Yamazaki-san has been found guilty
Time for the punishment!
The Ultimate Trivia Champion, Hide Yamazaki's Execution: Executed
Death Line
Yamazaki found himself in a gaudy-looking studio for a game show. Monokuma offered him a multiple choice question with four answers, which would seem like an easy enough proposition, but for one thing. The four answers were each ways to kill him- stoning, strangulation, drawing and quartering, and incineration.
Apparently, Yamazaki wouldn't be the one answering, as Monokuma then asked the audience the question. By an overwhelming majority, they chose "stoning," and bombarded him with small pebbles- too small to kill him, but sharp enough to hurt like hell.
The barrage of pebbles stopped when Yamazaki was covered in cuts and bruises from head to toe, and then Monokuma decided to call a friend. Apparently, the friend chose "strangulation," since Monokuma then wrapped the cord for the phone around Yamazaki's neck and pulled on both ends.
Monokuma stopped strangling Yamazaki just before he passed out, and then chose an option to rule out half of the answers. The two answers left were the two remaining ones- drawing and quartering, and incineration. Yamazaki was then placed on a rack and pulled so much that his limbs were pulled out of their sockets, before being set on fire. As the flames consumed his body, he was torn apart, with each quarter on fire.

Tsukimura-san has been found guilty
Time for the punishment!
The Ultimate Handmaiden, Kanae Tsukimura's Execution: Executed
Service
Tsukimura ended up in a metal chair on a conveyor belt, with her hands tied behind the back of the chair and her ankles bound to the chair legs.
A small army of butler Monokumas swarmed around her, ripping off her kimono (save for the parts that were tied to her writs and ankles) in what I assume was "helping" her get undressed. A few seconds after they finished, boiling hot water poured down on Tsukimura from above, causing her to scream in agony. Seconds later, the Monokumas threw Tsukimura a ratty old tracksuit, apparently not caring that she couldn't put it on by herself.
Tsukimura's final destination was a giant microwave, and she was the meal that was to be served. As she reached the end of the conveyor belt, the Monokuma butlers dragged her inside, chair and all, while another Monokuma shut the door and started it up.
Within seconds, the Monokumas and other pieces of metal in the microwave exploded, causing a massive blast that destroyed the microwave and everything inside it.

Tachibana-san has been found guilty
Commencing the punishment!
Tatsuki Tachibana, the Ultimate Guitarist's Execution: Executed
Guitar Heroine
Tatsuki stood on stage, surrounded by a crowd full of Monokumas. She held a guitar in her hand, or what seemed like a guitar-shaped video game controller. Instead of strings, there were five buttons to press.
In front of her, a screen showed a series of notes for her to play, one that would be all but impossible for most video gamers. Despite that, Tatsuki managed to play flawlessly, with the system registering an increasing full combo, and a thermometer-shaped gauge slowly filling. By the time the song ended, the mercury had reached the top of the thermometer.
Her performance complete, Tatsuki turned to the audience, which raised their lighters... or rather, improvised flamethrowers. They then turned them on Tatsuki, unleashing jets of flames that burned her alive, reducing her to a charred skeleton, her uniform to a pile of ashes and her controller to a lump of melted plastic.

Tachibana-san has been found guilty
Commencing the punishment!
Taiga Tachibana, the Ultimate Songwriter's Execution: Executed
Ear Worm
Taiga was pulled into a small office with a desk with a stack of paper and a pen on it. The only other features were a speaker system, a security camera, a slot in which to deposit outgoing mail, and a window through which Monokuma observed her. On the top was a simple instruction sheet.
Give me a good song by the time this song ends, or you go boom!
Upon closer examination, there was a bomb beneath the desk, and the office was small enough that Taiga couldn't run or hide from the explosion. She didn't have any reason to think that Monokuma would let her go if she did as she told him, but she didn't have any other options, so she got to work.
As Taiga worked, "Give Me Wings" played over the speakers and, unfortunately, it was the only thing on her mind.
Taiga finished the song and deposited it into the slot with seconds to go. Monokuma took one look at it, shook his head and waved goodbye.
The desk then exploded, blowing Taiga to pieces.

