Chapter 42 Izzy might have Anxiety

Jake's POV

After the calmed Izzy down, she fell asleep. So, that gave me and Cubby time to talk about her fears.

"Cubby, I am now worried about Izzy." I said to him.

"Jake, I know your worried about her, I am too." Cubby said to me.

"Yeah, bit I think she needs to get tested for Anxiety." I said to him.

"Really, Jake so, you're saying that she might need testing done?" Cubby asked me.

"That's what I'm saying." I said to him.

"So, what are you going to do Jake?" Cubby asked me.

"Dude I don't know. but I do know that she is definitely definitely going to need those tests done." I said to him.

"Jake Izzy's such a brave girl, what made Izzy not brave anymore?" Cubby asked me.

"I'll tell you the reason. It's all because of mr. John Cubby. If he hadn't laid his hand on her, or got her pregnant, this would have never happened and she would still be brave today not in a hospital being broken." I said to him.

" She doesn't look broken to me Jake." Cubby said to me.

" What kind of world are you living in Cubby?" I asked him.

"Stormy land." Cubby said to me.

"Well, snap out of it." I said to him.

"I have other things to deal with right now. And that is to protect Izzy. So do me a favor, and snap out of Stormy land please." I said to him.

"Fine, I'll snap out of it. But I'm going back in Stormy land tonight." Cubby said to me.

"Do as you must." I said to him.

"But, Jake, how come Izzy is so scared all of a sudden, and not brave like you?" Cubby asked me.

" Maybe she's becoming more like you Cubby." I said to him.

"What is that supposed to mean?" Cubby asked me."

"Cubby you're scared of everything!" I said to him.

"No I'm not." Cubby said to me.

" Oh really are you scared of SPIDERS?" I asked him.

"Ahhhhhh get it away get it away get it away." Cubby said to me.

" What's the matter is Cubby scared of a spider?" I asked him.

"Yes, get it away from me Jake." Cubby said to me.

"Relax Cubby it's only a rubber spider." I said to him.

"Phew, I'm not scared of a rubber spider." Cubby said to me.

"Jake, was this payback for what I did to you guys back at big bug Valley?" Cubby asked me.

"Maybe." I said to him.

"Come on Jake that was a long time ago and I said I was sorry." Cubby said to me.

"Cubby, we did that after we counted our gold doubloons remember it wasn't in Big Bug Valley." I said to him.

"Oh yeah, sorry." Cubby said to me.

"Aww it's okay, buddy!" I said to him.

Izzy's POV

After my nap I woke up to see that Jake and Cubby we're having a conversation about something.

"Hey guys! What are you two talking about? Marriage?" I asked them.

"No, we're not talking about marriage. We're talking about you Izzy." Cubby said to me as Jake covered his mouth.

"Cubby does not know what he's talking about." Jske said to me as I raised an eyebrow.

"Jake, what are you hiding from me?" I asked him.

"Nothing I'm not hiding anything!" Jake said to me.

"Jake if you don't tell me right now, then you won't know what's coming next." I said to him.

"Izzy I swear, I didn't say anything." Jake said to me.

"But Jake oh, didn't you tell me that you were going to ask the doctor to give Izzy some test if she has anxiety." Cubby said to him.

"Cubby!" Jake said to him.

"Hahaha ha ha cubby does not know what he's saying." Jake said to me.

"Stop messing around Jake, I heard what he said." I said to him.

"And there's no way I'm getting any tests done cuz I don't want them." I said to him.

"But Izzy, you need to get these tests done." Jake said to me.

"No I'm not getting them done I don't think I have anxiety." I said to him.

"You don't know that." Cubby said to me.

"What are you my doctor? No you're not." I said to him.

"Izzy, we're trying to help you." Jake said to me.

"What are you trying to help me with Jake what are you trying to help me with Jake?" I asked him.

"Izzy, calm down." Jake said to me.

"NEVER TELL ME, TO CALM DOWN." I said to him.

"Izzy, come down please." Jake said to me.

"I AM NOT GOING TO CALM DOWN! DO you hear me? I'M NOT GOING TO CALM DOWN!" I said to him.

"If you two think that I might have anxiety, what are the symptoms do you think I might have?" I asked them.

