John paced the hallways. He had been surprised when Phil called and said Charlie was in labor. He never expected his daughter and new niece or nephew to be born around the same time.

"She'll be okay." He heard and turned to see Jaycee there with Bailey.

"You should be in bed. I will let you know when she has the baby."

"I know but I wanted to see you and tell you to calm down. Everything will be fine. We will all be fine." She smiled at him.

Inside the room, Charlie looked at Phil. "Our baby will be here soon."

He smiled. "I'm glad I get to be here. I can't believe I almost missed this because I was stupid."

"That's all in the past now."

"Yes, it is." He replied and kissed her. "I love you so much. And I love you more each day."

"Good. Because I don't think I can do this without you." He smiled and kissed her. He grabbed her hand as a contraction hit.

"Breathe." He said as he helped her through it. He couldn't wait for the baby. "You're doing great baby."

"Alright. Let's see your progress." The doctor said walking in. "You're at 7. Shouldn't be too much longer now"

"Good. I'm ready." She replied.

"It won't be much longer." The doctor replied before heading out.

Phil looked at Charlie. "I love you."

"I love you too." He kissed her on the forehead. Their child would be there soon.

"You're a fucking rock star." He looked at her. "I mean it. You're a fucking rock star. You've been at this for hours and you haven't complained and yelled or freaked out. I know I'm the one in the famous band and all, but you are the real damn rock star. And I love you." She smiled as he kissed her.

The doctor came back in. "Alright, let's check your progress." He said as he started to do a quick exam. "Alright, you are at ten so, let's get you to the delivery room." He motioned for the nurse to make the arrangements and she was soon wheeled into the delivery room.

Phil took her hand. "I'll be right here every step of the way, baby." She nodded as he did. She was soon in the delivery room.

"Alright." The doctor said. "On the next contraction, give me a big push." She nodded and pushed on the next contraction. "Alright, and stop. Good." He replied. "Alright, let's get another push on the contraction." She did. She pushed two more times and they soon heard a baby's cry throughout the room. She was marveling over their son when she felt another pain.

"Oh, holy shit..." Phil said. "Another baby?" Two quick pushes and their daughter came. "Charlie... Baby are you okay?"

"I'm okay. A little surprised but okay." She said.

The doctor cleaned up the other baby. "It looks like you have twins." He smiled. "Sometimes both heartbeats get in sync with each other and it makes you think there is just one."

Phil looked at Charlie. "Now I know you're a fucking rock star. Thank you. Thank you so much." He said as he leaned in and kissed her. She smiled as he did. She looked over at the two bassinets that held her children. They were truly her two miracles. Phil kissed her on the head. "We need to name them baby."

"Do you have a suggestion? I know I want to name our daughter after Jaycee."

Phil nodded and smiled. "How about Caroline Elizabeth, after Jaycee and your mom for our beautiful daughter?"Chalie smiled and teared up. "And for our handsome little man...what about Anthony Keith? Keith after Chris and Randy of course and Anthony after John." She looked at him a little surprised. "What? John and I are friends. More like brothers really. Same with Randy and Chris. I know we had our differences in the past but...he's had my back and proven himself to me. And I also think that they should have three Godfathers. Randy, Chris, and John." He said.

She smiled. "I agree." She replied. "Those are the perfect names for our children."

Phil smiled. "Should we tell everyone?" She nodded. He took his phone and headed out to show everyone the kids.

Everyone looked up as he walked out. John stood. "Well?"

"We would like you to meet our daughter Caroline Elizabeth and our son Anthony Keith." Phil beamed as he showed them the picture.

"Two babies? Twins? Did you guys have any idea?"

Phil laughed. "We had no idea. The doctor said sometimes the heartbeats are so in sync it sounds like one instead of two."

"When can we see them?"

"Shouldn't be long now. They were cleaning them up when I came out here." Phil looked at John. "You okay man?"

"Yeah." He replied. "It's just, my sister is a mom. I guess it's just weird to think about."

"I know that feeling," Phil replied. "I felt that way when Jaycee had Ethan." Phil looked at him. "And Charlie said I could tell you who his godfathers are."

"Godfathers? As in plural?"

"Yeah. He's named after them. Keith after Randy and Chris. And Anthony...after you."

John smiled. "I'm very honored." He replied.

"She's anxious to see all of you." They nodded as he headed back to the room. He knew they would be moving them all into a regular room and then everyone would get to meet the twins.

A little while later, everyone was in the room with Charlie and the babies. "They are so cute."

Charlie smiled. "Two babies." She replied.

"You will be a great mom."

"She's already proven she's stronger than I am," Phil said holding Caroline.

"I don't doubt that." They heard and looked to see Jaycee in a wheelchair holding Bailey. "I came to see my niece and nephew."

Charlie smiled. "This is your niece, Caroline Elizabeth, and your nephew Anthony Keith."

"They are adorable." She smiled.

"Thank you." Charlie smiled. "We have three little ones who will grow up together. Just like Ethan and the others. Best friends."

Jaycee smiled. "You are very right." Jaycee looked at Phil who was beaming. "Congratulations Dad." She said smiling.

"I can't believe I almost missed this."

"But you didn't," Jaycee replied. "You realized what was important. Now enjoy this time with your wife and those sweet little babies."

"We'll let you guys rest."

Everyone was soon gone and it was just Phil, Charlie, and their babies left in the room. He kissed her on the forehead. "Thank you for these amazing babies and for giving me a second chance."

"I didn't make them on my own. And you know you've had my heart for the last ten years."

He smiled. "I think I've had it a lot longer than that."

"Maybe so. And you always will." He smiled and kissed her.

"Get some rest baby." She smiled. She couldn't believe how much life had changed for them. They were together and happy. They had two beautiful babies. She had a new niece. Life was good for them all and she saw nothing but good times ahead for them all.

A few days later, they got home. John and Phil decided to invite everyone over and celebrate the babies. "Attention everyone, thank you for coming," John said welcoming everyone. "As you all know we have three new babies in our family and we wanted you all here to celebrate."

Everyone enjoyed the party and kept looking at the babies. They all had come a long way in the last ten years. They each had ups and downs with their marriages and their children. But they had all come through it and everyone was happy. Life was just as it should be.
