A woman with flowing blonde hair and a yellow prosthetic right arm marched into a large campsite of sorts, escorted by a group of ragtag fighters that were probably bandits.
Meanwhile, Weiss Schnee sat in a rusty metal cage, her hands bound at the wrists by rope. She had an idea.
Weiss held out her bound hands, a small glyph appearing. From the glyph emerged a miniature knight, a significantly smaller version of the one that had killed the Queen Lancer the other day. The knight drew its sword and prepared for action.
Meanwhile, the blonde woman was escorted to a large tent that sat on a wooden foundation. The tent's front flap opened, and out stepped a woman in a black and red outfit with a sort of Grimm mask on her face. A long sword was strapped to her hip. Bandits stood around the blonde, silent as their leader exited her tent.
"Mom," said the blonde.
The blonde's mother, none other than Raven Branwen, removed her mask. "Yang." Raven set her mask aside on a crate. "So," she said. "After all this time, you finally decided to pay me a visit."
"You know I've been searching for you," said Yang. "I've been doing it for years."
"Well, you found me now," said Raven. "You were patient, determined, and strong enough to make your dream a reality. Well done, Yang. But did you really have to be so rough with my men?"
"I wasn't looking for a fight," Yang replied. "They started it."
"And it looks like you certainly finished it." Raven smirked.
Silence ensued until Raven broke it. "Right. I'm sure this is all very overwhelming. But I must admit you've proven yourself. So, I'll be happy to answer any questions you have. You can crash with us for the night, and I'll even have the cooks here whip up something for you."
"That isn't why I'm here," said Yang. Her hair blew in the breeze.
"What was that?" said Raven.
"I'm not here for you," Yang answered. "Ruby is somewhere in Mistral. She's with Qrow, and she needs my help. I just need you to take me to her."
"And what makes you think I'd do that?" Raven asked.
"Because we're family," Yang responded.
"Family," Raven scoffed. "Only coming around when they need something. I have to say, I'm disappointed. After all, you found me, didn't you? Why not take that motivation and use it to find your little sister if she means that much to you?"
"Because you're going to save me a lot of time," Yang replied. "Ruby was heading to Mistral, but there's still a chance she hasn't made it yet. Looking for her in Anima could take ages. But, dad told me how your Semblance works. You can bond to certain people, and when you do, you can create a portal that takes you straight to them. You've got one for dad, one for me, and you've got one for Qrow. He promised me he'd look out for Ruby before he left, and I trust him. So, get me a portal to my uncle and sister, and I'll be out of your hair."
"You know," said Raven, "it takes a lot of balls to march in here and demand something like that from me. Gotta say, I'm impressed. It's noble of you to want to help your sister, but if she's with Qrow, she's basically a lost cause at this point."
"The hell does that mean?" Yang demanded.
"You don't want to get involved in all of that, Yang," Raven warned. "Ozpin isn't the man you think he is. And Qrow is an idiot for trusting him. I'd know, because I trusted him once, too."
"I don't give a damn what you think," said Yang.
"Your choice is your own," said Raven. "All I'm suggesting is that instead of biting of more than you can chew, maybe you take a moment to wonder if you've already found where you belong."
"Save your breath," Yang seethed. "You can spout whatever crap you want, but you are not going to stop me from getting to my sister."
"Well, aren't you stubborn," Raven muttered, audible to Yang.
"That came from you," Yang pointed out, crossing her arms.
"Well," said Raven, "if that's how you feel, then it sounds like we're done here. Take her away." Raven went to reenter her tent.
"Did you not hear me?" Yang called after her mother, who turned around. "I said, send me to Qrow, dammit!" Yang's eyes turned from purple to deep red.
"That's enough!" said a gruff-voiced bandit. "You watch your mouth in front of our leader!"
"Make me," Yang seethed.
One of the bandits rushed at her with a yell, raising his weapon.
Yang ducked under the blade, countering with a powerful punch. The bandit was sent flying into an empty tent, knocking it over and revealing a rusty metal cage. Inside was a girl with a white ponytail. Yang recognized her immediately. "Yang?" said the girl.
"Weiss?!" exclaimed Yang.
Weiss thought to herself in her captivity. "Alright," she muttered. "So much for subtlety." She turned to her mini-knight. "Do your thing, little guy."
The knight began to grow. It surpassed Weiss's height rather quickly, bursting through the roof of the cage and reaching a massive size. Weiss ran out of her destroyed cage with her knight in tow. She stood beside Yang, prepared for battle.
Suddenly, a boom. Then, another.
The resounding sounds continued, getting louder and more powerful by the second. It was as if some giant was marching towards the bandit camp.
Then, the source of the sound emerged from the surrounding woods.
A giant, reptilian Grimm with a red-spiked turtle shell and large head horns burst from the trees, roaring. A Tortyrant!
The bandits all cowered in fear. "What is that thing?!" one of them cried.
Suddenly, four voices. Three male, one female. Four figures burst from the woods and were running for the Tortyrant.
Weiss didn't recognize the female. She immediately knew who the males were. Running towards the Tortyrant were Takashi "Joker" Miyamoto, Raylo "Ray" Windrider, and Aris Atreides. The man Weiss loved with all her heart. "It's him..." Weiss thought. "It's actually him!"
With the four warriors...

