School is out for the summer. All the kids in town are either going on vacations with their families or sticking around town. During these past few years. The Scott family and friends have gone through alot of changes mostly regarding the kids in their lives. Brooke and Lucas got married 5 years ago. The friend group eventually came together. It was because of the love and support given to them that Brooke and Lucas survived the whole ordeal.
Sam and her mother have yet to be found but when and if they are. They will be brought straight into police custody. Brooke and Lucas made sure to report the crime commited to the police days after it happened.
The annual burning boat festival was once again taking place. The purpose was to throw away and burn any bad memories they were holding on too. Then you were freed to start fresh.
The latest town gossip was the return of Nathan Scott. He was rushed to a hospital in one of the countless places him and the Bobcats basketball team were sent to play. The incident happened live during the game. Nathan collapsed and the screen went black.
There were rumors going on since he left town that he was on a self destuctive path. Drinking excessively, drug use, Spending days and nights with multiple women. His career taking a backseat. Why had he returned to Tree Hill no one knew.
All people knew for sure was the he had taken rufuge in the Scott mansion where his parents lived. Rumors were flying daily as to why he was back. Dan and Deb refused to speak on it. Whenever they were asked.

The Scott Home
Jamie typed furiously on his laptop. His bedroom these days consisted of the colors. Grey, brown, and blue. The walls only had a few framed snapshots. In the center of it was one with him and his mom. He treasured it very much especially since her house belonged to someone else now and he had no more pictures of him and her.
"Can you believe when we start school again in the fall we'll be high school freshman. It's going to be the best years of our lives. Hello earth to Jamie." Chuck Scolnik said.
"I'm trying to get our summer homework out of the way. We can talk when i'm done." Jamie said.
"Cannot believe you're halfway done with already. I haven't even looked at the assignment. We won't be back at school for three months." Chuck said.
"Man you know how Jamie is. Always on top of his work. He's a straight a student for a reason. My goals are focused on school and NBA. That's my future." Andre Fields said.
"Who needs school.? I'm headed straight for the army once high school is over. I'm going to be just like Chase." Chuck said.
"The two of you leave my boyfriend alone. Plus he's hanging out with me after he's done with that assignment." Madison Landry said. Her focused on the the blond haired blue boy seated beside her.
"She's right we're hanging out all day today. The two of you can find something to do until tommorow. Then we'll go get breakfast and hang out at the River court." Jamie said. Placing down his laptop.
Taking Madison's hand in his.
"Time for a study break." Jamie said. Leading her out of the room.

On the walls of his office. Was his favorite wedding picture with Brooke. Along with captured moments with Jonah and Jamie. Through the years. On a seperate wall were awards for his books.

Brooke looked in amazement at her store the recent renovations were beautifully done there was more space and it felt comfortable and like a second home. Clothes over bros. Expanded in popularity.
She now had a child boy and girl clothing line. Along for one for teenage girls and boys. She had accomplished this dream and felt accomplished. She went home to the man she loved. Their family. And yet this longing for motherhood wouldn't quiet it only got louder.
