Previously on Fairy Tail
'Blood?'
Vyra stood unfazed slowly looking down to see a deep red gash across her torso.
Her body was in too much shock to realize what was going on. She threw her hands up to her mouth choking, throwing up blood.
Her eyes flickered back up to Erza scared, before dropping to her knees not moving a muscle.
"VYRA!"

"Vyra-"
"Vyra, hey stay with me!"
"E-Erza?" The bluenette stuttered
"W-Woah-" She sat up slightly holding her stomach wincing in pain
"Ah c-crap-"
'The sunlight isn't healing me as much' The bluenette looked down at her body
"I don't h-have much m-magic power l-left"
"Was it K-Kagura-?" She turned to see the defeated Mermaid
"No-" Erza stood up
"It was Minerva, she's the one who got you by surprise-"
...and Kagura right after-"
Vyra was quiet before she noticed something different about the red head
"That's some cool looking armor-" Vyra ogled her outfit
"It's my Nakagami Armour, unleashed by my second origin-" She spoke grabbing the blunette's arm putting it over her shoulder in support
"We have to meet up with the others, by the looks of it, there's only one other competitor left standing-"
Vyra was left in distraught.
'Wait, there's only one person that it could be...' She looked back up at the scoreboard
Sabertooth...
"I'M READY FAIRY TAIL! LET'S GO- COME AND GET ME!" Sting taunted waiting for the bunch to arrive at his destination leaving the audience in complete awe.
'If he get's those nine points- Sabertooth could take it all!'
'He's going to take the five of them on?'
'This really can go either way...'
The first one's to arrive at the scene were Gajeel and Laxus followed by Gray soon after and lastly Erza and Vyra.
Vyra and Gray locked eyes before circling around the blonde dragon slayer.
"Wow. Now there's a sight. Being surrounded by heroes from my childhood... really isn't all that grand-" Sting smirked
"Enough chit chat. We didn't come out here to be pals." Gajeel scowled
"We'll fight you one-on-one- pick somebody-" Gray spat
"Why not all at once? With those injuries, one-on-one will be boringgg-" The dragon slayer shrugged aloofly
"H-Hey- watch your mouth-" Vyra stumbled catching Sting's attention rather quickly hearing her voice
"I'm just tryin' to treat you guys with the respect you deserve... that's why I'll destroy you all together!"
"I've been waiting for this moment! I'll show you how strong I've become!"
"I-I'LL DO IT FOR LECTOR!" He shouted making Vyra's eyes widen
"Oh yeah?" Gray pushed
"You wanna fight us all by yourself? You're serious?" Laxus repeated as Vyra watched Sting closely
"Of course I am, I'm more than a match for you!"
"Losing Lector brought me pain, but also brought me new power!"
"For Lector..."
"For my best friend... I'm going to beat you and win it all!"
...
"Very well, if you're so determined to seek this fight to the end we'll give you what you want..." Erza edged forward as the others began to follow
"HELL YEAH, NOW YOU'RE TALKING!" Sting cheered before quickly jumping into his dragon force state
Vyra was blown away by his white light seemingly coming out of nowhere. It actually felt refreshing... but no way would she ever let anyone know that.
They stood strong with unwavering eyes waiting for whatever the Sabertooth member had in store.
'W-Why...'
'Why am I hesitating?'
'They're all bruised and beaten!'
...
'They'd probably just blow over if I just blew on them!'
'Get a grip-' Sting struggled
'All you have to do is beat these guys, and you'll have done everything milady told you-'
'You'll get to see Lector again! y-yes...' He dropped his head down beginning to sweat
"I've grown so m-much-" He tried to put one shake foot in front of the other
'T-THERE WEAK! THEY'VE GOT NOTHING- I CAN WIN!'
One step after the next... the boy fell to his knees.
"I-I c-can't do i-it... I can't b-beat y-you..." He hung his head making the audience gasp
"I surrender..."

Every member in the Fairy Tail guild burst into tears watching the scoreboard.
Silence dropped. Is this real?
"IT'S OVER! THE WINNER OF THE GRAND MAGIC GAMES IS- FAIRY TAIL!" Fireworks shot up into the sky as the crowd began to roar
"...Sting..." The moonlight mage limped forward
"Why did you back down from the fight?" She questioned calmly noticing the distraughtness of the boy
"V-Vyra-" A sad smile wished upon his lips
"I-I was so sure I'd w-win-" He stuttered trembling
"It's all I had to do... and I could see him again..." His hair shagged over his eyes
"A-And a-all of a sudden, it's like... I lost all hope-"
"I don't know why exactly, but I know I don't have your strength..."
"and I guess I felt like I didn't deserve to see him-"
"Not yet anyway..." He whispered as Vyra dropped down to her knees in front of him as Erza, Laxus Gajeel and Gray watched from behind
"T-That... That's not true!" Vyra got up in his face matching his blue eyes with her in slight confusion
"Erzie~" Millianna shouted holding a bright red kitten in her hand
Sting look up, eyes widening in unbelievable shock
He was speechless as his body shook.
Tripping on his feet he quickly ran and Lector began to wake up shuffling out of Millianna's arms.
"L-LECTOR!"
"Ah Sting! It's y-you!"
"You're okay! L-Lector..." The dragon slayer had tears streaming down his face
The red exceed jumped into Sting's arms as they cried.
The whole scene was very emotional, Vyra also had tears welling up in her eyes as the rest watched with smiles on their faces.
"Well... that's that." Erza turned to the group
"Vy, come here-" The ice mage pulled the bluenette into his chest as he let out a sigh of relief
"I'm okay Gray-" She smiled wrapping her arms around his torso
Who wouldn't be worried after that insane match with Kagura and Minerva. One of the highlights of the games!
"I can't believe I'm saying this... but it's strange not having you know who around hollering and making noise" Laxus thought of Natsu
"Yeah I don't mine it-" Gray shrugged with his arm around Vyra
"He'd be extra annoying around with all that-" Gajell pitched in
"Sounds about right-" Erza chuckled
"You guys..." Vyra looked around trying to defend her pink haired best friend
"By the way, did anyone see their signal flare?" The red head questioned
"Nope, but I have been keeping an eye on it this entire time. Except when Jura knocked me flat-" Laxus began
"I didn't see one either-" Gray went on
"Nope-" Vyra shook her head back and forth
"Signal flare?" Sting repeated
"What do you think they're talking about?" Lector turned to the blonde
"Hey-"
"Tell me something-" Sting spoke up as Gajeel turned giving him the evil eye
"Oh, I KNOW YOU AIN'T TALKING TO ME PUNK!" He spazzed
"G-Gajeel! C-Calm down!" Vyra tried to hold him back
"S-Sorry but-" Sting looked down rather nervously catching the duo's attention
"Where's Natsu?" He questioned
"Why wasn't he in the fight today?"
The five Fairy Tail members stood still, not saying a word.
"What's the deal? Is Natsu hurt?" Lector said in worry
"I-Is he going to be okay?"

'We're counting on you guys, you better make it out of there-'
A/N Bit of a shorter chapter for this one, but it closes out the GMG arc. Noticing Vyra being soft and gentle towards Sting…
