I hope you guys enjoy this chapter, finally starting on the next arc! Also aware it isn't Wednesday, the reason I'm posting early is because I won't be able to update at all this week, so I thought I'd give ya'll something :).

"Whoa! Look, it's huge!" Gon exclaimed, his hand placed firmly on the window. Once again the three of us found ourselves on an airship, this time to Heavens Arena. I was sitting besides Killua, both of us staring out the window, me with widened eyes, him with a small smile.

"I see why it's called Heaven's Arena, I've never seen a building so tall before. " I mused. "How tall is it, do you think?" I asked turning to Killua with curious eyes.

"It's around 991 meters tall, and has about 251 stories. It's the worlds fourth tallest building." Killua said, his arms crossed over his chest.

I frowned a little. "I know this is the most convenient way to train, but is there really no other way? I'm not a fighting fanatic like the two of you."

"You don't like fighting?" Gon questioned. I shook my head.

"Not usually, I mean sometimes it can be fun, but if I can avoid it I will." I said with a shrug. I heard Killua scoff and I turned my head to look at him.

"That's just like you girls..." He muttered before continuing. "Yuko do you even know what Hunters do, I mean their careers are surrounded and usually based on fighting."

I narrowed my eyes at him. "I don't know if I liked that tone very much. And anyways, I said it can be fun sometimes, and I'll do it if I have to. No need to get your panties in a bunch.." I grumbled looking away.

"Ne Yuko? Does that mean you're just going to watch us fight then?" Gon questioned. I blinked, and then smiled.

"No I'll participate as well. Maybe that way fighting will grow on me, I need to toughen up if I'm going to be a Hunter right?"

"Yea or else you'll be considered the lamest Hunter on the planet." Killua said teasingly with an amused smile. I rolled my eyes and nudged him with my elbow.

"I don't need your commentary old man."

The three of us where now standing in probably one of the longest lines I've ever stood in. Gon and I where both currently gawking at the height, I mean it was big from the airship, but up close it looked like it goes straight into space.

"Just staring at is making me dizzy, you ever seen a building this huge?" I asked Gon with a dazed tone. He shook his head lightly.

"Nope, never."

"Gon, Yuko." Killua called. We both snapped our heads towards his direction seeing as he was farther up the line. We quickly ran up to him, Gon standing behind him, and me standing behind Gon.

"Are all these people going to the Heavens Arena?" Gon asked Killua as I was slightly popping my head to the side peering at the line.

"There aren't any rules to worry about. Not like there were for the Hunter Exam. You just gotta knock your opponent out." Killua said, although I could barely hear him because he was turned forward. My eyebrow twitched slightly in annoyance.

"Killua, you mind turning around so I can actually hear you?!" I said. I heard a small grumble emitting from his throat, as he stubbornly turned around to look at me and placed his hands on his hips.

I smiled with satisfaction. "good, now could you repeat that?"

"Sure, I said you need some hearing aids and your annoying." Killua responded. I chuckled.

"Real witty of you old man, now come on you can continue." I said leaning on one of Gon's shoulders. He snorted and shoved his hands into his pockets.

"Anyways before I was interrupted by dum dum over here, I was saying that the higher you go, the more prize money you make. if you want to earn a living with your fists, this is as good as it gets!" Killua mused, his smile returning to his face probably feeling a little pumped himself.

"Do you think Yuko would be able to use her chi blocking here to earn points?" Gon questioned Killua, who then placed a hand on his chin looking up at the moving line.

"I believe so, but if not she could just paralyze them and then get her points." He suggested.

"Oh, I get it." I responded with a wide smile.

-

"Welcome to Heavens Arena. now, if you wouldn't mind filling out this form..." The lady behind the counter spoke. A second later the three of us picked up the pens provided and signed our names, before she typed it into her computer.

After she did that, the lady turned in her chair to look at us again. "Killua Zoldyck, you're number 2054. Gon Freecss, you are 2055. Yuko fiddle..um sticks, you are number 2056." The lady sweat dropped at my last name, to which I sent back a cheeky smile, a few snickers coming from the two boys beside me.

