Surprise, the April fools ending wasn't the actual ending! Sorry.
Anyways, hello everyone, I'm the one running things around here now- Erebus was an annoying dick, so I killed him and took over his roles in all this universes- I'm kinda just a female him that he created but somehow managed to lose to, so just call me Erebessa. Now, as for this hiatus, I've been busy. With what? Well... read the chapter.

"What happened?!" Greg shouted in panic, the group in the back of his now blood-stained van. "Where are her parents? Steven didn't actually do this did he?!" He continued, the reality of his son's murderous nature hitting him finally as he looked upon Connie's dying and bloodied form.
"His Gem was in there with him and her weapon had blood on it, so maybe he didn't directly do this, but he still would've been the one who ordered it if that's the case...let's just wait until Connie wakes up to tell us the full story." Garnet spoke as she pulled out the vial of Rose's tears. "We'll have to use the last of the tears, does anyone have any objections?"
Everyone was quick to agree, as they knew Connie wouldn't last long like this. Once Garnet was sure that everyone was on the same page, she opened it up and dumped it on Connie's open wound. Everyone waited for a few seconds before her stump began to glow, but after it was finished, they were all disappointed to see that it only closed the wound.
"Garnet, why isn't her arm coming back? W-We put Rose's tears on it, she should have her arm!" Pearl began to panic, as she knew this would absolutely devastate the girl, as now not only were her parent gone, but so was her arm.
"I'm not sure...maybe this is just the extent of what such a small amount of tears can do." Garnet spoke solemnly. "We need to get her inside the ship so she can be safe." Their leader spoke as she lifted Connie up, Pearl opening the back doors to the van for her.
The group of six made their way into the hidden ship that they stole from homeworld, it still being hidden under the trees of the forest that sat next to Beach City.

Steven had ordered Lion to wait in an open area of the ship as he made his way to the command center, ready to give orders to the Gems who had come to this town. "You, who's in charge around here?" Steven questioned a short Gem with short white hair and a blue dress that went down to her knees.
"That would be me, my Diamond." She spoke softly yet respectfully as she formed a Diamond salute. "The others have spread out to the humans' military bases that we were able to locate, we had actually learned of many hidden bases when the technicians who set the bombs up gave us the info."
"Hm, weren't exactly my orders, but initiative can be good I guess." The monarch spoke with a sigh as he looked down upon the city from the large window that was in the room. "Those damn Rebels are hiding somewhere around here, do they really think they can they can stay hidden on my planet? It doesn't matter, we'll find them all soon enough."
"So, what is it that you would like us to do here? We have secured the warps in the area and we are already reactivating the kindergartens; the human's haven't been able to fire any of those "nukes" and "missiles" that we were warned about, and their firearms and useable explosives cannot penetrate Homeworld technology with ease, we have the upper hand in this battle for the time being." She spoke respectfully, informing the Diamond of their achievements and the info they had gathered so far.
"I must admit, I'm impressed with the hustle, but I'm sure this much is to be expected of a homeworld invasion." Steven spoke as he approached the window that overlooked the town, looking down on the damage caused already.
"The humans are slowing us down more than most natives typically do, but that's made up for by the fact that we already had colonization started on this planet before, so by my calculations, we're ahead of schedule if anything." The small Gem said as she looked through the computer on the ship. "We should be done completely by the end of the year, and the humans should be gone by the end of the month; after that year, we just let the Gems grow for a few months."
"Really? I thought it would take much longer than that." He says, still admittedly unfamiliar with the specifics of Kindergartening. "Guess I won't look a gift horse in the mouth. Alright, I just needed estimates and updates, I should be on my-" A strange black portal opens and a small girl with white hair steps out.
"Hm, been a while since this place has been up and running." She comments, looking around the control room.
"Who the hell are you?" He asks with a glare as he summons his flat blade. "Doesn't matter, you'll die just like all the other humans." The Diamond went to go and slice her head off but it just went through her neck, the only thing happened from this attack being black smoke-like substance coming from the wound before it closed up again.
"Look, I'm just trying to give an explanation for the hiatus, calm yourself." She rolls her eyes as a random door appears, another being stepping out of it. "You just sit back and listen, I can't allow us to be what kills you, this is hardly cannon."
"Cannon?..." He was utterly confused at this point, but he tried to keep his cool as he was unsure of what they could do at the moment.
