A/n: I know! I know! It's been a long time since I updated, and I don't have any excuse but writers-block, and the fact that I actually forgot about this story for a little while. But I promised to finish this story, and with the show now having ended, and my inspiration because of that having dwindled down, I don't want to drag it out any longer and end up never finishing it. So here's the next chapter, and there will only be another one or two left before it's finished! Enjoy!

''Welcome, my fine and friendly friends.'' Tara chirped, as she opened the door of her house, and greeted the four people standing on the otherside.
''Penelope?'' Prentiss asked, furrowing her brows. ''I thought you were at JJ's?'' she said, a ghost of a smile curving her lips.
''Seriously?'' Tara raised an unimpressed eyebrow, which made Emily laugh out loud.
''I gotta say, you are way too chipper to be our Tara.'' Rossi agreed with Prentiss. ''Garcia is really rubbing off on you, isn't she?'' the man chuckled, as he walked into the house, followed by the others.
''In more ways then one. Right, Tara?'' Daniel smirked, throwing the tall brunette a wink.
''Guys!'' Tara called out. ''Fuck off.'' she looked unamused over at them.
''So defensive.'' Rossi teased.
''And such foul language.'' Emily added. ''That's the Tara we know.'' she said with a grin.
''God, I need alcohol.'' the brunette exhaled, as she closed the door behind everyone.
''Good thing we thought of that, too.'' Reid smiled, while holding up two bottles of Jack Daniels.
''Oh, no.'' Tara said while shaking her head. ''I'm definitely not going anywhere near that evil drink.'' she told the genius.
''Why not?'' Reid frowned.
''Really?'' Tara snorted. ''Don't you remember the last time we drank Jack Daniels?''
''Actually...I don't.'' Reid shook his head, that night being completely wiped from his memory.
''That's a good thing, Kid.'' Rossi chuckled, clapping the young man on his back.
''What. Why?'' Reid now furrowed his brows.
''Lets just say...you, Morgan, Tara and a bottle of Jack Daniels definitely aren't a great combination.'' Emily told the guy.
''Can anyone tell me what's going on?'' Reid looked around the small group of people.
''I'm sorry, dude, can't help you there.'' Daniel said with a sympathetic look, not knowing either what the others were talking about.
''There's nothing going on, Spencer.'' Tara told the man. ''Just the last time we got drunk on Jack Daniels we ended up playing Truth or Dare. And lets just say that there are some things that are better left unknown. Trust me.'' she chuckled.
''Yeah...that doesn't make me want to know any less.'' Reid rolled his eyes.
''Just let it go, Reid.'' Emily told him. ''Though I have to thank you.'' she said, which made the guy look confused over at her, ''Because that night I've laughed more than I can remember ever having laughed in my life. So, thank you for that.'' she told him, a twinkle in her eyes.
''Prentiss...'' Tara lightly slapped her friend on her arm. ''Leave the poor guy alone.'' the brunette said. ''Come on, lets go to the livingroom.'' she told them. ''The pizza guy can be here within a couple of minutes.''
''You definitely did not look up the definition of a bachelorette party, did you?'' Rossi said, as he sat down on the couch and looked around the half decorated livingroom, and noticing the booze, food, movies and games on the coffeetable.
''Don't judge me.'' Tara replied to the older man. ''I just wanted a nice evening in with my closests friends.'' she said. ''Besides, I'm not really the club kinda girl.'' she told them. ''At least, not anymore.''
''What about my bar?'' Daniel raised an eyebrow.
''That's different.'' Tara said. ''Your club is not filled with 21 year olds, or people who only want to drink themselves into a coma.''
''Yeah, okay...that's true.'' Daniel nodded.
''Alright, who wants alcohol?'' Tara questioned, looking around the small group, before picking up a bottle and filling up the glasses for them.
''It's so good to see you.'' Jake grinned, as he approached the group of five, containing of Penelope, JJ, Hotch, Morgan and Savannah, walking into the bar. He had already been waiting for them by the entrance for the past ten minutes.
''You, too.'' Penelope beamed, as she pulled the guy into a hug.
''You look absolutely beautiful.'' Jake said, as he pulled away, keeping her at arms length, so he could give her a once over.