"On the first arena floor, they'll be calling you by your number, so try not to forget it. Please go on ahead." She gestured to the hallway to our left and we began walking. Killua nudged me in the side with a teasing smile.

"I'm sorry I feel like we aren't on first name bases anymore, I'll call you fiddlesticks instead." Killua mused, causing a few laughs to exit Gon and I's lips.

"Why haven't you ever come up with a last name Yuko?" Gon questioned.

"I guess I just forgot." I said kind of surprised myself with a shrug.

"let's come up with your last name then!" Gon said with a smile. I snorted a few laughs erupting through my chest.

"Well I don't know, I kind of like fiddlesticks." Killua said, a smirk present on his face. I rolled my eyes.

"If anyone is choosing my last name it's Gon, I get the feeling somehow you're gonna find a way to make my last name worse then fiddlesticks."

"Oh come on, I deserve the same amount of say as Gon!" Killua complained.

"Well let's figure it out later, I think we're here." I said my eyes trying to adjust to the bright light at the end of the hallway we were approaching. A distant cheering was becoming a present roaring as we came to the end, all of us standing and looking around in awe.

"Wow.." Gon said, his hands gripping harder at his backpack sleeves. I looked around at all the little fighting platforms and noticed that none of the guys fighting seemed strong at all, which made my nerves calm down a bit.

'You're a Hunter Yuko, you shouldn't be scared anyways.' I thought, a frown forming on my features.

The three of us walked down the stairs and took a seat on one of the stands, Gon in between Killua and I.

"It's been a while, but the place hasn't changed." Killua said with a small nostalgic smile, his hands still neatly stuffed into his pockets. I blinked in surprise.

"So you've been here before?" Gon asked. I leaned forward to look at him Killua waiting for his answer. I figured he'd been here before, with him being so knowledgeable about it, but that would mean he came here when he was super young and that was kind of hard to process in my brain.

"Yeah. When I was about six. My Dad left me here flat broke. Told me to reach the 200th floor. Took me two whole years." Killua said with a reminiscent smile. Gon stared at him in surprise, me in sadness. Six was even younger then I had originally thought, how lonely it must of been, being here all alone as a little kid.

'Sad..' I thought, staring at Killua with remorseful eyes, until his snapped over to meet mine, making my heart slightly jump and my eyes widen.

"What?"

"I...nothing never mind." I said looking forward. I could feel his gaze lingering on me a few more seconds before his returned forward as well. My heart was still racing from the scare.

"Numbers 1973 and 2055, to ring E please." Was announced echoing through out the arena. Gon got up his face slightly worried.

"Oh that's me! Now I'm getting nervous." Gon said.

I smiled watching him take of his back pack and handing it to me. "You got this Gon, these guys are armatures."

"Gon. You made it through the Testing Gate, right?" Killua questioned looking up at the boy with a smile. Gon nodded.

"So relax."

Gon nodded again, this time a determined smile etched on his face, before he turned on his heel and began walking down the stairs.

"Kick some ass!" I yelled. He turned and lifted a thumbs up before he reached the floor walking over to platform E. I sighed, I was feeling butterflies again, i knew I'd ultimately be fine, but there where eyes everywhere on me, and it wasn't something I was used to. I sighed again this time kicking my leg up in down in a frantic way, squeezing Gons back pack to my chest in comfort, causing Killua to peer at me with confusion.

"Stop shaking your knee, it's annoying." Killua said with an eyebrow lifted. I groaned and held down my knee with my hand making it stop.

"I'm just nervous okay? I know, I know I've got nothing to worry about because I got through the testing gate, but I just feel a little scared."

"Well stop being scared, it's a waste of time and won't do you any good. That's the first thing you have to do if you want to get more acquainted with combat, is to know where your strengths are and wallow in them, it'll give you confidence and better help you understand where your limits are."

I blinked in surprise.

"Wow, you're actually saying something helpful for once."