The being who stepped through the door spoke up next. "Oh my gosh Mr. Tyrant/Paragon/Steve it's such a great honour to see you!" He speaks actually saying 'slash' between each of his titles, only confusing the Diamond even further as to how they seemed to know him.
This man had a kola hat on, it seemingly being attached to his body, as he never took it off. His skin was yellow and he wore shades over his eyes. He was dressed up in a purple long sleeved jumper and black pants, white gloves adorning his hands.
"What the hell is going on here? How do you know me?" He glares, just waiting for a fight at this point.
"You don't know these people?" Spinel asked confused, staying by his side, though he didn't get to respond before the next person cam through.
A red haired boy dressed up in mostly black popped into existence, seemingly frustrated at first but then confused. "Huh, who knew getting mad lead to being into another dimension?"
He seemed to have a tail-like thing that came around his body, this being also wearing sunglasses, but they were just light enough to see his red eyes peering from behind them. He had what looked to be or at least resembled black bunny ears on his head, a pair of goggles strapped to the top of his head as well despite the glasses he already had.
"Strawberry, it's us- we were all meant to be here one way or another anyways." The white haired girl spoke, looking to her other friend.
"Oh? Sweet, double blind luck haha." He responds, seeing the familiar faces.
The yellow man spoke up to Paragon once again, "Can I please have your autograph Mr. Steven Quartz Demayo Cutiepie Diamond Paragon Universe?"
"Steven Quartz Demayo Cutiepie Diamond Paragon Universe?..." Spinel repeats, looking to her Diamond, though he seemed to be just as confused.
"How do you..." He wasn't sure what to say to this colorful character.
"You don't have a pen? Hm well.." He proceeds to rip a chunk of his own body out and shape it into a pen, then hand it to the hybrid. "I got you covered."
At this point he was getting annoyed, throwing the pen aside in disgust. "What the hell ks going on here?!"
The white haired girl shrugs. "That's Yellow, guess you got a fan in him. Or he's just screwing with you, he's a complicated character."
Two more beings walk from the black portal, one being a man dressed in white, pajama-like clothes, having a head of black hair, and pink wings at his back. The other being a man with blue-ish glasses, white hair that had a set of cat ears, a black hoodie, and jeans.
"Oh good, Mob and Simon." Erebessa addressed them in order of appearance. "Though it seems like Madam won't be coming...whatever, let's get this over with."
"It's kinda weird being here again and not to be here for good." The one with pink wings that had been called Mob says as he flys around, making his way over to Steven.
"Hey Erebessa, so we're just visiting for a bit and leaving the rest to the others?" The cat guy asked, making his way over to her.
"Yep, cause why the hell not?" The girl responds with a shrug.
"Hey, I'm not complaining." He says, standing by her and looking over to Mob.
This winged man had started talking to Steven. "I know things might seem like they're great and all right now with you being a Diamond and all, but you can really change for the better, trust me, I know, and you'll see how I know soon enough- but just take my word for it."
"Change for the better? The only change I'll make is the amount of rebels and issues for Homeworld in general there are in this universe." Steven shoots back with a glare.
"Going right for the kill with the "you can make a change stuff" huh?" Simon chuckles.
"You can make a change...hmm, hey wait, I know!" He pulls a guitar out and begins singing "I Can Make a Change", replacing the subject of the song from "I" to "You" where it was needed.
"Oh boy, a musical number..." Erebessa sighs, waiting for this to be over with.
The man in white flew around Steven as he sang, Spinel just humming along while her Diamond swatted him away when he would get too close, just giving annoyed looks.
Once Amon had finished the musical number, he looked to Steven hoping something had changed.
"Are you done then?" He asked with a raised brow, his arms crossed. "I'm happy the way I am and some musical isn't going to change that."
"I see..." He says obviously disappointed but taking what he said with a grain of salt.
So far, Steven has seen the power they had displayed, deciding to try and keep his cool until he understands them, the monarch giving a sigh. "Just...what do you want? I'm not stoping colonization."
"No, no.. keep going. Stopping colonization would just ruin the story." The yellow skinned man speaks much to the Diamond's confusion. "Story?..."
The one who has been named Strawberry gives a sigh at the comment. "Don't break the fourth wall guys!" He says, only for the other man to mock his words by repeating them in a stupid voice, before telling him that he does what he wants.
