For everyone who read 'Crazy? More Like Insane!', its now been completed and I thank you all for reading and loving it! Now, I gotta focus on this story and the other story I wanted to work on. Thanks for being so patient!

Now, last chapter showed the whole gang going to the museum and found not only the crown and necklace of Wadjet, but also the silver gem. The gem caused Yugi to end up in the Garden of Isis, where he met Heba for the first time. After their talk and the duel spirits getting closure, Yugi accepted Heba's task in finding the remaining snake jewels in order to return them back to her home. Lets see if he and his friends will be able to complete that task.

A sense of heaviness washed over his body, as he saw nothing but darkness. He was floating, and he couldn't move at all. Its like his whole body is asleep, but his mind is still awake. He could hear voices, echoing from afar while calling out his name. They were familiar, but his mouth is unable to make a sound. Its like something is preventing him from speaking.

He should be awake. Heba told him its time to wake up. However, he isn't at the museum, but somewhere in the darkness. Is he still sleeping, or is he still unconscious? Whatever it is, he must wake up and return to his friends. They must be worried about him.

/Aibou, please wake up!/

A voice? Is that Yami?

/Please open your eyes! I know you're still there!/

As the voice had gotten louder, he saw something floating down towards him. When it got closer, he could see it was an item, and shining in gold. His eyes widened at seeing its shape and appearance: the upside down triangle, the Eye of Ra, and its golden color.

The Millennium Puzzle? How did it get here?

The puzzle began to glow brightly, causing him to close his eyes tightly to avoid his vision getting blinded by the light. Soon, it faded away and he felt a hand stroking his cheek, along with someone holding him. Scrunching his eyes shut, he slowly fluttered them open, waiting for his vision to come back. As it got clear, his eyes locked its gaze with a pair of crimson eyes staring at him with worry and relief.

"Akhu!" Yami hugged him tightly, cradling his head. "Are you okay!? I'm so happy you've awakened!"

"Y-Yami?" Yugi whispered.

"Yugi! Thank goodness you woke up!" Tea sighed in relief. "Are you feeling any better? You and Ryou gave us quite a scare!"

Soon, memories of what happened ran through his head, and he looked around to see they were still at the museum. He was on the ground with Yami holding him, and he noticed Ryou was in the same predicament, but sitting up with Bakura holding him. Joey & Tristan had relieved expressions on their faces; most likely glad their friend is okay. As for Seto and Mokuba, he had no idea where they went.

Yugi slowly sat up, feeling something on his lap, and looked down to see the silver gem cradled in his hands. "T-The silver gem?"

Yami held him close. "Aibou, what did that gem do to you? You were under a trance, and didn't hear me call out for you. Then, the silver snake gem started glowing and you and Ryou lost consciousness. Did the gem put you two under a spell?"

Yugi rubbed his head, and shook it. "N-No. The gem actually took me somewhere."

"The Garden of Isis?" Ryou asked.

Yugi looked at him. "D-Did you also met your ancestor?"

Ryou nodded. "I-I did. I actually saw and met both Riyu and Nagini."

"I met both Heba and Viola."

Gasps escaped from everyone's mouths, causing the Yamis to look at them in disbelief and shock. Bakura tightened his grip on Ryou. "Repeat what you said, landlord. Did you really went to the Garden of Isis, and met Riyu and his snake there?"

"I did, Bakura. I heard his flute music, talked to them, and was able to help my duel spirits get closure over his death. He even showed me his memories of when he first met Goddess Wadjet, the timespan of him growing up, and all the way to when he first met you and the other bandits."

"I don't know how the silver snake gem brought us there, but it could be due to Goddess Wadjet's powers. The little snake inside the gem must've activated it when we got too close," Yugi held the gem in front of his face. "I think this little fella wants to be reunited with its siblings."

Joey took a closer look at the gem, paled, and quickly backed away. "T-There's actually a snake in there! How can a snake live inside a diamond!?"

Tristan also got a closer look, and backed away. "I'm still surprised the gem suddenly got out of the glass box. It vanished and landed on Yugi's lap, which is surprising because he's not getting burned by it."

Yami frowned, feeling his emotions taking over him. The silver snake gem took Yugi to the Garden of Isis, and he actually met Heba and Viola there. Is it even possible? What else did they talk about besides learning more on Heba's past? "Yugi, are you and Ryou both certain you went to the garden and met your reincarnations there?"