''Thank you.'' Penelope smiled. ''I thought tonight would be a great night to finally wear my red dress again.''
''You thought completely right.'' Jake smiled back. ''And you ladies look absolutely gorgeous, too.'' Jake said, looking over to JJ and Savannah.
''Thank you.'' both JJ and Savannah said in unison, with a smile on their lips.
''Alright.'' Jake clapped his hands together. ''I've reserved a table for us, and everything you order will be added to the club's tab. So just order whatever drink you want and don't worry about the price, because it's all taken care off.'' he told them.
''You don't have to do that.'' Penelope told Jake. ''It's my bachelorette party, I'm the one who's supposed to take care of everything.''
''Babygirl, that's where you're wrong.'' Morgan interjected. ''Because it's your bachelorette party, we're the ones who are supposed to take care of everything, and that's exactly what we're going to do.'' he told the blonde with a soft smile.
''Guys, you don't have to do that.'' Penelope said, looking at her friends.
''We know.'' JJ smiled sweetly. ''But we want to.''
''Thank you.'' Penelope's lips melted into a loving smile for her friends. ''Just don't tell me you've organized something outrageous, or something.'' the blonde said with a chuckle, because she knew her friends, they could go a little overboard when they wanted. Just like her.
''We haven't.'' Hotch assured her.
''Wait, guys...what about that stripper?'' Jake raised an eyebrow.
''Jake!'' Savannah scolded her friend, though a laugh escaped her mouth.
''Really, Jake?'' Penelope raised an eyebrow at her close friend, amusement in her eyes, because she knew that Jake wasn't that kind of guy. ''You think I'm going to believe that you ordered a stripper?'' she said.
''I guess not.'' Jake said with a chuckle. ''I can't promise anything coming from Morgan, though.''
''Really, man?'' Derek threw the guy an 'are you serious?' look.
''Don't act so surprised, Derek.'' Penelope said with a laugh. ''We all know it would be you, out of all of us, who would do something like that.''
''Babygirl, you wound me. I thought you knew me by now?'' Derek said, faking hurt.
''I do, Angel face.'' Penelope told him. ''That's why I said it.'' she winked.
''Come on, big boy.'' Savannah patted her husbands arm. ''Lets go nurse your wounded heart with a drink.'' she said, amusement covering her face, while the rest of them tried to suppress their laughs and chuckles, as the brunette pulled Morgan with her to the bar. ''We'll meet you at the table, okay.'' Savannah called out over her shoulder, before the pair disappeared through the crowd.
''It's going to be a fun night with the looks of it.'' Hotch chuckled.
''Fun indeed, my loves.'' Penelope grinned, as they made their way to their table.
A couple of drinks in and everyone was having an enjoyable buzz. Though they had stayed away from the Jack Daniels; at least Tara had. Reid on the otherhand had been asking Rossi, who was basically guarding the two bottles, for a shot for the past half hour.
''You do realize that I'm a grown man, right?'' Reid told the older man, who was keeping the bottles out of the profilers hands.
''He's got a point in that.'' Daniel said.
''Hey, if you want to be shit faced drunk tonight, be my guest.'' Rossi said with a shrug, handing over the already unscrewed bottle to the younger guy.
''Thank you.'' Reid said, after finally getting a hold on the alcohol he had purchased himself, and taking a swig out of the bottle. The swig adding even more to his already light buzz, making a nice serene lightness fill his brain and body.
''Really? Drinking straight from the bottle.'' Tara said, as she herself was perfectly fine with slowly sipping her scotch on ice.
''Gotta enjoy life, right?'' Reid shrugged.
''You rather than me, brother.'' Tara chuckled.
''Tara, we all know that you love Jack Daniels just as much, too.'' Daniel said, giving her a knowing look.
''I do.'' Tara nodded. ''But after last time I'm not so sure if it's a good thing to ever drink it again.'' she told them.
''One shot won't do you any harm.'' Daniel said.
''Yeah, come on, just one shot.'' Emily said.
''I dare you to take a shot.'' Reid said with a slight smirk.
''Funny, because you dared me to do that last time, too.'' Tara snorted. ''And that eventually ended with us skinny dipping in Rossi's pool.''
''So that's what happened.'' Reid said, finally getting pieces back from that night a couple of months ago.
