Aizawa could only stare on as his student charged full force into the fray. She was pushing herself too hard. Even now her body was about to collapse in on itself.
She wouldn't be able to handle much more of this.
If they'd had the support they'd needed, then he would've seen her out of the USJ safely himself. As it stood, they were the only two capable of defending the other students from the villains' onslaught.
His lips pressed into a thin line.
He had to stop her from overexerting herself.
Aizawa gripped at the cloth wrapped around his neck. First he'd subdue Nomu. After that he'd escort her back to the front. That was his only mission at this point.
He would make sure all of his students came out of this alive.
Kagome included.
His eyes flared to life as he charged in after her.
Just a little longer then help would arrive.
He would just have to keep them safe until then.
