Yang sighs as all of Team Ruby assembles in the courtyard. "Alright Weiss, what's the problem?"

"It's..." She frowns, feeling utterly pathetic "It's...a boy..."

Instantly they're all serious. "Give us all the details," Ruby says, pulling out a pen, and notepad.

Weiss scowls "Enough Ruby! You don't need to write it down...I just..." She looks around, "No-one better be able to hear this.."

Ruby looks up, "It's important we record what we can analyze it. So what happened?"

"He...I...HE KISSED ME!" She suddenly bursts into tears, and latches onto Blake.

Blake holds her, "Who? Spike?"

"YES!" She screams into her shoulder "No boy has ever done that!"

They're silent... Then Yang gives a thumbs-up, "Well congrats on your first boyfriend!"

"HE IS NOT MY BOYFRIEND!" Weiss glares at Yang "No boy is ever serious about me...there HAS to be an underlying motive. I AM NOT A FOOL!"

"No but HE is," Blake replies. "And in all honesty you think he's smart enough to have another motive?"

"How do I know...my father warned me to never have a boyfriend because they'll just be taking advantage..they won't like ME...they'll like my status."

Ruby is busy writing all this down. Yang sighs, "We're not gonna get through like this, I guess she just needs to see it for herself."

"See WHAT! I don't want to see anything!" She clings to Blake even tighter "Please...just hug me!"

Blake wraps her arms around her a little tighter.

"Oh Blake...what do I DO!? I don't know what to do..."

"Did he hurt you?"

"How?" She sniffles "Why? Will he?!"

Blake looks her in the eye, "If he didn't then there's nothing to be afraid of."

"What if he WILL Blake...what if my father is right..."

"Well he hasn't been thus far," Blake says. "He said Faunus were evil, and that Huntsmen were useless after all."

Weiss blinks "...I...guess so...but he specifically said never to date...he was insistent...even threatened to kill anyone who had ulterior motives..."

Ruby looks up, "My assessment of Spike is that he's rugged, but not sleazy. He passes MY inspection."

Yang nods, "Yeah, he could stand to do something about that bed head."

"But he's not from our world...who knows what he could be like..."

Blake smirks, "Well by this point Id say that's you Weiss."

"What?" She frowns "What do you mean?"

"He needs a haircut, but otherwise we don't think there's anything wrong with him," Blake translates.

"But you don't know him deep down! He could be plotting to steal the Schnee fortune!"

Yang cracks her knuckles, "With the three of us waiting in the wings to kick his ass? Even he's not THAT stupid."

"But why do any of YOU care about my family and stuff?" Weiss mumbles, burying her face into Blake's shoulder.

Blake strokes Weiss's hair, "Same reason you're on my shoulder, because you're our friend."

Weiss lets out a loud sob "Then tell me what to DO!"

Ruby zooms up beside Weiss, "We must face the enemy head-on! Then while you have him distracted we will be lurking nearby to jump him if he so much as blinks inappropriately."

"You better...I don't know if I can trust him though..."

...

Reave cleans his guns, and glances at Spike who lounges in a window. "Amy, he's thinking again. I think I can see smoke coming out his ears."

Amy frowns, and goes over to him "Spike?" She pokes him "You okay?"

Spike blinks, and turns to Amy, "Hey, you're good at romance stuff right? Could you answer a question for me?"

"I can try! I've had much experience on dates with Sonic..." She grins dreamily

"How does one "take" the heart of a girl?"

Amy blinks "You steal it of course! You win her over...woo her...shower her with gifts and compliments...kiss her until she can't breathe!"

Reave blinks, "Um..."

Spike hugs her, "Thanks baby sis! You're the best!" He hops out the window.

Reave sighs, "This is already getting out of hand. He forgot we're on the fifth floor."

WHAM!

Amy grimaces "Ouch..."

...

Blake walks with Weiss down the hall of beacon, "So what would help you better know if you can trust him?"

"I...I don't know.." Weiss sighs "I just keep thinking how my father would react..."

