Mrs. Johnson: "Now don't forget class, parent-teacher conferences are tonight from six to eight."

The class begins to leave the room but just as Lincoln Loud was about to exit, he was stopped by his teacher.

Mrs. Johnson: "Oh, Lincoln, I'm looking forward to seeing your parents, it's very important that I speak to them."

Lincoln (nervous): "Uh, but, I-"

Mrs. Johnson: "Gotta run, I'm meeting my mother for vinyāsa yoga."

As she leaves, Lincoln stands there nervous as his friend, Clyde McBride walks next to him.

Lincoln: "Clyde, what could that mean?"

Clyde: "I think vinyāsa is the kind of yoga that focuses on flow."

Lincoln: "No! What awful thing is Mrs. J gonna tell my parents? It's probably about the time I called her mom instead of Mrs. J. Or the time I fell asleep during the video about string. Or, maybe it's something so bad, I blocked it from my memory!"

Clyde: "I highly doubt you did anything wrong. We share the same classes and I've never seen you act out before."

Lincoln: "But what if-"

Clyde: "Lincoln, if you've done something wrong recently then I'm sure Mrs. Johnson would've already told your parents by now. And has she?"

Lincoln: "No... But what if she plans to tell them tonight? Mrs. J did say that she has something important to tell them!"

Clyde: "Even if you did, Mrs. Johnson is smart enough to not give you a heads up so you can find a way to bail. Instead, she would've dropped the bomb during the meeting or just go ahead and call your parents now. I believe you're in the clear so just relax and see how things play out."

Lincoln: "O-Okay, I'll take your advice."

So Lincoln went through the rest of the school day very nervously up until he and his parents went to the meeting.

It turns out that Mrs. Johnson was going to tell his parents that he's a very resourceful and respectful student and he didn't do anything wrong.

As Lincoln thought of it more, he's glad that he didn't give into his paranoia and devise some elaborate scheme to stall the meeting which would've gave him a week worth of detention and grounding.

The End.

S'up, dudes? I decided to make a comeback (haha) on this by doing this episode. To be honest, it's not my favorite but it's not an episode I hate.

To me, it was predictable and it feels like something you would see in season one.

One thing I didn't understand is how Lincoln immediately assumed the worst. Yes, every kid gets a bit nervous when their teacher says something as cryptic as that but he just took it to a whole nother level.

Anyways, more chapters eventually.
