Masso 2010 : Hey, don't get me wrong, I love the winter soldier but it doesn't really work when you have bamf mind reading Harry.
Noctus Of The Thousand Blades : Funnily enough when I was younger and hadn't even watched a full season of the show I had watched the film and I thought it was so boring, keep in mind that at the time I was at the point where I couldn't really tell the difference between an alright film, a rubbish one and a good one, yet I still found it boring.

Chapter 34 -
"Well...this will be interesting." Gwen said as she was sat in a jet along with several shield agents, Captain America, Black Widow and Grim. She was wearing a black bodysuit which had white mixed in to make a spider like design, her costume included a hood which she currently wore down and a white mask which she was holding in her hands. Today she would be competing in a mission with everyone else, the mission was simple, storm a Hydra base and capture as many Hydra agents as possible. While this was not her first ever Shield mission, it was her first one with Natasha, Steve and Harry.
Natasha was wearing her usual black bodysuit with her 'Black Widow's Bite' bracelets, Captain America was wearing a stealth version of his regular uniform, given to him by Shield. The suit was a navy blue, utilitarian-style suit with a Kevlar-based ballistic component that could protect Captain America but at the same time function like a military black-ops uniform, he currently had his helmet off. Another noticeable change was his vibranium shield, the shield was repainted for stealth missions, the red stripes were replaced with light blue stripes to make it less conspicuous. Harry was in his usual suit even though the hood was currently down and the mask was off.
"You nervous?" Harry asked Gwen who was shifting slightly in her seat.
"A little," Gwen admitted. "I've been on a few missions before but I don't think that I am at the point where I can just go about it like it's another just another regular day in my life."
"We've all been there." Cap replied. "You will get used to it, given enough time."
"If you don't feel ready then just stay in the jet." Harry spoke. "Someone too scared to move is more of a disadvantage than less people."
"No...I will be fine." Gwen said in a determined voice. "I promise, it's just nerves."
"I say we give her a shot." Natasha commented.
"Harry?" Steve asked Harry, he was all for giving Gwen a shot but he'd like to see what Harry would say. Steve could admit that he was optimistic and liked to see the best in people, Harry on the other hand would call himself a realist and isn't afraid to speak his mind when he thinks something is wrong.
"If she must come...then she'll stick with one of us so we can see how good she is." Harry said after a short pause. "Plus that way we'll be able to bail her out if things go wrong and we can see what she needs to work on in the future. She's currently our computer genius so she'll stick with Nat, the two of them can sneak through and get the information we need. Steve you and me can go kick ass in the meantime."
"So basically you boys play around while we do all the work?" Natasha raised an eyebrow, though the smile on her face ruined the effect.
"If you prefer to be shot at then just say the word." Harry replied with a small shrug.
"I wouldn't mind not getting shot." Gwen said in a thoughtful voice.
"Alright," Cap said as he and Grim landed outside the building they needed to infiltrate. "you ready?" He asked as they walked towards it. It looked like a simple two story building but they knew there was a secret floor underneath it.
"As I'll ever be." Grim replied before firing three stunners at some nearby guards, Fury had expressed how much he would prefer as many of them as possible to be alive so fortunately for them Harry was restraining himself. Harry also knew that Steve was holding back a lot of emotion, hearing that the organization he had spent a large part of his life fighting was still active was hard for him, but to his credit he simply became more determined than anything else.
Grim sent the trio of guards away to some cells using portkeys, by the time he was done Steve had taken out another trio. Cap and Grim continued silently taking out more guards that were surrounding the building until there were none left.
"Do you mind giving me a lift?" Cap asked as he gestured to the second floor window.
"Get ready." Grim responded before he levitated Cap in the air and chucked him at the window, Cap slammed threw it. A second later a few shouts followed by gunfire were heard just before a man was thrown out of the window and landed in front of Grim, the man groaned in pain. Grim, seeing that the man was clearly in perfect health, stunned him and portkeyed him back.
Grim moved forwards, blasting the entrance door down. He stunned the first person he saw before hitting the next with a body bind. Ten more men came running at him but Grim waved his wand and a giant blast of air tackled the men, sending them backwards and crashing into a wall and each other before sliding down to the floor. After taking down a few more people Grim turned around upon hearing another person walk behind him, Grim turned around but was fortunately able to stop himself from blasting Cap.