The girl in white gives a sigh. "Yellow, be careful with the fourth wall, this is technically cannon- I don't feel like doing two non-cannons in a row."
The one who has been addressed as Yellow was obviously hoping to mess with Steven's perception on reality a bit more, giving an eye roll and an "Ugh..."
Steven decides against questioning them any further about this and gets straight to the point, "Well if you're not stopping my colonization, then what is the problem?"
"Ask Ereboo." The man in the purple jumper says, motioning to the girl in white.
She rolls her eyes as she crosses her arms. "Erebus, or "Ereboo" is dead, I didn't inherit his nickname either. Anyways, you're about to meet you and your friends...from an alternate future. We should probably go then, they'll be here soon."
"Ok then, "Erebessa", that cannon to your story too?" Yellow asks, going on to break the fourth wall a bit more.
"My Diamond, what's going on? I'm so confused..." Spinel says quietly to him, staying by his side.
"YOU'RE GOING TO MAKE THEM BLUESCREEN—" Strawberry insists, obviously having the bigger issue with pulling Steven from the immersion of his own world.
"Yeah...me too." The Diamond responds to his Gem's earlier comment.
"Hey! Children- let's get going!" The one who was called Erebessa by Yellow, orders, just wanting to get the interaction on with.
"Confusion is one of my favorite emotions." Yellow says, ignoring her whilst addressing Steven and Spinel.
"I'm not your child." Strawberry responds to Erebessas, having heard her, but seemingly only caring about the part where he was called a child.
"Then stop acting like children and go home." She orders, opening her portal back up, receiving an "awwww" from Yellow. "Now."
He just opens a door portal of his own, walking through it, assumably back to wherever "home" was.
"Well this sucks." Strawberry says as he leaves through her portal, Erebessa following shortly after, though leaving to portal open.
At this point, Steven was confused beyond belief, unable to really conjure up any words to say at this point.
Before he could even come to terms with what just happened, the first person stepped out of the portal was a fairly tall person, at least eight and a half feet tall, the stranger sporting white hair and a top that had a diamond cut out over his...pink diamond? He had two pink eyes, and the longer they starred, the more his facial features looked like a older more defined Steven. "Oh look, younger me and Spinel...I forgot how cute she looked with her hair down."
Steven summons his sword with a glare at that statement, though the other Diamond remained unmoving and unamused. "Who the hell are you?"
Spinel sets a hand on Steven's shoulder in hopes of keeping him from killing this person. "Aw, thank you. But yeah, who are you?..."
"I'll explain in a bit." The tall stranger says, seemingly waiting for something or someone.
The next to come through the portal quite literally flew through it upside down, going straight for Steven. "Hi!" He says, seemingly being very energetic.
He was much shorter than the last one, his hair being brown with glowing pink tips, his right eye pink with a diamond-shaped pupil while his left was brown with a star-shaped pupil.
He wore a raincoat-like jacket, the top half being pink and the bottom half being black, a yellow star wrapping around his right side, the sleeves being rolled up and a white hood that was kept down, this boy also wearing blue jeans with a tear in the left knee and red sneakers on his feet.
Steven was taken aback by the sudden character's entrance, holding his sword out, ready for an attack that never came.
"Calm yourself, no one is going to try and fight you, you're me after all." The taller one with white hair says, acting like this statement wasn't something to be confused about in the least.
"Yeah, as long as as you aren't Onyx, you're fine by me." The smaller boy said with a smile.
At this point, Steven was getting a headache, having many questions already but no room to ask them just yet, so he just kept his guard up.
Next to exit the portal was a blue Gem; she had long hair that went all the way down her back, having the same black streaks down her face as Spinel, and dark blue gloves that went half way up her arms. Her outfit was very similar to Spinel's and her gemstone was even an upside down blue heart. She gave Steven a wave and a smile before going over to the apparent future him, sticking by his side.
"Who's the blue Gem? She looks familiar but I can't put my finger on it..." Spinel says curiously, somehow not putting two and two together.
He looks between the two Spinel's, his world breaking around him mentally from his confusion and lack of answers to his never ending flood of questions.
After her, a tall human who looked to be in his late thirties or early forties walked through, standing at seven foot two. He wore a German World War Two uniform that along with him was covered with dirt and soot. He looked somehow slim and buff at the same time, having brown eyes and black hair, as well as a slim face that looked restless and exhausted, though he didn't really say anything, standing to the side.
