The Maui Infiltration

On a Naval Aircraft Carrier just outside of Maui Island, Hawaii, USA on the Maui Channel…

Thanks to the prompt aid of Julia's newest employer (Violet Systems) and the United Nations, Julia's group safely made it to Captain Lawrence Van Denim's naval ship. They landed at the top level of the naval's ship only helipad. Everybody except Rodeo and Condor where all inside the chopper. Rodeo and his unit would parachute from another plane once the mission was underway. Condor was on his way with Jane and he would drop the former JACK engineer at the naval ship right after Julia's team gets dropped off. From here the captain of the ship, met with Julia and her friends right from underneath the helipad.

Captain Van Denim: "Welcome to my ship, are you Julia?"

Julia: "Yes!"

Captain Van Denim: "Good. Again welcome aboard the Hawk's Nest. I am Captain Van Denim. I'd take it you now Condor right?"

Julia: "Yeah we do! Again sir, I really appreciate this chance to make a difference."

Captain Van Denim: "It's no problem. Condor helped my guys out in more ways than one. Let's go to the control room and discuss the mission at hand in more detail. Follow me."

Inside the room…

Captain Van Denim (Displaying the Virtual Map.): "So what we have here is the G Corp Armory of Maui. Lucky for us, their naval fleet is very small, but they do have a missile launch area that is quite extensive. They could overwhelm our guys with their tracking devices. So of course, we do not want any sort of casualties. Now how fast can your guys enter their control tower before they begin setting up their main missile defense systems?"

Julia: "First we will need to detonate this cliff just above the missile yard so that way it can cause a distraction allowing me, Forest, and Tiger to infiltrate the base as we make our way into the control tower. At the same time, Rodeo's unit will make a pincer attack at the Southeast side of the harbor. Hopefully the workers there will not put up a fight."

Captain Van Denim: "Wait? You guys have bombs?"

Forest: "Not bombs, but C4. I'm good with it honest!"

Captain Van Denim: "You better be, if those missiles get launched, it will spell trouble for my pilots. Of course, my guys will shoot around the base first. The less casualties the better."

Julia: "Good. Let me make sure Rodeo is in position and see how soon Condor can make it to the ship."

Sometime later…

Condor and Jane arrived at the ship helipad. They were once again greeted by the Captain, along with Julia and friends. Jane would be working closely with Captain Van Denim and assist him and his fellow soldiers at their command room. Once again, Jane would dispatch the units and make sure they were heading in their proper places. Rodeo's unit also arrived on the island awaiting for the command to make the siege at the Armory's harbor. Condor will leave on his hovercraft and proceed to aid the handful of pilots that will bomb around the base. Julia and her guys were ready to sneak onto the island and make their way towards the cliff overlooking the missile launch area. They went by speedboat along the jungle beach. Once Julia's group was in shore they could view the terrain going uphill. It would be a little difficult, but Julia would help guide Forrest and Tiger to the best of her ability.

Julia: "We are almost there guys! How are you feeling?"

Tiger: "I'm hanging!" (Deeps breaths.)

Forest: "Doing the best I can! Even with this C4 behind my back!" (Breathing heavy.)

Julia: "Let's slow down a bit then, but be careful not to slip!"

After another 15 minutes of hiking uphill, the group finally made it near the cliffside of the Base. Sure enough, Julia and company could see the missile pad launch area. It was a lot bigger viewing the site in person. Julia hoped that the C4 would be enough to cover most of the missiles. It was only one way to find out.

Julia: "Alright! This is it. Forest place it right here were I'm standing."

Forest: "Here goes nothing." (Installs the C4.) "It's all set!"

Julia: "Okay. Now let's find somewhere to descend and I will call Rodeo and then Condor to get the operation underway. Follow me."

Now in position…

Julia: "Rodeo, come in!"

Rodeo: "Loud and Clear Julia. You guys ready! I know we are."

Julia: "Yes. The C4 is set. Commence countdown for 2 minutes. I will notify Condor now."

Rodeo: "Roger that. Good luck."

Julia: "You too." (Calls Condor.) "Condor you read me?"

Condor: "I read you over."

Julia: "We are in position to detonate."

Condor: "Copy that. I will start the aerial assault with the Hawk pilots. Condor out."

Julia hangs up…

Julia: "Forest you have that button ready?"