"Second floor is clear," Cap said. "how about you?"
"Everyone on this floor is done," Grim replied while sending away the unconscious men. "come on, we got the ground floor left." He added once he was done.
Cap nodded and the two walked down to the ground floor, when they entered they found several men webbed up and/or unconscious. Grim didn't waste time and began sending them away.
"The girls have been busy." Cap commented as he casually knocked out one man who was waking up.
"Yep." Grim agreed once he sent the last on them away, the two then moved into the next room where they found Gwen and Natasha sitting at a couple of computers, Natasha was looking over Gwen's shoulder as she was typing away.
"You boys enjoy yourself?" Natasha asks without looking away from the computer. The rest of the room was messed up, tables were broken and everything else made it look like a storm had blown through. There were ten unconscious men scattered around the room as well.
"Are you done?" Cap asked as he and Grim walked up to them. Cap stepped behind them and was looking over their shoulder while Grim got to work and was sending away each person that Nat and Gwen had knocked out.
"Nearly," Gwen replied. "the other agents caught a few that were trying to escape through the tunnels." She said as she gestured with her head to a hole in a wall that was the entrance of a 'secret' tunnel that the building had which would lead ten miles away from here. "And we're done." She smiled under her mask before removing a USB stick.
"Everyone grab on." Grim said, the other three placed a hand on him and found themselves taken away, a second later they landed next to where the jet had parked.
"Good work guys." Cap complimented as they walked into the jet.
"How did she do?" Harry asked Natasha just as he and Gwen removed their masks and lowered their helmets.
"Not bad." Natasha answered with a small smile. As they sat down Harry gave Gwen an appraising look, a 'not bad' from the Black Widow was a bigger compliment then most would realize. Though Gwen clearly realized that if the smile on her face was any indication.
"It's done." Harry spoke to Fury over the phone. Harry was currently in England, he had just taken down a Hydra base as part of project RS-3, "all the hostiles are taken down and I've portkeyed them straight your cells." Harry said.
"Excellent work." Fury responded. "Cap and Romanoff have taken down another base in Switzerland, for now just go and enjoy yourself. Come back here or stay there for a while and take in the sights or whatever, I'll contact you sooner or later."
"Fair enough, Grim out." Harry said as he ended the call. Harry remembered that he hadn't been in England for a while, so taking a look around didn't sound all that bad so Harry decided to take a look around London. Harry took careful care to avoid certain places such as Charing Cross Road, where he knew the entrance to the Leaky Cauldron was located, or at least was located there in his former life.
After about an hour or so Harry was ready to stop and teleport back when suddenly the weather had changed, rain began pouring. Now rain was hardly a surprising thing, especially in England where the weather was about as trusted as fortune tellers, but this particular change was odd. Mostly because it was so incredibly sudden, the weather reports had said that there wouldn't be rain today, but if there was supposed to be rain then it shouldn't have come along so suddenly.
If that wasn't enough reason to start investigating, then the strong magical presence that Harry was feeling was probably good enough. And it seemed to be located at a nearby warehouse area.
"Well that's just great," Harry muttered to himself. "the one time I come to England is the one time something like this decides to happen." He said before he shook his head and walked in to investigate.
After a few minutes of walking around Harry saw that he was not the first person here, there was a bunch of police officers and a couple of civilians plus a noticeable red car. Also for some reason or the other there was a truck turned on its side. Harry could see the police officer's were questioning people while also trying to work out what happened, but that was not what caught his attention. Thor and Jane Foster were standing in the one spot that the rain seemed to be avoiding.
Harry was about to walk up to them when suddenly Jane slapped Thor, Harry was a little surprised by that and couldn't help but wonder if she forgot that Thor was the powerful God of Thunder or if she merely didn't care. She did look apologetic afterwards but slapped him a second time, only to look more apologetic. Deciding that he was never going to understand women, Harry ignored that and began making his way forward after black haired woman interrupted the two, her name was Darcy and she was one of Jane's friends if Harry remembered right.
The rain stopped suddenly, which pretty much confirmed to Harry that it was Thor who was controlling it. Jane walked off, presumably to go talk to the police, while she had done that Darcy turned to Thor and began talking to him.