Blake smiles, "Well in every story I've ever read with situations of romance, the father NEVER wants the daughter to date."

"Because the guy steals the families' fortune?! Is that why!?"

"No, because fathers simply don't want their daughters to be taken away by men. But if they got their way then there would be no more babies."

Weiss eyes go dramatically wide "I HAVE TO HAVE A KID WITH THIS GUY!?"

Blake's eyes go wide, "NO! Gosh no! That comes after marriage, and you two might not make it that far if he's the wrong guy."

"How do I know if he's the right one though? I've never gotten this far before.."

Blake shrugs, "That's what dating is for. You spend time together so you can tell if you're a good fit. Though Yang would be the authority there. I only ever kissed a boy once, and... No boyfriends."

"Me neither...nothing..." She heaves a sigh "Never thought I would actually..."

Suddenly Spike drops from the ceiling on a bungee cord tied to his ankle, a box of chocolate in his hand. "Hey Weiss!"

Weiss groans "Hi..."

He blinks, looking at his ankle as the rope creaks. Then it jerks him upwards, leaving the box of chocolate spinning in the air as Spike's head is buried in the ceiling.

Weiss frowns "What the...hell?"

Spike grunts as he tries to free himself, and Blake catches the chocolate before it hits the ground. She looks at it with a raised eyebrow, and glances at Weiss.

"What is it?" She blinks, wiping her eyes to make sure any tears are gone.

"...He could be worse," Blake says as she starts walking again.

"You think? I just...it's frustrating feeling like..THIS!"

Spike legs kick like he's riding a bicycle, and he pushes against the ceiling. Blake for her part ignores his struggle as she removes the ribbon from the heart shaped box, and opens it, "I think that's how the tradition of giving chocolate originated. It helps calm the nerves, care for one?"

"No," Weiss shakes her head "I'm not hungry...I seem to have lost my appetite for some reason."

"Suit yourself," Blake monotones as she selects a sweet, and pops it in her mouth. "Mm! Maybe you could keep him around for the sake of free candy, these aren't half bad."

Spike finally succeeds in freeing himself, and bounces around on the stretchy cord as he watches the retreating girls. "Have a great day Weiss! I'll just... Hang out here..." He curls in on himself, cutting the rope with his sword, and landing on his feet in a rare moment of agility.

He rubs his neck, "Didn't go as well as I'd hoped... I was going for a kiss scene like in the first Spider-Man movie.

From around the corner Reave whispers to Amy, "Why are we following him again?"

"Because I said so...now shhh!" She hisses "We need to watch what happens..."

Later that day in class Weiss in taking notes. Noting an error on her page she searches her bag for an eraser, and when she reaches for her pencil again she picks up a Rose with white, and red petals that wasn't lying next to it before.

"What the hell.." She mumbles with a frown "Where'd THAT come from?"

Lucy, who had been happily chewing a rice ball, tugs Weiss's dress slightly, and points at Spike's boot poking out from under Cinder's desk.

Weiss glances where she is pointing and sighs heavily, picking up her pencil instead. "That idiot..."

"I think it's sweet," Lucy confides quietly. "Can I see it? It's pretty."

Weiss hands it to her "Keep it then..."

Spike, who had been watching with a small mirror sighs in defeat.

Weiss pats Lucy's head before continuing with her notes, pushing all thoughts of him out of her head.

Spike looks through his notes he keeps in a small book. "Okay, next plan..."

Weiss glances at him out of the corner of her eye. She just wishes he would give up already...or does she...

Next is combat class.

Weiss practices hand to hand combat with a dummy by herself on the edge of the room. She hits each limb with amazing precision and accuracy, letting out all her frustration. Spike watches... And decides to let her be. He knows badly HE doesn't like being disturbed while training.

Weiss seethes as she feels eyes on her, and practically hits the dummy with everything she's got "Stupid little...what the hell is he...DAMN IT!"

Spike sulks off in the shadows.

From above in the rafters Reave mutters, "Warning: taking heavy damage."

