Back with the other lanterns they had just arrived back to Earth and are now standing in a familiar clearing.
For a moment no one said anything before Michael decided to speak.
"okay 1st of all who are you? and second of all what's going on?" Michael demanded.
"all your questions will be answered." the stranger said.
"to start I am Cody Andrews and these are my new friends Colleen, Princess Celestia, and Judy Hopps we are the White Lantern Corps." the man now known as Cody said.
"White Lantern corps?" Spider-Man questioned.
"yes like all of you we have been chosen to wield powerful rings that are powered by a certain energy like how the Green Lanterns rings are fueled by will power and the Red rings are fueled by rage our rings are fueled by the white light of Life." Cody explained.
before anyone could say anything else Fifi suddenly shouted "monsieur Ash!" She then dashed towards Ash who was startled by Fifi's yell looked in her direction only to be tackled to the ground by the female skunk.
He sat up to look at her in surprise.
"Fifi I didn't think I'd see you so soon after I left." he said.
she lifted her head up to look at him with a huge smile on her face.
"i know Ash we all missed you back home acme acres has been quite without you there to brighten our day me, Shirley, and Babs have been especially depressed but now that i am with you i couldn't be happier." She said happily while hugging him close.
the other Lanterns looked at the two in confusion for a minute before Starfire spoke up.
"friend Fifi may i inquire as to how you two know each other?" She asked.
Fifi turned to her while still hugging Ash.
"well mademoiselle Starfire i met monsieur Ash when he came to my school one day me and my friends would hang out with him when ever we could he was a great help to us during his time with us and we were sad when he had to leave but we knew that we would see him again one day." she explained.
Princess Celestia suddenly spoke up.
"i am sorry to interrupt but I believe we have more pressing matters to attend to" she said catching everyone's attention.
Michael turn to Cody with a serious look.
"she's right you guys mentioned a great threat what exactly is it?" He asked.
Cody cleared his throat before speaking.
"yes well as you all know our Corps represent the light spectrum green for willpower, red for rage, blue for hope, yellow for fear, indigo for compassion, violet for love, white for life and orange for greed however there is one light that Is the most dangerous and it is this light that Is currently threatening the Galaxy." Cody explained.
"what is this light?" Ash questioned.
Cody looked towards him.
"it is the black light of death." he answered.
the group suddenly felt a shiver go up their spines when they heard that.
"that sounds scary." Fluttershy said afraid.
Cody looked at her.
"it is the black light as i said before represents death which is the opposite of the white light of Life the Black lantern corps are very dangerous as they are capable of regenerating lost limbs and are able to command a army of undead to do their bidding a long time ago a man named Black Hand became the first Black Lantern and almost brought about the blackest night however he was stopped and the blackest night was averted now the Black Lanterns are returning to threaten the Galaxy once again and we are the only ones who can stop them." Cody said.
"how are we supposed to stop them?" Kitty asked.
"it's what we are chosen for our rings chose us for this task because it is our destiny. however It is your choice whether or not to fight if any of you wish to back out i understand" he said.
everyone shared a glance before Ash stepped up.
"my team and I are in." he said.
Michael was next to speak up.
"we're in too." he said.
"we're also in." Destanee said.
"us too." Goku said.
"and us." Clover said.
"i think you know our answer gov'ner." Colleen said.
Cody looked around with a smile.
"very well now we must make haste for the Black Lanterns will appear soon but first we must head to Acme Acres." he said.
"why's that?" Spider-Man asked.
Cody turned to him.
"because we must stop a villain who is terrorizing the city right now." he answered.
"who is it?" Danny questioned.
"the current Orange Lantern." Cody said.