"So...look at you, still all muscly". Darcy said as she poked his stomach. "How's space?" She asked.
"Space is fine." Thor said with an amused smile.
"Well isn't that nice to here?" Harry asked as he stepped behind Thor.
"Harry?" Thor blurted out in surprise as he and Darcy looked at him. "What are you doing here?"
"I was working and decided to take a walk after I was done only to notice weird weather and an odd feeling from around here," Harry answered. "I come to investigate only to find you here. The weather in this country is shit enough without you messing with it." Harry added. "Now what are you doing here?" Harry asked.
"I came to find Jane," Thor answered. "Heimdall could not see her, I had feared the worst."
"Hey, I remember you!" Darcy said suddenly as she pointed to Harry. "You're Grim!"
"You know it's rude to point." Harry said in a dry voice. Darcy lowered her hand but did not stop talking.
"So you can do all these magic tricks, right?" She asked in an excited voice.
"They're not...tricks." Harry said through gritted teeth.
"Harry," Thor said. "I think that..." Thor was interrupted when suddenly a weird red energy wave shot through the air, all nearby glass was smashed as cars were flipped and policemen were sent to the floor. Everyone looked at Jane who appeared to have been the source of the red energy, she fell down to the floor. Thor quickly rushed over to her with Harry following behind her. "Jane!" Thor said as he helped her up.
"Thor?" Jane asked.
"Are you alright?" He asked.
"What just happened?" She asked in a confused voice.
"Place your hands on your heads and step back!" One police officer ordered while holding a baton, just as the officers pulled out their guns and aimed it in Jane's direction.
"This is woman is unwell." Thor replied.
"She's dangerous!" The officer responded.
"Look you know who we are, unless you have been living under a rock for the last few years." Harry interrupted. "We're handling this, stick to your level."
"Requesting armed response officer's to the scene!" The officer said into his radio.
"Hold on to me." Thor whispered to Jane as he pulled her in close.
"What are you doing?" Jane whispered.
"Yes, what are you doing?" Harry asked.
"I'm taking her to Asgard to get her help." Thor answered. "Are you coming?"
"To Asgard?" Harry blinked at the offer. He was receiving an offer from the God of Thunder to go to Asgard, even Harry wouldn't refuse that.
"I trust you and it's possible that you could help." Thor responded. "Are you coming?"
"One second." Harry took out his phone and quickly sent a text to Fury, the text was a simple code that Harry was supposed to send to Fury if he was ever unavailable. "Alright let's go." Harry put his phone away and stepped close to Thor and grabbed his arm. "Alright, beam us up." Harry said, Thor looked confused but brushed it off and raised his hammer into the air. A second later a beam of rainbow colored light descended down from the sky and wrapped itself around Thor, Jane and Harry.
The trio suddenly found themselves lifted up into the air, they travelled for a few seconds, seeing various planets and bits of space, to Harry it felt like extremely fast flying. Seconds later they landed in a large and gold room, Thor managed it without any difficulties, most likely due to experience, Jane and Harry stumbled slightly but were both able to remain standing. In the center of the room was a tall black man in golden armour, he had a helmet with two gold horns and a big sword. He raised his sword before slamming it down into some sort of machine, causing the vortex behind them to close. Apparently he was in charge of the portal and this was the control room.
"We have to do that again!" Jane smiled, having clearly enjoyed her experience, it was then that she noticed the big black man in the center of the room. "Oh, hi" She said, a bit embarrassed at having not noticed him until now.
"Welcome to Asgard, Jane Foster." The man smiled, he then turned to Harry. "Welcome to you as well, Mr Harry Potter, unless your prefer Grim."
"Harry will do," Harry replied. "you're Heimdall, aren't you?" Harry asked.
"That I am." Heimdall nodded. "It is an honor to meet you."
"I apologize Heimdall but we must leave," Thor said "you know why."
"I do," Heimdall nodded once more. "I wish fortune upon your journey, to all of you." Thor gestured the others to follow him, it was then that they saw Asgard, Harry unlike Jane was able to stop his jaw from dropping, and he was barely able to that. When Harry was eleven he thought that Hogwarts looked more beautiful than anything that could possibly exist, but it was nothing compared to this. Clear and blue sky's on top of a world that looked to be a perfect blend of man and nature with an enormous gold building in the center which Harry guessed to be Thor's home seeing as he was the prince of Asgard and it made sense for the royal family to live in the best spot there is.
