It was the day after and their heroics class was just about to start. Tenya was currently on his suspension and somehow both Mina and surprisingly Shinsou had survived their murderous encounters. All in all It was a pretty good outcome all things considered. Izuku's just more curious about whatever class All Might was going to put them through. Speaking of the man he had once again led them to Ground Gamma, Izuku just hoped a repeat of the stealth training wouldn't happen.
"ALRIGHT YOU ZYGOTES, IT'S TIME FOR HERO TRAINING. IT'S TIME TO SHOW OFF WHAT YOU LEARNED DURING YOUR INTERNSHIPS AND TODAY WILL BE THIS!" All Might held up a note that said rescue training. "You all have heard Aizawa and myself stress how important speed is for hero work and today I'm going to show you all why. You'll be split into 4 groups of 5 and one of 4 since Young Iida is not present. The goal is simple I will be somewhere in Ground Gamma, you're goal is to reach me first so that you can 'rescue' me." All Might paused for dramatic effect. "Now now don't get too excited, I haven't even told you the best part yet. The winner of each run will get 5% extra credit on your final exams for this semester."
Everyone perked up at that, especially those in the bottom rungs of the class. Mina jumped while shouting. "Alright Kaminari we gotta do this!"
The electric boy sighed. "You don't gotta let everyone know were dumb! Plus my quirk doesn't even help me move faster."
She simply flashed her teeth. "But that's the best part! Everyone loves an underdog story. Plus everyone kinda knew anyway."
Jirou started laughing. "Yeah you weren't fooling anyone jammingwhey."
"You're all evil." Kaminari was fake crying.
All Might coughed in an attempt to regain control of the class. "Speaking of quirks and their mobility you do not have to worry young Kaminari. I have taken the liberty of making the groups based off of how useful their quirk is when it comes to speed so you do not have to worry. It would be boring watching the class speedsters dominate every round after all." All Might pointed to the screen as it flashed displaying who would be going first. "I figured I should save the best for the last so you 5 are all up!"
Kaminari saw his competition and prayed to whatever god gave him a chance at victory. He was against Koda, Shinsou, Shouji, and Sato. He could work with this though he didn't like how All Might implied he was one of the worst at this, even if it was true. Among them Sato probably had the best chance to win this since he could just punch through the walls. (He would later find he was incredibly wrong.)
The gun was fired and the race started. Everyone but Koda began bolting which confused everybody with the exception of Izuku who realized what the boy was up to, the question was whether it would work or not. Sure enough Izuku's army of pigeons appeared, this was one of the things he had tested in regards to Koda's quirk. The only person Izuku knew that could commandeer his creations was in fact Koda but it's not like he could use them against me, I can just take the life I gave them back.
Everyone watched in awe as an army of 300 pigeons with opposable hands descended, grabbing Koda and carrying him to the finish line in less than a minute. It was both fear and amazement that struck everyone in the class.
Jrou spoke first. "So I know we changed his name to disney princess in the group chat but what the actual fuck."
No one bothered answering her but the race was swiftly ended. It seemed Koda was making good use of that voice throwing quirk, Izuku had thought of giving it to Shinsou at first since most people would respond to a voice coming from nowhere but he considered it unlikely that it would work for Shinsou since people would be responding to the voice and not him.
Jirou came over and grabbed him before shaking him violently. "Green give me another quirk! This isn't fair."
Izuku did his best to respond while being shook. "I- will-eventually-please-stop."
Thankfully Momo came to his aid stopping the girl. "Please stop harassing him Kyoka. He will eventually I promise."
Todoroki finally remembered his question when Jirou mentioned two quirks. "That reminds me I've been meaning to ask Yaoyorozu. You have two quirks yourself don't you? I'm guessing you're the first person that Midoriya gave another too."
Yaoyorozu looked like lightning had struck her when Todoroki asked that question, before realizing this was the perfect chance to perfectly hide One for All forever. "Oh you're correct Todoroki, I hadn't really mentioned it but I do indeed have two seperate quirks. One being creation and the other super strength."