"Everything is true, Yami. I even got a message for you from him," Yugi leaned in close and whispered softly in his ear. "Nurk qawiun washajae walatifu. Albaqa' bijanibih 'iilaa al'abad walzalam."

After he finished hearing those words, Yami stiffened. He closed his eyes to prevent tears from leaking out of his eyes as he recalled those words in his head. There was no way Yugi would know Egyptian, but Heba did. He recognized those words and their meaning. Yugi really did meet Heba, and their reunion is real.

He is happy that Heba is able to return to the afterlife with his family. Hopefully, his past life as Atem is also in the afterlife, reuniting with his Heba and loved ones. Blinking a few times to prevent himself from crying, Yami looked at his partner and gave him a grateful smile. "Thank you. I'll make sure to keep his promise."

Yugi smiled back, and hugged him. "I hope that message gave you some closure. Silent Magician, Silent Swordsman, and Gandora were able to meet Heba and get their closure."

"I'm happy for them. The message did help me. Thank you, aibou."

"You're welcome, mou hitori no boku."

"Are you two done yet?"

Yami looked over. "How did it go, Kaiba?"

Kaiba sighed, and folded his arms over his chest. "I made sure footage of what happened here is erased. Surprisingly, no one heard anything happening here, and they still believe the new discovery is still in display."

Joey got up. "So we're in the clear?"

"For now. However, all of you never do that again."

"We promise, Seto," Yami got up, pulling Yugi up with him.

Bakura got up with Ryou, and glanced at the silver snake jewel in Yugi's hands. "So what are we gonna do with the snake gem? If we're keeping it, I vote on having it first."

Ryou shook his head. "We can't, Bakura. We must return the silver gem and the others back to their home."

"You mean in Egypt?" Tea asked. "The place where Goddess Wadjet resided and created them?"

"That's right. Before my time at the garden was up, Riyu wanted me to do a small task for him: locate the remaining snake gems and return them back to their respective home."

"Heba told me the same thing. After they died, the gems they found scattered, and are guarded by a Ka. We will know where they are by the help of our Ka spirits," Yugi explained. "Hopefully, the remaining gems would be found here."

"If not, then they could be in Egypt?" Tristan questioned.

"That's right. We'll need to tell Malik and his siblings about it. The gems must never fall into the wrong hands."

"Again with the Egyptian hocus pocus?" Seto scowled. "I thought we were done with that!"

"Sadly, trouble likes to come to us," Joey replied.

Tea slightly frowned, and placed both hands on her hips. "I wish it didn't happen when school opened again after Spring Break. Guess we'll need to save the world again, and finish all our homework."

Tristan gagged. "Still hate homework though."

"Amen to that!" Joey added.

Yugi smiled at their antics, and then gazed back at the silver jewel. He held it close to his chest, causing him to feel warmth and a sense of protectiveness. To him, its almost like he wants to keep this gem safe and shield it from danger, almost like a parent keeping their child safe from harm. Does the gem think of Yugi as its parent? Does the same apply to Ryou?

"Yugi," Ryou said. "Since you have the silver gem with you, you can keep it safe at the game shop. We must keep track on how many we can find."

Yugi looked at Ryou and agreed. "You're right. We need to make sure no one else knows about these gems, or we'll probably face another bad guy."

Bakura scoffed. "Just send the bad guy to the Shadow Realm and no harm will come to those snake jewels. Its that simple."

Yami frowned at him. "Bakura, the Shadow Realm is used only for very bad people. Those who can be redeemed cannot be sent there. Dueling can help stop the bad guys."

"That won't care, and they won't care about friendship either. Every bad guy is different."

"I know, but we must think clearly and carefully."

Bakura waved him off. "Whatever. So landlord and your shrimp have a task in finding those snake jewels. Since the jewels aren't burning them, they're the only ones who can touch them."

Ryou went over to the jewel, and lightly touched it with his fingertips. "He's right. I still can't believe we are able to touch them without getting burned."

"The baby snakes decide on whether or not the person who holds them is worthy," Yugi added.

"At least this one isn't creepy. Its actually kinda cute," Joey inspected.

"So you're okay with baby snakes, but not with adult snakes?" Tea giggled.

