Chapter 25

The Prodigal Son Returns

Leo awoke aboard the Rogue Shadow, he sat up in the captain's quarters they were a small room twice as bigger than his padawan dormoritres, there was a large bed built into the wall with a desk across from it and a mediating mat, in the corner next to it was a holotable next to the door. Getting up Leo grunted feeling the torture he'd underwent to keep his cover, he had passed out when the pain grew to much but he was alive. From the soft hum of the ships engines he could tell he was in hyperspace getting up weakly and he made his way to the door opening it.

"Turok where are we-" "TRAITOR!" Anakin Skywalker was standing right in front of him with his lightsaber in hand.

Leo used the force to blast Anakin back into the hallway and summoned his lightsaber from his hip "Anakin?" Leo said in shock picking up his lightsaber.

Skywalker stood up "Now you die!" He barked at Leo who deflected his blow and backed up into the hallway.

"Turok- TUROK!" Leo screamed backing up as Anakin chased him into the training room on the starboard side of the ship.

Up in the hanger Turok was piloting the ship before he groaned "No life debt is worth this."

Leo fell back before Anakin and him locked swords, he broke the guard and their lightsabers bounced off one another left and right. Leo backed up again "Anakin wait, let me explain-" Anakin cut him off kicking him in the chest and Leo shot back up in a rage "Alright fine!" He screamed, swinging his double bladed lightsaber at both sides punishing Anakin back. He used the force grab Anakin and throw him into the wall before Anakin got back up.

"Turok how the hell did he get on my ship!" Leo screamed down the halls, Turok was still in the cockpit "Hrrrr Sith, I hate Sith." Turok grumbled.

Anakin resumed the duel swinging at Anakin over head and then from below, Leo dodged each strike before he jumped to the left and spun back around and drove his lightsaber forward expecting Anakin to deflect it or doge but he red lightsaber went right through stabbing Anakin right in the chest "NOOOOO!" Leo screamed, still holding the lightsaber. Anakin dropped his lightsaber and fell to his knees alongside Leo "No, no, no, Anakin no- I didn't mean- you shouldn't be here what are you… Anakin?

Anakin's body began to glow in great light "By the force…" and suddenly the Anakin was gone, replaced with "A droid?" Leo gasped when kneeling before him as a strange looking protocol droid, it had a skeletal frame with glowing purple lights on his shoulders, arms and legs at the end of light plating. Its wiring was clearly visible around its torso and limbs and it was even missing most of its cranium except for its face which had a voice box and two glowing golden eyes, with a matching yellow center in its chest which had the lightsaber stuck in.

"A fine strike master, what wonderful duel to begin my service to you." The droid said it had a masculine programming with somewhat of a cheery attitude to it.

Leo stood up immediately backing up as it took the lightsaber out of its chest "I will update my attack pattern immediately for when I try to achieve my primary objective next time."

"TUROK!" Leo screamed down the halls before the trandoshan finally came in holding a steaming cup of black liquid "You found the droid."

"What… THE HELL!" Leo screamed at the trandoshan "Droid?" Turok asked him.

"Master, I wish you wouldn't yell at the pilot he was most helpful when assisting me in my primary objective." The droid said popping up between them holding out one finger, as it had no mouth to speak out off the droid seemed to use its hands and body language to express itself "Who- what are you?" Leo asked, looking at the mysterious droid.

Happily standing to attention and with arms out wide "Forgive me Master, I am experimental training droid prototype ten designated as 'PROXY' by the orders of Count Dooku I am hereby ordered to assist you with any matters that a protocol droid would be required as well as achieving my primary objective."

"And that is?" Leo asked Turok "To kill you of course, oh I am looking forward to to serving you master and killing you." The droid named Proxy said with a chirp at the end of his voice.

Leo starred at it then at Turok who just shrugged "Of course!" Leo said in an absolute sarcastic scream.

Before he was about to rip the ship a part Leo did what no Sith would ever do, he took a breath and counted to ten before speaking "Why… am I… not on Serenno?" He asked hands up to either of the other passengers "Droid?" Turok asked, sipping his coffee.