Forest: "I do."

Julia: "Alright, may the spirits keep us safe. Push it now."

Forest: "Here we go!"

Forest pushes the remote switch button…

BOOM…

The C4 ignited and shattered the rock side of the cliff. The heavy rocks and dirt fell over most of the launch pads of the missiles except for six of them. So there was a small chance for the people inside the control tower to use their firepower against the intruders attacking the armory base. However, because of Rodeo's assault at the southern end of the harbor and Condor's aerial missile assault from the north side, the Armory Base got completely caught off guard by these attacks. This provided the opportunity for Julia, Tiger, and Forest to sneak into the control tower. They waited until some of the workers were escaping the building before going in. Knowing that some of them were defending the tower, Julia had her pistol in hand. Tiger and Forest carefully followed her upstairs. Once they made it to the control tower room, the director overseeing the property was shaken by this tremendous turn of events. Julia warned him and the few other workers who stayed behind to surrender.

Julia: "Don't move! I need you all to stop what you are doing and surrender!"

Armory Director: "Just who are you people? You won't get away with this!"

Julia: "I won't answer that! Just do what I tell you to and you will not get hurt! Now make the announcement to withdrawal the remaining workers at your base!"

Armory Director: "Tch." (Looks outside to see troops apprehending the workers and large patches of smoke because of the planes shooting at the warehouses.) "Damn!"

The Director pulls out his gun from the side, but…

Julia shoots and the bullet goes through the wrist of the director…!

Armory Director: "Gaaaah!"

Julia: "Forgive me!" (Looks at a woman who was shrieking at the sight.) "You! Just make the call to withdrawal your people! Please!"

Woman: "Okay! Okay! Don't hurt me! I'll do it!"

The woman spoke on the microphone as she composed herself. Another worker tried to sneak attack Julia and company but Tiger knocked the guy out with a patented cartwheel style kick. When the other people saw that move, they dared not to pull that idea. The woman finally finished the announcement. Then Julia surprised everyone as she took some cloth out of her pouch and wrapped it around the hand of the director who was shot by her. So the director got his composure back by ordering the rest of the people in the control tower to exit out. Julia, Tiger, and Forest did the same. It looked as though things were in the clear. However, Julia got a buzz from Rodeo.

Julia: "Julia here."

Rodeo: "Julia. I dunno where you guys are, but we got some JACKS coming our way attacking us. I can't fight them all even with my guys. They have Tungsten Armor too!"

Julia: "Okay! We are coming!"

Tiger: "What's going on?"

Julia: "And here I thought this would go smoothly. Rodeo needs our help. Let's go to the harbor."

At the harbor, someone unlocked and release an army full of JACK 6s enhanced with Tungsten armor. This made the androids hard to shoot down unless one had bigger firepower or go up close to them by knocking out the head unit with pure force. Rodeo himself discovered this weakness as he uppercut a unit all by himself but he was almost a goner when a JACK 6 tried to laser beam him before being saved by his men who were close by covering his rush. Some JACKs were taken down by gunfire but there were still at least 15 of them remaining.

Rodeo: "Don't let up guys! Aim for the head! It's their weak point!"

Rodeo's men were shooting a lot of bullets at the majority of the JACKS, but some of them were quickly running out of firepower. When one group tried to reload their clips, a running JACK6 hammered them with a spinning backfist sending the threesome flying into a crate full of coal!

Rodeo: "Guys! Huh?"

Another JACK came from behind Rodeo and almost got him with an overhead double hammer fist, but Forest Law came out of nowhere and kicked the android's head right off with a flying sidekick. Safe to say, Rodeo was relieved that he didn't become a pancake just then.

Forest Law: "Hhhhhwwwwaaaaaaahhhhh!" (In the zone.)

Rodeo: "Holy sh*t! That was pretty awesome!"

Forest Law: "Oh hey! Are you ok dude?"

Rodeo: "Yeah but we still got work to do!"

In another part of the Harbor…

Tiger: "Wwwwwwoooooo!"

Tiger used his tricky dancing to have two JACK6s damage each other with devastating blows while trying to attack him. Then another JACK approached Tiger from behind, but that did not work. Tiger did a back flip over the JACKs head and used his legs to propel the android over and crush its head on the pavement hard!

Tiger: "Groovy baby!"

