WEAKNESS PART 1. BATTLE SUIT

LEX LUTHOR

After the Justice Department learns of Lex's involvement with General Zod, an arrest warrant is issued for him and all of his known assets are frozen once again he escapes the charges Superman accused him off. He goes to the bathroom and when he comes out he finds a man sitting behind his desk. "Who are you and how did you get in here."

"My name is Malcolm Merlyn…I was sent by my Master to give you this."

"And what is that?"

"It's called Kryptonite. Behold." He shows him footage of the Green Lantern's fight with white haired Kryptonian named Nala.

"Superman has a weakness."

"This will kill our flying friend."

"How much?"

Malcolm stands up, "No cost…My Master is generous like that." He walks to a window and jumps out. When Lex runs to the window he is gone. He studies the Kryptonite for many months and divides the rock into three pieces. Then he starts designing and building a battle suit. The inside is lined with led, is made of a metal that Lex invented. A metal he calls Lexite, the suit costs twenty million dollars to make and is powered by a mini nuclear core and armed with Krptonite. The suit is nine feet tall. When all systems are a go Luthor gets into the suit and powers it up. He flies out of a secret location and across Metropolis.

CLARK

He is with Lois on a date to the movies. They are leaving the movies when he hears a high pitch sound. "Clark are you alright?" Lois asks in concern.

"Hello Superman…There is only one thing with less than two legs that can hear this transmission and that is you. Before you came along Superman I was Metropolis' favorite son. Before you I was going to have my own little kingdom carved out of the west coast, but no you had to ruin my plans didn't you. I was hoping Zod would kill you, but no…I guess I will have to do the job. Come and fight me Superman! Or I will fire two missiles at the Metropolis Opera House."

"Its Lex Luthor! He's gone mad." Clark takes Lois into the alley, where he becomes Superman and flies her to his apartment.

SUPERMAN

"Clark be careful!"

He kisses her and flies off. As he is flying a missile hits him and explodes. Superman falls out of the air and hits the I-17. Cars screech to a halt and some swerve to avoid him. As Superman gets to his feet a armored suit Luthor flies down. "Superman…You may have these people fooled, but not me." Luthor says, his voice is synthesized.

He tries to x-ray the suit, but he cannot. Luthor points his arms at Superman and fires his arm guns. The bullets bounce off his body. Superman leaps at Luthor and tackles him off the high rise. They smash through an abandoned building and as they do Luthor opens the compartment with the Kryptonite. Superman falls to his knees.

"Something wrong big man?" Luthor asks and kicks him in the ribs. "Its called Kryptonite! A piece of your home world and the only thing that can probably kill you." He grabs Superman, by the throat and slams him into the wall. Then he punches him in the back, causing Superman to scream in pain. "Oh look he bleeds." Luthor says after punching him in the face. A needle extends from the arm and takes some of his blood.

With the last of his strength Superman presses the S on his belt. Luthor grabs him and lifts him up by the neck. "Even gods die Superman…And it is your time."

That is when Luthor is tackled by to his shock someone or something that looks like Superman. "What the hell! Two of you!"

With one punch Luthor smashes through the wall and into the street. The drone Superman scans Kal'El and then flies at Luthor who opens the compartment revealing the Kryptonite, but it has no affect on it. With speed similar to that of Superman's the Drone snatches the Kryptonie and throws it into space.

Luthor blasts off trying to escape, but the Drone chases him in the air. Using eye beans the drone takes out Luthor's flight jets. He crashes on the roof of the Lex Corp building. The drone rips the suit open and its eyes start to glow. "Atsab i'soc!" Superman says commanding the drone in Kryptonian. Its eyes power down.

"Go ahead and finish me."

"No Luthor…I am not you." He nods to the Drone and it flies away. "One day the world will see you Lex for who you truly are." Then he flies off.

PART 2. BIZARRO

Lex rushes to one of the labs he sent the Kryptonite to in his private helicopter. When he lands the police are there and so are EMTs. "Mister Luthor."

"What the hell happened?"

"We were hit sir, by the Batman."

"What?"

Men have broken bones, others are unconscious from taser shock or gas. "Mister Luthor!" A guard yells running up to him. "You better look at this sir."

He watches the screen, there is footage from the other facility as Batman goes through his guards as if they had been trained by mall cops. Then the footage goes dark. A few days later Luthor is on his yacht and is visited by Deadshot. "They say you are the world's greatest assassin."

"I am." The masked man replies.

"My labs were attacked by Batman he took something from me. I want him dead. The job pays twenty million."