Todoroki just nodded. "That makes sense, before I considered you the secret love child of All Might or something because of how weird your quirk was but that makes more sense."
Izuku sputtered while laughing at the thought that their mentor was secretly the father of Momo. Honestly he could see it, the way All Might acts around them is so fatherly after all.
Momo meanwhile was blushing profusely while waving her hands. "No Todoroki nothing like that."
Mina saw her opening and joined in. "That reminds me Midori, can you tell us which villains you stole all these quirks from? Or is that another government secret or something."
"Uh I don't actually know I can ask Nedzu and get back to you on that one. It might be?" Izuku didn't actually know.
"Oh that's a shame I wanted to know what kind of people you take quirks from." Mina pouted.
"Can you all please shut the fuck up about Deku and his quirk. It's making my ears bleed." Bakugo was tired of hearing everyone fawn of over the nerd.
Hagakure punched him mildly in the shoulder. "Is King Explosion Murder jealous he's not the one getting all the attention?"
Bakugo just tcched. He didn't want to get into it with buzz fuck.
"Oh I can do that Mina. Although most of them were murderers. The first one I got was Ultra sig-" Izuku was interrupted by the board announcing the next round.
"Seems I'm up Midori I'll talk to you later." Mina smiled when she saw her opponents, her quirk gave her a slightly mobility boost so this should easy. She's in the four person round against Aoyama, Jirou, and Hagakure. She figured Jirou would be the toughest person to beat since she can break walls like she can melt through them but like Kaminari she had forgotten about Izuku and his meandering.
She was standing at the starting line attempting to ignore Aoyama and his 'sparkling' while amping herself up, hands tensing. She had already removed her shoes, her plan was simple create mild acid to skate and strong acid to melt walls. Her strength here was that she could ignore the walls and buildings and skate herself to victory. The second the alarm buzzed she was off skating along. It wasn't until a glowing square of light floated above and beyond her that she stopped. Was that Aoyama riding his light like it was some kind of magic carpet, she turned to the audience and glared at Midori. Now she agreed with Jirou, this really wasn't fair. She was going to throttle Midori for robbing her of that extra credit when she got back.
"I told you all to watch my sparkling, merci." Aoyama taunted as he posed above the solid block of light he used to float forward.
The rest of the class turned to Midoriya. All sharing an expression on their faces as they stared at the boy, Shinsou spoke. "I know Jirou already said it but what the actual fuck Midoriya."
Izuku just shrunk in on himself, he hadn't even considered that solid light manipulation could allow the user to fly. When had Aoyama been working on that technique? He wanted to see how fast he could manipulate the light or if there was a weight limit. If it didn't have one or it was really high Aoyama could potentially fly the class to wherever they wanted to go. That seemed super useful. Breaking himself from his rambling he noticed everyone was still staring at him. "Oh sorry guys." He spoke very sheepishly.
Momo just looked at her currently blushing boyfriend and decided take some revenge. "I told you all he's a pure cinnamon bun, just look at him."
Izuku just blushed further but thankfully everyone eventually laid off of him, most of them grumbled about not having a second quirk yet. Kirishima, Bakugo, Koda, Momo, and Shinsou intelligently remained silent so as to not invoke the anger of the rest of the class.
It was around 5 minutes before the rest of the racers got to the end and the board lit up indicating for the new racers to line up, everyone in the class was excited as it would finally be people with speed related quirks. It was Todoroki, Uraraka, Sero, Ojiro, and Asui, Izuku wasn't sure who was his favourite for this round but he felt it was either Todoroki or Asui. Since they were already at an elevated position Todoroki could make an ice bridge that extends all the way to All Might while Asui had generally increased speed due to being a frog and could hop all the way there.
Kaminari decided to open a betting pool. "1000 yen on Todoroki, anyone in?"
