The spirits were calling her. she could hear the faint whispering of their call. Just a little further. She needed to walk a little further.
She was so close. They were calling her.
Bella. Bella. Bella. Bella.
"Bella! Bella! come back!" a strong voice called.
Bella however ignored the call, but she felt the pull. It was her imprint. Raven.
As she continued, she had to ignore her imprints cries. Right now, the welfare of the tribe and the pack was at stake and that overrode the imprint. it was a blessing and a curse to be the Tribes peacekeeper, her wants and needs came last. The tribe was first. Always first.
Bella kept on moving even though she had no idea where she was going. All she knew was that the forest was getting thicker and thicker.
…
Raven let out a lupine whine as she followed her imprint into the thick forest. she had to phase to keep up with the women. She had no idea where she was going or why, but raven knew she would protect her with her life. Bella had changed her for the better, had taken her in and made her feel not only wanted but loved. She had also taught her things her own mother never had time for, like cooking and baking. It even showed raven how to appreciate a good book. It hurt the teenager to see her imprint so stressed out. Bella had been acting differently since old quill's death and while everyone had she'd their tears Bella's stayed dry. Not one tear in sight. Too some it seemed cruel, to others it seems insensitive but to Raven, it was about Bella staying focused. She couldn't afford a moment of grief while the whole tribe could be wiped out at a moment's notice. With that in mind, she followed her imprint to wherever she was running too.
Raven froze as Bella slowly came to a stop. They had been walking for what seemed like hours and she had no idea where they were.
"here." Bella's voice rang out.
Raven looked around and found them to be in some kind of cave. It seemed to stretch for miles.
"Raven…stay here."
…
Sam growled as he Alpha ordered Jared to stay put.
"I understand you are concerned for your mate, but you will not put this pack in jeopardy!"
"ME! MEE! The pack is already in jeopardy Sam! And I wasn't the one who put her in danger! He did!" Jared roared as he gestured to Edward who was being restrained by Emmett.
A loud growl was heard as every head turned to see chocolate brown wolf enter the Cullen's backyard.
"Quil?" Sam called in surprise. The grieving wolf hadn't been seen since his grandfather's death. Quill had actually fallen into a dark depression and even the hugs from his young imprint couldn't help.
"I have had enough of watching you assholes argue and fight! WE don't have time! Bella needs your help and support! And yet here you buffoons are fighting like wild animals! It's ridiculous! Now Doctor vamp tell everything we need to know about these other vampires…"
"Bella ran off we need to find her!" Edward urged
Quil turned to Edward and snarled saying.
"Bella has protection all her own! The spirits won't be able to talk to her if you all keep distracting her. Especially you mind reader."
"quills right. We've been distracted enough. Tell us what we need to know." Sam urged.
…..
Bella closed her eyes as the wind began to pick up.
They were close.
"Isabella." a voice called.
Bella's eyes opened and there they were. Glowing in a gold hue.
Ephraim black, Levi Uley, Quill Ateara the third and in the middle was Taka Aki.
"Finally! It's about time you guys appeared."
Taka Aki smiled and said "yes little one. We have kept you waiting long enough. Come we have much to discuss."
A/N: I know it's short. but I promise the next chapter will be longer
