"I love unicorns!" The band known as Kitty Section was practicing their music. Luka was rocking well on his guitar and they were really making some noise.

"That's it! Play it proud!" Luka said as he continued to play the music, but rehearsal was stopped when the power to their music was cut off. "What just happened?"

"I did." They looked and spotted a guy with blue hair and a tattoo on his face. He also showed that he unplugged their speakers. "That's a little loud. Some people considered calling the police about a noise complaint."

"Oh. We're sorry. We didn't know we were playing that loud." Luka said.

"Just try to keep it under control." The guy said as he left the boat and met up with his friend.

"Did you really have to do that?" His friend asked.

"We're learning to be cops now. Our job is to enforce the law and that includes handling noise complaints."

"But we're not cops at the moment, Jellal."

"Don't be a loose cannon, Natsu."

…

Downtown

People were just minding their own business and walked through the streets. Lila was among that group.

"Don't worry, Mom. I'm going to meet up with my boyfriend, Adrien." Lila said over her phone. "We're going to meet up with some friends and study together. Yes, I promise I'm telling the truth." That girl would even lie to her own mother. She kept going until some sort of explosion went off in the middle of the street. She and cloud looked to see what was going on.

"We're here." Three monsters stepped out. One was a bat-like creature with wings under his arms. He carried crescent-shaped blades. The other was one in gold bulky armor with skulls on his shoulders. He had lightning-shaped horns and carried an axe. The one in the center was a navy-blue color with a long neck and had horns curve towards his face. His arms and legs had patches of dark cherry red with a couple chain piercings over his chest. His weapon was a simple sword. "Batonic! Thundrong! Let's tear this place apart!"

"Yes, Romace!"

"Monsters!" People ran scared from them with Lila running off and taking cover. All the screaming was heard by two others, Natsu and Jellal. They raced over to see what was going on and saw the three monsters.

"No way. Etherious?" Natsu said.

"I thought they were all destroyed." Jellal said.

"So did I. I guess it's time to get back in the action." Natsu said. Jellal understood and made sure no one was watching as they pulled out two special cellphones.

"Magical Energy, Unleashed!" Both of them morphed into two rangers, The Magic Rangers: Red and Gold."

"Hold it right there!" Natsu called as he and Jellal showed themselves. Lila looked out of where she was hiding and saw them.

"Wait. Those aren't our regular rangers." Lila said.

"Don't be stupid enough to get in our way." Romace said.

"Call us crazy." Natsu said as he jumped at Romace and kicked him, but Romace barely felt it. He kept trying to fight him, but Romace blocked each one of his attacks. Romace gave Natsu a powerful kick and Natsu flew back. Jellal went to face the other two as he pulled out his sword. He tried attacking, but Thundrong used his axe to block his attack.

"Pathetic." Thundrong said. Jellal gave him a few kicks and moved back. Thundrong unleashes lightning from his horns and threw Jellal off balance.

"My turn!" Batonic said as he flew into the air and unleashed a sonic blast. Jellal got caught in it and it was dealing some damage. Batonic flew down and used both of his blades and slashed against him. Natsu kept fighting Romace, but Romace slashed his sword against Natsu and knocked him back. Romace unleashed an energy blast from his sword. Natsu jumped out of the way, but the impact of it still knocked him down.

"Man. These guys are tough." Jellal said as the two of them regrouped. "What's the deal with these guys?"

"I'm not sure. There's something not right about these etherious. That's saying something." Natsu said. The three of them moved closer to finish them, but all three of them were blasted.

"Stop right there!" Natsu and Jellal looked and were met with Miraculous Power Rangers.

"Sweet. More rangers." Natsu said.

"Forget this. We're just wasting time." Romace said as the three of them turned away and just vanished. Lila couldn't believe what she saw and left. With the danger gone, the rangers met up with each other.

"Are you two okay?" Francis asked.

"Yeah." Natsu said as the two of them demorphed.

"Thanks for the help." Jellal said.

"Wait. I know you!" Luka said as he demorphed with the others. "You're the guy that turned off my music earlier."

"Who are you two?" Adrien asked.

"I'm Natsu. This is my friend, Jellal. We're the red and gold magic rangers."

"Cool! We never met other rangers before!" Nino said.

"We appreciate the help, but you should let us handle those etherious. We know how to deal with them." Jellal said.

"Etherious? What are etherious?" Marinette asked as they were all confused. "Hawk Moth sent those guys."

"Hawk Moth?" Both of them questioned. Something weird was going on.

"I think you should come with us." Francis. "We should share what we know and figure out what those things were." Natsu and Jellal agreed and sought out to work together.