"The Batman…I heard of him. They say he took down Court of Owls and Slade."

"Will you take the job?"

"Of course."

"How do you want your money?"

"Transfer to this account." He replies handing Luthor a cell phone.

"It is done." Luthor says after transferring the money. Then he sails his yacht to Florida where he has a secret lab. A man is waiting with the blood samples they took from the Kryptonians. "Let's get started."

They divide Superman's blood sample in half. Then they mix Zod's blood and some of Luthor's and begin the cloning process. Then they grow the embryo in an artificial womb.

CLARK

Clark and Lois had decided to move in together. Clark's parents came to Metropolis to help and so did Lois' sister and father. "What are you going to do with the rest of this stuff?" Her father asks.

"We are taking it back to the farm with us to store." Jonathan says.

"Yeah and hopefully these two will get married and give us some grandkids." Martha says.

Clark just smiles as Lois has headphones on. Both Lois and Clark had collaborated on a murder mystery book that is a best seller and is moving into a penthouse apartment downtown. Clark pulls one of Lois' headphones out of her ear, "Ya know I could have moved all this by myself and avoid my mother's not so subtle hints at marriage."

She kisses him, "We need to keep up appearances Superman." She slaps him on the butt. "Besides headphones are a good way to ignore that." He takes her headphones. "Hey!" She chases him around the apartment.

"CLARK!" Martha yells.

He runs into the living room with Lois chasing him and then he stops dumfounded looking at the news. "I…I just can't believe it. So again Superman just robbed a bank in downtown Metropolis. Two guards are dead and another is severely injured."

Both Lois and Clarks' cell phones ring. They answer at the same time. "That was Perry." Clark says.

"We have to get to the planet." Lois says as her father's cell phone rings.

"Yes sir I will be there immediately. I have to get to the Pentagon."

"We'll stay here and keep packing." Jonathan says.

Lois and Clark say their goodbyes and leave. "Clark you're not thinking." Lois says after he asks her to cover for him."

"How so?"

"You don't have to muscle your way through everything. You are also a good reporter…I say we go uncover, find the evidence against Luthor and put him away for good this time."

He sighs, "Alright Lois." Clark contacts the fortress and asks his father Jor'El to hack Lex's systems and send out Drones while he and Lois head for the Daily Planet. After a few hours they find the lab, disguise themselves and record everything.

CLONE SUPERMAN

He flies back to the secret lab after hiding the stolen money. "Welcome home Superman." Lex says greeting the clone. The clone gets in a cryo-pod and goes to sleep.

"Mister Luthor I am picking up some unusual brain activity in the clone"

"Show me." He examines the data on the monitor, "Nothing to worry about. Have the satellites caught any activity on Superman?"

"None sir."

"What about the Pentagon?"

"They've gone to Def Con 3."

"I want to send the clone out again."

As they talk the Clone can hear everything they say. "Clone! I am no clone. I am Superman!"He says thinking to himself. His skin starts to turn white. "NO!" He yells as images pass through his mind. He smashes his pod and one of the scientists hits the alarm. As the alarm goes off his super hearing pains him. He roars and blasts the technician with his freeze beams from his eyes.

The security guards shoot at him as the rest of the personnel run. "Stop shooting at me! Me am Superman!" He inhales and from his mouth a torrent of flames comes.

SUPERMAN

He grabs Lois and speeds her to safety, "Get that information to the justice department."

"You be careful."

"I will now go!"

He rips off his disguise and becomes Superman. He flies into the building. "That's enough!"

The Clone's skin is now all white and his face is cracked. He turns to face Superman, "You no Superman! Me am Superman."

"You are confused."

"Aaahhh!"

He flies at Superman and tackles him. They smash through several walls punching each other. Superman raises his foot and flips the clone over. They both get to their feet at the same time and Superman is blasted with fire breath from the clone. Superman leaps into the air and the Clone chases him across the planet heading North. When they reach the fortress of Solitude the Clone stops and stares dumbfounded at it.

He is hit with a Sonic blast cannon and is rendered unconscious. "His DNA has been combined with that of yours, Zod's, and this human Lex Luthor." Jor'El says to Kal'El.

"Can we help him?"

"I'm afraid not my son. When they cloned him they did not account for the Kryptonite poison in the sample they cloned him from. Zod's DNA though weaker than yours helped some. He mutated because of this Lex Luthor's DNA. He is bazar."

He sighs, "Then we place him in the Phantom Zone."

"I do not think the Phantom Zone will hold him."

Superman takes his clone to an uninhabited world where no one lives and leaves him there.