Harry was so caught up in looking that he only just managed to start paying attention again when he noticed a carriage arrive, it was horseless and Harry was positive that there were no thestrals here. Harry was delighted and surprised to find out the carriage was able to fly, something that Jane seemed to be enjoying too. Harry much preferred his suit's flight but this was a much more relaxing option, Thor was also sending Jane and Harry amused looks, clearly finding their reaction to Asgard amusing.
A few minutes later the group was in the palaces healing ward with Jane resting on a table as Asgardian healers began looking at her. A few seconds later the group was treated to an orange image hovering above Jane, it was an image of her body and looked like a combination of dust and smoke, it revealed that something was in Jane's body. Harry wasn't sure what it was but all he could see was that it was red and it was moving around Jane's body so it was probably alive, either that or they had just confirmed that she has blood.
"That is not of Midgard." Thor frowned as he looked at it. "what is it?" He asked, the question was directed at the healers but open for others in the room to answer.
"We do not know." The lead healer confessed in a sad and disappointed voice, as if she could not believe that she did not know. "but she will not survive the amount of energy surging through her, not for long anyway."
"It is nothing I have ever seen before either," Harry commented to Thor. "I've seen a lot of dark magic over the years but this is new territory for me. I could try physically removing whatever it is but I don't think that that is a good idea."
"You are right," The lead healer nodded. "it may very well injure you or someone else and will probably result in her death."
"That...is not good" Jane spoke slowly, struggling with coming up with something to say.
"You're right about that," Harry nodded. "I don't think that whatever it is will instantly kill you, so that means that we have got time to get it out."
"That does sound like good news." Jane said with a brief smile. "Do you know how to get it out?" She asked in a worried voice.
"We need to work out what is first, then we can work on getting it out." Harry responded.
"He speaks the truth," The lead healer replied. "it would be foolish to attempt to move this without knowing what it is and what side effects may happen if it is removed."
"Fair enough." Jane nodded, she didn't like it but it did make sense. "That's a quantum field generator, isn't it?" She said suddenly to the healer, trying to change the subject and brighten her mood, in fact it rather amazed Harry how she went from serious to excited so fast.
"It is a soul forge." The head healer corrected her not seeming bothered at all by the question.
"Does a soul forge transfer molecular energy from one place to another?" Jane asked with a curious voice.
"Yes." The head healer said, surprise in her voice clearly showing that she didn't expect a Midgardian to be so intelligent.
"Quantum field generator." Jane mouthed to Thor with a smile that caused Thor to develop one of his own.
"You two are so sickeningly cute." Harry said in an amused voice that caused Thor to cough and Jane to turn red while a few of the healers chuckled.
"Are my words mere noises that you ignore them completely?" Someone said, everyone turned to see someone walk into the room. It was an old man followed by a bunch of guards, he didn't look as old as Dumbledore but you could tell that he was old. In fact he was probably older than Dumbledore could ever hope to reach considering he was an Asgardian. He had a white beard, shoulder length white hair, gold armour and a gold eye patch on his right eye, reminding Harry a little bit of Fury. Harry could quickly tell that he was someone of importance judging by the state of his armour, the way he talked to Thor who was a prince and the fact that they were in a palace.
It wasn't that hard to work out who he was, this was clearly Odin, Thor's father and King of Asgard. According to what Harry knows about Norse mythology Odin is the supreme god of war, death and wisdom, but also of poetry, prophecy, victory and hunting to a lesser extent.
"She is ill." Thor said in response.
"She is mortal," Odin said in a dismissive voice as he waved his hand, causing the orange image to disappear. "illness is their defining trait."
"I brought here because we can help her."
"She does not belong in Asgard any more than a goat belongs on a banquet table." Odin said in a tired voice.
"Hey! Who do you think you are?!" Jane demanded, obviously not liking the way she was being talked to and clearly had not yet worked out who he is.
"I am Odin, leader and king of Asgard." Odin calmly answered, causing Jane to falter.