Gabriel

Gabriel was at work at his home. It seemed like that was all he did. He heard his phone go off and saw it was that of the contact he gave to Lila when they agreed to work together.

"Lila Rossi? What is it?" Gabriel asked as she believed she was talking to Hawk Moth.

"Hawk Moth, why did you send monsters to attack where I was? I thought we were helping each other." Lila said.

"What are you talking about?" Gabriel asked. "I haven't sent any monsters to attack the city."

"You didn't? There were three of them earlier." Lila said. "There were also two extra rangers." Hearing this intrigued Gabriel.

"Tell me everything you saw." Gabriel said.

The Monsters

"Why did we pull back? Those two couldn't take us. We could have taken all of them?" Batonic said as they were hiding.

"Leave it. We didn't come here to fight." Romace said.

"He's right. We came here for destruction and that's what we're going to bring." Thundrong said. As they were talking, someone was watching them in the shadows. "So what's the plan?"

"We still go with it." Romace said. "As long as we have this, we can't be stopped." Romace held out a black crystal sphere in his hand. Whoever was watching made a small noise and alerted them. "Who's there?!" Thundrong went to check it out, but the person was already gone.

"Must have been a cat or something." Thundrong said as they went back to planning, but they were still being watched.

The Rangers' Base

The rangers headed back to their base where Fu was waiting for them. He was surprised to see Natsu and Jellal showed as well.

"Nice place." Natsu said.

"It seems…traditional." Jellal said.

"Who are these two?" Fu asked.

"Master, meet Jellal and Natsu. They're rangers too." Francis said with Fu surprised to hear this. "We brought them here to talk about those monsters we fought."

"You called them etherious. What are those?" Marinette asked.

"Etherious are demons created by evil magic." Natsu said.

"They see all humans as disgusting creatures that should be destroyed." Jellal said. "Their ultimate goal was for them to rule over all of humanity."

"We thought we destroyed all the etherious. So we have no idea where those three came from." Natsu said. "Jellal and I are working to be cops and we were able to come here. We didn't expect all of this to happen."

"They had to have been sent by Hawk Moth. Who else could have sent them?" Nino said.

"Let's not jump to conclusions." Alya said. "We don't have all the facts."

"Alya's right. There was something different about those guys than anything Hawk Moth has sent before." Francis said.

"I think we better contact the others." Jellal said and Natsu agreed. He pulled out his morpher and tried to contact one of their friends. "Mavis? Guys? Can you hear me?"

Magnolia

Magnolia was where Natsu and Jellal came from and it's been at peace thanks to the rangers. In the town is a place called Mystic Star and that's where a worker named Mirajane is. Mira heard her phone go off and could see it was from the rangers.

"Hello?" Mirajane said as she made sure no one was listening.

"Mira! Perfect. Mira, has there been signs of etherious?" Natsu asked.

"Etherious? No. They were all destroyed." Mirajane said.

"Not all of them. Jellal and I met up with some other rangers and we just encountered three monsters, but we're not exactly sure who or what they are." Natsu said.

"Really? That's strange. Luckily we know someone that can help." Mirajane said.

…

Paris

"Thanks, Mira. Get the others and tell them what's going on. We might need their help." Natsu said.

"Actually, there's something I need to tell you, Natsu. It's about Lucy." Mirajane said. "She's…MIA. She disappeared a few days ago. We have no idea where she is." Hearing that scared Natsu.

"Thanks for letting me know." Natsu said as he ended the call.

"Lucy? Is that another ranger?" Marinette asked.

"Yeah. She's more than a friend to Natsu." Jellal said. They understood and didn't know what to say. Jellal felt bad for Natsu as Natsu as scared that something might have happened to Lucy.

Magnolia

"Good work. Now let's see what else you learned." The mentor of the magic rangers was a young woman named Mavis. Ever since the defeat of their enemies, Mavis has been working with children. She noticed a car stop and the other rangers stepped out: Gray, Erza, Gajeel, Sting, and Rogue. "Guys!"

"Mavis!" Erza called as she went over and tried to hug each of them. "It looks like you're doing well."

"The children all look happy." Rogue said.

"I wish we were here for a friendly visit." Gray said.

"We've got trouble, Mavis, and there's only one person that can help us." Gajeel said.

"Is he here?" Sting said.

"Of course." Mavis said. All of them went inside the building and Mavis led them through to a classroom. "Honey, someone is here to see you." All of them looked and they were faced with an enemy they've faced before.

"Hello, Zeref." Gray said.

"You're here." Zeref said. Zeref was once their enemy that desired to change the world in a destructive way, but after his final battle, he learned how wrong he was and tried to make amends for it.