"H-Hey! Snakes are deadly, and I do not want to get bitten by one!"

"Its normal for people to be afraid of snakes. You also don't like ghosts."

"T-That's not true! Ghosts are afraid of me!"

"You forgot that we went to the mansion-

"You're not helping, Tristan!"

As they squabbled, Yugi leaned onto Yami, who placed his arm around him to steady him. "Is anyone else feeling tired, or is it just me?"

"I am feeling a little sluggish," Ryou leaned onto Bakura, who steadied him. "Was it from the snake jewel's power?"

"It could be. Right now, I think I wanna go home."

"As do I. I believe we all need a break from what happened today."

"You're both right. Its time we all go back home," Yami said, and looked at Seto. "May we please be driven back home? Today's events had been exhausting."

Seto nodded. "You may. Mokuba is waiting in the limo, since I wanted to make sure there is no danger involved. Unfortunately, something new will always happen."

"This time, its coming from the cobra queen's powers," Bakura grinned evilly.

Making sure their Hikaris are able to stand and walk, they all left the museum without being seen, and went back inside the limo, answering questions Mokuba had for them. As the limo drove away, Yugi cradled the silver snake gem in his lap, and closed his eyes as he rested his head against Yami's shoulder. Maybe tomorrow, they can start the mission in finding the remaining snake gems.

"What?!" Malik exclaimed. "Tell me you're joking!"

"This is no joke, my brother. What I heard from my phone call is true," Ishizu's lips stretched into a thin line. "The museum in Domino City not only found Wadjet's crown and necklace, but also the silver snake gem. Archaeologists somehow found them in the Temple of Wadjet. I do not know how they avoided getting burned from the snake jewel, but they were able to transport it over to Domino City."

"Are you saying Wadjet's snake jewels have come out of hiding?"

"Its possible. But there's more," Ishizu continued. "Yugi and Ryou somehow got transported to the Garden of Isis thanks to the silver jewel's powers, and they stumbled upon their ancestors: Heba & Riyu."

"T-Their ancestors?"

"Correct. They were able to learn more about their past, and also learned what they inherited from their ancestors."

"W-Wow! I had no idea!"

"They were given the task to find the remaining snake jewels, and return them back home."

"Back to the cobra queen?"

"Exactly."

Malik massaged his forehead. "How can this be? I thought we were done with everything that has happened, and now something else is happening related to the serpent goddess?"

"I am not certain if the serpent goddess knew of her snake jewels appearing out of nowhere, but we must be on the lookout for them. I was told they were scattered, and each of them are guarded by a Ka."

"And now we must look for them?"

"Exactly."

Malik groaned. "Why now? Mariku has just started to open up to us. He even showed some of his good side by helping out around here."

Ishizu placed her hand on his shoulder. "I understand your frustration, and I too feel the same. However, keeping the world safe is important. We must think about the safety of our loved ones."

"I guess you're right," he sighed. "However, we have no idea where to start looking. The gems could be anywhere."

"Then we must ask the duel spirits to help us. I believe Lava Golem, Revival Jam, and Gravekeeper's Visionary can help us."

"I hope they will. Luckily, we were able to obtain a Gravekeeper's deck to balance everything out."

"Correct. You must use it just in case you face off against someone or a Ka in a duel."

"I'm sure it won't be too bad."

As soon as their conversation had ended, Odion burst inside the living room and turned the television on. Mariku trailed behind him, frowning with his arms folded. Surprised at what their brother did, they saw him turn the channel to the news where a male reporter wearing a business suit is standing in front of the camera, wielding a microphone with the background showing a familiar area.

"I am coming to you live near the Pyramid of Giza. Tourists were sightseeing the area when suddenly, a giant monster appeared out of nowhere and scared them. That's right, it was a monster and it resembles a duel monster from the famous duel monster cards created by Industrial Illusions," the reporter explained. "Luckily, no one was hurt and everyone got out of there before-

"RRRRROOOOOAAAARRRRR!"

The reporter paled and looked over, causing the cameraman to turn to the direction where the roar came from. Suddenly, the ground began to shake and the screen started to static, making the reporter and cameraman freak out as something came at them and the screen went black. A new scene appeared, revealing a woman sitting at the desk wearing a traditional outfit. "Everyone, please remain at home and do not go to the Pyramid of Giza. The area is not safe, and if anyone is a duelist, do not go there."

