it was the endo that attacked Foxy, its right hand was a rusted blade that was broken off. It tried to bite at her and she lodged her arm under its jaw and held it back pulling out the knife Foxy gave her as she stabbed it several times in the back and managed to kick it off. She scrambled to her feet hearing Foxy jump off the stage and she looked at the endo seeing hardened red suit fragments scattered over it and a hard tan piece near his thigh, shockingly the wires looked fine for the most part aside from where she stabbed it. Foxy grabbed its head with his left hand and picked it up before stabbing the blade through its chest and ripping out to the side causing the synthetic blood to leak everywhere. The thing started writhing around in his grasp and was shrieking incoherently as it managed to fall to the floor trying to crawl away. The others had already run up to see what was happening and out of nowhere a blade was shot into its back nailing it to the floor.

"Nice shot, Fox-" Goldy went to say as they turned over, seeing Ava with her arm raised pointing at the endo.

"What," She asked as she pulled out the handle and began reloading the cartridge.

"I didn't expect that," Goldy said as Vixey looked down at the endo who continued trying to pry himself out from under the blade.

"This fucker just won't quit," Foxy chuckled as he crouched down beside it and placed his hand on the blade in its back.

"I guess it just runs with fox variants," Goldy chuckled as he stepped near it and looked at its face.

"I guess," Vixey replied noticing how it had a canine muzzle like Foxy.

Goldy reached for its arm and it dug the broken and rusted hook in the back of his hand causing him to back away from it.

"I see you found the older models," The Marionette said from behind them sending the tendrils over and pulling the blade out its back letting it crawl away.

"You know it," Foxy asked him as Vixey looked over at the endo as it barely managed to go anywhere.

"I know them, but I never knew them personally. I thought they were scrapped in all honesty," He replied pulling the endo back with a tendril causing it to try and stab at the lanky tentacle viciously.

The endo managed to slice it and got up jumping over a table as Foxy raised his arm and aimed at it once again, shooting it down as it made its way into the hallway. It stumbled a bit from the force of the blade hitting him, but continued down the hall.

"Mother fucker, give me that blade back," Foxy shouted as he ran across the room and down the hall at the endo.

"Foxy, wait," Vixey shouted running after him making it to the hallway as she heard them tumble and someone getting hit hard.

"Get this crazy fucking thing off of me," Foxy shouted as she looked down seeing a bent up hunk of metal on top of Foxy and biting down on his arm as he tried to reload the blade.

Vixey ran up and stabbed at the thing as it tried to constrict around Foxy, but the other one stood up and swung down at her, Foxy swept its feet before it could hit her and Vixey unlatched the things maw from his arm allowing him to point it at its face and he shot the blade into it killing the thing. He punched its face and luckily reattached the blade before yanking it out and slicing the others arm making it fall back down as it tried to stand up. Vixey turned around and lodged the blade into its neck as Foxy pulled her back and punched it crushing the endo's skull.

"That… Was insane," Foxy chuckled as he let himself drop to the floor beside Vixey panting. "Thanks for that," He told her as he leaned over and kissed her on the cheek.

"What else was I going to do," She asked him with a slight laugh as she fell onto her back panting as well.

"Who would've thought it would take us literally dying for me to have you by my side when fighting," He chuckled as she looked over at his back.

"When didn't I fight with you," She asked.

"I don't know… Afghanistan," He replied with a smirk as he turned back at her.

"That's different, what about the outlet bar," She asked him propping herself up with her arms.

"Fair enough. That guy really shouldn't have touched you though," He told her as he stood up

"I shouldn't have let you reach that chair," She replied as he reached down to her to pulled her up.

"Maybe you shouldn't have, but that doesn't matter," He told her as she looked down seeing they were both covered in blood again, Foxy to a greater degree.

"This is oddly unsettling considering this is the animatronic equivalent of blood," She told him slightly shocked.

"We have a mess to clean," Toy Freddy sighed as both he and Freddy walked toward the kitchen.

"I guess we should go clean up as well," Foxy chuckled as he looked down at his arms.

"We're supposed to be going down there again, right," She asked him.

"Eh, do we need to," He asked her.

"We're going to have to pump that water out of there somehow," She replied as she placed her hand on her hip.

"We don't even have the pump," Foxy groaned.

"Doesn't matter. We still need to do it," Vixey added as she walked down the hall towards the main room.

She walked in seeing the others were had already gone back to doing other stuff, the Chicas were missing as usual, Toy Bonnie and Bonnie were practicing with their guitars, and Freddy and Toy Freddy walked out the kitchen with mops and a water bucket. She saw Kimber still asleep and looked over to Goldy.

"Goldy, could you hold her and make sure she doesn't hurt herself? I can't hold her with this muck all over me," She told the gold bear who got up and scooped the small kit into his arms before sitting back down.

"Yeah, you go do what you need to," He replied as she walked away, thanking him.

She walked to the end of the table and sat down, leaning her head back as she began dozing off for a little bit as the others continued doing their usual things around the pizzeria. She heard Foxy walk up beside her and sit down wrapping his arm around her shoulder as they sat there, waiting for Mike to wake up so they could call Lorenzo.
