Ok I deserve that I haven't updated in years February to be really really really accurate but now I'm back and ready to finish this one off once and for all

Harry Potter and the Elite 4
Harry and the rest of the class sat quietly doing their C.A.R.E test Harry had no idea what this had to to with defense against the dark arts but he did it
It couldn't be any harder than fighting Death Eaters when you were twelve after all
Harry thought before he shook his head deciding to focus on the exam
Most of the questions were logic puzzles testing intelligence Harry looked up seeing that Hermione had put down her quill
The bushy haired muggleborn already done and was now reviewing her work
Sometimes Harry forgot how intelligent his friend was
Harry turned back to his own test finishing it before class ended afterwards Umbridge walked between the aisles collecting the tests she looked over them
Walking silently she placed them on her desk before turning to face the class
"The following examination you under took is part of the Ministries experimental educational guidelines the C.A.R.E which stands for Career Aptitude realized through examination" the pink toad explained
"By using a series of logic puzzles to test your intelligence and find the optimum career path" she continued "I hope you gave thought to your answers" she said holding up a test
"They very well could have decided your fate" she said with a smile that sent shivers down Harry's spine "not just here at Hogwarts but for your entire life"
Harry felt like he should have spent longer on some of those questions
The next week Harry and his friends were sitting in the great hall when the heads of houses stood up
Walking down the tables passing out papers to the third years
Professor Dumbledore stood up "Third years your heads of houses are passing out the results of the exam you took with Professor Umbridge last week" he said
Professor McGonagall handed the four Pokémon trainers from Gryffindor their results
"Well gentlemen" Hermione said "aren't you curious about your results"
Carter rolled her eyes "Hermione your the smartest witch in the castle" he said "plus you were bonded with Rowena freaking Ravenclaw" he whispered so only his friends could hear
That part was true most people didn't know how the founders had showed up just that Harry and his friends were there at the battle
"Carters right Hermione you open yours first" Harry said Hermione nodded ripping the envelope open she began to read and as she did a frown became bigger and bigger on her face
"This can't be right" Hermione said "this has to be some kind of mistake" she said sounding upset slamming the parchment against the table
"Hold on Mione just because you didn't get a perfect grade doesn't make it a mistake" Carter said grabbing the parchment before his eyes widened
"Hey Harry is there another Hermione in our class" he asked Harry shook his head
"Not that I'm aware of why" Harry asked confused
Carter just handed the parchment over to Harry
The young Potter read over the results becoming more and more astonished by the second
Hermione was ranked not as the brightest but as one of the lowest ranked third year student below even Crabbe and Goyle
How they even got into Slytherin was completely beyond him
But that wasn't important right now what was important was that somehow someway Hermione failed Umbridge's exam
"We've got to talk to Daphne" Harry said maybe their friend among the snakes would have an idea on what happened
After lunch Harry and the rest of his friends gathered in the room of requirement their Pokémon running around playing while their trainers talked
"Let me see if I understand this" Daphne asked skeptically "Hermione failed a test about logic" she pointed to Hermione "our Hermione"
"Unless there's another girl named Hermione Granger that we haven't met in three years" Carter said sarcastically "this doesn't make any sense"
Harry looked over to his Salemence who was allowing the smaller Pokémon to use her as a slide
"Nothings really made sense since Umbridge's come to Hogwarts" a serious look on his face
Neville groaned "oh no not the look"
"What look" Harry asked confused
"The look that something's not right and we should do something" Carter added
"The look that you have before diving headfirst into the unknown" Daphne continued
"And we follow right behind you" Neville added on
"The look that gets us into trouble" Hermione finished with a light glare "but also gets us right back out"
Harry frowned did he really have a look if he did he didn't know it but they were looking to him like he was a leader
"Charmander char" Charmander said having walked over to him nuzzling his head against his side
"Wartortle War" Wartortle continued Venasaur and Salamence stood up letting out confident roars
Harry nodded "thanks guys all of you" Harry said gesturing to his friends human and Pokémon alike
Carter stood up slapping his shoulder "so Harry what's the plan" he asked
Harry looked determined to his friends "we need answers" Harry declared
"And there's only one place to get them"
They had to go to a place they'd never dare to go before