"The benevolent Count Dooku has sent you to Raxus for the time being, due to your failure at Kadavo the Count believes you would be best suited to remaining on the Separaitst capital before any assignments or missions are given further and your stay on Raxus will be monitored by me and if you should try to escape-." "He'll kill us." Proxy said before Turok interrupted while they following Leo onto the bridge where Leo took the pilot seat instead of Turok who was in the copilot's chair.

"Which is killing me?" Leo asked Proxy "Yes Master, Count Dooku was insistent that the best way to train you to serve him was by trying to kill you."

Turok sipped his coffee very loudly "And you just decided to keep this droid aboard?" Leo asked Turok who raised his left claws finger at him asking for a minute, which he did as he sipped it down "This is why I don't usually work with Sith or Jedi, you are both insane."

Leo sat in his seat and looked back at Proxy who just stared at him with the two yellow eyes "So where will be staying on Raxus, I know Raxulon has some great apartments on the upper north side?"

"We won't be living in Raxulon." Leo said at the controls thinking "Hmm a villa then, I'm sure the Count will pay?" Turok asked, looking at Proxy "The Count has left my master up to his own devices and will not pay for anything Master Turok."

Turok grumbled "hmm so where are we staying?" He asked Leo "We'll find a plot of open land and leave the ship there, I need to get away from it all for the time being." Leo said, taking the controls.

CORUSCANT

Jedi Temple

Obi-Wan was looking over the stolen intelligence, he was inside the Jedi war room examining it beside Plo Koon, in front of the war rooms holotable, around the holotable other Knights like Obi-Wan and Aayla spoke together and so on "Where did you come from this intelligence? I've compared it with other spy data to verify it and yours is considerably more detailed." Plo Koon asked him.

"One of my own operatives Master Plo." Obi-Wan told him while Plo Koon beamed suspiciously "And this operative?" Plo asked.

"For the sake of their mission and if we want this intel to continue, his identity will have to remain a secret from the Council and the Chancellor." Obi-Wan told him.

The Kel Dor jedi master beside him gave a low hum before conceding "I will not pursue it, but I will have to inform the Council you have an operative within Separaitst Command it will be for them to decide to inform the Chancellor or not." Master Plo told him.

Obi-Wan looked at Plo, Koon was clearly aware there was more to this operative then Obi-Wan was telling him "I understand." Obi-Wan said glumly.

"You encountered your former Padawan on Kadavo did you not?" Plo asked him.

Obi-Wan gave as stiff knod "Yes, I didn't want to belive it but he's beyond our aid."

"You've given up on him?" Plo asked inquisitively.

Sighing and pushing his hands to his hips "Its not that I want to, but I can't put my personal feelings as a Master ahead of my duties as a Jedi Master and Knight of the Republic, Leo has made is choice and when the time comes I will do what is required." Obi-Wan explained, without meaning to eavesdrop Anakin overhead his Masters conversation "Now if you'll excuse me." Obi-Wan asked, starting to leave.

He was followed out by Anakin who hurried up to follow him "Master?"

"Anakin, what is it?" Obi-Wan asked.

"I just wanted to ask you about Leo?" Anakin asked him.

"What about him?" Obi-Wan asked, "If and when the time comes, and he refuses to surrender what will you…" Anakin trailed off not wanting to push it too much "Anakin I appreciate your concern for me, but I am a Jedi Master. I know what's expected of me but some advice." Obi-Wan said learning it.

Obi-Wan gave a glare before adding "Tend to your own Padawan."

Up in the training garden that Leo use to visit every day, Ahsoka was making use of it against a training droid with a double bladed lightsaber, she was hacking it backwards with both her lightsabers before she used the force to push it off its feet. The droid flipped backwards to land and came at Ahsoka again spinning its lightsaber like a helicopter blade, Ahsoka dodged its swings aggressively countering in a block when Anakin walked out to see her training.

Smiling at her skill and ferocity, he watched Ahsoka slice the droids arms off then take her lightsaber and stab it int the head before it fell over broken. Ahsoka was panting hard when she turned off her lightsabers, her heart racing before she heard Anakin giving her applause "Is he dead yet?" He asked walking down.

Ahsoka holstered her lightsabers into their clips "I'm looking forward to the real thing more Master."

Anakin took note that the droid had a double bladed lightsaber much like Leo "After what he did to your people, I understand."