Mina smirked. "Oh you're so on, I'm putting 1000 on Uraraka. Anyone else gonna join in?"
Izuku was debating it but surprising even him Momo raised her hand. "I'm putting 1000 on Tsu."
"Well I guess I have to join in now." Izuku was rubbing the back of his head. He decided to spice things up. "1000 on Sero, I don't know why but my gut feels like he's going to win."
"Well I trust that, 1000 on Sero for me as well." Hagakure jumped on the chance immediately, if she knew anything she knew that Midoriya was rarely wrong.
Jirou raised her earlobes. "I'm putting another 1000 on Tsu."
Kaminari pulled a feigned expression of betrayal. "I thought we were on the same side Jirou!"
The hearing girl just smirked. "Not in here we're not."
Kaminari maintained his look of betrayal but after a while passed and no one else raised their hands Kaminari called the betting to a close. "Alright no more bets. Now let's see who wins. Thank god Iida isn't here or he would've shut this whole thing down."
It ended up with Sero's victory, it turns out Izuku was right. Sero was made for this kind of environment, unlike Tsu and Todoroki who moved quickly but ultimately not quick enough. Sero FLEW through the course, using his tape to pull him along the pipes as he navigated the pipelines and factories.
"HA I called it. Now all you fucks gotta pay up to me and Midoriya." Hagakure had her hand up in the V sign for victory.
Momo pulled out her poppydog eyes while looking at Izuku. "Izu you wouldn't take money from your girlfriend would you?" When the smile never left her boyfriends face she knew her fake tears were not going to work, she stopped acting. "Fine Ugh, here's your 500 yen."
As Izuku grabbed it he pulled her in close before whispering into her ear. "Ya know Mo, you could always pay me in ... other ways." Backing off to examine the rapidly reddening face of Momo he smirked. Another win for me, 2-0 Izuku Midoriya.
Realizing he was just joking she lightly hit him on the arm. "I'm going to get you back later."
Unbeknownst to them the entire class was watching at least most of them, many of them just wanted to pay Izuku his bet money but now they were being forced to watch the couple flirt right in front of them. "Yo lovebirds quit it with the flirting, you're making the rest of them jealous." The visible girl gestured to everyone behind her.
They seperated, realizing they had once again begun flirting with other people watching. They both really needed to stop doing that. Izuku silently collected his winnings before he started walking to the starting line, even if it hadn't been announced he knew he was in the next round.
Izuku stared at his opponents, unfortunately he was probably not going to win this one. Bakugo, Momo, Kirishima, and Tokoyami, all of these people were incredibly fast, hell Kirishima might just quick step to the end in one go. If he wanted to win he was going to have to distract him somehow or better yet, this is allowed right? All Might didn't say he couldn't steal quirks to slow the others down. Izuku took his chance and rubbed against each of his opponents as he walked by. His headache increased as he hit his new limit but he pushed through it. He wondered how long it would take for them to notice. He couldn't steal Momo's quirk but since he now possessed quick step that hardly mattered. "Good luck to all of you!"
"I don't need luck Deku, wipe that damn smirk off of your face before I do it myself." Bakugo grumbled.
"Don't be like that Bakubro, and yeah Midoriya good luck." Kirishima slammed his fists together as he hardened them.
Tokoyami shuddered, his mind felt empty. Dark Shadow are you there? The silence only disturbed him more, his quirk had never gone silent like this before. But then he realized what happened and he turned to glare at Midoriya but he was cut off by the countdown starting.
Good thing he left that quirk behind he laughed before noticing the strange stare Momo was giving him. He tilted his head as in confusion before he let a spark off of his right hand, a very small one that only Momo who was watching would notice. He watched as the metaphorical light bulb went off in her head.
Momo let all a small chuckle at the realization that Izuku had robbed them all of their quirks. "Yeah good 'luck' Izu." She knew she had lost this race but frankly she didn't care, the amusement she was going to get would be worth it. Huh is Izuku rubbing off on me? She had been acting more and more mischievous lately. She brought herself from her reverie as the buzzer went off, she quickly jumped forward with 9% of One for All.
