Chapter 26: House of Fun
"Fuckin Hell" Judgement sighed, placing a pillow on her face, desperately trying to muffle the sounds coming from above them. "Even on this side of the house I can still here them" she said, knowing fully well that her newest bedroom companion was awake too. "That man has some stamina, I'll give him that" the CEO of Hell was also laying awake staring at the ceiling. Upon returning from their date, Justice had persuaded Lucifer to part with her bedroom for the night, it was more blackmail than persuasion. Now the two demons couldn't sleep, the noise coming from upstairs were highly audible...and very erotic.
"Why didn't we make Beelzebub give up her room, she has the best one in the house" Judgement's muffled voice came from under her pillow. "Yeah, it's technically his room so why didn't he ask Beel" the devil agreed with her prosecutor. They lay there in silence for a while, listening to the rhythmical noises, a collection of thumping and banging with voices blended in. Justice sure was loud. Both demons were very jealous, both wishing it were them instead, both thinking the same thing. Lucifer had to change the subject or else she wouldn't stop thinking about it, "Where did he take you on your date?" she asked her companion.
"Same place as you, nice restaurant isn't it?" Judgement was glad the darkness hid her smile. "Yeah, sure is. The view is amazing...Works on me everytime" Lucifer admitted. "I like how all the slaves obey your every command" Judgement remembered when she shouted at them and they brought her a continuous supply of beer. "I think they are called Waiters dear" Lucifer chuckled quietly, "They get paid". "We should get some human slaves" Judgement clearly wasn't listening to her. "You have plenty of souls to torture in Hell dear" the devil glanced over to Judgement's bed, she could see her white eyes were open, looking at the ceiling.
"How do you think he keeps us all together like this? There must be some form of dark magic or sorcery involved secretly binding us" the demon asked the devil, it was a seemingly random question. "I think he uses a little thing called love, look it up sometime high prosecutor" the devil jabbed. "Ha, don't you have papers to sign and a realm to rule, Your Highness? Surely you don't have the time to know what love is", the high prosecutor jabbed back harder. After a long silence, the devil sighed loudly. "Look where "Love" has got me, eating pancakes all day and begging for affection off of a man, a human, a mortal". There was a small side of sadness to this sentence, Judgement noticed this. The High Prosecutor, all though she wouldn't say it, felt exactly the same way.
The rhythmical thumping and voices were getting louder, the two demons were becoming more embarrassed. Lucifer decided to continue the conversation to distract them, "Was he gentle with you?" The devil spoke into the darkness.
"Yeah, he was...Until I told him not to be, kinda like a combination of both" Judgement speaking more of her mind than she should of. "What about yo-u?" she quickly deflected any embarrassment she was feeling. "Depends, most of the time we just do whatever comes naturally, but yes, he is very gentle with me" Lucifer not being shy in the slightest about their sex life. "He prefers to be gentle, I think its the most sexiest thing. I love it when he kis-" she stopped, realising what she was saying. "Wait why am I telling you this!?" she squealed, turning over in her bed to face the wall. "Whatever boss, I don't care about what you two do".
"Did you hear him the first few weeks he slept with Modeus, man that guy can be rough. I can't believe Modeus wants to be dominated like that" Judgement had now removed her pillow and was laying with her head resting on her arm, staring at the ceiling. "Modeus is Modeus, she is into everything when it comes to him" Lucifer sighed in reply, glad the topic had moved off of herself. Judgement let loose a chuckle, "Remember the first few months living together, where everytime he wanted a hug off of you, you wouldn't give it to him". "Ah, yes" Lucifer had spoken to soon, becoming flushed with embarrassment, again. "We all would give him a hug before you could" the prosecutor let loose another giggle, "Your face everytime!".
It was true, the devil had her hugs stolen by every other demon. He would simply hold his arms out, trying to lure the devil to him, make her embrace the hug. However, each time, any other demon in the same room would leap at the opportunity, often pushing Lucifer to one side. Cerberus had always come running whenever he made the gesture, the three demons all hugging his body in various parts. Modeus was also a quick learner, always being the first one to jump into his arms and lay her head against his chest. The demons had decided to keep stealing hugs from the devil for as long as possible, Justice being the first one to adopt this game, encouraging others to do so. She could somehow sense it and would jump into the hug, making him hold her up with her feet off the ground.