"But we can't let anger cloud our judgement Ahsoka, I had to learn that again when we're the Queens prisoners." Anakin said hands behind his back pacing around the training ground "The memories I had when I was a slave, how my mother and I were treated pushed me closer to the dark side then I'd ever been in a long time."

Ahsoka who was glaring down at the droid put her attention on Anakin "Really?"

"Yes, when the Queen told me you and Obi-Wan were her prisoners, I wanted nothing more than to destroy her and burn her entire palace to the ground to-..." Skywalker cut himself off before he got too carried away "You can see how powerful emotions can corrupt us Ahsoka." He said turning around.

"It's not that Jedi are discouraged to feel, but since we are so attuned to the force we feel much stronger than those who aren't." Anakin lectured.

Ahsoka looked at the floor "I understand Master, but there was something strange that happened when I saw Leo on Kadavo."

Her Master's face went white before scrunching up "You fought Leo?"

"What, no I ran into him aboard the compound before we rescued my people, he was fleeing." She expressed to calm him down.

"Well what was it that you felt, when you saw him?" Anakin inquired shortly after regaining his composure.

Ahsoka crossed her arms walking out of the training center with him "Darkness, rage, but more than that Master."

"What else?" Anakin asked down the steps back into the temple "Pain, Master?"

"Probably after his fight with Obi-Wan, Rex said he gave him a hell of a fight?" Anakin guessed but Ahsoka shook her head "No that wasn't it Master, I only ever felt this from Leo one other time and it was when he bonded with the Geonosian Queen, so much pain and anger in him I don't know how anyone can live like that?" Ahsoka asked.

Anakin gave a firm shake of his head "The Sith are unnatural Ahsoka, they seek to twist and corrupt themselves for the sake of power, Leo is one of them now soon we won't even recognize his presence in the force."

"So you don't think there's any hope for Rusty?" She asked using his pet name "Hope is a luxury a Sith can never afford Ahsoka, remember that."

RAXUS

Outer Wilds

The Rogue Shadow had landed far away from the capital of Raxulon, making its landing in a large forested valley with a mighty waterfall pouring out into the pool of a small lake that fed into a river rushing through the forest. Proxy was setting up beacons around the ship to keep out any unwanted wildlife as Turok was setting up a foldable chair on the top of the ship with a cooler filled with drinks and a small radio played music before he sat down. The probe droid Oculus was flying around the forest chasing a few blue squirrels up and down a tree.

Leo on the other hand was hidden behind the waterfall, stripped out of his black robes into the based undergarments letting the cold shower pummel him from up above while he meditated. He summoned the force to him from both sides, feeling the violence of the waterfall crashing into the rocks, the feel of death taking away dead leaves and wild predators eating their prey, but also the life of a bird in a nearby tree warming its eggs. The warmth of sunlight feeding the woods with life of the natural flow of the universe, the balance of light and dark at once and slowly, but surely the force answered his meditation with a vision…

"They've moved their fleet from the mid rim into the outer rim, we've ordered our people to withdraw from any worlds near the fleet out of fear they'd raze the worlds." A woman's voice echoed.

"They'll raze them all the same, we can't afford to keep pulling back?" A man said with an astute accent, sounding educated but also military.

"We don't have a choice Commander, we just don't have the numbers." The woman said, her voice was strong, but also concerned, there multiple people all gathered around a table, Leo could barely make out their shapes, there were two towering figures that couldn't be human by the shape of their heads, pointed ears and all. Four average height people one was the woman speaking by her side stood a figure that wasn't a dark shadow but had a strange blue aura to them, beside this figure was another shorter glowing one and beside him a regular shade. They were speaking to what Leo couldn't only guess was the Commander "I agree Captain, the odds don't look good."

Leo listened more and slowly shapes took form in the vision "Then we find the numbers, we need a victory, a public one something that would rally the people to our cause." Another voice said from vision, this one was different; they walked in with a mix of glowing blue aura and furious red around it..

"The people know our cause, but we have to be careful or too many innocents will die." The female Captain said "And if we do nothing more will die, we have to make a stand." The outlier told the rest of them "Listen Ah-"

Leo was broken out of his vision by an impending danger and jumped out of the waterfall lightsaber in hand to see Asajj Ventress dressed in dark black snug garments with a red sash around her waist holding her dual red lightsabers "Hello boy, ready to die?" She asked as they fell into the pool.