"Hey look Gon's match started!" Killua said with excitement. I peered over, watching with a thumping heart. It was a few seconds in, the guy was huge and he was of course was getting his tough talk out of the way like the standard 'I look strong but of course I'm really not' guy, before he threw a punch at Gon who simply dodged it, and pushed him. Sending the male flying back all the way into the wall.

I jumped up in happiness. "Way to go, Gon!" I cheered.

"Nice!" Killua said.

"Number 2043 and Number 2056. Platform A."

I blinked a few times looking at Killua in surprise. "Oh I...I guess that's me." I said to him standing up feeling the butterflies slamming against my stomach. Killua chuckled at me.

"You look scared."

I snorted. "How very observant of you." I said my voice slightly cracking from panic, placing Gons back pack down on my chair.

"Yuko, you'll be fine. Just do what you normally do." He said, a small smile gracing his features. I wasn't so sure if it was the fear from the fight anymore that was making my heart beat accelerate. Killua being kind is always so surprising and refreshing, I just don't know how to act when it happens. I gulped down some spit, and blinked a few times.

"Alright, t-thanks." I said before walking down the steps and half fiving Gon on my way over to platform A. I walked forward stepping up onto the platform the glaring light from above making it hard to see anything but my opponent in front of me, who was a mildly bough guy who was wearing a white tank top, army pants and combat boots. He kind of reminded me of that prisoner from trick tower, the one who fought Tonpa. We waited for the referee to return, standing there awkwardly observing each other.

'This is weird.' I thought, rocking back and fourth on my feet peering around. I then heard some shouts of concern and confusion from the crowd. Things like "The hell is a little girl doing here." and "She's gonna be ripped to shreds." You know the standard sexist comments you'd expect. I grumbled in annoyance, watching the referee step onto the platform preparing to explain the rules.

"This is a First- Floor fight, so we will be appraising your skill levels. You're allowed three minutes to demonstrate what you're capable of. Now then...Begin!" He yelled.

'You know, over the past month my strength has been growing in my arms, I think for now I'll ditch the chi blocking.' I thought allowing the male to run at me preparing to strike, before I jumped in the air dodging his attack and punching him in the face. A nice satisfying crack from the breaking of his noes could be heard as he flew off the platform hitting the ground roughly.

I landed back down on my feet, a small proud smile gracing my features as I looked at my toned arms with joy.

'Yea, that...that felt pretty nice!' I thought my heart pounding from the excitement.

"2056, proceed directly to floor 50."

I blinked a wide smile stretching across my face. "Alright, if you say so!" I said, before I turned around after hearing cheers erupt from another fight seeing as Killua had won his already. This felt great, I didn't feel left out strength wise, and it seemed we were all progressing.

'Damn I'm actually getting really excited now!'

Another up roar of cheers grabbed my attention as I looked over to another match between a little boy and another exceptionally large male. The boy looked around 9-10 and he won the match quickly after a few punches to the males stomach, making him fall to the ground with a plop. I blinked a few times, whilst walking back towards Killua and Gon.

"The first 200 floors of Heavens Arena are divided into classes, ten floors each. Which means that a fighter who wins on the 50th floor, advances to the 60th. Lose and they automatically drop down to the 40th floor." Said the female guide on the elevator. The three of us, where standing in a line next to each other, me in the middle Killua on my left and Gon on my right. Not only that but the kid from earlier was standing behind us as well.

"So that's how it works.." Gon muttered.

I pulled the two boys sleeves closer to me so I could whisper to them.

"Aren't we going to talk to the kid behind us? I mean I thought we would since I mean, he's a kid, he's strong, we are in the same elevator, so why not?"

Killua lifted an eyebrow at me. "Is that your criteria for making friends or something?"

"I've heard once you get all the way to the 100th floor, they comp you your very own room!" The boy said excitingly, causing the three of us to peer around and look at him in surprise.

"I guess it was inevitable..." Killua muttered, deadpanned with a small smile.

"Oh! I'm sorry, how impolite! Osu! My name is Zushi!" He introduced formally.