Weiss hits the dummy so hard it tumbles across the room. She growls and stalks off, scowling.

At lunch Spike is sulking with his head in Amy's lap, "Oh man this is going downhill fast... What haven't I tried yet? Poetry? No, I don't know the first thing about it."

Amy sighs, looking down at him "Make her jealous...let her come to YOU."

Spike smiles, "Great idea!"

Reave muses aloud as he eats, "The other edge of that sword is she may feel you lied to her when you expressed your feelings, and then abandon you in heartbreak."

Spike deflates, "Bad idea..."

Amy pouts "Well what plan do YOU have, genius!" She questions Reave

"Patience," Reave suggests. "Weiss is a confused girl since this is her first romantic experience. Give her space with the occasional show of affection to show you haven't forgotten about her."

He takes a bite of his sushi, and says, "As the only one present with a happy romantic partner I think my opinion speaks volumes."

"HEY!" Amy protests "Sonic and I are quite happy together, THANK YOU!"

"If you wish to believe so," Reave says. "Still, when was the last time HE kissed YOU?"

Amy's mouth opens and closes...almost like a fish "W-Well...uh...he's just shy is all. He doesn't like PDA."

Spike frowns, "PDA?"

"Public Displays of Affection." She smirks

"Ah," Spike nods.

Reave sets down his chopsticks, "Are you certain this isn't the case? Are you certain you haven't been projecting your affection onto him? You're the sister of my best friend Amy, I'm only trying to look after you."

Amy frowns "What are you saying? Sonic likes me...I know he does."

"In all modesty Amy I'm very good at reading people. As gently as I can put it Sonic feels as much affection for you as Spike, or I do."

"He loves you and Spike too?!"

Reave shakes his head, "No, meaning is that Sonic cares for you as a sibling or friend, not a lover. In truth the closest to a lover's affection I see you receive comes from Shadow."

"What?!" She gapes "SHADOW? He cares for no-one as a lover!"

"True, but from what I understand of him there is one he may have considered long ago, someone you remind him of."

Spike sits up, "Hey, no offence, but I thought we were dealing with MY relationship problems."

"Yeah, REAVE! Spike needs help, not ME!"

"Well Spike I think you've gotten all the help you can from US," Reave says as he opens a Milky Way. "Just go forth, and be yourself. If it doesn't work out then it simply wasn't meant to be, and eventually you will meet someone else."

Spike smiles, "No one like her though. Thanks, both of you." He hops to his feet, and takes off.

Amy sighs "I wish Sonic would make that much effort for me.."

"If wishes were horses beggars would ride," Reave says. "And maybe eat rather well too, though I prefer lamb."

Amy blinks "Reave...you are so weird..."

His eye glints at the chance for a philosophical debate, "I agree Amy, because in my opinion is no such thing as normalcy..."

...

"Big sister, is Spike annoying you?"

"Yes Lucy...why?"

Lucy giggles evilly, "I can set traps for him so he can't bother you!"

Weiss smiles "You'd do that for me?"

"Yup! I'd do anything for my big sister!" She holds her fists in the air like a cheerleader.

"That's nice...feel free to do whatever you want, Lucy...have fun."

"You bet Big Sister!" She skips ahead.

Weiss watches her go with a smirk. Spike won't bother her now...

As she passes a corner a pair of black gloves grab her by the shoulders, and pull her under a staircase. Luckily it's high enough that she doesn't hit her head while standing.

She shrieks, surprised, and flails around "Get off, moron!"

Then she feels his embrace, and his lips on hers.

Eyes wide, she attempts to scream as she does her best to wiggle free.

Spike abruptly pulls back, "Sorry! Didn't mean to scare you, just thought you were afraid of PDA."

"PDA?!" She screams and abruptly slaps him."How dare you put your hands on me like that!"

He holds his stinging cheek, "Ow! I was just trying to be subtle..."

"WELL THAT WAS THE OPPOSITE!" she screams, pushing him away and storming off with tears in her eyes.