Summoning his lightsaber from the banks Leo turned on one end standing knee length in the shallow ends of the water when Asajj struck, Leo parried her first two blows before being pushed back kicking up water left and right drawing her close as she struck. Be parried and blocked the next two strikes before he held out his hand and grabbed her out of the water and through her straight toward the wedged nose of the Rogue Shadow, a hit that would snap her spine in half, but instead of a bone chilling crack all Leo and Turok heard was the sound of metal meeting metal as Asajj vanished into Proxy, landing into the dirt.

Groaning as he saw it was another attempt at Proxy trying to kill him Leo moaned out "Again, is this going to be like an hourly thing?" Leo asked.

"Apologizes Master, I failed you again I thought if striking you in your meditative state would catch you off guard." Proxy said apologizing not for attacking him but failing to kill him "Well stop it for today if you don't mind." Leo asked him as he walked out of the water and started to get dressed.

Proxy nodded "Ah yes, your guard is up I will attempt to try and fulfill my Primary objective at a more convenient time." The droid walked off back to the ship leaving Leo very confused and even more annoyed, but it subsided after he was dressed and began to ponder the vision he'd had, of the people and of the stranger at the end who stood out from the rest, they seemed almost familiar to him.

When he had thrown on his robes Leo walked into the ship to fetch a dark black cloak from one of the lockers in his quarters, throwing it over his shoulders he walked out as the sun was beginning to set on Raxus, "Turok."

"Hmmm?" Turok asked half asleep on top of the ship "I spotted a village with a cantina a few miles outside the forest, I'm going to go check it out, don't wait up."

Turok only held up his drink toasting him before Leo walked off but not before Oculus flew up to him "What, you want to go?" Leo asked the droid "Not this time, stay with the Shiro Oc." He told the droid before it flew off.

Entering into the woods he stopped "Proxy don't." He growled.

The droid dropped out of a random tree, shoulders slumped "Very well Master." And retreated back to the ship.

He took one glance back at the three of them, Oculus had just taken a drink from Turoks cooler and sprayed it in his face causing the trandoshan to roar in rage "Some crew." Leo mumbled before he headed in the direction of the village.

It was a short walk out of the woods when the sun had gone behind the mountains, a curtain of black stars rolling out over the sky when he made his first steps into the village. There were only a handful of buildings but at the center where two prominent buildings one had the banners of the Separaitst Alliance draped over them, it was modern made mostly of metal and concrete with battle droids standing guard at its entrance and across from it, was the local bar. Leo was sure of it because there was a flashing neon sign flickering in the shape of a woman in a cocktail glass kicking her legs up and down.

Leo approached it keeping his hood pulled over his head before he walked in to see to see it was a den of farmers, blue collars and those with credits to burn at a gambling table in the back. Instead of a juke box or dancer girls on the table the Raxus cantina had live music of a besalisk man playing a two decked piano, Leo noticed the cantina was a unique mix of humans and aliens, unlike the cantinas and bars of Coruscant that were either entirely aliens of the lower city or upper city humans. The mood was jubilous and gay drinks were being shared but all of that ended when Leo walked in, everyone turned and starred at the stranger as he walked up to the the bar. The dimly lit interior gave his hood an extra layer of shadow across his face making him appear most sinister.

A droid was tending the bar and approached him "What shall it be sir?" It asked.

"One drink, something stiff." He ordered the droid.

"Right away sir." The service droid said before the patrons saw he was just here for a drink and made no notice of it anymore. The vision he had still taunted his mind he was trying to figure out who the people he saw were, they were both strangers and familiar to him. It made him tense while he tried to enjoy his drink but beyond that something else took his attention when the droid brought his drink Leo took out some credits "Already paid for sir." The droid told him.

"By who?" Leo asked, "By the madam at the end of the bar sir." The droid replied pointing to a young girl at the bar who was staring at him. Leo glanced out from under his hood to see a blonde haired blue eyed girl staring at him, she was dressed in clothing that didn't suit the small town aesthetic. She wore dark black pants tucked into dark black riding boots with a green quilted jacket buttoned over, her blonde hair was tied up in a bun behind her head and the way she was holding her glass told Leo everything he needed to know, she was an upper class girl looking for thrills.

