Hello my fellow readers, writers, and people who have been enjoying this story so far, I'm back with yet another new chapter. In this chapter we'll be going over the events of the episode of Fairy tail title Extalia which well you'll see what the P.O.V. is since I do somewhat remember what happened in this episode to some degree.

Anyway I'm done rambling so without further ado let's get this show on the road.

Natsu's P.O.V.

Both Wendy and myself were thrown into a cell together while we were completely separated from Hope and Lucy. As the bar that would be in front of the opening of our cell were closing, I ran forward toward the guy who had a smug look on his face. I practically demanded "where are the others" and he said "others" in surprise while Wendy said "yeah where are our friends Lucy, Happy, Carla, and my sister."

He said "oh the blonde bimbo and the snarky white-haired bitch" and I said "yeah" and he said "pretty little things unfortunately we don't have any use for them so they'll be executed." Natsu said "if you jerks lay so much as a finger on either of them, I swear you're going to pay I'll burn you down to a pile of ashes" and I was pressing against the bars as hard as I could without magic.

Wendy then said something that surprised even me "and once he's done with that, I'll use the wind to blow those ashes away so there's no chance of you coming back." The guy continued to mock us "oh aren't you two scary ones so tell me something are all Earthland wizards as ferocious as you are" and Wendy said in a shocked voice "you're going to execute Lucy and my sister.

What'll happen to Carla and Happy" and the guy said "no need to worry about the Exceeds" and I growled at him "his name is Happy get it straight." The guy said "the Exceeds completed their mission so we took them back to their homeland in fact I'm betting the little guys have claimed their reward and are having a feast as we speak."

I said "what" and Wendy said "wait what mission" and she must have remembered something Carla said because she said "no way that's not possible I don't know what kind of mission you guys sent her on but I know Carla abandoned it." the guy chuckled and said "oh yeah she actually completed it like a pro" and Wendy said "that can't be what are you making them do for you."

He scoffed and said "you mean you still haven't figured it out yet"

Happy's P.O.V.

I woke up in a comfortable bed which I thought was impossible since the last thing I remembered was getting caught by the royal guards in the tunnel that Carla had led us to. I said "what the where are we" to no one in particular and then I noticed Carla still asleep on the bed that I had woke up on. I started shaking her arm gently and said "hey Carla wake up" and she woke up slowly and said "tomcat what is this."

After looking around the room that we were in she said "what in the world happened to us" and I said "all I know is that we were knocked up and woke up here. this weird place I know I've never been here before" and I noticed a sad look on her face and said "are you okay" and she stayed silent for a moment before saying "it seems my information was actually a trap."

Trying to cheer her up I said "that's not true I'm sure it was just a coincidence they found us it wasn't you're fault Carla" and she looked down even more and said "I betrayed dear Wendy I swore I would protect her no matter what." I remembered her saying before Magnolia was essentially kidnapped her saying something about protecting Wendy being the only thing that mattered to her.

She sounded like she was about to cry and said "this is all my fault" when the door on the opposite side of the room opened. It was this person who looked a lot like Ichiya only as an orange cat and he said "pardon me but are you the ones who just completed an Earthland mission." I freaked out "It's Ichiya" and he said "meow nice parfum" and I said "wait you're a cat" and he said "don't be silly I'm no mere cat I'm an Exceed just like you."

Another person walked into the room and said "Sir Mychiya I'm told this is the first time they've been to Edolas in fact I doubt they've ever even seen another Exceed before." He said "really well I had no idea welcome I'm Mychiya captain of Extalia's royal guard meow, meow" and the person behind him who entered last said "and I'm Nabi otherwise known as Extalia's minister of state congrats on your mission."

I repeated "mission" in confusion and I heard Carla sigh and as I looked over as her she put her head down again and I said "It'll be okay Carla." Mychiya interrupted and said "I know this is quite sudden but the queen would like to see you follow me" and he started walked out of the room. I was even more surprised that such a high figure in any world would want to see us so out of surprise I repeated "Queen seriously."

Looking over at Carla I saw that she still seemed depressed and I said "don't worry leave everything to me the first thing we need to do is get the lay of the land I promise I'll protect you Carla." We started following Mychiya and Nabi who kept thrusting his fist for some reason and as we got out of the room two cats who looked more like humans only with fir said "Meow sir" after he said "excellent work Men."

I mumbled "there are cats everywhere" and Nabi said "I bet you're excited aren't you" and I said "I might be if I even knew what was going on." As we got outside of the building we were in I saw what looked exactly like Magnolia except for that fact that instead of people there were a whole bunch of cats that were manning stands and teaching young kids something.

After walking for a little bit I said "wow it's a land of cats" and everyone seemed to know Mychiya and Nabi since they said hi to them. They must have also known of us since I heard someone say "yes they're the ones who completed the Earthland mission." After someone saying that we rock and that we're apparently heroes I said "everyone is a cat here."

Nabi must have heard me because he said "I'm afraid that you're wrong my friend we're exceeds here we stand above humans it's our duty to guide them each and every day." I said "I've never heard of you" however he seemed to ignore me because he continued "and that beautiful sight before you is the Exceed kingdom Extalia."

