Betty's pov (24 weeks pregnant)

I stayed at Fp and JB's house for a week. Jughead, JB and Fp all came through occasionally, but I didn't get to see Juju once.

Finally I was able to go home.

It was a sweet day, and Juju and I were very excited to see each other again.

Now, a month later, Juju was getting more and more impatient for Grayson to come, and I had to keep reminding myself we still had much longer to go

"Mama, how much longer until Grayson is here?" Juju asked me one day.

"About 16 w- four months, Julie," I tell her.

"But he's already taking so long. wWy does he have to make us wait forever?" Juju whined.

"Because babies have to grow and develop. They're too tiny at first, so they need to start by growing in their mother's belly and once they're big enough they can come out," I explain.

Juju sighs, then runs away to go to the bathroom.

I continue looking online at baby stuff. Then Jughead walks in and sits on the couch next to me.

"Hey honey," he says, putting his arms around me.

"Hi," I smile, leaning my head back onto his chest.

"Looking at baby stuff?" He asks.

I nod. "We need a bigger house," I tell him.

"We'll do that soon. Do you really want to move while you're pregnant? What if the baby comes early and we're in the middle of moving?" Jug asks.

"We've got four months! Come on, please, let's move," I beg.

Jughead sighs. "I don't know, Betts, is that really the smartest idea?" He asks.

"Four months. If we can get your dad, my mom and JB on it, we'll be out of here in no time," I tell him. "And, we could see if JB's friends want to do it for some money," I add.

Jughesd looks down at me. "I've already lost this battle, haven't I?" He asks.

"You have," I smile.

"Fine. I'll start looking at houses," Jughead says, starting to stand up.

"Mm-mm," I tell him, holding his wrist. "Stay for a minute. Feel Grayson kick."

"Is he kicking?" Jug asks, setting his hand on my stomach.

"He will," I tell Jughead.

We wait a few minutes, and I feel him kick. "Feel that?" I ask Jughead.

"Mm-hm," Jug replies, smiling. I nestle my head into his neck.

Juju returns, and climbs onto my lap, laying against me.

"Juju, we're gonna move soon," I tell her after a few minutes of silence.

"Move?" She asks.

"We're gonna sell this house and live somewhere else," Jug explains.

"I don't wanna move," Juju pouts.

"No, Juju, it'll be really great. You'll get a whole new room, and there will be rooms for you brother..." I look at Jughead, who nods. "And future siblings after him-"

"Sibling. As in, singular" Jug corrects.

I narrow my eyes playfully. "We'll see. Anyways, Juju, it'll be bigger than this one and have a bigger yard to run around in. And, maybe, in a few years, once everything is settled, we could get a dog," I say.

"Really?" Juju asks, sitting up and turning to look at us.

"Maybe. We hope so," Jug tells her.

"I hope so too," Juju agrees.

We lay cuddling with each other for another ten minutes before Jughead inches out.

"Well, this has been great, but I need to go start looking at houses and realtors and stuff," Jug said.

I smiled softly. "I'd help but I have some tests to grade. Juju, go play in your room," I say, sitting up and reaching for the stack of tests.

Finally, a few months later, we had found buyers, Rose and Brian Telmo, and put an offer on a house not too far away, but much bigger.

It was a five bedroom, three bathroom house with a nicely sized backyard and a pool. At 32 weeks, or 8 months pregnant, with a four year old, we had to have a lot of help. I couldn't move heavy things, and neither could Juju, so that left Jughead to do much of the work.

We hired a few professionals, and we had help from my mom, Fp, JB and her friends, and Charles and Allie even came by one day, but Allie of course couldn't do much either, so we talked and entertained Juju.

Soon, we were moved into our new house.

"Juju, do you like it?" I ask her as we sit in the living room.

"Yesss, it's awesome!" She cries, running around the living room.

"You realize you guys'll have to host all of the family gatherings now, right?" Charles asks. He and Allie had come back to see the house all put together. Fp, Alice, JB, Alex, and their friends were all over too, but the teenagers were in the pool.

"Yeah, the only downside to owning this house," Jug replied, making everyone laugh.

"Hey, Juju," Allie says. "You excited to have a baby brother and cousins?"

"Yeah! Babies take forever though. I wish they could be here now," Juju pouts.

I chuckle. "Only two more months before Gray gets here," I say.

"You ready?" Allie asks.

"We still need diapers and wipes and a few other things, but we've got the big furniture pieces and a lot of clothes already," I say. "But I don't think you can ever be fully ready for a baby, no matter if it's your first or your fifth."

Allie bites her lip nervously. "And we've got two," she sighs.

"You two'll be amazing parents," Fp says.

"Thanks," Charles says, smiling.

"I can't wait to know the genders," my mom says.

"I still think it's unfair that you guys are waiting until the birth when all you were doing before I told you the gender was pestering me about it," I say.

"It was Allie's choice, not mine," Charles said, resting his hand on Allie's shoulder.

"I don't understand how you do it," I say to her.

She shrugs. "I just do," she says.

"Have you guys thought about names?" Fp asks Allie and Charles.

They look at each other. "Little bit," he says.

"Really? What names do you have?" I ask them.

"Um... we have names for the different combinations," Allie says quietly.

"What are they?" my mom asks eagerly.

"Well, if it's a boy and a girl, Lincoln Gage and Brooklyn Claire," Charles says.

"If it's two girls, we'll still use Brooklyn Claire, and the other one will be Taytum Grace," says Allie.

"And if it's two boys, agin, we'll keep Lincoln Gage and then use Landon Brex for the other one," Charles finishes.

"Oh my god, those are adorable!" I squeal. Allie smiles.

"Seriously guys, those are so cute," Jughead tells them.

"Mom, what do you think?" Charles asks our mom.

"I love them all," she says, hugging Charles.

"I love 'em too," Fp adds.

"Thanks, Fp," Allie says, smiling kindly at him.

"Okay, who wants to go crash the teenagers' pool party?" Jughead suggests.

"Yessss," Juju says excitedly, running up to get her swimsuit on.

"Let's go," I say to Jughead, and we make our way out to the pool.