Next to walk out was a tall women with pink skin, black hair, and pink star patterns on said hair, along with pink eyes and diamond irises, the apparent Diamond in a uniform that greatly resembled Pink Diamond's but with more black. "Hmmm so this is where we meeting the old you, Steve?" She asked, turning to the Diamond with the blue Spinel by his side, said hybrid giving her a nod.
Next, a Spinel wearing a black dress came out after the pink woman and stayed by her side, giving the other her who was still with the original Steven a smile and a wave.
After her, another person who looked like Steven walked out, having a heavy amount pink around his eyes and what looked to be eyeliner; the new stranger mostly looking bored. "Oh... Back to jumpsuits... Great.." He says, referring to Steven's uniform.
Before Steven could even be offended by the comment, the smaller boy came flying over to him, holding out a hand for him to shake. "I'm Sora, or SPLIT!Steven!" He says energetically.
He was hesitant, but outnumbered, so he took the smaller Steven's hand and shook it, still not sure what to say here.
"Yep...younger me...not exactly one for style." The older him says, giving an eye roll. "Definitely glad those days are behind me."
"Eh well I'm pretty sure he destroyed all the clothing stores so not much he can do either way." The edgy looking Steven shrugged.
"I think he looks cute though...so small, still lacking knowledge of his past, present, and future... It is like a child version of you." The pink woman says with a smile, receiving a glare from the original Steven that went ignored.
"If I could describe him with one word, it would be arrogant." The white-haired Steven commented.
Spinel seemed a bit nervous, deciding to keep close to her Diamond. "There's a lot of new people...I'm so confused..."
The smaller Steven started floating upright again and made his way over to Spinel, holding out his hand. "But we're all nice..just don't tick anybody off I guess."
She looked to her Diamond for a moment, deciding he didn't have a problem with it before shaking the boy's hand.
Next out of the portal was a Rose Quartz, but not just any Rose- it was the Rose Quartz, original Steven giving a glare at her as she came stumbling out and falling to the floor.
The first to her side what the pink woman. "Rose, are you ok?" She asks with worry as she helps her up.
Original Steven's eyes stay on the Rose holding his glare. "What is she doing here?"
She looks to him and speaks a sentence that only proceeds to piss him off. "Are you okay son?"
"She came along to see you here with the rest of us... just keep in mind how outnumbered you are; do not try anything..." She warns, Steven not being stupid enough to try and fight a group of hims, but that didn't stop him from being pissed.
"Don't try anything?! That's Rose Quartz! The 'Diamond' who fucked over Homeworld and her fellow Diamonds! That disgrace to the Authority deserves no less than a shattering." He speaks with venom.
"Well she's from another universe, we all are actually." The small Steven who identified himself as Sora says while the apparent older Steven just gives an annoyed sigh.
The pink woman just walks over to him to with a smile. "And how you know it is that rose quartz?"
"Because I'm not blind you Pink Diamond knockoff." He says, wishing he could shatter her right then and there.
In the background, a pink Pearl comes through the portal, going mostly unnoticed as she walks to the Steven with white hair.
"You should really stop trying to start fights, most of us are far stronger than you." The previously mentioned Steven warned.
"That isssss true.." Sora says with nervous laughter.
The pink lady just rolls her eyes with a smile as as she walks back. "This one is no fun, but I don't want to hurt the poor thing." She says condescendingly.
He tires to ignore her this time, addressing the other him. "Fuck you, you claim to be an older me but you're just allowing a Rose Quartz to live? You make me sick."
"Calm down there, you don't want rip that jumpsuit of yours." The edgy looking Steven speaks up much to his irritation.
"Just ignore him, he's arrogant, young, and stupid...I'll let this slide." The white-haired Steven speaks to the other him.
The pink woman walks over to the Spinel in the black dress. "Spinel, you got anything you want to say to your younger self?"
"Hm?" She seems to snap back to reality. "Oh...ummm...hi?" She says with a giggle and a wave. "I'm older you."
Now it was Spinel's turn to be confused by an older version of herself. "You're me?..."
"Yup." She smiles as if this were normal for her. "Just older and with a different Diamond."
"What? Why?" The original Spinel asks, looking between the older Spinel and older Steven, grabbing her Diamond's arm defensively, resulting in mild annoyance from him, but he was too busy with everything else to really care.