Judgement had been close behind, barging past the devil and hugging the big man, often wrapping white chains around their two bodies so neither of them could escape. The two sisters had their own rivalry often seeing who could get the most full body hugs in one day, surprisingly Malina was the winner for that game. Azazel had obviously been shy at first but grew to like them so much that she couldn't go a day without one. Even Pandemonica stole a hug from the devil, giving the man a heartfelt hug and then a sharp slap afterwards on his behind. Beelzebub had made it her personal mission to steal as many hugs as she could from her old rival, often overly exaggerating the hug and moaning loudly into his chest. All these games had deprived Lucifer of the attention she so desperately wanted, the CEO had been the very last demon to receive it. It was the best hug he ever had.
"Whatever high prosecutor" Lucifer adjusted herself in Justice's bed to become more comfortable. The sounds from upstairs had subsided, he must have finally run out of steam. "Yeah, yeah. Night" the grey demon replied. However, both demons did not drift off to sleep. Lucifer was thinking in her mind where she and the Helltaker could go for their weekend holiday which was fast approaching, Seattle had been their last vacation, but she didn't know the human's realm well enough. She would have to ask him at somepoint, once all these dates were finished...and the demon's needs had been satisfied.
Justice had been having an amazing day, the beach walk and time together had been only the start of their date. They had decided to drive into the nearby town for a coffee, the two spending most of their time reminiscing, laughing at particular memories. "It felt like only yesterday we were at that cafe in the mall while Judgement and Zdrada went shopping" he had said, sipping his black americano. "The one where you called me babe?" she blushed, moving her spoon around the tall glass of her latte, drowned in sugar, again. "That's the one babe", smirking back. He was staring deeply into the pale eyes of his partner, she currently had her sunglasses resting on her head. "If you stare too much you'll go blind" Justice was blushing deeper.
"Good".
After walking around the town for a while they had decided to find somewhere to have an early dinner, funnily enough Justice had asked him to take them to the diner Zdrada was so obsessed about. "Alright, but don't tell her. That's supposed to be our thing" he had said as they pulled into the carpark. "Of course". The two had enjoyed a hearty meal of quarter-pounder burgers and fries, Justice had also ordered a salted caramel milkshake, "Damn, Zdrada was right, these are fucking fantastic" she had said, the former high prosecutor had a milky mustache as she did not use the straws. She received a chuckle from her partner. "What?!", "Oh Justice, I love you sometimes" he continued laughing, "You should love me all the time" she had now realised the whipped cream was on her upper lip, she had tried licking it but this had only made it worse; smudging it all over her lips and somehow getting some on her nose. He hadn't laughed like that in ages.
Eventually they had to leave the diner, both of them climbing into the giant black Mercedes and setting off for home. They both had their windows down and were blaring music out of them as they drove along the coast. He put on a few rock songs they had both grown to know the words to, Justice had somehow discovered Guns N' Roses, he liked their music anyway. It was a special journey, it was just the two of them, the twilight, the empty roads, the salty sea air and the music. He had put the Mercedes through it's paces today, off-roading on sand, navigating a small town with tight lanes, now he was seeing how fast it could go. Justice had loved every second of it.
They had returned earlier than most dates would, that's because Justice wanted to get him in the bedroom, and keep him there. Lucifer had relinquished her room and ensuite for them to use, "If you make a mess, you're cleaning it up!" she had called to the two as they snuck upstairs, not caring about anything else anymore. What followed after that was purely natural, but one thing that happened during was not so natural. Justice used every ounce of the power she had left to us her secret ability; as he looked down at her, those pale eyes became a fiery red once more. "Your eyes" he panted, "Don't worry, I'm fine. Keep going" she had moaned, her eye sight temporarily restored. She reached out to touch his face, her eyes taking in every feature. She soaked in the entire moment, making him change positions sporadically.
She maintained her sight for as long as she could, the end of it fast approaching. The end of something else was also fast approaching. Once they had finished, she lay on her side staring at him, trying to drown herself in the pleasure of sight. His naked body had a shiny layer of sweat on it, so did hers. Hey eyes were lingering in all the right places, the iris already beginning to turn pale. She locked eyes with him for the last few seconds of sight she had left. "I see you" she whispered, he stroked her cheek, moving a strand of hair back to her head. "I see you too" he smiled, leaning to kiss her. When he pulled back, Justice still had her eyes closed, eventually she finally opened them, her usual pale white eyes stared back at him.
