It has only been six days since Vic has last seen Lance, and considering that the latter had barely done any work since his arrival, Vic decided to give Lance a chance to redeem himself. As Vic arrived at Lance's apartment, he discovered that the coke he and Lance had been collecting for the business empires to save their skin from the Mendez brothers was gradually disappearing. Someone must have been taking it.

Vic decided to ask Lance what exactly was happening to the coke that was disappearing and walked inside. He saw that Lance was sitting in the chair right behind the table talking on the phone.

"Yeah, I'm Lance T. Vance, baby!" Lance chuckled over the phone. "'T' for tulips in Thailand. Great. Yeah, look, I gotta go. A'ight. Later."

As Lance hung up the phone, he looked up just in time to watch Vic enter to take a seat in the chair right in front of him.

"So who was that?" Vic asked.

"Oh, bro," Lance explained, "that's just the accountant. He's getting us a better rate at cleaning the money."

"And you call the accountant "baby"?" Vic asked.

"Well, yeah," Lance answered. "I'm a friendly guy. And "baby" is slang, you know? I don't love him. I ain't like that."

"Yeah, hey, whatever you say," Vic replied dryly.

"Anyway, we got real things to worry about," Lance told Vic changing the subject. "Someone's been helping themselves to the stash. The Mendez's are freaking out, and I told 'em we'd take care of it."

"Aw," Vic groaned shaking his head. "That's the last thing I need, on top of everything else."

"What are you talking about?" Lance asked concerned. "What's wrong?"

"Oh, man," Vic started to explain, "it's just... Louise. I really thought we had something, but... we just don't get to see each other very often. We've only been out in a total of one date, and that was after you and I became rich. With all the work that I've been doing with crooks and effeminate men, I fear my relationship with Louise would become transient and all of a sudden dwindle away. My first ever relationship with a girl, and I have to put that second behind work."

"Yeah... " Lance answered sounding slightly sympathetic. "Well, you know, relationships can be tough. Believe me, I know."

Vic nodded. "Glad to see your dormant concern for once, bro," Vic uttered with a grin.

"Uh-huh," Lance replied nodding. "Yep." He stayed silent for about five more seconds and then broke his own silence as he stared down at Vic's depressed expression. "Come on, man," Lance digressed hopping out of his seat. "We got some thieves to deal with. You can take out your sexual frustrations on them! Come on. Let's pop!"

Vic then rose out of his seat and gave Lance a handshake, hoping he was take his mind off his minimal relationship for a while. "Yeah," he agreed bouncing back from his depression and regaining his confidence.

"You know, I love you, bro," Lance told Vic. "Aye... "

"So who's been stealing the yayo?!" Vic asked Lance as the brothers walked outside.

"What?!" Lance asked suddenly forgetting who he was talking about. "Oh... Yeah, uh... it's... the Bikers!"

"You sure?!" Vic asked loudly as they made it to the the helipad with a white chopper resting on top of it.

"Yeah!" Lance said evasively. "'Course I am!"

"You don't look it!" Vic replied observing Lance's eyes.

"Well, I guess I'm just gonna have to prove it to you!" Lance responded puling out an AK-47 from inside the chopper. "You do the flying, I'll do the frying!"

Lance laughed loudly as he sat on the edge of the chopper. "Come on, let's take it to 'em!" Lance urged.

Vic didn't say a word and wasted no time in hopping in the chopper. He started the engine and descended the chopper about fifty feet in the air. He then accelerated forward and flew above the city. The spinning propellers were whirling loudly.

Vic searched through Washington Beach to find the Bikers. There were nowhere to be seen around the streets replete with driving cars.

Vic soared over the palm trees around the road and headed straight towards the ocean. The ocean water down below stayed stagnant with nothing but speedboats riding through.

As Vic headed straight to Starfish Island, he caught a glimpse of the Bikers driving through the bridge just straight ahead.

"I can see a bunch of those ugly mothers down there!" Lance shouted. "Take us in closer. I'm gonna pop a few heads!"

So Vic flew right to Starfish Island and hovered over the street right above the Bikers, keeping the chopper level so that Lance could get a clear shot at them all.

As Vic kept the chopper level, Lance hoisted his AK-47 above his right shoulder and aimed for the Bikers. He pulled the trigger and fired as many bullets as he could, killing two of them and causing them to fall off their bikes.

"That's it!" Lance bragged vociferously. "Run, you sissy boys!"

Lance continued firing at the remaining two Bikers and killed both of them at a time as well. "Eat it!" he shouted as the two corpses fell of the bikes.

Vic flew above the road and flew higher to thrust forward. "I'm so good I'm bad!" Lance boasted loudly.

"Don't get cocky, Lance!" Vic scolded. "We still got more of them to go to!"

He then made it above the western island of the city and flew straight ahead down the long road. He then made it to the abandoned hotel all the way at the end of Downtown and saw that there were a couple more Bikers on the roof of the small buildings right next to it.

Lance wasted no time as he shot both of them one by one. "Chew on lead, Biker boy!" Lance yelled at them.

Vic flew the Maverick around the building and kept the vehicle balanced as Lance shot more of the Bikers on the higher floor of the building.

"There's more on the roof!" Lance informed.

Vic then took the Maverick higher and spotted the Bikers on top of the roof. Lance began to shooting at them, only for one of them to fire back, causing the Maverick to catch fire.

"We're hit!" Vic announced lowering the Maverick

Lance then lost his balance and fell about twenty feet from the chopper. "Ooooh, shiiiit!" he shouted plummeting down the ground.

"Lance!" Vic shouted.

He lowered the Maverick and jumped out just in time before the Maverick finally caught fire and exploded.

Vic was back on the ground and headed inside the abandoned hotel building to search for his brother. He came across a number of Bikers gangs, who fired bullets at him with their weapons.

Vic dodged them and hid behind the wall to avoid the flying bullets coming his way. He wasted no time as he slowly crept into the bikers' view and fired back at them, dodging every bullet that was flying around him.

After killing every last Bikers gang on the bottom, Vic headed to the ramp in between the scaffolding and hotel. He encountered yet another wave of Bikers gangs and fired bullets into each at a time one by one.

When every last Biker was dead, Vic searched around the building to find his brother.

"Lance, are you there?!" Vic called to his brother.

"Hey, Vic!" he heard Lance call from behind the walls. "Look what I found!"

Vic then sighed in relief as he saw Lance arrive in a motorbike. "You're alive!" Vic sighed. "I thought you were dead."

"No, man," Lance told him. "I landed on a few soft Bikers. Now I've got me a new bike! Yeah!"

"Never mind that," Vic replied. "Where's the stolen coke?"

Lance's expression then changed to panic. "Uh, yeah... " Lance stuttered trying to think of something to explain. "Uh, they probably sold it already, the bastards. I'll see you later, bro."

Vic then watched as Lance rode away on the bike and jumped off the ramp leading to the open window. Vic ran up to the ramp to watch Lance riding off on the road and shook his head.

"I don't even know why I bother sometimes," Vic muttered to himself

Just then, he heard his pager beeping once again. He took it off his belt to read the message. It was from one of the Mendez brothers

"Our 'product' is still going missing," the message read. "Don't fuck with us Vic... resolve this situation."

Vic was now beginning to panic. But he decided to just resolve the situation right away. After all, he already owned every empire in the city. So he took the ramp down the bottom and took one of the Bikers' motorbikes to ride away. He wanted to see if Gonzalez would help him out.