" Well we won't know if you do have it but the symptoms can be you, feeling nervous, restless, or tents. Having an increased heart rate, breathing rapidly hyperventilation, you can start sweating, and trembling. Oh yeah you can also feel weak or tired." Jake said to me.

"Is that all the symptoms Jake?" I asked him.

"Yes!" Jake said to me.

"Jake Cubby, how are my fears affecting my daily life?" I asked them

"Well, Izzy the reason why your fears are affecting your dating life, is because you're scared and we get that. You are scared that you might get hurt again you're scared on fire already, you don't want to go near fire anymore, you don't even want to go back to the dance studio because you might think mr. John is there so he can beat you up again." Jake said to me.

"Yeah I'm really scared, to go back to the dance studio, I'm scared of fires, and I am scared of getting beat up by Mr. John again cuz he might escaepe from jail." I said to them.

"I also say something Izzy since we're answering your questions?" Cubby asked me.

"Sure, Cubby!" I said to him.

"And It's also affecting you are dancing." Cubby said to me.

"Cubby's got a point Izzy, ever since you got beat up by mr. John, everything That's happened to you right now is affecting your dancing." Jake said to me as a doctor came into my room.

"Hello, Ms. Green, I am just here to draw some blood work on you." The doctor said to me.

"No, I refuse to get my blood drawn because I'm scared of needles, I've always been scared of needles." I said to the doctor.

"Izzy, please let the doctor do this it's important." Jake said to me as he was holding my hand.

"Okay Jake, but I won't look." I said to him as Jake gave the doctor the okay.

As the doctor was drawing my blood, I was crying.

"Izzy it's okay it's okay it's okay I'm here." Jake said to me.

"It hurts." I said to him.

"I know it does, I know it does. it's going to be over soon." Jake said to me.

"Okay, Ms. Green, I am done!" The doctor said to me.

"You see it wasn't that bad Izzy." Jake said to me.

"Excuse me mr. Hutchinson we're going to have to take Izzy, to the exam room for an hour." The doctor said to him.

"Okay." Jake said to him as I was getting our of bed and left to go to the exam room.

Once we arrived at the exam room, the first thing the doctor brought out was the urine cup again.

"Okay Izzy, well I want you to do, is to drink this gallon of water, then I want you to urinate in this cup." The doctor said to me while handing me the cup.

"I'm going to have to take off your underwear." The doctor said to me.

"Can I keep my underwear on please?" I asked her.

"I'm sorry Ms. green, but you can't keep your underwear on its part of the exam." The doctor said to me she putting me on the bed and took off my underwear and threw it in the bin.

"May I please get a little privacy?" I asked the doctor.

"Of course!" The doctor said to me as she left the room.

Once I was done urinating, I closed the lid tightly so the liquid doesn't leak out.

"Ms. Green are you done?" The doctor asked me as she came back inside.

"Yes I'm done!" I said to her as I handed her the cup.

"Ms. Green, did you have an accident in your underwear?" The doctor asked me.

"A little bit." I said to her.

"I'm going to have to clean your private part Izzy." The doctor said to mecas she started to clean my private part even though it tickled a little bit.

"That tickles!" I said to the doctor.

"Sorry." the doctor said to me.

"Here is a clean underwear for you Izzy." the nurse said to me as she came inside with a fresh new clean pair of underwear.

But, every time they put an underwear on me, I started to urinate again. Non-stop urinating leaking out. But when I went to my last underwear, they found number two stains on it.

So they went into the drawers and got a baby Mat, placed it under me and started to wipe my butt with baby wipes. I was now embarrassed. after they were done wiping my butt, they lifting my leg both of them and placed diaper on me. This was the embarrassing thing ever.

"Izzy we're going to have to keep you for an hour." The nurse said to me.

"Why?" I asked the doctor.

"Because you keep having accidents, and you need to learn how to use a toilet." The doctor said to me.

"I feel embarrassed." I said to myself.

As we went to another room, I laid down naked with a diaper on. But as I started to feel an accident again, I started to cry.

"I need my diaper changed.." o said to myself as a nurse came in and carried me to the baby bed and started to change my diaper.

"okay, Izzy you are going to learn how to use the potty." the nurse said to me as a doctor came in with a toilet with a purple lid on top of it.

"I don't want to use that." I said to them.

"Izzy you need to use it." The doctor said to me as the nurse placed me on the toilet.
