On the outskirts of Ponyville, while the Imperial Legion army was heading toward the town hall, the bases setup by the three councils bordering town were heavily fortified and well defended due to the attacks from Jewelius's soldiers. One by the Ponyville Train Station, run by the High Human/Elven/Beast Council, The other next to Sweet Apple Acres and the barn that was once owned by the Pear family, operated by the Akaviri Council, and finally, the base bordering the Everfree Forest is lead by the Dwemer Council.
Inside the High Human/Elven/Beast Base, the general was looking for any sudden attacks through a telescope from inside his office.
Inside the the Akaviri Base, the soldiers had setup their cannons, catapults, and trebuchets. They were awaiting orders to fire if Jewelius's soldiers start their attack.
Inside the Dwemer Base, a huge mechanical telescope was installed several years prior to Jewelius's attack on Ponyville. Unlike the other bases, there base is underground, awaiting orders to carry out an ambush. The Dwemer Base has lots of automatons that consisted of robotic spiders, spheres, ballistas, centurions, and more.
A Deep Elven soldier came into the Generals office.
"Sir." Said the soldier.
"What did you spot?" The general named Kagrenac II asked.
"The Imperial Legion has arrived." The soldier said.
"Well, it's about time." Kagrenac II said.
He contacted the bases to tell them that the Imperial Legion led by Tiber Septim has arrived.
All of there armies went to meet them at the town hall.