"Hey that rhymes with sushi, I read about sushi once in a magazine!" I mused with happiness at the connection, although I've never tried sushi before. Zushi rubbed the back of his head sheepishly.

"Yea I guess it does." He said a small hue forming on his cheeks.

"I'm Yuko!"

"I'm Killua." Killua said with a smile.

"My names Gon." Gon chirped. "Nice to meet you!"

-

"Here we are." Said the female guide, before she opened the elevator doors for us to walk through, now with Zushi in between Gon and I.

"I watched your fights earlier. You guys are amazing, um sorry and girl!" Zushi said correcting himself, looking at me with a sheepish grin. I smiled back at his politeness, which if my eyes weren't mistaken caught his cheeks reddening.

"What are you talking about, you made it up here with only one match too." Killua said with his hands in his pockets as usual.

"He's right." Gon agreed. Zushi lifted a hand up brushing away our flattery with a small wave.

"No, No, I still have a long way to go. By the way, what discipline do you practice?" Zushi asked the three of us. "I study the Shingen-ryu technique."

All three of us looked at him with confusion.

"Does he mean like Chi blocking?" I asked the two boys.

"Isn't Chi blocking a form of martial arts?" Gon questioned. Killua nodded.

"Yea I don't think it's what Zushi is talking about though." Killua turned back over to the boy. "So yea, we don't have one." Killua concluded to the boy, who flinched in surprise.

"You're kidding! The three of you are that powerful with no formal training?" Zushi asked astounded. His head dropped down, causing me and Killua to sweat drop at the antic and Gon to look surprised. "I'm humbled to be in your presence." He came back a live again with a determined expression. "I've come a long way, but I'm not finished!"

The three of us shared a look.

"You're quite the interesting character, aren't you? How cute." I mused, looking at the boy whose eyes widened at the comment, his face seemingly turning a completely different shade of red.

"What'd I do..." I mumbled to the two boys beside me.

"I think he likes you Yuko." Gon laughed sheepishly.

"Either that or he's having some major gas." Killua added.

Then all of a sudden, the three of us turned around to someone's clapping echoing down the hallway. I turned to see him a middle-aged man in a white button down shirt that was halfway untucked, and black slick hair with a pair of black glasses to complement. The only thought that came to my mind was...

Ordinary.

"Zushi. You did well." The man said.

"Thank you Master."

"I'm very happy to see that you stuck to my teachings."

"Osu! I'm honored. But Master your shirts untucked." Zushi commented, making the middle-aged male, panic and begin to fix himself.

"Oh! Sorry about that." He said with a nervous giggle.

"Who are they?"

Zushi turned to us. "Oh. This is Killua, Gon and Yuko."

"Pleasure to meet you. My name is Wing."

The three of us let out an Osu, copying Zushi's previous stance when doing so.

"I really wasn't expecting to see any other kids here besides Zushi. So, what brings the three of you here?"

"Uh well- we want to become stronger. But we're also pretty broke, so we're making money at exactly the same time." Killua began.

"I just do whatever they do." I shrugged a small smile etched on my face.

Wing-san smiled at the three of us. " I see, you three must be quite talented to have made it to this floor, and so quickly. Even so pay close attention to your opponent's body and your own."

The three of us voiced out another stern. "Osu" At what Wing-san had said, making a funny tingling feeling spread through my body.

'this is fun.'

-

"Killua, Gon, Yuko and Zushi. Ah, there we are. Hand me your tickets please." She asked, grabbing the four tickets we placed on her table that she quickly replaced with four small orange packets. "Here, this is your prize money from the earlier fight."

I grabbed the orange packet, emptying out the contacts to my hand, only a few coins lamely falling. Gon and Zushi doing the same thing looking down in surprise.

"Only 152 jenny?" Gon said looking down at his hand with a blank expression. The three of our heads shot up to the sound of a vending machine operating, and there Killua was drinking a soda with the money he had earned from his match.

"On this floor, you make just enough for a juice, win or lose. But on all of the other floors here, a loss gets you nothing. Winning on the 50th floor earns fifty thousand." Killua said with amused eyes. I blinked a few times.

