"Remy we don't have to do this," Remus whispered between kisses.

"I need you to fuck me," Remy growled and starting sucking on Remus' ear.

Remus was trying to control himself, but it was hard. He knew ditching class to shag wasn't going to help anything, but he couldn't help himself when she was like this.

She had taken him in her hands and was quickly down in her knees sucking him off. Remus moaned, but tried to keep himself together. He pulled her up and bent her over the desk in the unused classroom.

"Please Remus, I need it."

Remus took her hard. Her pulled on her hair and bite her neck. Remy was nearly screaming as she came, which mad it so much harder for Remus not to loss it. Once he finally found his release he was panting. He was softly kissing the back of her neck trying to catch his breath.

"Wow," the whisper shocked them both.

Remus bolted upright and started to try and get his pants back on.

"I'm really, so very, I uh, I heard some noise and thought I'd check things out. I didn't even know you could do it like that. God I'm so sorry guys," Lily stammered trying and failing to open the classroom door.

"Yeah, I guess I see that," Remus was blushing furiously and trying hard to make himself look decent.

"I will just be, bloody god damn door," Lily nearly fell over trying to force the door open.

Remus flicked his wand at the door and Lily nearly ran full speed out of the room.

Remus looked over to Remy who was now sitting on the edge of the desk and shrugged. Remy starring laughed and nearly fell off the desk. Remus was also howling with laughter and the two ended up having to lay on the floor to calm down. Neither could remember laughing that hard in such a long time.

"How much do you think she saw?" Remus asked.

"From the way she was looking at you it seemed like all of it. I think you're going to give Lily something to dream about late at night."

"I guess we are really good at that," Remus said with a smirk.

Remy kisses him and they got up and straightened up. Remus looked so smug as he walked arm and arm with her down the corridor. They could still make the last half of herbology, but Remus knew they'd looks suspicious now.

He didn't want to leave this moment. The castle had been plagued with deaths since the start of term and he was happy to find a moment of peace. They both needed this more and more and were sneaking off at all hours of the day. Remus knew Lily catching them would be trouble, but he didn't want to think about it. All he wanted was to stay hidden away and hold Remy against him.

"Fancy some lunch?"

"Yes, I'm starving," Remus said with a smirk.

"You have to stop looking like that. You're face screams I just had a great fuck."

"Well, I did."

"You're impossible."

"Impossibly good or did someone else get you off twice just now?"

"Three times actually," Remy said with a slight blush. That smug smile of Remus' always made her face hot. Something about seeing him like that drove her wild.

"Mr. Lupin, the headmaster has been looking for you," Professor McGonagall called catching them outside the great hall.

"What happened?"

"I'm sorry Mr. Lupin, but I think it's best we don't do this here."

Remus was shaking and Remy gripped his hand tighter. McGonagall didn't say anything about her presence as she lead them to the headmasters office. Remy has never been hear before, but Remus seemed to know the way well. Once they had climbed the stairs Remus began to pace behind the chairs while they waited.

"It's my mum isn't it?" Remus asked quietly once Dumbledore appeared.

"Mr Lupin, I'm so sorry to inform you, but you parents have been attacked. Your father didn't surgery and your mother is gravely injured. You my use my fireplace to get to St. Mungo's."

Remus didn't say anything he just crossed quickly to the fireplace. Remy was at his side and he was holding on her hand for dear life. When they arrived at the hospital a kind order witch showed them to a waiting area.

"She has to be okay."

"I know Remus, I'm so sorry. I know how much she means to you."

"It's just not fair. She's not even a witch. She just took all this shit in and worked so hard to let me try and be normal and now they attack her," Remus' voice broke on the last section and he was holding back tears.

Remy wrapper herself around him. If she could take it away she could. Remus had been given such a terrible fate already, it wasn't fair that he should loose both his parents.

The pair stay huddled together for hours. No one could give them any real updates and there were so many people coming and going. Finally an exhausted looking witch came up and lead them back to see Teresa. She looked so small and pale and could barely open her eyes.

"Mum, I'm so sorry."

"Remus darling, don't be upset. Sometimes life doesn't go the way you planned, but you'll be alright. The witches say I may not get through this. I will flight dear, but I don't want you to let this ruin everything for you."

"Mum don't talk like that."

"Remus you know better than most there is no point in creating false hope. I need you to stay strong. You have so much to live for," Teresa gazed moved to Remy and she smiled at their interlocked hands.

"But I need you Mum."

"I know love, I just," Teresa trailed off and her eyes drifted shut. There were suddenly witches surrounding them and they were pushed out of the room.

Remus was yelling trying to get someone to help, but no one was reacting to them. Remy tried to settle him, but he was a wreck. When the witches began to leave the room they both knew the worst had come.

Remus didn't cry. He walked back into the room slowly and took his mother's hand for the last time. "Goodbye Mum, I love you."

Remy had tears running down her cheeks as she came to hold him. Remus offered her soft comfort and she was struck again by how good he was. His mother had died and he was worried about her.

They took the floo network back to Remus' family home. He didn't know where else to go. Remy set cleaning charms quickly in place and Remus just stared at the wall. He didn't really know what he was supposed to do now.

"Should we tell someone?"

"We can Remus, it's really up to you."

Remus didn't say anything and went back to staring at the wall. Once the clean up was done Remy set to making some tea. The silence was broken by activity at the fireplace. Suddenly the Gryffindor 7th years were falling over each other trying to squeeze out of the fire place. Remy has rushed to Remus' side until she realized who it was.

"Remus, I'm so sorry," Lily said rushing over to him and pulling him into a force hug.

Remus didn't really react to any of the girls, but when Sirius pulled him in he started to cry.

"Yeah mate, this is shit. Nothing going to make it better, but we're here."

James lead everyone else outside to try and give Remus some space. He handed Remy a cigarette and she smoked it quickly. He had his arm around her and the two had stepped away from the group.

"How's he doing?"

"I don't know. We got to his mom before she died. They talked for a minute, it was so fast. He didn't go see his dads body. He's not really talking. I hadn't seen him cry until just now."

"Merlin, poor fucking bloke. He can't ever catch a break."

"And his parents were so lovely. Why would anyone hurt such nice people. They had never done anything wrong."

"I know Mooney will blame himself. He always felt like a burden to them."

"But then really loved him. Like your parents love you."

"You know my mum loves you and Pads both like you were her own. Maybe more sometimes."

That got Remy to let out a half hearted laugh. Remus had such wonderful parents that really loved him and each-other. She had no idea how hard it had to be to loose something like that.

James set to work getting a bonfire set up and moving chairs around it. Remy knee he just needed something to keep busy. Peter was trying to talk things over with the girls and Remy just kept chain-smoking.

When Remus finally emerged from the house with Sirius Remy had the shakes from too many smokes. Remus nearly knocked her over when he came up and pulled her in for a kiss. Remy was shocked but was happy to kiss him back. Marlene let out a whistle the broke the pair apart.

"You okay?"

"No, but I feel a little more present now."

The pair joined e group around the fire and Remus pulled Remy onto his lap. He had his arms tight around her and she relax into him. Everyone was a little taken by surprise as the pair was rarely publicly affectionate, but no one was going to say anything about it tonight.

Sirius tried hard to keep the pain of his face and Remy tried hard not to notice.