Spike chases after her, "Weiss, wait a minute-HRK!"

Shadow catches Spike by the back of his shirt, and lifts him like a kitten, "Does stalking run in your family or something?"

Lucy peeks around Shadow to blow a raspberry at Spike, and then speeds off after Weiss.

"Stupid little..." She violently wipes her eyes, pulling out her phone to call Blake

Blake picks up on the second ring, "Hello Weiss."

"BLAKE! Where are you?'

"Getting changed for swim class, why?"

Weiss hangs up and races to the pool changing rooms "He...he...HE MOLESTED ME!" She sobs when she finds Blake.

Blake's eyes go wide, and her pupils shrink. The. She types off on her phone before grabbing her weapon. "Stinking little... Don't worry Weiss, we'll handle this."

"Blake where are you going!'

"I'm going to kill him," she says as she puts her sword on her back, still in her swimsuit. "A woman's virtue is sacred, even HE should know that!" She storms out of the room, "And he will by the time we're done with him..."

Weiss trots after her "But...the no killing rule!"

"I think we can allow an exception here," Blake says as she looks around the outside of the school grounds. "Besides, this has nothing to do with the Black Fang so the rule doesn't apply in the first place."

A window above them shatters, and Spike falls through, Yang holding him by the shirt as she punches him repeatedly with her right gauntlet.

"Yang?!" Weiss calls to her "What are you doing?"

They hit the ground, and Yang jumps back of Spike as Ruby jumps from the bushes with her scythe raised. Spike rolls out of the way in the nick of time, "Sweet Honey Ice Tea!"

Blake draws her weapon, and the noise draws his attention. "Weiss! Thank goodness! Please tell them they got it all wrong-YIPE!" He dodges radically as Ruby twirls her scythe in an attempt to cut him every way possible.

"Got WHAT all wrong?!" She growls in reply "YOU PERVERT!"

"ALL I DID WAS KISS HER, I SWEAR!"

Blake raises an eyebrow at Weiss questioningly as Yang puts Spike in a headlock, and Ruby raises her scythe to strike.

"YOU FORCED YOURSELF ONTO ME! WHAT IF I DIDN'T WANT TO KISS YOU!" She yells "PERSONAL SPACE, DOLT!"

Yang, and Ruby share a look, and then drag Spike away by the shirt. "Have mercyyyyyyyy," he whines.

Blake heaves a sigh of relief, "When you said 'molest' we'd assumed that meant he went under your skirt."

"HE MIGHT HAVE IF I HADN'T HAVE STOPPED HIM!"

"YOU DIDN'T STOP ME, I STOPPED," Spike shouts from a distance. "I'D NEVER HURT YOU LIKE THAT!"

Blake stares at him, "...You know, I believe him."

"WHAT?!" Weiss glares at her "How could you believe HIM over ME! He practically forced his lips on mine!"

"You using the word 'practically' suggests there's a sliver of you not offended at what he did," Blake says. "So we're not going to kill him, instead he's on his way to an intervention."

"FINE! HE FORCED HIS LIPS ON MINE!" Weiss screeches, clearly in a bad mood. "Why are you taking his side!"

"We're not," Blake says as she pulls her phone out of the front of her swimsuit, and sends off a text. "We're defusing this situation before it can get any worse. You follow them, I'll join up with you after I've fed the teacher a crock story about a flu."

"FINE! If you're really wanting to play that way...it's only a matter of time before his HANDS are where they shouldn't be!" She huffs, and storms off, fists clenched.

She follows them to an unused classroom where they plop the thoroughly freaked-out Spike behind a desk in the centre of the front row. Ruby whispers to Lucy, and they both dash out of the room with giggles. Blake returns a few minutes later just as Yang puts a cone shaped hat on Spike's head with the word "Dunce" spelled down it.

Weiss sighs "Just what is THAT supposed to solve?!"

"Dammit woman you have to the count of 3 to let me go!" Shadow snarls as Ruby drags him into the class, and Lucy brings Sonic in by the hand, assisted in great part by giant eyes filled with cuteness.