"So that means, when you were only 6 years old, you must've been rich huh? It's kind of funny to imagine a little 6-year-old Killua walking around with 100,000's of dollars in his pockets." I snickered picturing it in my head.

"Not 100,00's, 200 million." Killua casually said, causing the three of us to jump in surprise.

"You're kidding, what floor was that on?!" Zushi barely chocked out.

"That was 190th, you get 10 million once you past floor 150. I stopped before the 200th so I don't know him much you make there." Killua shrugged taking another sip from his drink.

"And you're telling me it's all gone?!" I freaked out grabbing his shoulders and shaking him, causing him to narrow his eyes at me before pushing my arms off him.

"Calm down." He muttered.

"Where is it now?" Gon questioned.

"Pff that was four years ago, it's long gone. I spent all of it on snacks!"

Gon and Zushi looked at each other in otter shock whispering to each other, while I stared at the young assassin mouth agape.

"How on earth are you not fat..."

We opened the door the waiting room, immediately feeling the tension wash over us like a goddamn wave. It kind of reminded me of when I first entered the Hunter Exam, no one was talking everyone was just sitting around and staring, like weirdos. I groaned in annoyance as the four of us walked over to some chairs and took some seats. This time I was in between Gon and Zushi, Killua sitting beside Gon.

"If any of these guys are our opponents this will be easy. So just take it easy okay guys?" Killua said crossing his legs.

I smiled. "Doesn't kind of remind you guys of the Hunter Exam?" I asked.

"Hm, I see what you mean." Gon said staring around the room, I heard Zushi gasp beside me, and all of us looked at him in confusion.

"What?" Killua said.

"You guys are Hunters?" He asked with widen eyes.

"Gon and I are, Killua isn't although he's more then qualified." I said in explanation. My eyes shifted just in time to see Killua's face had reddened at the compliment before he swiftly turned around to look at the wall.

"Amazing... I hope I never have to fight you guys, oh and girl!" He said corrected himself with a sheepish laugh. I smiled warmly.

"2054, Mister Killua."

Killua flinched. "Oh I'm already up."

"And 1963, Mister Zushi."

All three of us flinched in surprise.

"Huh?!" Zushi exclaimed. I snorted slightly and began to laugh.

"Sorry, it's just that, you said just a few seconds ago how you didn't want to fight any of us and now you're fighting Killua." I said trying to contain more snickers. Gon sweat dropped as he peered over at me with a weary smile.

"I think he gets it ne."

"Please head to Arena A on the 57th floor."

Zushi came down from the bench with sweat sliding down his face. "Osu! I am honored to face you!" He said, slightly shaking. I had to refrain from laughing once again.

"I bet. Well you can't win 'em all." Killua responded getting up with a small smile, not even getting the fact that he just basically told Zushi he's going to lose. I slapped his shoulder.

"Killua!" I whispered yelled. He gave me a confused look and a shrug.

"What?"

He then stood up from his seat and shoved his hands in his pockets. "Catch you guys later." Killua said before walking off, Zushi carefully following behind with a stern but scared face.

"Good luck both of you guys." Gon said with a small wave.

"He didn't have to act like it was such a done deal. " Gon said to me with a small wear smile. I chuckled.

"Honestly, poor Zushi."

"Gon, Yuko we need to change our plan." Killua said, who was sitting on my right side Gon on my left. After all over our fights Gon and I had been waiting for Killua to meet us up at the top floor. After he got back up here he explained he won by TKO points, and he couldn't actually knock out Zushi, which heavily surprised me. He even went as far as to say it reminded him of when he fought his brother. I personally began connecting a few dots, that maybe there's some sort of secret power. I felt it when Illumi fought Killua, I felt it when Mr. Zebro pushed the door, and even Killua is saying he's feeling it. It concluded my suspicion.

"I say we shoot for the top floor." Killua said giving us a determined look.

I nodded. "Okay!" "Right!" Both Gon and I responded. I was more curious now, so this was just fine with me.

[Ending Song is temporarily unavailable]