Sasaki-san has been found guilty
Commencing the punishment!
Sayuri Sasaki, the Ultimate Manga Artist's Execution: Executed
Fatal Attraction
Sayuri-san stood near a tree on the hill overlooking a school, cherry blossoms in full bloom. The entire atmosphere seemed like a scene out of a romance manga, and she was apparently waiting for someone to show up and respond to her confession.
Monokuma showed up, wearing a dark gyakuran, holding an opened envelope and a letter. He showed Sayuri-san the letter... which turned out to be a challenge to a duel, signed with Sayuri-san's name.
Sayuri-san froze in panic, clearly not expecting this. Monokuma took advantage of the opening, and punched her in the jaw, causing her to stagger backwards. He then unleashed a rapid-fire barrage of punches into her torso, capped off by an uppercut that sent her skyward.
As Sayuri-san was sent flying into the air, Monokuma put his paws together, and an orb of blue light formed betwen them. He then thrust them forward, causing a massive energy blast that vaporized Sayuri-san.

Nagato-san has been found guilty
Time for the punishment!
The Ultimate Tech Support, Chiyuri Nagato's Execution: Executed
After School Lesson, Version 2.0
Chiyuri was seated at a desk that was on a conveyor belt. In front of her, Monokuma stood, giving a lecture on sex education, of all things, while behind her, an iron block raised up before slamming down to the ground, again and again. The latter was getting closer by the moment, and even if Chiyuri couldn't see it, she could hear it.
The desk finally stopped just below the iron block, and Chiyuri closed her eyes, prepared for the end. Instead, a trapdoor opened beneath her, and Chiyuri fell down below. A large pile of garbage broke her fall, and she seemed to still be alive... for the moment.
That large pile of garbage happened to be in a giant trash compactor, and the two crushers began slowly converging on one another. Chiyuri weakly tried to force the crushers apart, but her effort proved to be in vain. Moments later, the compactor finished its work, and her remains were included in the small cube of garbage that was ejected from the machine.

Mihama-san has been found guilty
Commencing the punishment!
Miharu Mihama, the Ultimate Legal Expert's Execution: Executed
Trial By Fire
Mihama was forced to tread across a narrow path of flames, all while barefoot. Her path was narrow and winding, and was above a deep dark pit. I couldn't see what was at a bottom, but I could tell that no one who fell off the edge ever came back up.
Despite the pain she was in, Mihama trudged on. I'd heard that ordeals of this sort could prove one's innocence, but it seemed like it was torturous enough to be a punishment in and of itself. Maybe that was why Monokuma had chosen to put Mihama through this farce when her guilt had already been decided.
Mihama eventually reached the end of the path, on the verge of collapse, at which point Monokuma arrived, dressed in a flameproof suit and carrying a can of gasoline. He doused Mihama with the flames, setting her body ablaze.
GAME OVER
Kurogane-san has been found guilty
Commencing the punishment!
Hikaru Kurogane, the Ultimate Go Player's Execution: Executed
Flipping The Board
Kurogane-san sat a table with Monokuma, playing a game of go. Ostensibly, their lives were at stake, and the losing player would die.
Monokuma didn't seem to have much of a grasp of strategy, since Kurogane-san easily captured and flipped his stones over. Maybe he had a plan of some sort, but Kurogane-san was careful enough to prevent Monokuma from turning the tables on him. Despite- or perhaps because- Kurogane-san knew this would be his final game, he had no intention of surrendering his pride as a professional go player.
Kurogane-san claimed his victory, flipping over the majority of Monokuma's tiles and turning them black. Unfortunately for him, Monokuma still had one last move left to play; flipping the entire board up in the air and causing all the tiles to turn white. At that moment, a massive go stone fell on Kurogane-san, black side down, crushing him.
GAME OVER
Kumakura-san has been found guilty
Commencing the punishment!
Kotaro Kumakura, the Ultimate Weightlifter's Execution: Executed
Dead Lift
Kumakura-san was dropped into a cage and lay on his back. There were four barred walls surrounding him, a thick metal floor at his feet and a steel plate connected to a metal piston above him. Not long after he was put into the cage, the piston began descending, preparing to crush him to death.
As it reached the bottom of the cage, I thought it was over, and closed my eyes. But as I opened them a second later, I saw that Kumakura-san hadn't given up just yet. He lay on his back, pushing upward with both arms, as if he were bench-pressing weights.
At first, he was easily able to push it back as far as he could from on his back, but the force gradually increased. Within about a minute, it took all his strength just to keep the press up. Seconds later, I could see that his strength was faltering, and the plate was inching toward him.
Kumakura-san's strength gave out, and with a sickening crunch, the press flattened him. It came to rest after flattening his remains as much as possible, and blood seeped from the gaps between the bars.