Back at the viewing area another bet was taking place, Hagakure hadn't robbed them of all their money yet and if she liked anything it was being thorough. "1000 yen on Midoriya, whose in?" Whatever poor soul decided to take her bet was just losing money at this point.
Surprisingly enough Jirou took the bet. "I have to get Jammingwheys and my money back, your on Hagakure, I'll put 1000 on Kirishima."
Mina not having learned her lesson. "You're both wrong. 1000 on Yaomomo. She won the sport's festival remember."
Hagakure wanted to laugh because of how stupid Mina was being, yeah she beat Midoriya who was only using one quirk and not allowed to use his original one.
"Eh I'll take that bet 1000 on Kirishima." Mini zawa added.
The last person to join in on the bet was Todoroki to the surprise of everyone. "I think I'll join in as well, 1000 yen on Midoriya."
Damn it Todoroki that lowered her winnings, oh well.
Once the countdown had started Izuku activated Tempo at the 1 second marker, he then Zoomed in on the farthest location he could see and land safely with quick step. Once he had landed he looked back at his competition, the confusion was visible on all of their faces. "Hey guys sorry I borrowed these, see ya at the finish line!" He waved and smiled as brightly as he could before he jumped the rest of the way to All Might.
Izuku stared up at the mountain of a man who was visibly trying to not laugh. "Heya sir I heard you needed help, have no fear because I am here!"
That was the straw that broke the camel's back so to speak and All Might burst out laughing. When he finally regained his composure All Might spoke. "That was an interesting strategy Young Midoriya. I suppose I should have specified that you could not take their quirks." All Might looked past Midoriya to see that Yaoyorozu was almost here as well, she had really gotten better at controlling her quirk. He needed to thank Torino later for teaching her how to control the full body use of her quirk better. He was so proud of the girls progress. "I don't suppose you would mind going and returning their quirks would you Young Midoriya? They do need to finish the race at some point." As the boy turned All Might swore he saw a vision of Gran Torino and his mentor Shimura Nana. He rubbed his eyes and looked again but now he saw the back of Midoriya and Yaoyorozu quickly approaching him. I must be getting senile but they really do remind me of those two.
Izuku just chuckled. "I suppose they do I'll be right back." Izuku flew off with Air Cannon, he didn't want to risk the nausea from quick step by jumping again.
He landed next to the group that had been busy running towards the finish line. "All Might told me to give you guys these back." He quickly tapped them all on their arms before flying back off. To the surprise of no one Kirishima beat him on his trip back to All Might, Momo had arrived while he was gone but that also did not surprise him, All Might was whispering something in her ear.
"Midoriya bro that was super unmanly." Kirishima looked down, defeated while he spoke.
"I mean in a real fight I would do that so why not here?" Izuku cheerfully informed the boy.
Kirishima shrugged. "... I guess."
Once Bakugo and Tokoyami arrived they were all told to meet back at the viewing area for a breakdown of their performances. Izuku noted the unhappy grimace Bakugo was giving him, Izuku couldn't exactly blame him. "If it helps I apologize Bakugo."
Bakugo sneered at him. "I don't need your damn apology nerd. The strong stand on top thats just how it works ... and that trick won't work twice Deku!"
Better than he expected so he just shrugged.
Hagakure walked up and put her arm on Izuku's shoulder. "Oh god I knew you were gonna win but that was even better than I expected. Thanks for the free money Midoriya."
Free money? He saw the angry glares from Mina and Jirou, Ah. They made another bet and apparently they had bet on somebody else.
"Midori that cheap trick of yours robbed me of another 1000 yen, you can't just steal peoples quirks before the race. That was so anticlimactic! Think of the audience." Mina pouted.
"Green you better move me up on that quirk donor list or I swear I'm ratting you two out to Aizawa." Jirou threateningly glared at the boy who made her lose 1000 yen.