"Since when were you able to do that?!" he was waiting to pop the question without ruining the moment, "Oh for a long time now, another gift from dear Lucy" the former prosecutor smiled. "Why haven't you used it before?", "I can only do it randomly once a year, the power comes and goes so I thought I'd save it for a special occasion. Already used it when looked at our old photos today, guess I was pushing it by using it now". She placed a hand on his face, "You're exactly as I imagined you'd be" she whispered. "Wow, you're really piling on the compliments. Are you going to go back to being the joker of the house after today?" he smirked. "Probably" she smirked in return. "I think I like this Justice better". "Well, she only comes out for you".
Justice yawned, placing a fist in front of her mouth as she did so. "Am I boring you?" he smiled, "No! Sorry don't know why I yawned, not even tired. Speaking of which, if I only have you for one day I want my money's worth!" she joked moving to straddle him, "Money's worth?". She leant down to kiss the man.
"Shut up and let's go again"
Pandemonica sat in the kitchen alone, reading off of her phone and notepad. She manifested a red clipboard as well, her pen moving between the three objects. She decided she would have to speak to Eligos in person to iron out these issues, another solo trip to Hell. Even though she was retired, Pandemonica still involved herself in almost every aspect of her old job, she still wanted to help in anyway she could. Besides, this retirement wasn't permanent, at some point Lucifer will want her working again. The length of his life was to be the length of her retirement. She sighed, clicking her fingers and demanifesting all the objects off of the kitchen table.
She was wearing her usual work outfit, she had ditched the suit pants and had gone for a mini skirt. The Tired Demon stood, using the table as support to steady herself. The demon began conjurations she knew off by heart, this portal would lead her straight to Demon Resources. It manifested on the kitchen wall, she adjusted her glasses and moved to enter it. "Where are you going Monica?" a voice called to her, she turned and saw him stood there. He was wearing a unbuttoned red shirt and a pair of black shorts, his huge feet making slapping noises on the stone tiles as he took a step forward.
"You aren't abandoning us just yet are you?" he smiled, noticing how tired she was. "Oh, I was-" she had to lean against the wall for support. He went over to her, taking her hand and leading the demon back to the table. Sitting her down, he went to make her a coffee. The portal slowly became smaller and smaller before it closed completely. "You look shattered, Insomnia still rampant?" he started the espresso machine. "My dear, it is so much more than Insomnia" she stared at the man, he stared back. "Why do you care?". The Tired Demon was also the insecure demon, she didn't feel any love when tired, the best time to compliment her was during her caffeine fueled rampages when she was in her sadistic form. "Of course I care. I've heard that you've been feeling left out, I can understand why. Twelve demons is hard for a man to love equally".
Pandemonica remained silent, the socially awkward demon looked at the man with a tired glare. "Let's see what the real you has to say" he smiled at the glaring demon, turning around and pouring her double espresso. He added the right amount of sugar and placed the white mug in front of her. "Here". She took the warm mug in both hands and took a long sip of the brown liquid, sighing pleasantly after. "Save your excuses for someone who cares" an evil smirk on her face, the sadistic demon had awoken. "There she is" he smirked back, "Can't believe you were going to leave without your coffee". "I was just too lazy to make one. I've been called to assist Eligos, something about a bit of unrest amoungst her team. I'll soon put them in their place."
"Remember, threat of violence isn't always the best way to motivate a worker" he said with his back turned, he switched on the espresso machine again to fill his mug. "Dear, they're demons. They will do what I say". "I'm just saying, a happy unharmed worker is better than a scared and beaten one." There was a momentary pause to their conversation, "Would you like me to come with you?" the man asked the demon. "Cute...that won't be necessary" the demon was drinking the last dregs of her coffee.
"I know it's not necessary but would you like me to?". Yes! "No thank you, you'd just slow me down. I want to be out of their ASAP" the demon now stood, beginning to conjure the portal again. "Do you have to leave now? I was going to make breakfast" he said to her, "I'm not hungry" she had completed the conjuration. "When will you be back?" he asked. "I don't know, not for a while". "Well when you come back, we can go on that coffee date" he smiled, the last trick he could use. "R-really?" the orange light was reflecting off of her glasses. The start of a smile was spreading across her face.
