A chilled open bottle of wine was on the mantle of the fireplace. Kuroko took a drink as she stood by one of the large plate glass windows that lined the entire apartment, looking out to the glowing city. The storm had lulled. The lights of the city glimmered and wavered across the waves as they crashed against the rocks. The city seemed quiet, peaceful, and empty.
She grinned, shaking her head, "vampires." She whispered then she sighed, looking out at the only area showing life. The shipping docks. Harsh yellow lights made shadows of the workers moving in and around the large containers.
She drifted across the bamboo floor, unsnapping the black vest of her uniform, laid it across the back of the chair. She slipped her fingers underneath the soft cotton black tight T-shirt and slipped it over her head. Long brown hair tossed as she shook her head. The air felt good on her warm naked torso. There was something about a real fire pulling the cool air of the AC up the chimney. She took a deep breath, running her hands around her ample breasts. Twisting her shoulder, popping her back. hmmm…Seeing a long thin broken orangish red line parted the horizon She nodded, admiring the view of the city giving way to the sunrise.
She slipped her fingers inside her tight black leather pants and started to slip them down her hips. She heard, something hit the floor, looked over to see her cell phone, bouncing twice and then stilled. The screen facing up. the phone dialed.
"Crap." quickly, pulled her hands out from her pants, and knelt picking up the phone.
A misdial.
She would've just hung it up. But When it connected, a familiar tired voice came over the phone.
"Hello..." She yawned, "Kuroko?"
Kuroko took a breath, smiled.
"Kuroko?" Honoka's tired voice asked. "It's me." bringing the phone to her ear and straighten. Her eyes shined a little brighter, her lips curled as she shifted her hips, slipping her hand snug into the front of her pants. "Are you okay?" Honoka asked.
Kuroko never called when she was on a mission. Hell, she never told her when she left or when she would be back. Honoka would wake up, she'd be gone. She'd come home and Kuroko would be sleeping on the couch.
"I'm fine…" Kuroko said, licking her lips, then sank her teeth into her lower lip.
"So… Why?"
She waited, thinking it over, chuckled, "I just wanted to tell you I wouldn't be home tonight."
"Really?! Honoka said with a I figured that out since you are not here tone. Kuroko could hear her let out a breath, smacking her lips, trying to wake up.
"I shouldn't have called… Maybe_"
"I'm really happy you did. " Honoka quickly interrupted. I was thinking about you
"You sound like you were sleeping…" Kuroko spoke, trying not to laugh.
"It was in a dream." She answered. "I fell asleep grading papers… So…"
"Aha…" Kuroko teased.
"What are you doing?" Honoka asked.
"Getting ready for bed." She sighed, unzipping her pants open a little farther. Not really, its almost morning. She said, the burning horizon disappearing behind the storm. It'll be more of a cat nap.
"What are you wearing?" Honoka asked.
"Black pants… Nothing else…" Kuroko answered, absentmindly.
"Um…" Honoka chuckled softly, "should I perhaps help you to undress."
She could hear the tired smile in her voice, felt certain areas tingled at the thought of Honoka helping her undress. More times than not, Honoka would walk over to her as they got undress for bed. She would tilt her head, smiling seductively and tapped Kuroko's hand away. Then slowly slip her clothes off and let them fall to the floor.
She blushed, slipping her fingers a little deeper into her pants. She swallowed, licking her lips anticipating her voice.
"You could close your eyes" Honoka started, "and I will be there. One kiss, two kisses on your neck then slip across her skin to your breast."
Kuroko bowed her head as she closed her eyes. Cheeks blushing.
"I would gently place my mouth around your nipples as they slowly tightened, running my tongue around them like a French kiss. Then_"
Kuroko's breath deepened, her fingers slipped farther, biting her lips.
"Honoka…" Kuroko whispered.
"Yes…" She drew the word across her lips.
"Please tell me you're still dressed."
"Maybe." She chuckled.
Kuroko heard the papers being gathered up and stacked. Pencils rolling across the table, falling hitting the floor. Kuroko laughed, "I rather do this in person."
"Are you sure?" Honoka spoke. She could hear the disappointment in her voice. "yes, plus, I don't need to be relaxed, I need to be on my toes."
"Poo…" Honoka puckered her lips, pouting. "I just wanted to see if it would work?"
"Oh… It would've…" Kuroko laughed, taking her hand out of her pants. She bent over, the phone between her shoulder and her chin as she took off her pants and toss them over the chair.
"Phew!" Kuroko blew out a breath as the air caressed her skin, standing naked by the windows. "I bet you look really good, Kuroko." Honoka's voice falling seductively into her ear.
Kuroko closed her eyes, seeing Honoka face, with her hair a little messy, her soft eyes shining. What would catch her was her warm smile. Her heart thumped, her body a little warmer as Honoka continued talking, telling Kuroko about her day.