Yaoyorozu took offense to that. "You wouldn't."
"Try me Yaomomo, I sleep two doors down and I have super hearing, trust me I've heard plenty from that room of yours."
Momo began blushing furiously but thankful All Might decided to spare the poor girl. "Alright so that last race went a bit different than I had originally expected. Had Young Midoriya not robbed everyone of their quirk I think it's safe to say Kirishima would've won. Does anyone else disagree? Why or why not."
Momo reentered her regal persona. "I still think Izuku would've won even if he didn't steal Kirishima's quirk. I can agree that it's safe to say Kirishima would've won since Izuku won using Kirishima's quirk but that also excludes the use of many of Izuku's other quirks. He had multiple different ways to shut down quick step which included blocking Kirishima's vision among other things. One possible way Izuku could have done that is by having his pigeon army swarm him leaving Kirishima blinded and unable to use the quirk for one."
Mina cut in. "Speaking of that can anyone explain why Midori thought it was a good idea to create an army of pigeons, he refuses to tell me and those things look horrifying. They have hands, HANDS pigeons shouldn't have freaking hands."
Speaking of the pigeon army Izuku decided to use his mental connection to bring them over. "You mean these?"
"EWWWWW NO SEND THEM AWAY MIDORI!" Mina was covering her eyes while screaming.
"Young Midoriya please stop tormenting your classmate also that was a fair explanation young Yaoyorozu." All Might needed to get out of here he was running out of time, so he pretended like he got an important call. "It seems principal Nedzu needs me, Class is dismissed I will see you all tomorrow." All Might sped off after that.
"Hey at least my pigeons don't have to poop, they're just rocks after all. Imagine if they actually needed to that, I would've gotten rid of the army years ago. Oh right that reminds me." Izuku grabbed a pipe before ripping off a sizable piece of it. He then turned it into an owl before whispering into its ear. The creature hooted before launching off his arm before landing on Momo's shoulder. "She's yours give her a name Momo."
The girl was surprised by the fact she suddenly had a pet snow owl but then she remember her conversation after Hagakure fake kidnapped her. "Oh I love her Izuku, I think I'll name her Ivory." She petted the owl with her finger, it rubbed into her touch before hooting. She had this thing for five minutes and she would already kill everyone in the room followed by herself if something happened to it.
"Midori your so unfair why does she get an owl and we don't get pets." Mina was faux yelling at him.
"Oh you want a pet?" Izuku called one of the pigeons before instructing it do exactly what he instructed Ivory to do. Which was to follow them around constantly and report to him if something happened to the person they were attached too.
Mina was frantically waving her arms when she saw what Midori was doing. "NO NO NO I DON'T WANT THAT."
Izuku simply smiled a fake smile at the girl. "Too late."
The pigeon was hovering next to the Mina while she tried and failed to swat the thing away. "Go away you dumb bird, Midori make it stop."
"I can't do that it'd be unfair, actually you're right it's time to share with EVERYONE." Izuku stressed that last part while his grin widened further.
The class realized what he meant and started to flee, it wasn't long before a small detachment of the pigeon army was chasing after his classmates. Ah what a wonderful day it was turning out to be Izuku realized.
Bakugos screams were the loudest, something along the lines of DIE YOU STUPID PIGEON. It was cathartic.
"Your pure evil Izu, but your my pure evil." Momo wanted to feel bad for her classmates but this was too good. Her phone went off shortly after, she opened to see a video of the pigeon army chasing 1-A. "I stand corrected, your not just pure evil your super evil." She laughed even more as she listened to Bakugo screaming at a bird.
"Wanna go get dinner Momo?" Izuku just casually asked.
"I would love to but first we need to talk to All Might, he mentioned my progress had been amazing and he wanted me to come visit him after class with you." She grabbed his hand before they walked off together.
