Part Twenty Nine

The next morning Steven enters the store surprised to see Angie setting up,

"Uh aren't you in the wrong store"

"Well good morning to you too brother!"

"Angie what you doing here?"

"Dad told me to help you out here since your a new daddy now. Congratulations by the way! Can't wait to see my niece!"

"Yeah uh thanks sorry for you know"

"Hey no worries bro I would of reacted the same way" they both smile before getting the store ready to open.

Jackie sat in the rocking chair with Amber in her arms as she breastfeeds smiling happily to herself, Jackie was actually content with life and she was finally happy beyond words.

"You finished Angel. Here let's burp you Amber angel" Jackie gently rubs her back chatting away to Amber as she does.

In the basement Donna was sat waiting anxiously for Brooke, she was not sure she should have said to meet here as even though Kelso was working he could walk in at any moment.

"Hey " Brooke says smiling warmly as she walks in,

"Uh hey brooke . Where is Betsy today?"

"With my mom. So what's up Donna?"

"Look you need to tell Kelso that you have started dating someone..."

"But it is not serious. I get that if he was spending time with betsy that it would be kelso's business but its not "

" I get that. Just kelso has expressed that he has feelings for you..."

"Oh"

Jackie holding amber in her carrier walks into the store ,

"Hey there's my girls!" Steven kisses Jackie and strokes Amber's cheek,

"We came to see daddy!"

"How she been today?"

"She has been a little angel " angie walks over to them smiling,

"Hey Jackie aww is this my niece"

"Angie? Hey uh sorry this is Amber "

"Aw she is beautiful! " angie coos before Jackie heads over to the couch,

"How long you staying?"

"Few weeks "

"Where you staying?"

"I booked a room in that hotel in town "

"Oh nice. We would have had you stay with us but this little one took the spare room"

"Its okay. Listen ill see you later im just going to serve customers "

"You okay Steven?"

"Yeah I am . She came to help out while we adjust to being new parents "

"Yeah that's great. Oh no kelso is coming " kelso walks in and heads over to Steven and Jackie,

"Hyde. Jackie . Baby!" Jackie shakes her head sitting down and fussing with Amber ,

"What you want kelso?"

"Just to rub in that your wrong. Brooke phoned me said to go over to talk"

"And?"

"Oh come on thats code for i wanna have your babies "

"She did dumbass!"

"You know what I mean so . Burn! Burn!" He runs out making them frown before hyde sits beside Jackie on the couch,

" he really is a dumbass!" Jackie says placing her head onto his shoulder as he strokes her hair.