"Really really"
"Thank you" a happy Lucifer smiled as her plate of pancakes was placed in front of her, she had a knife in her right hand, a fork in the other. There was a fiendish smirk spread across her face. She quickly began to devour her breakfast nosily, small moans of pleasures escaping her. "Can you not orgasm everytime you take a bite" a sour Malina sat opposite her, she was also enjoying her breakfast but not to the same degree as the devil. "It's just so good" Lucifer was truly enthralled, the pancake chef chuckling to himself.
Azazel came into the kitchen, followed shortly by Cerberus. The angel came and stood behind the Helltaker, patiently waiting for him to acknowledge her. She had her notepad in one hand and a pencil in the other. "Fire away my angel" he said without even turning, knowing fully well who was behind him. Cerberus was busy fighting for a seat at the table next to Malina. "How did you know I was behind you?" the angel's confused voice replied. "Magic". He flipped a pancake in the blink of an eye. "Human's use a special kind of magic object to tell when someone is behind them, do you want to know what it is?" he was baiting her into his sarcastic trap. "Do tell!" the angel leant close to him as he turned to whisper, her pencil ready to work. "Ears" he whispered.
He received a light punch to his shoulder, the first one the angel had ever thrown, "Ow!" she said after, shaking her hand. He chuckled to himself, proud of the reaction he had produced. "Alright, I've had my fun. Ask your questions" he smiled at her, moving past her balancing three plates all with three pancakes on them. "Why do humans naturally fear demons?", Lucifer laughed at loud. "If they are as stupid as him, they will fear their own reflection" the devil's insult having no impact on the man. "If demons are all as crazy as her, then no wonder we fear them" he shot back. "Hey!" he shouted, dodging a fork that was aimed at his head.
"Don't test me Mr" her evil smirk was ruined by the specs of chocolate around her mouth. "You got a little something here" he pointed to his own lips. "What? Where?!" the devil now flustered, was trying her best to remove the chocolate marks. He turned back to making the last batch of pancakes for Azazel, "We fear them naturally because throughout human history, we blame them for anything we couldn't understand. For example, if someone had been brutally murdered in a forest who would you blame?".
"Ah, Wolves? Bears?" Azazel nervously replied, "Technically the correct answer, but no. We would say that a demon killed them, if an entire village was ill, they would be "cursed". If a woman slept around with many men, or acted strangely she would be "possessed". He paused, pouring the remaining pancake mix into the frying pan.
He turned to look at the devil still trying to get the chocolate off her face, he somewhat smiled at the fact that this women was responsible for countless folk tales, cults, sacrifices, blamed for almost everything bad that has ever happened to the early human race. "That woman, is probably the most dangerous woman in existence. Her reputation on Earth alone, it just shows how scared we can truly be" his eyes had not moved off the devil, her red eyes met his. "I can hear you, you know?" the devil's eyes suddenly made him quite scared. The most dangerous woman in existence, who could kill you at a moments notice. She could kiss your forehead and you'd turn into vinegar. The literal devil is sat in your kitchen, the culmination of humanity's nightmares blamed on this unholy beast his mind was screaming at him. The devil is practically your wife.
"Can you see where I'm coming from?" he snapped himself from the temporary panic, swiping the sweat off his head. The devil had simply laughed at him, the man now turned to see his angel write furiously on her notepad. "Yes, you're really providing an interesting insight to human-demon relationships overtime". "This could be your research question; how can demons and a human cohabitate like this?" he gestured to Malina, Cerberus and Lucifer chatting on the table and then to himself. He moved to flip the pancake, retrieving white chocolate to be melted. "That could make for an amazing thesis!" the angel flipped through her notepad, underlining certain parts. "Let's get those exams done first, one step at a time Az".
"Here eat your pancakes".
"Could you please explain this?" a somewhat angry Lucifer gestured to the TV. She had showered and slipped into a casual red shirt of his. She had rolled the sleeves up and tucked it into her black suit trousers. Her white horns were hidden slightly in the sea of white hair. She had it tied back into a huge bun, her fringe was getting longer, random strands of white jutting out at strange angles. He never truly understood women's hair. Her tail was strangely stiff, he didn't like where this was going. He came and sat next to her, sitting on her left and looking at the TV. For once, it was not Malina's video games being broadcasted, instead it was a news channel. "Lucy, I haven't been keeping up with any news when I have twelve demons to cater too" he moved his large arm to rest on the back of the sofa.