Leo didn't want to be rude or draw attention so he took the glass and raised it to her, she raised her own a dark brown bottle with dark liquor. He started to drink when the girl walked over and took a spot next to a bar "Dark cloak, shadowy hood, a distinct lack of barn animal stench on you, bounty hunter?" She asked.

He set the drink down and said "Guess again." He replied annoyed.

"Hmm, a good smuggler would blend in more and a mercenary would be visibly armed hmm, I'm at a loss." She said leaning over the counter a bit to try and see under his hood Leo kept his head ajar so she couldn't see him clearly "What do you want girl?"

"Girl, you don't sound that much older than me boy?" She asked, tapping her bottle onto his drink.

"As for what I want, nothing nefarious or otherwise, I'm just a simple farm girl here on Raxus looking to hear a story from a spacer." She lied batting her blue eyes at him "so stranger, tell me a story?" She whispered.

Before Leo could refuse her or come up with a story there was a loud rash on the other end of the bar "You heard me you scruffy looking nerf herder!"

"Scruffy!" Another patron screamed when a bottle shattered, Leo and the girl looked over to see a pack of actual nerf herders who were scruffy to a certain degree starring down a young boy with brown hair and eyes, light skin like the girls glaring at them down. He was dressed in similar clothing, a dark brown fine leather jacket with white pants and shirt "I want my money back." The boy shrieked.

The girl let out a groan "Excuse me." She said walking toward them.

"Big Byl, what's the trouble?" She asked getting between them and the boy, Leo could practically smell the alcohol coming off the boy from across the room. Leo admired the sight, hoping for a good show till he heard their names "Elli , your damn brother calling me a cheat!" The girl named Elli, the same name as Leo's sister Elli Stark starred down a burly nerf herder pointing a sausage finger at the boy "You are a cheat!" He screamed.

"Iaclyn, I'll handle it." She snapped at him pushing him back a bit, Iaclyn as in Iaclyn son of Iaco, Iaco Stark.

Leo nearly dropped his drink and set it down on the counter and started to leave.

Back at the gaming table Elli was trying to talk down the drunk gamblers "You two rich kids come in here, taking all our hard work for granted." Byl said as Leo walked to the door.

"We plow the fields and make this beer for us, not for you." Another one snapped now just ranting as they pulled the Stark children a part. Leo was almost to the door "We're gonna teach your brother a lesson Elli then maybe we can teach you one too." Byl said drawing his palm back for her cheek as his men held her.

But his hand never reached her, someone else had grabbed Byl looked to see Leo had taken his wrist "Give it a rest." Leo said calmly.

Big Byl looked at Leo's shrouded face, the two yellow eyes staring up at him "This ain't your concern stranger, these younglings need a proper lesson you want too stranger?" Big Byl hissed at him tearing his arm free

Leo saw the outnumbered him five to one, he could have easily used the force to cloud their judgment into walking away but he wanted some exercise. "Teach me then." Leo said.

"Arrogant outlander!" The nerf herder Chief barked throwing a wild fist at him, Leo dogged left and avoided the next right before Leo through an open palm and smashed it into Byl's nose, the sweet sound of the nose breaking under the weight of the impact made the man scream "Muh Nash- Gut ham!" Big Byl squealed holding his face, his hand over his mouth garbling his words. Leo raised both arms up in a fighting stance fists at the ready, before they could make a move Elli suddenly stomped her boot onto one of the nerf herders saddle covered feet making him loosen his grip, she reached for the nearest bottle shattering it on his head. The sound of breaking glass was like a bell signaling to the entire cantina, it was a bar fight.

Leo used the distraction to his advantage and tackled the other three all at once, he grabbed one by the head and slammed them on a table kicking another, before throwing himself at the last one and pummeling him into the floor. Elli picked up a chair and smashed it into Big Byl before he could stab Leo in the back with a knife.

When he saw Byl go down with a loud thump he turned to Elli "Thanks."

