I felt a lot of emotions taking over me. I am angry and sad. I am angry that Molly left the barn without putting Calypso's blanket on. I was trying to tell her that she needed to put Calypso's blanket on but she ignored me and kept talking to her friends on her phone.
I saw Calypso who was feeling sad because Molly forgot her blanket. "are you, okay Mama?" I said. "she forgot to put her blanket on me. she forgot because she doesn't care" Calypso said. "don't say that, it's not true" Scarlett said.
"but it is" Calypso said. "no it's not Mama, I'm sure she still cares" I said. "whats going on, what happened?" Teeny said as she walked up to us. "Molly forgot to put on Calypso's blanket" Button said. Teeny had a sad look on her face.
"Oh no, that's awful. I am so sorry Calypso" Teeny said. "Uncle Shep, what should we do?" I said. "stay calm everyone, I will get help" Uncle Shep said.
"okay" I said. then Uncle Shep walked outside of the barn and was barking for help. "see Calypso, everything will be fine" Button said.
"I hope so" Calypso said. "I'm sure Molly will be back to her normal self soon" Scarlett said. a few seconds later Will and Uncle Shep,
walked into the barn. "Calypso!" Will shouted with worry to see the state she was in. "good boy Shep!" Will said as he petted Uncle Shep.
Will then walked over to Calypso's stall. Will grabbed a brush and brushed her down. "don't worry girl we will get you,
warm again" Will said. after Will brushed Calypso he put her warm blanket on. "thanks Will" I said. "your welcome Lana.
you should head to bed now and get some rest" Will said. "okay, but I need to tell you something" I said. "sure, what is it?" Will said.
"I tried to tell Molly that she needs to put Calypso's blanket on but she ignored me. she yelled at me telling me she was busy,
and didn't have time to listen to me" I said. Will had a look of shock on his face, but said, "okay thanks for telling me.
I will deal with Molly tomorrow but for now go get some sleep" Will said. "okay, goodnight Will" I said. "goodnight Lana" Will said.
Will then left the barn. just then my husband Scar walked out from my room and walked up to me. he glared at me angrily.
"what are you doing Lana! I have been waiting for you to get in bed with me for an hour!" Scar yelled with anger in his voice.
"I'm sorry Scar, I just needed to help Calypso" I said. Scar got angry and punched me. "that is no excuse Lana! get to bed now!" Scar yelled. "okay, but can I say good night to my parents first?" I said. "No!" Scar yelled as he punched me again.
he then shocked me, and I screamed in pain as I felt the shock. "hey, leave her alone!" Chili shouted. "stay out of this, this is not your concern!" Scar said. "I'm warning you Scar, you dare harm her like that again and you will pay!" Chili said. Scar glared at me.
"fine, but Lana get in bed now" Scar said with a frim voice. with that Scar left and went back to my room. "thanks daddy" I said. "your welcome Lana. I just can't stand him hurting you like that" Chili said. "yeah I know" I said.
"goodnight guys" I said. "goodnight Lana" Chili said. I then went to my room. when I got to my room Scar still had an angry look on his face.
"in bed now!" Scar yelled. "I know Scar, geez" I said. Scar was not happy with me and he shocked me again. I screamed in pain.
"do not talk to me like that Lana, now get in bed!" Scar said. "yes Scar" I said. I did as he said and got in bed with him. "goodnight Lana" Scar said,
as he kissed me. we then fell in a deep sleep. its the next day and Will gathered all of us in the barn. "new horseland policy,
no cell phones in the stable" Will said. "what?!" Aunt Chloe and Aunt Zoey said at the same time. "why what happened?" Sarah said.
"Molly forgot to put Calypso's blanket on last night. we all know why. because of her stupid cell phone" Will said angrily.
"Will we all get silly when we first get cell phones" Sarah said. "yeah, I was on my phone 24/7 when I got my first phone too" I said.