Yang puts on a pair of costume glasses, "Where's Amy? I'm sure I texted her..."

Amy bursts in second later "Sorry I'm late! What's going on!?" She pants

Yang picks up a long ruler, and props it on her shoulder, "This is an intervention for your brother, so all of you please take your seats."

Blake pulls out her phone, "...Hello Penny? Can you make it to Beacon, classroom 2-B? I think you could learn a lot from this."

Amy sits down with a shrug as Penny races into the class room and greets Blake with a fierce hug "BLAKE! What are we doing?"

Yang smiles, and picks up a piece of chalk, "Dissection."

Spike pales, "What?! You're gonna cut me up?!"

Yang snickers, "No Spike, today we are going to take apart the mind of the young hormonal teenager." Turning to the board she writes Wooing 101.

Weiss groans "Yang...who the hell cares about this stuff...let's just GO already."

Yang points her ruler at Weiss, "Sit down young lady, this is for your benefit too!"

Shadow facepalms, "Please just tell me this is a bad dream..."

"Yang! Shut up, you don't tell me what to do!"

Amy sighs, and folds her arms "Just what is going on? Wait...is this to help persuade Sonic to marry me?!"

"Possibly," Blake says to Amy.

Sonic stands "I'm outta here...I ain't marrying ANYONE, let alone AMY!"

Amy glares "WHAT'S THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN!"

Shadow holds him down to the chair, "Just sit down, they'll leave us alone if we humor them. And who knows Faker, for once in your life you might actually learn something."

Yang smiles, "Fantastic, I'm your teacher Ms. Xiao Long, and today I will be aided by none other than Professor Smoke."

Smoke walks in with Cinder, and Knuckles trailing behind him. Cinder eyes the board, then Spike's hat, putting two and two together.

Weiss facepalms "Oh jeez...this is utterly STUPID! We don't need to be here, Yang, now quit being so dramatic and let us GO!"

Smoke waves, utterly ignoring her. "Hello class. Now as a professional ladies man it's my job today to explain the simple do's and don't's of dating. Now, please keep in mind that everyone is an individual with unique qualities, and attractions so this is a very diverse subject. That being said there are a few basic guidelines to follow in any situation."

Yang writes "Trust" on the board. "This is the first guideline, does anyone here not know what Trust is?"

Weiss deadpans "Yang...we aren't five. DUH! Of COURSE we do!"

Smoke nods, "Yes, of course you do, because for there to be any kind of relationship between two people, romantic or otherwise, there must be Trust."

Smoke paces, "Trust cannot be taken, only earned. It builds a relationship, but if we were to compare a relationship to say... A building then Trust is just the walls. It first needs a foundation, anyone care to take a crack at what that might be?"

"FRIENDSHIP!" Penny yells with a giggle "Friends are always great to make AND keep!"

Smoke points lightly in her direction, "A good guess, the best romantic relationships always start out as solid friendships. But the word I was looking for is Respect. That's what gets most relationships started. Honor Students Blake, and Ruby please demonstrate for us."

Ruby, and Blake come to the classroom floor as Yang says, "Now, can anyone see a friendly relationship starting off like this?"

Blake pretends to text on her phone as Ruby walks by, bumping shoulders. Blake scowls, "Hey watch where you're going idiot!"

"Well that's how they first meet!" Amy shouts, ever the optimist "They exchange cruel words, then they find they're attracted to each other, then dating, then marriage and kids! It's perfect!"

Smoke shrugs, "In rare cases, like with Weiss. However am I right in saying that if you were not forced into Ruby's company you would have hated her Weiss?"

"I wouldn't have HATED her.." She replies. "Just maybe found her extra irritating and annoying and childish and stupid."

Smoke nods, "So while the method suggested by Ms. Rose is usable, it's not as effective as Respect. Rewind!"

Ruby nods, and bumps into Blake again, "Oops! Sorry, didn't see you."

