Lucas then passed it down to his son. His bedroom was full of personality. He had a strong interest in reading, travel, and cooking/baking. Basketball. Thanks to his Lydia James.. The were at least three bookshelves in his room. One close by the front door near the bed. The other two were by the window seat. Across the room. The colors on the walls were grey, white, and blue.

Jamie and Madison walked along the bridge. Holding hands.
Once they got to close enough. The couple sat down beside each other.
"It was right here. Where we kissed for the first time. I'll never forget it." Jamie said.
Madison smiled up. "I remember. It was on a dare. We were 12. It was an hour before we had to go home. That was when we saw each other differently for the first time. Look at us now. Things are changing so much. So fast. But we won't." She said.
"In a few days it'll be the day she died and then in a matter of hours. It'll be done and everyone will move on like nothing happened." Jamie said. Focusing his gaze forward.
The expression on Madison's face softened.
"She's been there in spirit all along. With you. I believe that." Madison said. Wanting to comfort the boy she loved. She never felt as if what she said was enough. It was a loss she couldn't fathom. Her parents were her whole world. In the span of a few years. He lost both parents in one way or another.
"It isn't enough. But that isn't you're problem are supposed to be having fun. Let's go swimming or to Tric to hear some music" Jamie said. Looking back at her.

Sometime Later
Lucas bawled up his fist and knocked on the front door of the Scott mansion. He had planned to stop by ever since he heard Nathan had returned. He was left overthinking the decision for days wondering if it was a mistake.
When Deb Scott opened the door Lucas looked back at her. Clearly able to see something was off with the woman.
"I came here to see." Lucas began to say.
"Nathan's upstairs in the room the first door to you're left." Deb said. Lowering her gaze before she rushed passed him.
Lucas entered the house closing the door behind him. He went up the large winding staircase and started walking through the hallway.
He paused when he reached Nathan's bedroom door.
Lucas took a breath put his hand on the knob and pushed the door open he walked inside and went further into the room.
A team of doctors and nurses quickly exited the bedroom without saying anything to Lucas.
Lucas stood at the end of the large bed and stared up at Nathan.
"Why are you back.? You owe me the truth Nathan. After all that's happened. Just be honest." Lucas asked.
Nathan stared up at him. "I told you once the darkness doesn't have any answers. I've been running from myself and the stupid choices. The mistakes. For so long now. Of course it took something like this to stop me."
"Given my harmful choices between the drugs and alcohol for these number of years. Attempting to numb the pain and ease the guilt. Or feel something at all. Took a toll on my heart that requires me to need a transplant. But i've been rejected given my history. Which means once my heart gives out. There is nothing more to be done." Nathan revealed.