''Yeah, that and some couple of other things.'' Rossi said with a chuckle.
''Yeah, we definitely found out that night that you've a got kinky side to you, Dr. Reid.'' Emily smirked, and threw him a wink.
''What?'' Reid furrowed his brows, which made the others laugh.
''Don't look at me.'' Daniel held up his hands, when Reid's gaze fell on him. ''I still don't know what they're talking about.'' he said. ''Though, I definitely want to join you guys more on nights out. They sound wild.'' he laughed.
''By the way, we never knew that you had a tattoo.'' Tara said, which made Reid quickly look over at her, a blush starting to form on his cheeks.
''Yeah...I technically never meant to tell anyone.'' Reid said, taking another swig out of the Jack Daniels bottle, definitely needing more alcohol if they were going to question him about that.
''How did you end up with a tattoo, anyway?'' Rossi asked. ''You don't seem like the person for it.'' he said.
''When did this turn into an interrogation?'' Reid squeaked.
''Come on, it can't be that bad.'' Emily nudged the guy beside her in his side.
''All right.'' Reid sighed, relenting. ''Basically what happened was, when I was in college, I was the youngest and I was always the geek. So to fit in I...I went to some parties, I got drunk, and eventually ended up in the tattoo chair.'' he told them.
''You don't remember ever getting the tattoo, do you?'' Rossi questioned the guy because of the look on his face.
''No, I was too drunk.'' Reid shook his head.
''But why choose to get a peace sign, though?'' Prentiss asked him.
''I still don't know.'' Reid told them. ''But it probably had something to do with wanting to look cool, or something like that.'' he said with a shrug. ''Besides, I don't mind the tattoo that much. It's not that bad.''
''Well, wanting to look cool has been the motivation of a lot of stupid things. Trust me.'' Tara said, before throwing back the last bit of her scotch.
''You seem to talk from experience.'' Rossi said with an amused look. ''Care to elaborate?''
''Oh...no, definitely not.'' the brunette shook her head, as she stood up to get a refill.
''I'll just ask Penelope about it, she'll know.'' Emily said, following the woman with her eyes.
''Don't you dare.'' Tara turned around and looked at her friend with narrowed eyes, knowing the woman would definitely do that, and Penelope is willing to tell. Unless it's too embarrassing, of course.
''Try stopping me.'' Emily said with a smirk.
''You guys really are gonna be the death of me.'' Tara muttered under her breath, as she unscrewed the top of the alcohol bottle and started filling up her glass.
''What was that?'' Emily asked.
''Nothing.'' Tara said as she screwed the top of the bottle back on, before picking up her drink again. ''Alright, who's up for a movie?'' she asked the group, as she walked back to the couch.
''If nothing exciting is going to happen, then sure.'' Daniel teased with a wink.
''Real funny.'' Tara rolled her eyes at the guy, as she sat back down next to Rossi.
''Just saying.'' Daniel shrugged. ''It's your bachelorette party after all.'' he said.
''Yeah, shouldn't there be like, I don't know...a party, or a stripper, or something?'' Emily said.
''Really?!'' Tara rolled her eyes. ''How old fashioned.'' the brunette chuckled. ''But if you want a party we could always go over to Daniel's bar.'' she said. ''We all know that there's definitely a party going on over there.''
''Isn't that just your way of trying to see Penelope?'' Daniel raised a knowing eyebrow at the woman across from him.
''Maybe...maybe not.'' Tara said with a shrug, not letting on that there might me ulterior motives from her side.
''Alright! Who's in on crashing Penelope's party?'' Emily questioned, the idea of something exciting perking her up.
''I'm in.'' Daniel said.
''Sounds good to me, too.'' Rossi agreed.
''Reid?'' Emily looked over to the guy who hadn't answered yet.
''Yeah, sure.'' Reid said with a shrug.
''Alright, then crashing a party it is!'' Emily grinned, as everyone started to gather their things to head out.
''Hopefully Penelope isn't going to mind.'' Tara said, as they all made their way out of the house.
''Just tell her it was my idea and that we dragged you along unwantingly.'' Emily said, as they all piled into Rossi's car; he having been the only responsible drinker so far, making him the only one sober enough to drive them without a chance of crashing.