Kirishima-san has been found guilty
Time for the punishment!
The Ultimate Geneticist, Seita Kirishima's Execution: Executed.
Evolve Or Die
Kirishima-san was locked in a test chamber with a warning label that read CAUTION: DANGEROUS LEVELS OF RADIATION. There was a thick metal door with a sturdy window and a high-tech lock... and Kirishima-san was on the wrong side of the door.
Monokuma, dressed in a small lab coat, activated some machinery outside, flipping levers, pushing buttons and turning knobs. I couldn't tell what each of them did, save for a few ones that were labeled with a harmful radioactive symbol, but it seemed as though Monokuma was pushing the machinery past its usual operating limits.
Some warning lights and sirens turned on as the experiment began. A bright green glow bathed the room as Kirishima-san was bombarded with lethal doses of radiation. Within moments, he slumped against the door and collapsed, out of sight.
Eventually, the machinery shut down, the radiation stopped, and Monokuma opened the door to see Kirishima-san's heavily irradiated corpse. Monokuma simply shrugged and looked at the camera, while the following text showed up on screen.
Superhero Creation Experiment
Test 1
Subject: Seita Kirisima
Outcome: Failure
GAME OVER
Kojima-san has been found guilty.
Time for the punishment!
The Ultimate Game Designer, Shigeru Kojima's Execution: Executed
Minus World
Kojima found himself trapped in a cavern, chased by a large and pixelated version of Monokuma. He fled to the right of the screen, running and jumping to stay ahead of his ursine pursuer.
As Kojima neared the end, Monokuma caught up to him and punched him from behind, sending him flying against the wall on the far right. Kojima ended up passing through the wall, and fell into a large green pipe that was wide enough to easily fit a human inside no matter what direction they were facing.
Kojima passed through the pipe, and fell into a vast body of water that was endless in width but seemed to be no more than ten meters deep. Before he could start drowning, large fish swarmed about him and ate him.
GAME OVER
Karita-san has been found guilty.
Time for the punishment!
The Ultimate Con Artist, Satoshi Karita's Execution: Executed
Liar, Liar
Karita-san sat in what looked like a sushi restaurant with a conveyor belt, while Monokuma stood behind the belt. Each plate had a needle on it, heated to the point of being white hot, and as each one passed, Monokuma seized it and tossed it down Karita-san's throat.
According to the "pinky swear" phase, Karita-san would have to swallow a thousand needles if he lied, but he didn't even manage to swallow the first one. The moment it hit his mouth, he choked and gagged in extreme agony.
Monokuma didn't stop there, though. If he couldn't get the needles in Karita-san's mouth, he'd settle for throwing them at him. After a few hits to his chest, Karita-san staggered forward, clutching where he'd been hit. The tenth and final needle went through his eye, and Karita-san fell to the floor, dead.
GAME OVER
Himemiya-san has been found guilty.
Time for the punishment!
The Ultimate Archer, Himeno Himemiya's's Execution: Executed
Target Practice
Himeno was stood against the wall of a gymnasium, her hands bound behind her back and her ankles chained to the floor. At her back was a padded wall, and on her head was an apple.
An army of Monokumas with crossbows took turns aiming and firing. The first bolt found its way into Himeno's thigh, while the second landed in her shoulder. Several other Monokumas took their turns firing, missing the target as well as missing any vital areas.
After several Monokumas had taken their shots, the rest of them readied their crossbows and fired one last volley of bolts, all of which found their marks in Himeno, turning her into a pincushion, and leaving the apple unscathed. By the end, her clothes were ripped and soaked with blood. The apple, however, didn't have so much as a bruise on it.
As if as an afterthought, one last Monokuma, who apparently hadn't joined the others, took aim, fired, and shot the apple squarely through the center.
GAME OVER
Higurashi-san has been found guilty.
Time for the punishment!
The Ultimate Public Speaker, Nobuhiro Higurashi's Execution: Executed
Vox Populi
Higurashi-san stood in what looked like the general assembly chamber of the National Diet, standing before a crowd full of Monokumas in dark suits. A book lay on the podium titled "Holding The Floor: A History of Filibusters in the United States Congress." I wasn't too well-versed in the rules of the American government, but I had heard of the filibuster- a contest of endurance in which the speaker tried to keep talking for as long as possible. Apparently, this was what Higurashi-san was expected to do.
Higurashi-san started reading out of the book, which began with a definition of the filibuster, but as he continued reading, Monokumas in the crowd started heckling him, with some even throwing pebbles at him. The din of their voices quickly grew louder, until it drowned out Higurashi-san, and even more of them started throwing things at him. That wasn't enough for them, as even more Monokumas started talking even more loudly and threw even more things. The chorus of voices became almost deafening... until the audio suddenly stopped and we saw a crossed out speaker in the top right hand corner of the screen, showing that Monokuma had activated the mute function.
The voices seemed to grow even louder, and I saw cracks form in the walls of the Diet Building. Of course, the real problem was above Higurashi-san, as the ceiling was festooned with spikes that started coming loose and falling... some of which were directly above him. A few fell and impaled Higurashi-san as he futilely tried to dive for cover under the podium, after which point the rest of the ceiling collapsed, burying him in the rubble.