Blake smiles, "It's okay, shouldn't be doing this where people are walking anyways. I'm Blake."

"Ruby," Ruby says as they shake hands.

Yang smiles, "And now we have two people on their way to a friendship. Now there is one major no-no when interacting with others for the first time."

"And that is?" Weiss replies, examining her nails "Keeping your eyes where they should be? Above shoulder level...GUYS...in particular.."

"That's part of Respect," Smoke says. "And Weiss is right, invading someone's personal space even with your eyes is the COMPLETE wrong impression to give at a first meeting. This means it's highly NOT recommended to kiss, hug, grope, or even flirt when you first meet someone. A simple handshake is acceptable."

"Spike..." She coughs "You could learn a lot here."

Angel raises her hand "Um...I've never...given anyone a handshake...mostly because when they try I...get scared...does that mean it's my fault if my friends ditch me?"

Smoke raises an eyebrow, "It's a common greeting, nothing to fuss about. No one will think twice about it. But you bring an interesting topic to light."

Yang draws a tower, and makes arrows pointing to different parts, "We have Respect as our foundation, and Trust as our walls, but what about stability? Does anyone have any idea what kind of supports we build inside the relationship?"

"OH! OH!" Penny raises her hand "CONTACT! Seeing each other twenty four seven builds the friendship! Like Blake and I!"

"That's called Smothering," Smoke says. "Like it or not, spending too much time around someone will make them seem boring, and/or annoying so space from one another every so often is very healthy for a relationship."

Penny blinks, and looks to Blake "Am I boring and or annoying?"

Blake smiles, "Well to most people you'd be a little bit of a pain, but you're growing out of it I think. And I assure you you're FAR from boring."

Shadow smirks, "Hear that Rose? Too much of a good thing is terrible."

Spike slumps, "Sorry Weiss..."

"Hmph..." Weiss glares "NOW you get it.."

Smoke nods, "Alright, I call that progress."

"Can we GO now?" The heiress sighs deeply.

"Nope," Smoke says. "Now, the stability of a relationship stems from Confidence, which comes from Experience. Ms. Schnee, please come down for a demonstration."

Weiss' eyes go wide "WHAT?! My...father..."

"I promise it's nothing indecent," he says with a wave of his hand. "And your father will thank me for helping you mature a little more. Sonic, why don't you come down too?"

He raises an eyebrow and shrugs, stepping to the front "What am I doing?"

Smoke waves a hand, "Please go ahead, and give Yang a hug."

Yang smiles with a wave.

"Why?" He frowns.

"Yeah, WHY! Why can't he hug ME!" Amy pouts "That's not fair!"

"Quiet down Ms. Rose, we're in the middle of a demonstration," Smoke says calmly.

Yang walks over, opening her arms, "It's not like it's that big a deal, right?"

"Amy's just jealous." Sonic shrugs, and steps to hug Yang.

"HEY! I AM NOT JEALOUS!"

Yang hugs Sonic back, and lets go after a few seconds. Smoke nods, "Excellent! Now it's Weiss's turn."

"To do what? I know how to hug!" She snaps "I know how to do all of this!"

"Trust me on this," Smoke says.

"UGH!" Weiss huffs and goes to stand at the front "Now what?"

"I'm just trying to make a point. Sonic, if you please..."

"You want me...to hug...her?" He blinks "She'll bite my head off!"

"No she won't," Smoke says. "Because she, like everyone except Yang, wants to know exactly what point I'm making."

Weiss growls "You...are...dead."

Sonic rolls his eyes and moves to wrap his arms around her, to which Weiss completely stiffens. "Get off..."

Smoke nods, and waves Sonic back to his seat. "so students, what did you notice about the reactions of these two girls?"

"They were completely different..." Penny grins

"Because they're experience with romance is polar opposite of one another," Smoke says. "Yang is used to contact such as this, and so she even egged it on. Weiss on the other hand has little to no experience, and so she naturally rejected it."

Weiss sulks in silence "Pftt..."