The older her merely shrugs. "We just drifted apart, we still care for each other and all, but he has different Gems and such to tend to now, and I'm happy with my Nora." She says, holding onto the pink woman's hand.
The one now identified as Nora hugs the older Spinel and let's her sit on her lap. "I am good to you do not worry past Spinel." She tries to reassure her, but the original Spinel decided to make a mental note to make sure that never happens with her and her Diamond nevertheless.
"Yeah, she's really nice." The older Spinel reassures her, though she wasn't going to budge.
"I don't want another Diamond. My Diamond is kind enough." She insists, thinking back over all the time they had spent together.
Nora just shrugs. "You do you, there is a chance you never even see me in your world after this anyways." She comments before deciding to just sit there and let everyone else talk though she was seemingly ready for action if need be.
Sora decides to silently fly up and watch everyone from above instead of putting himself in the middle of all this.
The pink Pearl next to the older Steven speaks up finally. "You really used to look like that?..."
He just sighs. "Yeah, it's my old uniform, I'm not proud of it, but whatever."
"Looks uncomfortable." She comments, looking Steven up and down for a moment.
He wasn't sure what to say, as the other Paragon's outfit was admittedly more Diamond-like than his own, not that he was going to change.
The blue Spinel had pulled her scythe out, making Steven think it was an attack before he realized that she was just embracing it protectively.
The older Steven spoke up again before he could question it. "Look, I'll explain how I got here; that's what the creators want, so I guess that's what I'm going to do, as I get the feeling we won't be leaving here until one of us does." He says with a sigh.
"To start with, I was pulled from this world by means that I'm not aloud to go in to. Me and Spinel ended up in some arena where we met a bunch of people: a human Spinel, Nora here, but she was a lot smaller, and more innocent, and also is an alternate me who's female- um, this Steven who goes by "Evil" Steven, but he's just kinda edgy," He says, motioning to the Steven that has been described as edgy many times before here.
"Also met a human, Brock...well I can't really call him human as he created stuff for Homeworld and rips takes apart with his bare hands as if he were a Gem, so yeah-" He says, pointing to the large German soldier.
"Rose Quartz here as well; didn't like her at first but after a month or so, I guess I warmed up to her after finding out she didn't do any of the bad shit that our mother did." The Diamond points to the Rose that came with them.
"And there was Sora of course." He continues, pointing up to the small Steven who just gives a happy wave. "And I think that's all we had in the beginning that we still have now."
"After that, we ended up at some house where we met more people, but none of them are with us currently. A lot happened there, but that was where my first change happened,...where I was corrupted. Spinel, Nora, Rose, and a Yellow Diamond Steven who I considered to be my brother all came into my mind and helped me out of it."
"After that, I considered them all family; Rose was the mother I never had, Nora was like a little sister to me, and as I've said, the Yellow Steven was like a brother."
"A bit longer down the road, that world was destroyed and a lot of the people were killed, but we escaped back to this universe...where I killed you, Spinel, and that Dendrite over there." He says, pointing to the quiet blue and white Gem.
"You what?!" Steven glared, his head piece glowing pink.
"I was in a bad place, just lost my friends and family, and I couldn't have doubles walking around, sooo...yeah. Anyways, I took my throne back and worked my ass of as a Diamond, Nora was my "Quartz" for a while until we took over the authority together as Pink Paragon and Black Diamond, the twin Diamonds, because White reset my Pearl." He says, motioning to the pink Pearl that stood by his side.
"Of course we only reset her in return, and I had to run all her planets for a while until we had to bring her back. In that time, I had met another Gem: Jet. We had a kind of flirty frienemies thing going on until we decided we didn't have too much sexual interest in each other, plus I already had a large harem, so...yeah."
"A bit later, me and Nora stopped considering each other siblings and we started having sex as well, until eventually I got her pregnant with twins...in turn, Spinel tricked me into giving her a child." The older Spinel looked away with a nervous chuckle. "Nevertheless, I let her keep it and we had three kids: Tracey, Stacey, and Morgan."
"Of course this peace didn't last for long, as a four Steven fusion consisting of a White Diamond Steven, Blue Diamond Steven, my brother but in the future: Yellow Diamond Steven, and an older me, came there with an army and destroyed that universe...we had to retreat to the next one and...I lost Nora to the fusion."