Julia: "Yyyyyaaaaa!"

Julia booted a JACK6 into the water, and because of the heavy Tungsten armor, the android would not be able to float or swim. Then another JACK6 started attacking Julia with heavy swings as she dodged them all. Now backed into a corner, Julia had to think of something before this JACK could squash her. Suddenly, she remembered a risky but effective move taught to her by Armor King.

Julia: "Here it goes!"

As the JACK6 prepared to catch her, Julia turned around and started running up the crate for a takeoff. After running 6 steps sideways, Julia jumped and did a somersault catching the head of this JACK6. It was here to where Julia performed the Lucha Libre toss called Déjà vu. Only this time, Julia took the head of the JACK6 and smashed it using her body weight plus the force of gravity onto the ground! Julia rolls out of the way from the debris and managed to catch her breath. Tiger saw what happened and cheered for her.

Tiger: "Yyyyeeeaaahhh! Atta baby girl!"

Julia (Rubbing her head in embarrassment): "Tiger."

The remaining JACK6s were all shot down by Rodeo's squadron since Julia and company took out the other JACKs all on their own. The base was now clear of any people who may have retaliated because of the group's infiltration. Van Demin's people from the carrier ship later docked at the harbor and made sure to apprehend the majority of the Armory workers who were captured. Later, Condor and the Hawk Nest pilots all returned safely back on the aircraft carrier. The mission turned out to be a great success, with no casualties from the military side of things. Everyone regrouped back in the command room of the aircraft carrier for a brief review on the battle's conclusion.

Captain Van Demin: "Excellent work! All of you! We managed to take the base even without the Armory firing their defense missiles. I just wish all of our missions could go this smoothly."

Julia: "I don't think this would have been possible without the help of your pilots and Condor guiding them Captain."

Condor (adding on.): "I think your team should get the most praise. After all, your C4 detonation of the cliff manage to cover almost all of the launch pads. Not to mention you took out some of the JACK 6 models with ease."

Julia: "Wow. Thank you Condor."

Rodeo: "Well that's two bases taken care of. So what's next?"

Julia (Sighs.): "To be honest…I haven't been able to scout any future bases after this. I was so preoccupied with taking this one over because of its importance to G Corp. Oh yeah! Condor, did you find out anything about those special androids the Zaibatsu was creating?"

Condor: "Actually I did. There is another model out there, but I found out that it was released shortly after Kazumi Mishima destroyed the base in Myanmar about a month ago. We could investigate there and track it down."

Julia: "Okay. Why don't we do that then? Any objections guys?"

Tiger, Forest, and Rodeo shook their heads no…

Suddenly a Hawk Nest pilot enters the command room with urgent news…

Pilot: "Captain! I have news!"

Captain: "Well?"

Pilot: "The King of Iron Fist Tournament has been cancelled!"

Everyone is in disbelief…

Tiger: "Say what the wha? Cancelled?"

Forest: "No! Dad!"

Rodeo: "But how?"

Julia: "Spirits. What is going on?"

Captain: "Anything else private?"

Pilot: "Yes. There will be a decisive match between Heihachi and Kazuya Mishima. It is set to start next week on Ito island just outside of Japan. That is all I have captain."

Captain Van Denim: "Thank you for the information. You are dismissed." (Salute.)

Pilot: "Sir!" (Salutes and then walks.)

Rodeo: "Well now what? Depending on who wins that fight between the Mishimas. We may not have to risk our necks looking for another killing machine."

Julia: "That match is just 1 week from now. I mean if we hurry we can still stop it from harming anymore innocent people. And then we can wait until who wins that fights in order to make our next decision."

Forest: "Julia. I should try and get a hold of dad, like right now. I mean sure he's pissed about this news."

Captain Van Denim: "You need to make a phone call?"

Forest: "I would much apprieciate it sir!"

Captain Van Denim: "The call room is under this floor, the first door to your left."

Forest: "Thank you sir!" (Forest leaves out.)

As Julia saw Forest leave out of the room, she could only wonder about what this sudden turn of events truly meant. Did her mother find out about this as well? What would happen with the Zaibatsu or G Corporation after this match's conclusion? How would her boss, Lee Chaolan react to this? Only time will tell. For now, Julia and her group would celebrate the latest success of their assault mission. Even if the joy was a brief one.