Smoke spreads his arms with his palms up, "Reactions such as these can help us gauge a person's experience, and let us know how to approach them. If like Angel the person is awkward with introductions then they are relatively new to this kind of treatment. But then again Angel IS more experienced than Weiss in the area of having a boyfriend so once again I remind you that everyone is different. Using these skills requires you to be a good judge of character."

Weiss seethes "How can SHE be more experienced than me in ANYTHING?! She practically wets herself in fear if someone so much as approaches her!"

Said girl blushes in anger and frowns "No I don't I...I-I...don't."

"Moving on," Smoke says mercifully. "A prime example of this is Ruby."

Ruby blinks, "Me?"

Smoke blinks, "You were also socially awkward until you got landed with your own team."

"She still IS socially awkward!" Weiss yells, completely and utterly frustrated "This whole thing is just a huge time waster!"

"Wow, thanks Weiss," Ruby deadpans.

Weiss blinks "You're welcome. But come on...you agree this is a waste of time, right Ruby?"

"I was being sarcastic," Ruby says. "And if this keeps Spike from cornering you under the stairs again I don't see why you should be complaining."

Weiss contemplates "Yeah..I see your point..but why do I have to be here?"

"So you can see the junk they're stuffing in his head," Blake replies.

Spike smiles, "My head is already full of junk." He shakes his head which makes a loud rattling.

Weiss sighs "...Just kill me now and be done with it..."

Smoke sighs, "Fine Weiss, you're excused."

"FINALLY!" She growls, and gets up from her seat "Stupid waste of time!"

"We're just gonna brainwash him, and you'll have absolutely NO idea what he's gonna do with you after that," Smoke finishes.

Weiss glares "Blake will tell me."

Blake says nothing as she plays with her thumbs.

"Blake...COME ON! YOU'RE ON MY SIDE!"

"Yes I am," Blake says tonelessly as she looks up at the ceiling. Adam smirks from beside Angel.

Weiss narrows her eyes "Blake...I'm asking you...as my friend...don't lie to me." she turns to Adam "And don't YOU start smirking!"

Smoke stares at her, and then turns to Yang, "Maybe we should leave them be, getting laid would do Weiss some good."

Yang smiles, "You heard him, class dismissed! We'll be available for questions for anyone who wants to stick around."

As most the others stand to leave, Spike stays seated with a thoughtful look.

Weiss lets out a huge sigh "FINALLY! YANG! This was your stupidest idea yet!"

Yang shrugs, and takes off the fake glasses, "It's working I think."

Spike tosses the hat off his head, and walks into the hall while rubbing his chin. Adam leans towards Amy, "Is it healthy for him to be thinking this much in one chapter?"

Amy thinks "I don't think he's ever thought this much...I can practically see the cogs turning..."

"This is either really good, or really bad," Shadow says. "Oh well, so long as we get Reviews."

Smoke throws his hands in the air, "Oh give it a rest people! Is the plan to break the fourth wall until it shatters, and we all spill out of someone's computer/mobile?!"

Amy rolls her eyes "Whatever Smoke...just make sure Spike doesn't hurt himself thinking too much..."

Later that night as Team Ruby is getting ready for bed Lucy finds a note under Weiss's pillow. "Lookie big sis!"

"What's that?" Weiss frowns, and takes it from her.

The handwriting is so horrible it's no stretch of the imagination to tell who wrote it.

Dear Weiss,

I'm headed away for a few days, got some stuff I wanna do. Don't worry about me, and I'll be back in a week at most. I'm always think about you!

Love,

Spike

Weiss blinks "What..why did he..."

Blake reads it over her shoulder, and smirks. "Looks like he took that intervention to heart, and giving you your space."

"FINALLY!" Weiss smirks "He does SOMETHING right..."

Lucy looks up at her, "Are you gonna miss him?"

"No." She replies "Well...maybe. I don't know!"

Lucy smiles, and hugs her, "I guess we'll find out!"

Weiss returns the hug "Not looking forward to THAT..."