"Team AWLT, work your magic!" Aris called out. Takashi drew Phantom and Royal in their shotgun form and began to open fire. Raylo and Lucina drew their swords and began slashing at the Tortyrant's legs.
Aris lifted his Sheikah arm, his left hand becoming a grappling hook. He fired at one of the Tortyrant's horns and launched himself into the air above the Grimm, drawing his bow and lighting up the beast with Fire Arrows.
Back with Yang and Weiss...
"A Tortyrant!" Weiss cried.
"I can see that!" Yang exclaimed. "We need to kill it!"
The two girls rushed towards the beast, followed by a behemoth of a summoned knight.
The knight raised its giant sword and slashed through the Tortyrant's tail. The reptilian Grimm let out a scream of agony.
An explosive arrow collided with the Grimm's head, stunning it and knocking it to the ground.
Takashi turned Phantom and Royal into their sword form, cutting out one of the Tortyrant's eyes. Raylo and the strange blue-haired woman used their own swords to cut off the monster's legs. Finally, the Hylian Champion, Aris Atreides, leaped into the air, Master Sword ready, and drove the Blade of Evil's Bane into the Tortyrant's heart. The Grimm faded away into the wind, along with Weiss's summoned knight.

"What was that thing?" Yang said to Weiss. "And what are you doing here?"
"Don't worry about it," said Weiss. "What're you doing here?"
"Well, that's my mom," Yang gestured to Raven, "and she can take us to Ruby."
"Your MOM kidnapped me?!" Weiss exclaimed.
Yang turned to Raven. "You kidnapped her?!"
The bandits suddenly ran towards Weiss and Yang. The girls prepared for a fight.
Suddenly, a lightning bolt ripped through the air and struck the ground. Everyone stopped. "Enough!" exclaimed a voice.
Weiss and Yang turned to see a woman with short brown hair and sun-kissed skin holding Weiss's weapon.
"Thank you, Vernal," said Ravel. "If you people don't keep it together, this place will be crawling with more Grimm just like that Tortyrant!" Raven scolded her bandits. She turned to Vernal. "Give the girl her weapon back."
Vernal tossed Myrtenaster to Weiss, who caught it.
Raven pointed to Yang and Weiss. "You two. In my tent. Now." She turned to Aris, Takashi, Raylo, and the blue-haired girl. "That goes for you people as well."
"And why should we follow you?" Yang said.
"If you're really going after your sister," said Raven, "then you need to know the truth."
The bandits all left the area as Raven entered her tent.

"Sorry about-" Weiss cut Yang off with a tight hug.
"I missed you so much," Weiss said, her voice breaking.
With a smile, Yang returned the hug. "I missed you too."
Someone cleared their throat. Weiss and Yang broke their embrace.
Takashi Miyamoto playfully shoved Aris Atreides towards Weiss.
Aris had an apologetic frown on his face, his blue and green eyes looking elsewhere. "Weiss," he said. "I'm sorry I-"
Weiss cut him off as well, but not with a hug. The former heiress bolted to her lover, throwing her arms around his neck and smashing her lips onto his.
Aris's eyes closed. His arm of flesh wrapped around Weiss's waist; his left arm held the back of Weiss's head.
The couple stopped kissing after about 30 seconds, panting as they pulled away. Weiss buried her face into her boyfriend's shoulder, tears streaming down her cheeks. "You don't need to apologize," she said. "All that matters is that you're here. And you're safe."
Aris held Weiss close, his eyes flowing with tears of their own. "I missed you...my lady," he said, his voice breaking.
After what felt like hours, Aris and Weiss finally stopped hugging.
Yang approached Aris with a smirk on her face. "Alright, fairy boy. My turn!"
The bombshell blonde wrapped Aris in a tight embrace. The Hylian groaned. "Yang...air...need it..."
Yang let go. "Sorry."
Everyone took a moment to compose themselves, and the blue-haired girl introduced herself to Weiss. Her name was apparently Lucina Lowell, and she was from the kingdom of Ylisse, which was in the same dimension as Hyrule.
Then, Weiss and Yang, together with team AWLT, went into Raven's tent.
