The celebrating ended as they heard a knock on his door, they all turned around to see three women standing there and Derek said, "momma, come in, come in" and they watched as the three women made their way over toward Derek. She leaned down and hugged him and said, "I'm so glad that you're safe baby boy, I don't know what I would have done if anything would have happened to you".
Penelope tried to get up and Derek held her right where she was and said, "I'm alright momma but I wouldn't have if it weren't for these amazing people right here" and Fran looked around the room and said, "thank you so much for saving my son". Hotch smiled and said, "you're very welcome mam".
Fran said, "please, please call me Fran", Hotch said, "you're very welcome Fran and please call me Hotch", she nodded her head and said, "it's nice to meet you Hotch". Dave stepped forward and said, "and I'm" and before he could get his name out Desiree said, "ohhhhhhhhh myyyyyyyyyy lantaaaaaaaaaaaa".
Sarah said, "sis, what's wrong with you"?, Desi said, "do you know who this is"?, she looked at Dave and said, "do you know who you are"?, he laughed and said, "I do, I'm David Rossi but please call me Dave". Fran said, "D D David Rossi as in the author David Rossi"?, he said, "one and the same and it's so nice to meet such beautiful woman as yourselves".
Emily said, "no wonder he's been married three times" and JJ laughed and said, "sorry about her but it's nice to meet you Fran, I'm Jennifer Reid and this is my husband Spencer". She smiled and said, "nice to meet you", Derek wrapped his arm tighter around Penelope as she tried to scoot away from him.
He whispered, "where are you trying to go"?, she blushed and whispered, "you don't need me right now, you need to spend some time with your mom and sisters so I'll go and" and as she started to get up he said, "no mam you're not going anywhere, you're going to stay right here with me where you belong".
Emily smiled at the three women and said, "and I'm Emily Hotchner, I'm Aaron, I mean Hotchs wife and it's so nice to meet you guys", all three women smiled and then Fran turned to see her son cuddled up with a blonde on the bed and she said, "ohhhh you must be Penelope, I've heard so much about you".
Penelope said, "y y you have"?, Fran said, "I sure have, now come give me a hug", she stood up and took a few steps over to her future mother-in-law and said, "it's nice to meet you Mrs. Morgan". Fran said, "honey please call me Fran", Penelope said, "it's nice to finally meet you Fran".
Sarah said, "ohhh she's gorgeous", Desi said, "look at that beautiful hair ohhhhh and those glasses, girlllllllll they look so good with your outfit", Penelope said, "thank you both so much". Desi said, "maybe you and I could go shopping while we're here, that is if you don't mind"?, Penelope said, "I would love that, I loveeeeee to get my shopping Jones on for sure girlie" causing Derek to smile as he laid there watching his future wife and sisters chatting.
Fran said, "when we came in you guys were celebrating something, what was it, if you don't mind me asking"?, Penelope looked up at her and said, "well mam, I mean Mrs. Mor, I mean Fran, your son, well he, he proposed to me and I accepted". Fran pulled her into her arms again and said, "ohhh that's wonderful, just wonderful", she then hugged her son and said, "does this mean that I'm finally going to be getting those grandbabies you have been promising me"?, Derek said, "maaaaaaaaaaaa".
Sarah said, "now, now baby boy, remember what you promised our mother and you know that she's not getting any younger"?, Fran pointed her finger at her daughter and said, "alright Sarah don't pick on your brother, you might scare this beautiful woman away from her and you know what that would mean don't you"?, Desi and Sarah nodded their heads and said in unison, "no grandbabies from your baby boy" and Fran said, "that's right".
She then started digging in her purse for something and she said, "I figured you would be needing this sooooooo I brought it with me" as she handed him the small black box. He said, "momma what is this"?, she said, "it's your grandmas engagement ring, she told me that she wanted you to have it for the woman that you would one day marry".
Sarah laughed and said, "for a while it didn't look like you were going to need it but now that you have this amazing woman here you need to take it baby brother". He opened the box and smiled down at the ring, he then blew out a deep breath and said, "Penelope Grace Garcia will you do me the honor of spending the rest of your life with me as my wife"?, she wiped away the tears that were streaming down her cheeks and she said, "yes, yes, yes".
She held out her hand and he slipped the ring onto her finger and said, "I love you baby girl", she leaned down and kissed his lips and said, "and I love you hotstuff". The room once again filled with the sound of celebration as the family all gathered closer to get a glimpse of Penelpoes engagement ring.
