Dewey feels that no one is his family pays attention to him so he runs off, but is later found. It's no big deal. Or so it seems. But Webby's onto him. There's something strange about Dewey, and she'll find out what. She should be able to figure out what's wrong with her friend...right? Rated T for violence; no cursing. (THIS IS A SHORT STORY, SO THE CHAPTERS ARE SHORT.)

25. Chapter 25

Nobody Listens Chapter 25: "Adventure Part 6"

Dewey trekked ahead of the group, looking around in awe at the beautiful castle.

"Woah." He said. They had just reached the treasure room. Scrooge and Louie were already swimming in the treasure.

He stepped on a metal button.

The castle started shaking, "Run!" Donald screamed as the walls slowly started collapsing.

The family ran out of the castle, "Everyone alright?" Della asked them.

Everyone nodded.

This was not alright.

Nothing was alright anymore.

Dewey could have killed his family!

What if one of them was crushed in the wreckage?

Dewey would have never forgiven himself if that happened…
