Part 28 Shade's Past

Last time on Pokémon Mystery Dungeon ZB, Jordon saved Shade from her evil parents. However, he then contacted Lucia in order to help Shade with her injuries. Find out what happens next, now!

Later, back at the Expedition Society headquarters, "Wow! So this is the home of the Expedition Society! It's so amazing and cool!" Shade said as she was carried inside the building.
"I know, right." Lucia then said.
"Now then, let's take a look at those injuries." Jennifer then said.
She then did so and while she was doing that, Jordon said to Kaiden, "All right, you have to tell me about your past in this world starting with why were Shadow and Illusion wanting revenge on you and Mom."
"All right, but first I need to get something to show you all." Kaiden then said as he then went to his and Jennifer's room.
About 2 minutes later, Kaiden came back with a picture frame. "All right, first off, take a look at this picture." Kaiden said as he showed the picture to Jordon, Lucia, and Shade.
This picture had Kaiden, Jennifer, and surprisingly Shadow, and Illusion, all smiling. "Mom...? Dad...?" Shade asked.
"That's right. This picture was not too long after we all evolved. They weren't always evil. In fact, they were two of the kindest people that we knew. We even were a part of the world famous Wigglytuff's Guild. However, our biggest battle yet at the time was our most devastating. We were up against some kind of mysterious foe, he was able to somehow defeat us. But what this foe did next made us cry as we thought that he had destroyed our two best friends, but from what you two told us, it was a teleportation and corruption ability, something far worse. That was enough for both me and Jennifer to reawaken our Super Saiyan Blue forms, despite this he managed to escape. And we never saw any of them again. Just being at the guild without them there, just made us unmotivated. So we left the guild. And then eventually helped to form the Expedition Society. However, it should've been me, that was corrupted by the attack, not them." Kaiden then said.

That was so sad! Lucia said as she was crying.

I know right! Jordon said as he was also crying.

"All right, as long as you rest for the night, you'll be all healed up, Shade." Jennifer then told her.
"Yay!" Shade then said.
"Now how about why you were running away from them." Lucia said.
"All right then. All my life, they have been abusing me, claiming that they were keeping me safe from danger. Then one day, I found this." Shade said as she then reached into her Bag and took out an Egg.
"An Egg?" Lucia then asked.
"Yes. They said that it would only make me weaker. So they planned to kill whatever hatches from it. That was the last straw. So I fled, and decided to follow my dream of joining the Expedition Society." Shade then said.
"So what now?" Jordon then asked.
"I want you to have it, Jordon. Please take care of it." Shade then said.
"I'll try my hardest." Jordon said as he then took the Egg.
Kaiden and Jennifer brought Shade to their room to rest and Jordon and Lucia went to their room to rest as well. And when they got there, "I wonder what will hatch from that Egg." Lucia said.
"I do too." Jordon then said, as he was holding the Egg at that time.
However, the Egg was actually absorbing Jordon's Ki and about five minutes later, it started to hatch. "Umm... Jordon." Lucia said.
"Oh my Arceus. It's hatching!" Jordon said.
The Egg then hatched to reveal a baby Riolu. It was a normal looking Riolu, at least when they didn't look at his tail. "Umm... Jordon, look at his tail." Lucia said.
Jordon did that, and what he saw shocked him. The newborn Riolu had a Saiyan tail. "Why does this Riolu have a tail like yours?" Lucia asked.
"It is must have absorbed my Ki while I was holding him, making him a human-Saiyan-Riolu hybrid." Jordon said.
And then the newborn Riolu opened his eyes, and when he saw Jordon and Lucia, he said, "Mommy! Daddy!"
Jordon, with a look of shock on his face, asked, "D-D-Daddy?!"
Lucia, also with a look of shock on her face, asked, "M-M-Mommy?!"
And then they both asked, "WHAT?!"