She moved slightly closer to him, "Look" she turned the volume up slightly higher. The news presenter informed them of the current situation. He had heard over the radio about how different countries around the world were going into lockdown due to a new pandemic, Justice had instantly inserted her music so he wasn't fully informed. Now he was properly up to date, yet he decided to have some fun with the devil. "Probably another zombie apocalypse, or maybe an alien invasion? We've had alot of these lately", the man's tone was serious trying his best to trick her.
"What is wrong with this world?. Has god finally given up?" she rubbed her temples, looking down at the floor. She had fallen for his trap, but before he could say anything she continued her rant. "Being "locked down", having more freetime than usual, it just reminds me how much work I should be doing!" she turned away from him. "But-" is all he got out. "All the souls out their waiting to be enslaved, what am I to do with all this free time?!". "You could-". "I know I've put demons in charge to do all my work for me, but I just feel so unproductive!". "What if-". "My minions are working themselves to death and what am I doing? Spending my days being fed pancakes and sleeping with a mortal!"
He decided to remain silent. "I wonder what the big man would say if he saw me now", there was a quiet pause. "Ah fuck it, I don't need his opinion" she leaned into him again, resting her head against his collar. "Finished having a conversation with yourself?" the Helltaker smiled. "Finished" the devil closed her eyes. They both sighed in sync, watching Malina enter the room and retake control of the TV and load up her video game. Both human and demon remained silent for a while, Modeus found her way downstairs to the lounge and sat on his right, she had her usual red turtle neck sweater on. She was wearing thigh high red socks, her red feet placed over his knees as a foot-rest. She was reading a new book, he glanced over and saw the front cover. It had a picture of a grey tie, he chuckled once he realised what book it was. Only a matter of time before she started reading that one.
More demons and an angel filtered into the lounge, all of them not staying for long, coming and going as they pleased. He was content to sit and watch Malina play, he was comfortable where he was. "Where is Ms Pandemonica?" Azazel's voice had sounded from the kitchen, asking the group at large. "She has-" he began, instantly drowned out by the other demons. "Fuck if I know" Malina had said loudly, "Didn't realise she had gone" Justice was eating an apple, chewing loudly. "Same" Zdrada was painting her nails black, "She didn't tell me she was leaving" the devil added. Modeus was glued to her book. "She has gone to Hell to help Eligos and her team, apparently there has been some unrest amoungst them" the Helltaker finally spoke loud enough for Azazel to hear.
"Jeez, no need to shout dude" Zdrada smirked from the dual recliner, he hadn't seen her smoke in a while. Did he finally get through to her? "Thank you" Azazel called from the kitchen, happy that she received a proper answer. "Speaking of missing people, where is Judgement, J?" he asked the blind demon, Justice paused eating her apple and swallowed. "Last I heard she was getting your weights from outside and working out in our room. Haven't SEEN her all day" she pointed her fingers in the shape of a gun at him. He laughed, "Oh dear" he got up from the sofa, much to Lucifer's and Modeus's disappointment. "Where are YOU going?" a scowl came from the devil. "Your slave is just going to make your high prosecutor some lunch" he grinned. "Don't say that word", was Lucifer feeling guilty? "What lunch?". "No! Slave! You know you aren't one", the devil was feeling very guilty indeed.
"Oh, what happened to 'You are my slave, nothing more' hmmm?" he quoted word for word, he was now leaning on the back of the sofa talking into the devil's ear. "That's not fair, it was early days", she protested. "Yeah, keep telling yourself that" he stood and walked into the kitchen. The devil was in hot pursuit, "Since when did you hold grudges?" her voice was more high pitched, as if desperate for his forgiveness. "I don't, just never thought I'd be called that by what would turn out to be my partner" he was placing a random assortment of fruit on a large plate. Partner! He said partner! "We aren't partners" she turned and crossed her arms, her face flushed red. "Oh, so what are we master?" he began making a chocolate spread sandwich. The devil had a case of stage fright, she became incredibly nervous. "What a-re w-e?". WE! "Yeah, tell me Your Highness, what are we?".
He smiled at how nervous and shy the devil became whenever they danced around this topic, "W-w-e ar-e..." the devil stuttered. "You're the devil, the literal Queen of Hell, you have crushed rebellions, killed Titans, Angels, countless Humans, countless Demons too. You are literally the embodiment of fear and evil, yet you cannot confess to me how you truly feel?" his kind but reassuring smile was present on his face. He held a plate full of fruit and two sandwiches in one hand, he turned and looked at an extremely embarrassed devil, "I already told you how I feel!" the devil coming up to him and looking into his sunglasses.
