Vic had only slept for an hour. The drugs had finally worn off, and he was feeling much better. His head still felt a little dizzy, but he got his vision back. He could see lucidly again, and he had full control of his body once again. After his experience of drug use, Vic vowed to never take drugs again. This also remind him of something else.

Did Lance take that coke back from the Bikers? he thought inquisitively.

So he stood straight up, stretched for a moment, and exited the room. He walked out of the front door and walked down the street. The green and blue colors around the blazing sunlight was so vivid it caused the whole city itself to glow with those colors. The amusement park ignited with bright lights, including the Ferris wheel.

Vic continued walking up ahead until he finally made it to Lance's apartment. As Vic saw that the door was open, he walked up to it. There was Lance performing his dance moves over the music, Yazoo's "Don't Go."

"Hee!" Lance squealed as he continued dancing to the music. "Alright, baby! This is the Lance Vance Dance! You got to... pop it... and, uh, lock it... Yeah! Woo!"

Vic walked in and looked around. He stared at Lance in disbelief. It was crystal clear to him. The reason why he and Lance had never found the stolen coke from the Bikers was because Lance had been lying to Vic this whole time. He was secretly using the coke for himself right behind Vic's back this whole time.

Vic was now furious with Lance. He was using the coke to pay back the Mendez brothers, and Lance was just using it for his own selfish use. So he walked over to the stereo and switched the power button, turning the stereo off

"So this is where the coke is going?" Vic asked sternly, catching Lance by surprise. "Up your nose?"

"Hey, Vic... " Lance replied nervously, struggling to contrive an excuse for his actions.

""Hey, Vic"?" Vic asked repeating Lance's sentence.

"What're you doing here?" Lance asked.

"You had me running around town like a psycho, and all the while you're siphoning it off for your personal use!" Vic snarled at his idiot brother. "You are unbelievable!"

"Hey... I'm sorry," Lance apologized. "Uh... Look, can we talk about this later?"

Vic's anger quickly altered to shock when he saw Louise suddenly enter the living room from the kitchen. Louise was equally surprised to see Vic there as well.

"Oh... Hey, Vic... Shit... " Louise stammered almost speechless and barely coherent.

"Louise!" Vic cried out gaping at his lover. "What the hell is going on?"

"Well, uh, um... " Lance chimed in stepping in. He was so nervous and shocked that his brother had caught him by surprised that he was almost at a loss of words. "Uh, bro... "

Vic glared at Lance furiously. Lance could easily see in his brother's eyes that he was very displeased with him. "'Ey, 'ey, bro, it ain't nothing like that!" Lance protested.

"I wouldn't do that to you... " Louise told Vic as well. "I just needed something to take my mind off things."

"So you fucked my brother?" Vic asked abruptly.

"NO!" Lance and Louise shouted simultaneously.

"We just get high together!" Louise answered.

Vic just stared at Louise by surprise. Not only was Lance using the coke for himself, he was even offering it to Louise, and the effects it had on her as well truly showed.

"Goddamn, you are so judgmental, like you're a damn saint or something!" Louise snapped at Vic. "Why are you being such an asshole?"

"You are a mess," Vic told Louise bluntly.

"And you're wonderful!" Louise retorted caustically. "A wonderful drug dealing, thieving murderer!"

"Oh, come on, guys," Lance chimed in trying to break up the banter between the two lovers.

"I was doing it for us," Vic told Louise, ignoring Lance's pleas.

"Who're you trying to kid?" Louise hissed at Vic. "You don't give a shit about me!"

"Not now I don't!" Vic responded brusquely.

"You know what?" Louise replied. "You make me wanna puke, you self-righteous dick!"

"Okay, let's rewind back to the past weeks I've been here, shall we?" Vic said. "Ever since I met you, I tried comforting you when you were feeling down about your life! I tried cheering you up by taking you out on a quad ride! I rescued you from being turned into a slut by your abusive husband! I stopped the welfare people from taking Mary-Beth out of your hands! I helped you move to a better home in Vice Point! Hell I even got the chance to spend time with you for the first time after moving into this island! Yet somehow, you gain the temerity to call me a self-righteous dick who doesn't give a shit about you?! That's the thanks I get?! While YOU on the other hand are using the coke my dumbass brother here offered you because he's just an impulsive moron while your infant child is probably still at home worried sick about you!"

"Hey!" Lance exclaimed.

"At least your dumbass brother here sees me!" Louise shouted back. "Like you yourself are a saint in comparison! You're just a massive hypocrite!"

"Ah, get lost!" Vic yelled at Louise as he turned his back on her.

"Stay away from me, you sick bastard!" Louise called back backing away. "You're a phony, Vic Vance!"

She then stormed out of the front door, and Lance turned to Vic. "What are you gonna do?" he asked.

"Thanks a lot, Lance!" Vic snapped at his brother.

"What?!" Lance asked.

"If you hadn't used up all the coke and offered any to my woman, this altercation never would've happened in the first place!" Vic snarled. "You're a fucking moron!"

Lance took offense of Vic's final words. He was now becoming tired of being bossed around by his older brother and decided to become a rebel. "Listen, who cares?" Lance asked suddenly feeling more cocky. "It's my coke. It's all my coke, and I'll do with it whatever I damn well please!"

Vic watched as Lance ran out the front door and made his way to the helipad. Vic chased after him.

"Lance, come back here!" Vic called to his brother.

"Shut up!" Lance snapped at Vic as he turned to face him. "You're always telling me what to do! But if it wasn't for me, we wouldn't have any of this! If I wanna take coke, I will! If I wanna give it away, I will! And I'm gonna give it away! All of it! And you can't stop me!"

Lance then gleefully ran to the Maverick resting on the helipad.

"Lance!" Vic shouted as he saw Lance enter the Maverick. "Don't be stupid!"

But Lance had already started the engine to the Maverick and was slowly descending in the air.

Vic just shook his head in disbelief. If this moron gets rid of all the coke, there goes our skin from the Mendez brothers, he thought.

He had to think of a way to pick up the coke that Lance was about to drop. He found a hovercraft nearby and hopped on.

As Vic saw that the Maverick was heading towards the shore, he rode quickly through the ocean to retrieve a bag of coke being dropped into the sea and caught it just in time.

The Maverick hovered in land and dropped another bag of coke into the surface. Vic dashed to it and grabbed the bag as he sped up for the Maverick, which dropped yet another bag of coke as well.

Vic rode up to it and grabbed that bag as well. He continued following the Maverick ahead around and retrieved each bag that dropped out of it. It was getting rather difficult for Vic since he had no idea how to control the hovercraft.

Who invented these kinds of vehicles anyways? Vic thought.

He didn't have time to complain. He continued driving the hovercraft around to follow the Maverick that was dropping more bags of coke around the island.

The Maverick was whirling around the island dropping bags of coke at a time, and Vic was chasing after it in a hovercraft retrieving each bag that dropped, including in the water.

One by one, Vic grabbed each bag that dropped from the Maverick as it flew around the island while riding the hovercraft underneath to chase after it and repeated the process until he grabbed enough bags to fit on the hovercraft.

Vic sighed in relief. He had saved the bags of coke and didn't have to waste his energy from keeping his childish younger brother from doing anything else stupid. He still vowed to never ride a hovercraft again though. So he rode back to Lance's apartment to return the bags of coke inside.