Meanwhile Nedzu had been watching from the schools security systems and he had already sent the video to the Teachers group chat. He couldn't wait till Eraserhead saw it. If there was anything Nedzu loved it was ruining Aizawa's day, why else had he allowed all those students to use extra quirks during the sports festival. The mouse cackled when the message noted as seen by Aizawa but not answered, another good day indeed.
Once they reached the room All Might had told them to come see him in Momo knocked twice before opening the door.
"It has come time to tell you Young Yaoyorozu, about One for All and it's origins." All Might was in his true form and had adopted a very serious tone of speech.
Momo nodded and sat down, Izuku joined her.
"I have already told Young Midoriya about this since it related to his quirk and the fact that I thought the problem had been solved so I decided to never tell you Young Yaoyorozu. But considering recent events clearly that is not true." Yaoyorozu listened intently as All Might explained the origin of the quirk and how All for One accidentally created it, All Might stopped when the girl didn't react to All for One's name. He turned to Midoriya. "You already told her didn't you. My boy I told you explicitly not to do that."
Yaoyorozu stepped in to defend her boyfriend. "It's not his fault I overheard on a phone call from Nedzu the day of the USJ. He never told me about One for All though. Plus he made the right call telling me, not knowing there was a danger out there has already gotten me kidnapped once. I would've been irate if both of you had just now told me about how dangerous All for One is, the man is actively hunting me and Izuku down."
All Might stuttered. "I-uh alright then." He quickly sipped his tea. "Well that's how One for All came to be, born from evil, ironic no? I figured this conversation would take longer but Izuku having already explained everything about All for One saved a lot of time. I guess that brings me to my second topic, how are you holding up my boy?"
Izuku instantly knew what he meant. "I uh I'm not gonna lie I haven't fully gotten over it, I don't think I ever will plus as an underground hero I'm going to have to keep doing that so I'm doing my best to get past it. My actions saved Iida and Native's lives so I don't regret it but still I just you know?"
All Might nodded understandingly. "Yes I do, I killed or at least thought I did All for One, that man deserved it as well and I'm sure my actions have saved people as well but there is a sadness to taking human life. Never lose that feeling or you'll become dead inside, like he is. Well that's everything I wanted to say, you two have a good day."
It wasn't until the next day that Izuku would learn of the ripples his action had caused, he was sitting quietly at his desk. He had arrived early with Momo so they could make sure they got Eraserheads reaction on tape. He even had his phone ready, when the first student walked in bird in tow Izuku knew today was going to be great.
Sero just glared at Izuku before he sat down.
Izuku took his burning glare with pride. "Anything wrong Sero?"
"No absolutely nothing, Midoriya." Sarcasm dripped from the boys voice.
When Mina came in she beelined straight towards him. "MIDORI GET RID OF THIS STUPID PIGEON, IT FREAKING SAT OUTSIDE MY WINDOW AND WATCHED ME ALL NIGHT. IT WAS EVEN SMART ENOUGH TO OPEN THE DOOR AT ONE POINT! IT'S SO CREEPY!"
"But you wanted a pet Mina and now we'll know if your ever in danger. I didn't do this solely to mess with you, they were also safety precautions."
"YEAH FINE WHATEVER CAN YOU AT LEAST GIVE ME ANYTHING ELSE BESIDES ONE OF THESE DISGUSTING PIGEONS?!" Mina was screaming at the boy, she was not going to live her life with this thing constantly following her.
"No can do I don't have enough life right now." The boy lied through his teeth.
Mina glared at him before stomping off to her seat.
Yaoyorozu had been giggling the whole time while she watched. Yeah, Izuku was definitely rubbing off on her.
Several minutes later Izuku was surprised when Bakugo walked in with his Pigeon sitting on his shoulder. Bakugo just sat down in front of him and didn't complain once. He even witnessed the boy petting it gently, what the fuck. "Uh Bakugo?"
The explosion teen turned around. "What Deku?"
"Your not mad about the bird?" Izuku was genuinely surprised, he honestly expected to lose that one.