As the female newswoman continued to talk, the TV was put on mute. The Ishtar siblings looked at one another, while Mariku continued to frown. "A Ka has appeared at the Pyramid of Giza. It must be strong."

"H-How can you tell it's a Ka and not a different monster?" Malik asked.

"I recognized that roar. Its similar to my monster Dark Jeroid."

"D-Dark Jeroid!?"

"Whether or not it is a Ka monster, something is causing havoc at the Pyramid of Giza," Ishizu said. "We must stop it before anyone gets hurt."

"It might be impossible, Ishizu. There's a chance the place is guarded by police so no one would go through," Odion stated.

"We also have no idea how to stop the monster," Malik pointed out.

Mariku pondered for a moment, and then gazed at them. "Why not go underground?"

Ishizu arched her eyebrow. "Underground?"

"The base where all assassins reside in use different pathways when going underground to the location they wish to go to. Since the Nile River is close to the pyramids, we can use the base to get there without getting caught."

"Base for all assassins?" Odion questioned.

"It's a long story," Malik answered. "We'll explain later, but are you sure it can lead us to the Pyramid of Giza?"

"It will, Malik. Plus, fighting that monster will bring back some excitement for me," Mariku grinned evilly. "If it is Dark Jeroid, I'd like to know how it came to life."

Malik shook his head at him. "Other me, please control your dark urges."

"No promises, Hikari."

Ishizu cleared her throat. "If what you said is true, then show us this base." She then looked at Mariku sternly. "Let us hope it is safe to us. If the base is dangerous, then you must warn us in advance."

Mariku placed his hands up in surrender. "Remain calm, Ishizu. The base is perfectly safe for all assassins. You must use your senses carefully."

"He's right. Plus, Mariku knows it better than us. Its best we follow through his plan," Malik added.

Odion and Ishizu looked at each other, and then back at both Malik and Mariku. They're not sure if they can go to the base like Mariku had said, since they've never seen it before. Even though Malik had seen it, they're hesitant on whether or not it's possible to lead them to the Pyramids of Giza. However, Mariku had opened up to them bit by bit, and he's already part of their family. Thanks to Malik, Mariku no longer showed any psychotic or nefarious tendencies. He even started holding small conversations with the both of them.

Thinking about it for a couple of minutes, Ishizu closed her eyes and then opened them. "Alright. We believe you two. So please show us the base."

Soft snores escaped from his mouth, as Ryou slept comfortably in his bed. Next to him is Bakura, who was sitting up and gazing at him. Right now, it's close to midnight and he should be sleeping. However, he couldn't after what happened today.

Ryou went to the Garden of Isis, met Riyu & Nagini, learned about his past, and is able to touch the silver snake jewel. Bakura knew Ryou inherited Goddess Wadjet's snake blood, which is why the snake gem didn't burn him. The same goes for the pharaoh's hikari, since the jewel also didn't burn him.

Bakura frowned; realizing that the reason the silver snake jewel activated its powers is because it sensed their snake blood. There's a possibility they would communicate with snakes, or use them to find the other snake jewels. He's hoping for the second option, since the first option would most likely not happen. Not only will Ryou's snake blood and Ka spirits help find the remaining snake gems, but once they're collected, they must be returned back to the serpent goddess.

He'll have to make sure no one knows about Ryou and Yugi's snake blood. He had a feeling Malik would also inherit the cobra queen's snake blood, but he'll wait until he knows or sees it with his own eyes. Either way, it doesn't matter since the most important thing is keeping his yadonushi safe.

Gazing at his slumbering landlord, he lifted his hand and brushed away a strand of hair covering Ryou's face. His peaceful gaze made his chest feel warm, and he has a pretty good idea why it's like that. Ryou made his heart feel like that. No longer filled with hate, but with love. His love is helping him heal from his past trauma, and move on to the future.

Laying back down on the bed in his side position to face Ryou, he stroked his cheek with the back of his hand and draped his arm over him, closing his eyes as he mumbled his words under his breath. "I will keep my promise and protect my yadonushi from danger."

As sleep took over him, he didn't realize that his deck began to glow, which is resting on the desk where a couple of cards slipped out while shining brightly before it stopped.