"There is something in her father, something I haven't seen before." Thor spoke, hoping to convince his father how important this was.
"Her world has it's healers, they are called doctors." Odin said in a bored voice. Harry, who wasn't really sure what to expect when meeting Thor's father, did not expect this. Quite frankly he was disappointed and Odin may not have realized it or even cared but Harry had decided that he did not like him.
"Oh silly us," Harry drawled, bringing the attention of Odin and everyone into the room on to him. "doctors! How could we forget doctors? I mean we must be really stupid to travel all the way across the bloody universe for something that any one of the millions of doctors on our world could fix." Harry said sarcastically. "Wait, it's almost as if this was something that doctors couldn't fix."
"You will watch how you speak to me." Odin said in a warning tone.
"Father, this is Harry Potter," Thor began. "he's warrior name is Grim. He helped me in my battle against the destroyer and fought alongside me at when I was fighting the Chitauri in Midgard."
"Why is he here?" Odin frowned at Thor.
"He is a wizard, a powerful one, I was hoping that he could help." Thor explained.
"Can we quit wasting time here already?" Harry interrupted before Odin could speak. "Dying woman over here." Harry added as he pointed to Jane.
"She is mortal," Odin reminded him. "I see no reason to waste time prolonging the inevitable."
"Hmm," Harry walked towards Odin, his guards readied themselves in case Harry prepared to attack. "tell me something, Thor. Can Asgardians die?" Harry asked as he stepped in front of Odin and looked him in his one working eye.
"Harry," Thor began. "I don't think..."
"Can...Asgardians die?" Harry repeated, cutting off Thor.
"Yes." Thor admitted in a quiet voice.
"Hmm, so then that means that I am the only true immortal in this room." Harry said in a tone of mock surprise. "So Odin, you're an old man, even by Asgardian standards, what do you say we stop 'prolonging the inevitable'?" Harry said, his green eyes flashing.
"You dare to threaten me?!" Odin yelled, furious that this person dared to talk to him like that. "I am Odin! King of Asgard!"
"And I am Harry Potter, army killer, man-who-conquered, and the immortal 'Master of Death'." Harry calmly replied.
"I..." Odin paused as he finally registered the last thing that Harry had said. "...'Master of Death'?"
A.N: Hi guys, hope you liked the chapter. So yeah, Harry's finally in Asgard, what I am really looking forward to is having another chance at doing the Harry vs Hela fight but that's for later. Anyway, yeah Harry's not a big fan of Odin, if it's not obvious why then don't worry because I will explain more in the next chapter. As for Odin, I think the Odin in the Dark World just felt much more different than the one in the first film. Because he was an ass in the dark world, and unfortunately for him this is when Harry meets him.
Also Odin is meeting the master of death, let's see how he reacts to that.
Thanks for reading, hope you enjoyed the chapter, enjoy the omakes and feel free to leave a review.
Omake 1:
"Um...why is Harry upset?" Steve asked while Harry was punching a punching bag that had a mask drawn on it.
"He went to a 'Grim' costume contest and lost." Natasha explained.
"Who beat him?"
"Some guy called Deadpool." Tony answered just before Nick Fury choked on his tea.
Omake 2:
"I'm recruiting this guy called Spiderman." Tony said. "He's super strong and sticky and shoots webs."
"From where?" Harry asks.
"I need to make a suit for him." Tony says to himself, ignoring Harry and walking off.
"Tony! From where?!"
Omake 3:
"Alright now just decide on your password." Harry says as he helps Bucky out with a computer.
"There," Bucky said after picking a password. "my password is now 'incorrect'."
"Why?" Harry raises an eyebrow.
"So if I forget my password then it will tell me." Bucky smiled. Harry just sits there, staring at Bucky with a stunned look, unable to speak since he was speechless due to all of his words being sucked out of his head by the sheer magnetism of Bucky's genius.
Omake 4:
"Okay, so what's happening?" Harry frowned.
"Well Loki's a good guy now," Thor explained. "so we're no longer enemies and nobody needs to attack him."
"I'm sorry, no, you can't just erase everything he's done because someone suddenly say's he is good." Steve objects.
Bucky, without hesitation, face palms hard with his metal hand just as Tony shrugs and aims an arm cannon at him.