I looked at the castle and quite frankly it was kind of beautiful but not as cool looking as Fairy tail was after everything was rebuild after phantom lord. After being led inside in what seemed to be a comfortable silence I asked "so why do Exceeds guide humans." Nabi seemed all too happy to answer "you see in our world humans are an foolish inferior species so it's our duty as Exceeds to keep them under control."

Mychiya added on "in case you haven't noticed they have a nasty parfum" and I looked over at Carla who was still looking at the ground and Mychiya said "by the way parfum means smell." Nabi said "our queen watches over the humans and governs them from this castle" and Mychiya said "she has a absolutely delightful parfum."

Nabi said "it would be dangerous if the humans numbers were to get out of hand so the queen decides which ones are unnecessary and has them executed." The thing that totally creeped me out about that was the fact that he talked about killing people so easily and with a happy tone of voice. I said "but why would she want to do that" and he said "to help restore the magical power that is dwindling from this world.

At least that's what the queen said you see she not only control the humans of this world but Earthland as well." I said "she decides which people live and die" and Mychiya said "yes our benevolent queen has that authority after all she is a goddess meow" and quite frankly I was surprised into only being able to repeat goddess.

For the first time since we started walking to the castle and the room where the queen was Carla finally spoke up "this mission the queen sent us on it's coming back to me. This mission has been imprinted on me since I was born the queen choose me to help her control the human population. I was ordered to eliminate the dragon slayer Wendy" and I said "huh what's that suppose to mean Carla."

She held her hand out in front of me and said "please don't ask" and I said "tell me what you mean when you say you were ordered to eliminate Wendy." Realization finally struck me if Carla was ordered to eliminate Wendy then I was probably ordered to eliminate Natsu.

"no way then does that mean" and the expression on Carla's face said it all that I was actually ordered to eliminate Natsu after all. I was still rejecting the whole idea "no it can't be true" and Carla said "I'm sorry I thought you were better off not knowing the truth." All I said "I just can't believe it my mission was to eliminate Natsu."

Carla then said "would you just calm down tomcat" and she turned to the other two "let me make one thing clear we didn't accomplish our mission nor do we ever intend to do so. why is everyone talking to us as if we have" and the other two seemed shocked at what she said and Mychiya said "do you think it's amnesia" and Nabi said "perhaps you see there are countless side effects of overriding that are still widely unknown."

Carla said "answer me" and Nabi said "of course allow me to explain you see 6 years ago our queen sent 100 Exceeds to Earthland in the hopes of better controlling the human population. after they had hatched the information they had been given would lead them to seek out and eliminate the dragon slayers.

Then one day the situation changed you see when the humans created anima we were presented with a new and exciting possibility. We realized that instead of just killing Earthland humans we could convert them into magic power and it's well known that the dragon slayers are the most powerful of the human wizards.

So instead of eliminating them you were ordered to bring them into custody and at that point Carla actually fell to her knees and started crying. While I could feel the tears threatening to fall from my eyes I was trying to be strong for Carla because while she hadn't shown any sign of returning the love that I had for her I was going to keep trying to get her to do so.

Nabi said "judging on your reactions it would appear that overriding your orders remotely may not have been the best idea." Mychiya added on "but everything worked out in the end you were still able to bring the dragon slayers to us despite the erroneous orders. The humans have been tasked the magicalization which is their conversion to magic power after all they're much more proficient at that sort of thing meow, meow."

Carla was still on her knees and managed to utter "no it can't be I came to Edolas I came here of my own free will." Nabi said "afraid not you were acting on the order of our fair queen" and she responded to that "but I led them to that tunnel to save them" and Nabi said "it may have appeared that way to you but we were the ones who guided you there."

She said "no it can't be all I ever wanted was to protect Wendy she's all that matters to me" and Nabi got the freaky look on his face again. "what you experienced was a self-delusion when your orders changed from eliminate to capture you duty became protecting the dragon slayers to ensure they were not killed."

She said with agony in her voice "that's not true" and Mychiya said "whether your like it or not your every move up until this point has been completely controlled by us." I then started looking back at the memories I had with Natsu and the others the first being when I hatched out of the egg that I was and floating onto his head, then one where he burned a fish that I had wanted to keep raw, and many others but the next one had nothing to do with Natsu it was Carla saying something to me.

But the last one is what really struck home for me it was right before coming here to Edolas and Natsu giving me a thumbs up. While I could feel the tears falling down my face now as well I felt a sudden confidence boost as well since I said to them "let me get one thing straight we're not your puppets. You got it all wrong we're fairy tail wizards we don't work for you" judging by the shocked expressions on their faces I had a feeling something was about to happen."

Yet another chapter done in the next chapter we'll be going over the events of episode 84 of Fairy tail titled fly, to our friends. I have a feeling that you won't really be surprised by my choice of P.O.V. in this chapter but if you are then one of two things happened. Either you completely forgot about the events of this episode or you haven't seen the series up to this point.

Anyway I have a feeling that at least part of the next chapter will be in Happy's P.O.V. from the preview at the end of this episode. Anyway I don't have anything else to add so until next time this is Diamondholder signing off.