"Don't mention it— look out." Elli snapped pushing him out of the way of two boxing patrons, even the besalisk had switched up the music to another lively tune when one of the Nerf herders crawled over to the piano the pianist took a spare bottle and smashed it on his head. While Elli and Leo fought their way to the bar, Iaclyn had picked up another drink and was leaning on a pillar slurping it down.

"You have an escape route?" Leo asked Elli.

"The door?" Elli asked him as she grabbed her brother before he could take another drink "Hey I haven't cashed my chips yet." Iaclyn squirmed when both of them grabbed the boy by his arms and pulled him to the exit before they could get into another fight. They dragged Iaclyn across the dirt of the village as battle droids came rushing past them not even noticing the three as they piled into a high class speeder, it was bright red with an enhanced engine sticking out of the hood. Elli got into the driver seat starting the engine before Leo could get out "Wait-" "Hold on." Elli snapped before they peeled out of the village and were off.

Elli let out a shrill laugh, the wind whipping her blonde bun and forcing Leo's hood down if he hadn't put his hand on his clap to keep his identity hidden. "Slow down so I can get out." Leo asked her.

But it was a day and night for interruptions, while the village shrunk in the distance the speeders engine came alive "Elli- Iaclyn?" A voice asked them from the speeders radio, it was a man's voice.

"Oh frack." Iaclyn gasped before puking over the side of the speeders much to Elli's irritation.

She fumbled with the cars built in radio "H-hi father."

"I was wondering where my prized speeder was, you and your brother taking it out for a spin?" The man said across the radio waves, Leo's hand was trembling on the back of Iaclyn collar making sure he didn't fall out as he continued to puke.

"Yes Father, we um we did just that though… it may need a wash." She said glancing at her vomiting brother.

The man's voice continued "Really, cause I just received a transmission from the caretakers of the Keltrop cantina that you two caused a fight, do you know how much that'll cost me?" He asked.

"But father your own the bar?" Elli asked getting Leo's attention a bit more "Not the point, and who was this hooded fellow Seventwo was telling me you were talking to?" He asked.

Leo got even more nervous "He actually helped Iaclyn and I es- I mean settle a dispute with with Big Byl and his herders." Elli said.

"Is he there now?" The voice asked.

Elli and Leo shared a brief glance, Leo shook his head furiously not wanting to talk, but something in Elli's eyes twinkled "Yes father, he's a spacer like you use to be."

"Hmmm well bring him to the estate, I might as well thank him for saving your sorry necks." The voice said before cutting off the transmission, Leo had no way out now other then to jump and even if he did that would make them curious to who he was in the first place.

Elli turned off the radio and looked at Leo "That was um my father if you couldn't tell, Iaco Stark."

"I've heard the name…" Leo mumbled to his sister "Of course you have." Elli sighed.

"Seems like every time a spacer comes to town they know him, usually when they find out where his kids are they get a lot less friendly." Elli said leaning back in the driver's seat.

Leo pulled a passed out Iaclyn back into the speeder buckling him up, his fine clothing stained with vomit. "You seem to be able to take care of yourself." Leo pointed out.

"My mother doesn't think that, she constantly tells me to act more proper befitting our station in the Separatists." She said back to him.

Leo's two yellow eyes widened even more "Your mother?" He dared to ask.

"Hmhmm she's such a pain, she's always so hard on me and Iaclyn, smothers us really." She said as they started to ascend a hill and onto a road leading up to an estate lined with tall trees going up to the entrance "She'll probably want my father to pay you some reward for saving Iaclyn there." Leo turned to gaze at his incapacitated brother examine his features, mostly covered in vomit. Leo saw a bit of resemblance to himself, his jawline was rounder and his nose thicker different from Leo's sharper features, similar to Elli's.

"I should really leave." Leo said as Elli pulled through the gate and it shut behind them "To bad, I need to have something to show besides a green stain on the side of my father's favorite speeder." Elli said grinning at him.

They parked the speeder out front and suddenly a maid droid came running out hands in the air "Oh young mistress, young mistress heavens thank goodness you and the young master are safe, I was worried you'd been absconded with brigands." The droid had a female programming to it sounding ever so worried as it spoke.

"It's alright Gerdy, we're fine can you take the speeder to the garage and give it a quick clean before father sees?" Elli asked.

The droid looked at the speeder then at Leo who was carrying Iaclyn on his arm out of the speeder "Of course young mistress but who is this brigand carrying the young master?"