"It's nice to see you're doing well, Zeref." Gajeel said.

"We got a call from Natsu." Sting said.

"My brother?" Zeref asked.

"There's trouble and we might need your help." Erza said. "It seems the mistake you made before might not be gone yet." Zeref could see what she was talking about. If something's going on that's his fault, he has to make amends for it.

…

Paris

All of the rangers were alerted of danger going on. Fu pulled out the hidden computer and they saw those three were back.

"It's them again." Francis said.

"They're just outside Paris." Fu said.

"We should all go. They won't stand a chance against all of us." Natsu said. All the rangers agreed to that and moved as fast as they could.

The Monsters

The three monsters moved their way through the woods and found themselves in a quarry. Francis, Natsu, and the other rangers raced over to stop them.

"There they are!" Francis said as they faced the three of them. "I don't know what you three are planning, but it ends now."

"Don't bother. You can't stop us." Romace said.

"I say we just tear these humans apart." Thundrong said.

"Yeah. They're only pests to begin with." Batonic said.

"Let's do it!" Francis said as they all charged into battle.

"Miraculous Power!"

"Magical Energy, Unleashed!" The two teams of rangers charged into battle and fought the three monsters. Francis and Natsu tried taking on Romace. Natsu tried a few hits that Romace was able to block. He grabbed Natsu's arm and tossed him to the ground. Francis pulled out his saber and tried attacking him, but Romace landed a strike first with his sword. Adrien, Nino, and Jellal tried attacking Thundrong together. Jellal tried his sword, but Thundrong stopped it with his axe. Nino tried attacking from behind, but Thundrong slammed his fist against him.

"These guys really are tough." Nino complained. Thundrong grabbed Jellal and pulled him away to slash against him. Adrien tried attacking him, but Thundrong grabbed him and tossed him against the quarry.

"Adrien, you okay?" Jellal said as the three of them gathered together. Thundrong unleashed some lightning against the three of them and knocked them down. The girls and Luka tried stopping Batonic, but he was just as tough. Batonic flew into the air.

"Get down here!" Alya called as she tried blasting him down, but he flew down and slashed against her. Marinette tried stopping him, but he flew past her as well and stomped down on her.

"Marinette!" Luka called as he tried to save her, but Batonic deflected his arm and used his blades to slash against them. Batonic flew back in the air and unleashed a sonic attack and blasted the three of them. Natsu and Francis tried holding their own against Romace, but he was just as strong if not stronger. Francis kept using his saber against him, but Romace stopped each one. Romace kicked Francis back and unleashed a powerful blast from his sword and knocked Francis down.

"That's enough! Magic Fire Shooter!" Natsu said as he pulled out his weapon. He shot a fireball, but Romace blocked it. Both of them ran down and Natsu tried again, but Romace blocked each strike.

"I warned you that you didn't had a chance!" Romace said as he blasted Natsu. Romace charged at Natsu and gave him a powerful slash. Natsu was knocked down and was force to demorph. Romace stood over him and was ready to finish him. "You humans should know to never challenge us!" He raised his sword and was ready to finish him.

"Natsu!" Francis called as it looked Natsu was in real trouble. Romace swung down and was ready to finish him. Before he could, something shot him in the back. Natsu looked up and saw someone standing there with some sort of blaster and he knew who it was.

"Lucy!" Natsu shouted. His fellow ranger arrived and saved him.

"Magical Energy, Unleash!" Lucy morphed and went straight into a mode they called Mystic Mode. She jumped straight down and fired energy blasts at Romace and the other two. She landed down and hurried to Natsu.

"Natsu, come on." Lucy said.

"What are you doing here?" Natsu asked.

"Later." They regrouped with the other rangers.

"Enough!" Romar said. "I think it's time to get rid of you all!" He held out the black crystal and the rangers kept their guard up.

"What is that?" Adrien asked.

"It looks like…" Francis wondered if it really could be. The three monsters placed their weapons over the crystal and started building some power.

"Run for it!" Lucy said as they all began to run as fast they could. Those monsters released the power and it was very destructive as explosions went off all around.

"Did we get them?" Batonic asked as they stopped using that power. They waited for the smoke to clear, but there was no sign of the rangers.

"They escaped!" Romar said. "They got lucky this time, but they won't next time!" The three of them were going to continue on, but they heard clapping. They turned around and they finally met Hawk Moth.

"Very impressive. That's quite the power you three have." Hawk Moth said. "Maybe we can help each other." As the rangers were forming their own alliance, Hawk Moth was forming his own.