"when you are here your supposed to be paying attention to nothing but your horse" Will said. "but we can't exist,
without our cell phones" Aunt Chloe whined. I would say I have to agree with Aunt Chloe. just then Molly walked into the barn.
and of course she was talking on the phone with her friends. we all walked up to her and tried to get her attention. "Molly we need to talk,
to you" Aunt Chloe said. Molly waved her hand shooing us away but we ignored her. "it's about Calypso" I said. "you forgot to put her blanket on last night" Aunt Zoey said. Molly turned around and glared at us angrily.
"can't you see I am on the phone?!" Molly yelled. she then continued to talk to her friends. I sighed in defeat. "this is hopeless" I said. "don't worry Lana. I'm sure Molly will be back to her normal self soon" Sarabi said comforting me.
"Yeah, I hope so" I said. "alright, let's get ready for jumping practice" Will said. "okay, lets go" Alma said. "do you guys wanna watch me?" I said looking at my family. "yeah we will watch you" Mufasa said. "okay" I said. I then walked to Skyler's stall,
and saddled her. after we saddled our horses we got on our horses and walked into the arena. when we started jumping practice,
Molly was still on her cell phone and talking to her friends. "okay who wants to go first?" Will said. "I will go first!" I said raising my hand.
"Okay, go ahead" Will said. I walked up to the jump I looked ahead. "you can do it Lana!" Nala said. I smiled at her.
"thanks" I said. I then cantered towards the jump. as Skyler jumped over the jump, Skyler and I got scared when we heard a loud,
ringtone from Molly's phone. "ahhh!" I screamed as I fell off of Skyler. "Lana!" Mufasa shouted with worry.
I landed hard on my back and got the wind knocked out of me. Will and my family rushed over to me. I was struggling to breathe.
"Lana are you okay?!" Uru said. "everyone, give her some space" Will said. my family stepped back. after I was able to breath again,
Will helped me sit up. I coughed. "are you okay?" Will said. "yeah I think so" I said. "do you need to sit down for a bit?" Mufasa said.
"yeah, I think I need to rest for a bit" I said. "okay, let's go by the fence and you can rest there for a bit" Sarabi said.
"okay" I said. my family then helped me over to the fence and I slowly sat down. Will then saw Molly on her phone. "NO CELL PHONES! NO CELL PHONES!" Will yelled at her angrily. Molly turned around and looked at him. "what?!" Molly said.
"Molly, Lana fell off of her horse because of you and that damn phone! now give it to me!" Will yelled. Molly shook her head. "No I can't do it" Molly said. I gasped. "Molly, you have to, you made my daughter fall and hurt herself!" Ahadi yelled.
"look I am sorry, I will put it on silent" Molly said. "fine, but if I hear one beep out of that thing!" Will threatened. with that Will walked away. after a while it was time for Molly to do the jumping practice. I was kind of nervous for her.
when Molly did the jump her phone made a loud ring again and she fell off her horse. everyone rushed over to her. "Molly are you okay?!" Sarah said.
"Yeah, but my phone oh I hope it still works!" Molly said. I rolled my eyes. Molly then checked her phone and it works.
"yes, it works it still works!" Molly said. "No it doesn't Molly" Alma said. "not to us it doesn't" Ahadi said. "lets help her out shall we?" Sarabi said.
Sarah then took Molly's phone from her. "hey give that back!" Molly shouted. "Not until you hear us out" Nani said.
"Molly you forgot to put Calypso's blanket on. and you have put us all in danger with your cell phone" Sarah said. "wait,
I did?" Molly said. "yeah, I tried to tell you but you ignored me" I said. Molly then looked at Calypso who had her head down with sadness.
Molly gasped. "oh Calypso, she looks sad. Molly rushed up to Calypso. "oh Calypso, I am so sorry. I was sp caught up in my phone,
because I have been saving up my allowance money and my parents finally gave me one. you are my dearest most precious friend.
will you forgive me?" Molly said. Calypso then licked her face. Molly laughed. "aww" Alma said. "cool" Will said. "so cute" I said.
Molly then walked over to us. "I owe all of you a big apology. especially to you Lana" Molly said. "its okay Molly" I said smiling. "so can I have a do-over, to make everything right" Molly said. "what kind of a do-over?" Sarah said.
"follow me and you will see" Molly said. we all got on our horses and galloped out of the arena.