"Skipping over the hell she allegedly went through for the next ten years while I raised my children with my Pearl: Volley here, she eventually came back."
"I was supposed to be loyal to Volley, but Nora's presence complicated things and I ended up cheating a couple times. More stuff happened and we went back to the house that I was talking about earlier, except it wasn't the same exact one."
"At this house, there was a strange eight year time skip and so far, nothing too grand has happened I guess- I mean the creators come around every now and then, there's almost always someone having sex, but it's just over all pretty relaxing I guess. Anyways, that's where I met Blue Spinel here, and she's currently my closest partner out of Spinel, Nora, Volley, and her."
"I needed to know this why?..." Steven asks with a raised brow, having zoned out half way through that story.
"Just to show you what you could be I guess." The older him says with a shrug.
"Yeah, like hell that's true; I wouldn't be so weak as to allow a Rose Quartz and a female me change my whole personality- I am loyal to Homeworld and White, fuck you for suggesting otherwise." Steven glares, loosing a hold on his temper as he basically amounting to nothing more than a cornered animal.
"Did he mention that he fucked the female version of himself that he considered to be his sister? It's not really important, I just feel the need to add that." The 'Evil' Steven spoke up.
"Look, you're stuck in your ways, a poor leader, and over all just bad at what you're supposed to do and be- you have no idea who you really are due to some outside manipulation, but that's not information I'm willing to disclose at the moment." He says, ignoring the previous comment.
"Wait, so I have a "daughter"?" The original Spinel asked, still somewhat confused on the meaning of that word.
"Mhm, like he said, her name is Morgan, she's named after our fusion, and she's just the cutest thing." The older Spinel smiles as she speaks of her daughter.
"Yeah, your fusion is nice, I like Morganite." Volley spoke up.
"D-Don't be so open about talking about Morganite, fusion isn't aloud, especially between someone like me and a Diamond!" Spinel panics, seeing the Dendrite in the room, only for a pink bubble to surround her and shrink around her, crushing her instantly, the older Steven holding out a clenched fist. "Happy?"
"But yes, I have twins with this woman," He motions to Nora. "And a kid with you. I'm currently with Nora, Volley, kinda Spinel, and Blue Spinel here. Oh, and yes, Rose is good, she hasn't made the same mistakes as our mother, but I think I said that."
"No- I refuse to believe that any alternate Rose could be good, or that I would be stupid enough to have kids." The original Steven shoots back, still unhappy with how much of a chump older him was in his eyes.
"I won't lie, she's good...for a Rose." The apparent Evil Steven says.
"Well she's the only good one we found so far, so it is understandable that he doesn't believe it." Nora spoke up, the pink woman giving a shrug. "As for the kids, we would bring them to prove it but..." She began looking original Steven up and down. "no."
"Yeah, not sure how much I trust him or this place with my kids." The future Paragon says.
"But I mean," The pink woman looks at Steven. "He looks so small and cute." She says with a smile.
"I personally don't think 'cute' is a word to describe him..." Sora, the smallest Steven spoke from his place in the air.
"You think he's ugly then?" Nora asked with a raised brow, seemingly not expecting the smaller Steven to throw out an insult.
"Not ugly! That's not what I meant!" He quickly insists, but the conversation moved on.
"He looks like somebody who would break my scythe..." The blue Spinel comments, still clutching the aforementioned weapon as if she would die without it.
"He probably would, Steve was sort of an ass in his youth." Nora commented.
"Actually he's having mine fixed right now." The original Spinel says to the blue her with a slight glare of her own, though the comment also went ignored by everyone else.
"Sort of an ass? Sort of?" The Evil Steven chuckled at the claim.
"Well he did punch and kinda try to kill everyone he meet for like a week till he calm down..." Nora spoke, reminiscing back to the day she met him.
"I'm a proper Diamond, if you think I'm so bad, then you're showing too much mercy to be a good Diamond." Steven accuses, knowing if you were going to rule as a Diamond, you couldn't be kind to everyone.
"I took ten planets in a week, you have yet to take one in a month, and you're having trouble with the rebels." The older Paragon says, giving Steven something to think about. "But yes, he's an asshole."
"Plus mercy can be helpful; killing Gems wastes resources, but I am not going into that right now." Nora says before she walks over to the future Steven's side with future Spinel.