Azuki-san has been found guilty
Time for the punishment!
The Ultimate Actress, Akira Azuki's Execution: Executed
The Ides of March
I found myself on a stage, wearing a toga over my school uniform. It was set up to look like the Roman Senate, and I was surrounded by fifteen Monokumas, each of whom held a knife and had a photo of one of my classmates taped to their faces.
The Monokumas took their turns stabbing me, being careful to avoid any arteries or vital organs. Of course, each of those stabs hurt like hell, and with knife wounds all over my arms, legs and torso, blood was pouring out of me like a pipe that had burst.
By the time fourteen of the Monokumas had their turn, I'd lost a lot of blood, and thought I was going to bleed to death, but then there was one last Monokuma left- the one with Chiyuri's face, apparently ready to perform the coup de grace. Its knife had a much longer blade than the others, and I knew that I probably wouldn't survive getting stuck with that. While I'd always been afraid of dying in this killing game, now that I was actually being executed, I wasn't nearly as afraid. Once I was dead, I wouldn't feel any more pain.
Faint from blood loss, I couldn't help but let off a faint chuckle and smile weakly. Even though I knew that the Monokumas were soulless automatons whose "costumes" were too cheap to pass muster in even an amateur production, they did have my classmates' faces. In a way, I wouldn't be dying alone.
As that final Monokuma leaped forward, Chiyuri's face was the last thing I saw before the knife pierced my heart.
Game Over
Asakura-san has been found guilty
Time for the punishment!
The Ultimate Tech Support, Yuichi Azuki's Execution: Executed
If It Ain't Broke...
Asakura was placed inside a room and forced to repair a large machine that looked like a desktop computer. According to a sign in the room, if Asakura failed to complete his job by the time the timer reached 0, the vents would pump poisonous gas into the room, killing him.
Asakura worked quickly, unscrewing a plate, fixing some wiring and replacing components as needed. He seemed like a natural when it came to repair work, so maybe the school could have named him the Ultimate Repairman instead.
Eventually, Asakura succeeded, and turned the machine on to test it. The machine's screen immediately displayed a skull and crossbones, and then vented gas into the room. Asakura's face showed an expression of pure terror, before he choked on the gas and perished.
Author's Notes
Sorry for the delay. I've been struggling with writer's block, and a lack of motivation now that the main story is finished, but I still intend to see this through to the end.
I decided to put these in reverse alphabetical order to prevent a certain someone from coming second.
Incidentally, I noticed midway through that some executions had "Time for the punishment!" while others had "Commencing the punishment!"
Chiyuri's execution was inspired by an execution I had planned for Shuichi in a rewrite of Danganronpa V3 that I never got around to making. His execution would have been a rehash of the one given to Kyoko for a few reasons; 1)They're both the Ultimate Detective, 2)They both got framed for other people's crimes and 3)They're both love interests of the main character. Likewise, Tsukimura got a modified version of Kirumi's execution, since they have similar talents.
There will be one final Side Story- a Talent Show showing what could have been included in Where Talent Goes On Vacation.