"He's not a brigand, well maybe he is but a nice one now just take care of the speeder will you?" Elli asked again.

The droid nodded "Yes young mistress." She said before getting into the speeder and driving it around the estate building out of view.

Elli came over and took Iaclyn's other side "Gerdy?" Leo asked him to help him up the stairs and to the front door of the mansion "Just a nickname for the droid."

They walked in and the interior of the mansion was just as amazing as the outside, the floors and walls were made of fine materials of marble and metal work, adorning almost every part of the wall were trinkets and prizes of different worlds. A set of trandoshan swords on ones all with a wookie shield, twi'lek statues made of solid gold at the entrance of a grand staircase leading up to a higher level. A tapestry woven by zabrak weavers and many more works of art, "Over here." Elli said pulling Leo and their brother to a nearby sofa draped with some spotted fur rug over it.

They dropped Iaclyn onto the couch "Just leave him there, he'll be fine in the morning." Elli said, wiping her blonde hair back.

"Are you sure?" Leo asked as Iaclyn was already cradling a pillow like a teddy bear fast asleep.

"So this is the Mysterious stranger who saved you daughter?" A voice said from the top of the staircase, Leo froze hearing the man's voice.

Elli turned to him as he descended the staircases, the loud footsteps were amplified by the grand entrance and staircase making every footstep sound like a hammer to an anvil in Leo's ears "Yes father." Elli said as the man approached Leo from behind.

"You protected both my children, my thanks why don't you take that hood off and we see who the hero is." The man said to Leo, the man being Iaco Stark, Leo's father, looking in a nearby mirror he got a proper look at Iaco Stark, he was the same man from the holograms Leo had looked at when he was in the Jedi Archives reading on the Stark Hyperspace war, he had green eyes like Leo had once, his once fiery red hair had slowly started to fade and recede revealing more of his scalp, but it was combed neatly behind his head. Stark was dressed in fine garments not like the extravagant robes of the Republic, a much simpler design a white silk button down shirt with a rust colored vest and dark gray trousers in polished shoes. He wasn't sporting the red goatee over his cleft chin instead he was clean shaven, in addition his nose was much larger than Leo's but the Rembrandt was near uncanny.

"Come, come now friend you're welcome here, especially if my little Elli vouches for you." Iaco said, putting his hand on his sister's shoulder. Leo raised his hands to his hood and pulled it off his head revealing his white hair turned around so they could see him.

Elli turned white as his hair when she saw his face, followed by Iaco giving a smirk "Hmm what a dashing rogue you are, white hair a scar that certainly has a story and… and…" Iaco took his hand off Elli's shoulder and took a step toward Leo looking at the young man before him.

Leo was practically shaking holding back a tidal wave of emotions "Do you know me?" Leo asked him.

Iaco got closer again mouth gaping at what he saw "Father… who is this?" Elli asked seeing the resemblance.

"Go get your mother." Iaco said reaching up for Leo and slowly cupping his cheek "Father?" Elli asked again "GO GIRL!" Iaco yelled snapping his head over to her making her run up the stairs shouting for her mother. Leo reached up and took Iaco hand making him look back "I heard you were dead, you broke free of the Jedi and tried to escape so they killed you? Iaco gasped.

"No… father, I've come home." Leo said back.

"Yes… yes your home." Iaco said, taking Leo by the shoulder "You are home!"

Iaco pulled Leo into a fierce hug squeezing him tight like he'd never let go, again. "Iaco, Iaco what's all the commotion Elli came in screaming." A woman's voice called out from the stairs. Iaco let Leo go to look up and standing at the top of the staircase was a woman had never seen, she had auburn brown hair like Iaclyn pale blue eyes like Elli and slender features too, with the same nose as Leo "Iaco who is…" she took one look at Leo and cupped her hands over her face walking down the stairs, immediately Leo knew who this woman was.

"Arris our son is home." Iaco said with Elli following their mother "Son?" She asked before Arris flung her arms around Leo sobbing "Mother." Leo said for the first time in the history of his life, he was home.

"Elli, this is your older brother Napoleon." Iaco told her, Leo's head shot up and turned to Iaco and his sister "Napoleon?" He asked.