''Like she's ever going to believe Tara was dragged along with us unwantingly.'' Rossi said, while starting the car and backing out of the drive-way.
While Tara and the rest made their way to the bar, the other half of the team had been having the time of their lives. Alcohol was flowing, the dancefloor was packed, and chatter could be heard all around.
Penelope, JJ and Savannah had just come back to their table, after having teared up the dancefloor, and were now waiting for the guys to come back with the drinks they had promised to get them. JJ was about to say something when, out the corner of her eye, she saw Penelope take out her phone. Knowing exactly why her friend had her phone in hand, she quickly took it away.
''Hey!'' Penelope called out, looking up to the blonde. ''Give me my phone back.''
''Nope.'' JJ said, popping the 'p'.
''Come on.'' Penelope rolled her eyes.
''No.'' JJ shook her head, again denying her friend access to her phone. ''I know exactly why you took it out and we're not going to go there tonight. It's your bachelorette party, which means no contact with your future wife.''
''Jayje, I was only going to send one text message.'' Penelope said.
''Yeah, right.'' Savannah looked knowingly over to the blonde.
''Alright, maybe a phonecall.'' Penelope admitted. ''I just want to make sure everything's going good at home.''
''Garcie, you've only been gone for like two hours.'' JJ said. ''How much damage can they do.''
''But I miss her.'' Penelope pouted, which made everyone at the table chuckle.
''Well, then it's a good thing I'm here.'' a voice spoke up from the head of the table.
''Tara!'' Penelope quickly spun her head around, a beaming smile spreading out on her lips.
''Hey, sweetheart.'' Tara grinned, as she slid in the chair beside her fiance.
''Where's everyone else?'' Savannah asked.
''Wait...did you dump everyone so you could come here?'' JJ raised an eyebrow.
''Of course not.'' Tara said, looking at her like that was the most ridiculous thing. ''They're over at the bar ordering drinks.'' she told them.
''I'm so happy you're here.'' Penelope scooted closer to her fiance, laying her hand on her thigh, as she thought about how tonight couldn't get any better.
''Me too.'' Tara leaned over to give Penelope a kiss, before shrugging off her jacket and making herself comfortable.
''When did this turn into one big party?'' a grinning Jake approached the table with Hotch and Morgan in tow, and drinks in hand.
''Since we decided to crash.'' Emily said, coming up to the table from the otherside, drinks for the newcomers on a tray in her hands, and the rest following behind her.
''Nice, now the real fun can begin!'' Jake roared giving everyone their drinks, while others shoveled some tables and chairs around so they could all sit together.
When everyone had found a seat, Morgan raised his glass and said, ''To Tara and Penelope!''
''Here, here.'' everyone shouted, while raising their own glass.
''Now lets dance!'' Tara grinned, as she threw back her drink, before dragging Penelope with her to the dancefloor. Many of their friends following.
Tara spun Penelope into her arms, pulling her close, while slowly dancing with her in a circle, even though the music called for a completely different kind of dance. ''So you missed me, húh?'' Tara said with a teasing smile.
''Wait, I said that?'' Penelope cocked her head, a confused look on her face. ''I don't remember.''
''You think you're so funny.'' Tara poked her fiance in her side, making the blonde squeal out.
''I'm joking. I'm joking.'' Penelope got out between laughs, before gaining her composure again and looking up into the beautiful brown eyes staring back at her. ''Of course I missed you.'' the blonde smiled shyly.
''Good, because I missed you too.'' Tara smiled softly back, before leaning down and pulling Penelope into a sweet kiss.
The kiss intensified quickly, and soon both of their lungs were screaming for air. Penelope was the first to pull away, a giggle leaving her lips, ''We're so bad.''
''Why?'' Tara raised her eyebrows.
''We can't even last two hours without any contact with each other.'' the blonde laughed.
''Yeah, that's actually bad.'' Tara agreed with a chuckle. ''But I don't mind.'' she shrugged. ''I love you, and I don't want to be away from you, and there's nothing wrong with that.''
''No, there's not.'' Penelope said softly. ''And I love you, too.'' she smiled, while snaking her arms around Tara's neck, where she linked her hands together, as the pair dance the night away.