"Don't call explody a bird, he's way cooler than that." Bakugo just turned around ending the conversation.
When Izuku turned he just mouthed to Momo 'What the fuck'.
She just nodded her head in agreement.
Aizawa arrived a few minutes later opening the door. He took one look around the classroom before promptly shutting it and reopening it. "I wasn't hallucinating, fuck." He whispered that last part. "Problem Child why did you give your entire class pigeons ... and one Owl."
Most of the class was giggling.
"It was safety precautions sir, you can ask Nedzu he signed off on my idea personally." Izuku was really really trying not to break down laughing.
Aizawa facepalmed, of course the rat did. "If they remain quiet and do no disrupt the class then they can sta-
He was interrupted by multiple phones going off. "Why are your phones on in class?"
One of the braver souls being Hagakure had actually opened her phone to check what was just sent. Turns out Midoriya had video taped their teacher when he opened the room. "Oh nothing sir, someone just sent a message in the group chat."
"Who sent it and what was it." Aizawa already knew the culprit was obviously but he had to confirm it.
"Uh Midoriya sir and I don't think you want to know."
He didn't really but he walked over to the desk she was sitting at regardless before looking at the phone. His slapped his face, god damnit problem child. "Midoriya, detention, a week." Also later today he was going to find a way to run Midoriya into the ground, self cooling quirk or no.
Worth it Izuku thought to himself but he sighed. "Yes sir."
The class quieted once Aizawa got back up to his desk and activated his quirk. "So before I was rudely interrupted." He took a second to glare at Midoriya. "I was going to tell you all that finals are next week, and if you fail them you will not be coming to our school summer training camp in the woods, instead you'll be stuck here in hell. I'm going to sleep make sure you all study appropriately for both the physical and written portions."
Kaminari, Mina, Sero, and Aoyama all paled at the mention of a written portion.
"I haven't studied at all!" Kaminari lamented 20/20
"I know right I can never get myself motivated enough to do it." Mina added 19/20
Sero held up his notebook "I know what you mean everytime I try to sit down and read through my notes I just end up playing video games." 17/20
Izuku pulled out his best cinnamon bun "C'mon you guys If you study hard enough I promise you can make it, I want all of us to go to the camp together." 2/20 Once Izuku had started studying with Momo his grades had jumped past Bakugo and the other boy was still furious about it.
Todoroki just silently stared. "You've been attending classes how are you possibly going to fail." 5/20
"Yeah sucks to be you guys I was purposefully told to get averagish grades, now that I'm actually trying these classes are a joke." Hagakure laughed 6/20
"That's so cruel Hagakure, words hurt ya know."
"It's okay you idiot I'll tutor you, it wouldn't be rocking if I let you fail." Jirou gave him a bright smile 8/20
"I could help you all if you want, I have pretty decent grades and Izuku tells me I'm a good tutor." Yaoyorozu chimed in. 1/20
"You would?! Oh my god yes please!" Mina jumped for joy.
She heard similar statements from Sero, Ojiro, Asui, Jirou, Kaminari and Aoyama. It wasn't long before the majority of the class wanted to join in on the study session.
Momo started tearing up. "You guys! Of course I'll have my parents open the grand hall." Momo could finally introduce Izuku to her parents. "You're coming too right Izu? I'm going to need help tutoring this many people."
The girl launched on a tirade of what kind of tea to use and how best to study while casually throwing out terms that made it clear how large the money gap between them was. It felt like their being slapped in the face but the girl looked so happy no one could say anything about it.
"I'll have to get it cleared with Nedzu but sure Momo." IZuku flashed her his best smile.
Kirishima was busy talking to Bakugo. "See that's what's called being a good person."
"Shut up shitty hair, I'll beat the damn knowledge into you if I have too."
"Thanks Bakubro!"
The rest of the day passed pretty uneventfully, everyone had to start studying after all. Everyone started preparing for the finals in their way and it wasn't long before the two weeks had passed. The students all looked on with fear and excitement as they got ready.