"My Diamond is the kindest in the Authority!" Spinel claims, obviously upset at this point. "He even gave me a gift: a scythe that has the power of the Diamonds! He didn't have to do that, I'm not made for fighting, but he still gave it to me."
"And I bet he's given you a lot more in bed, right?" Nora smirks, though Spinel doesn't have an embarrassed reaction or anything like that, as she didn't know sex was supposed to be a more private thing.
"Nora," Sora complains. "that's grrrooooosssss."
"Sex is natural, nothing to be ashamed of." The pink woman replies with a shrug.
"Yeah, even younger me does it fairly often with his Gems." The older Paragon claims with a shrug of his own.
"Steve, you can't go a day without having sex at least twice, you have no room to say what is and isn't a lot of sex." The future Spinel says with an eye roll.
"That's fair." He responds with a light chuckle.
"Ew! You guys are grossing me out!" The smallest Steven accuses as he comes down to their level.
Nora pats his head. "Alright, alright, we will stop, just calm down Sora, you baby."
"I'm not a baby!" He responds, obviously embarrassed, though he went ignored by Nora, only getting a response from Volley. "You're a baby."
"Bottom line, I just came to check up on how younger me is doing- doesn't look like you've done much of anything since I left but that's to be expected I guess." The older Steven comments.
"Well you've seen me- now go away, I have a planet to colonize and rebels to hunt." He says, wanting to go back to overseeing the colonization. "Also, you all literally just came here to talk shit and argue then?" He asks, Sora and Volley going back and forth with if he was a baby or not.
"Well we didn't really come to talk shit...but yeah it ended up that way I guess." Nora responds. "So I say we leave, he has work to do, and we got people to get back to, so I am at least done." She says as she walks back through the portal.
"Cya younger me, have fun." Future Spinel says with a smile and a wave as she follows the woman.
"Baby." Volley continues with Sora who turned pink, once again claiming he was not a baby before flying through the portal, future Paragon setting a hand on the Pearl's head. "Just go home, you can continue this there."
Blue Spinel makes her way through the portal while he talks to her, the Spinel giving a wave goodbye, which original Spinel returns with a smile.
Volley was the next to go to the portal. "Alright, I'll see you there." The pearl says before walking through.
"Well, have fun with your rebel thing I guess." The older Paragon shrugs before following all of them.
Rose just giving a friendly wave before following him, and Brock giving a German salute before going after her, the portal closing after everyone was gone.
Steven stood there not sure what to feel, having to wrap his head around the concept of both time traveling and inter-dimensional travel, but he couldn't stand here for too long, as he suddenly got a call on his communicator.
Spinel was just confused as he answered the call, the pink Gem somewhat upset that there was a world where she actively chose to be by someone else's side.
"Oh? You found her by herself?" Paragon spoke, on call with a Gem, Spinel being unable to tell what the other side of the conversation was."...She turned herself in? I see...don't let her escape, I'm on my way."
Once the Diamond put the device away, Spinel spoke up. "What was that all about? Are we going somewhere?"
"The rebel lazuli turned herself in, requesting an audience with me." He informs her as he leads her back towards Lion.
"The rebel Lazuli? You mean the one you've been wanting to fight?" Spinel asked, walking alongside him.
"Yes, and you are to stay out of it, as you don't even have your scythe at the moment." Steven spoke, climbing onto the back of his lion and pulling her up with him.
"B-But as your warrior, I have to fight for you at all times, no matter the situ-" She tried you argue, only to see him looking back to her as his eyes glowed pink. "You're going to disobey me?"
She felt as if a pressure was being pressed against her whole form, and even though she was too frightened to respond, her voice did so for her. "Of course not, my Diamond..." She spoke in a monotonous voice,
"Good. Now, to the beach, beast." The Diamond ordered, the feline doing as it was told right away.

Now you may be confused as to what the hell just happened...well I've been away doing an rp all day everyday since the first of April.
Me and my friend group recently made a public RP, continuing from this plot, so definitely hit me up if you want to join- it's kinda dead atm, so we're hoping more people will bring it back.
As for the rp characters coming here? You can chose to consider it cannon or you can chose not to, this was mostly an advertisement ngl, it won't affect the plot noticeably. Probably.
Anyways, I'll try to get back to writing in my spare time, again, I'm sorry for leaving for so long, and as always