"Then tell me, what are we?" he smiled, knowing her pride wouldn't let her back down. Reluctantly she leant up to him and whispered in his ear, afraid if any other demon heard her. "Good answer" he smiled, giving her a passionate kiss before leaving the kitchen. The wave of embarrassment left the devil and was replaced by the ecstasy of her lover, her partner.
"Knock knock" he said, walking in through the Justice's and Judgement's bedroom door. "Oh, it's just you" she got out between laboured breaths. The smell of sweat and body odor hit him, filling his nostrils. "Jeez, how long you been working out" he took a step into the room, unaware of the hazard he was about to trip on. "Wait there is a-" she had said, "You know you should take a brea-" he spoke at the same time, unable to hear her. His big shoes got caught on a large dumbell that he was unaware of, he was already moving his entire weight forward while carrying the plate of food. He was a few feet in front of her. Somehow, as he tripped and fell over, Judgement had tried terribly to catch him, wedging herself between the giant man and the floor, acting as a cushion for the impact.
The Helltaker had been fast enough to stretch out a hand to catch himself from crushing Judgement, it being just near her white hair. Just like a terrible comedy, his face landed on her sweaty chest. The black sports bra cushioning him. Oh for fucks sake. His sunglasses had slid off his nose, he moved his head up and made direct eye contact with her white eyes as he reeled from what just happened. "What are you doing?!" Judgement laughed at him, the back of her head slightly bruised but she will live. "Uh, sorry about that, I-" he was sweating profusely. He noticed the smirk growing across her face as he looked down, glancing into those hungry white eyes. He felt her hands place themselves on his hips, it had suddenly become very intimate. "I brought you some lun-" is all he could say before her lips crashed against his, the taste of salt was on her lips, the sweat still pouring off the grey demon, only being intensified by this moment.
As Judgement's grey tongue explored his mouth, he tried at least to move off her instead of being on top, but she wouldn't let him budge. If he hadn't been absolutely exhausted after his night with Justice he probably would have let Judgement have her way with him right now. Eventually, when they parted for air, he stood up off of the floor, much to the high prosecutor's disappointment. "I was hoping we could continue the workout" the grey demon smirked at him, reaching for his hand and letting him pull her up. "I don't think I could keep up today" he smirked back, he retrieved the discarded plate, amazed that it hadn't broken. He retrieved the various fruits off of the floor, Justice was already starting to eat a peach. "Thanks for the grub" she was slightly embarrassed now after that encounter. "No problem, I know you have to maintain your physique high prosecutor, but do take a break once in a while".
"Alright, I'm gonna hit the showers anyway", she took the plate of food out of his hands. "You can go now" the cruel smirk still present on her face.
"Yes Ma'am".
"Oi dickhead? Shit for brains! Are you even listening to me?". He jumped awake, how long had he been asleep? He remembered his encounter with Judgement and coming to sit down again, but... "Do you want to play or not?" Malina's sour voice was slapping him awake, "Yeah, sure Malina" he yawned. He looked out the window, it was already getting dark. Had the day really gone that fast? He noticed that he was alone with Malina in the lounge, beside from a single Cerberus sleeping on his lap that he failed to notice at first. I wonder where her sisters are? "You don't even know what it is and you're not even looking!" he finally turned to look at the huge box Malina had resting on her lap. The box had an eerie orange medieval market street as it's front cover, two tall muscular armored brutes with horns were walking alongside a hooded woman in a revealing outfit. Above them in big bold black letters read 'GLOOMHAVEN'.
"It finally arrived today, fresh out the box" he could see the excitement on Malina's face as he opened the huge container. "Let's do it" he said, sitting up and rubbing his eyes. The resting Cerberus moaning quietly in her sleep as he moved slightly, she was dribbling all over him. "Do you even know how to play? Cause...I don't" the Sour Demon took a swig of her vodka, straight from the bottle. "That's half the fun, figuring it out along the way" he needed something to drink to properly wake from this drowsyness. "We are going to need a lot of alcohol" she looked at him.
"Agreed".
I do wonder what Vanripper would think to this story, would you be angry that someone is writing a story about your characters?
