Sorry for the delay in posting. It's been rather busy at work and home.
Normal disclaimers apply.
After Jasper and I showered together, we were making out on the couch when Emmett burst through the front door. They were back early. We weren't expecting them home until later this afternoon.
"Break it up you love birds!" He said loudly.
I flipped him off and got up to help Esme in with her bags. "Hey mom." I bent down and kissed her cheek. "Let me grab those for you. Did you have a good evening?" I asked, taking her case from her.
"Hello my darling. Yes, thank you sweetheart." She cupped my cheek. "You look less troubled. I take it you and Jasper worked things out?"
"Yeah." I smiled. "I'm scared of him leaving me again, but I think we'll be alright for now."
"Things will work out, my boy. I have faith in you." She let me go and I followed her into the house.
Emmett and Rosalie were having a loud discussion, but stopped when I walked past. "It's good to see you again, Edward." Rose smiled. She had changed so much in the past four years. Taller, more filled out. Complete bombshell.
"You too Rose. Glad to see you're well." I looked around and noticed that Jasper was nowhere to be seen and neither was Carlisle. Esme went straight into the kitchen and poured herself a coffee. I joined her at the table. "I got some great pictures yesterday and I would appreciate your input over which one I should use for my class entry. If you don't mind that is?"
"Of course, dear. I can't wait to see what you captured." She smiled warmly, patting my hand. I left her at the table and went to get my camera and laptop. I never did get the chance to upload the images last night. Jasper wasn't in our room either. A twinge of panic lanced across my chest, but I pushed it away. He wouldn't leave again. He promised me just this morning.
I grabbed my stuff and met Emmett coming out of his room. "Hey, you didn't happen to see where Jasper went, did you?"
"He's in with dad." He shrugged, as I breathed a sigh of relief. "You thought he had left again, didn't you?"
"Not really. It had crossed my mind, but he promised he wouldn't do that to me again."
"He's changed, you know. He seems calmer. More patient. Like waiting for you mellowed him some how. Rosie said she's never seen him like this before. When they left back then, she said that Jasper just went through the motions, but there was no life behind his eyes. No passion. He was like a robot on auto pilot. That all changed when you started your brief modelling stint. The life started coming back. He counted down the days until you came back home."
We reached the bottom of the stairs and I clapped him on the back. "Thanks bro."
"No worries. Workout later?"
"Most definitely. I'm gonna bench press you under the table!"
"You wish!" He scoffed.
"It's been known to happen." I called after his retreating form.
I set my laptop up on the dining table and plugged in my camera ready to upload the images. Jasper and Carlisle emerged from his office just as I was about to go and get Esme to go through the photos with me. "Everything okay?" I asked as they walked past.
"Yeah. Everything's great." Jasper smiled, coming to sit at the table next to me and Carlisle squeezed my shoulder as he carried on to the kitchen. "What are you doing?"
"Just uploading the photos I took yesterday. Mom's going to help me pick one for my class."
"Err, maybe don't let her see all of them." He said, reddening in the cheeks.
"Why?" I queried, but I didn't need his answer. I saw why not two seconds later. Three different pictures of me asleep in bed appeared on the screen. "What? When did these get taken?"
"This morning. I'm sorry. I couldn't resist."
"What is it with you and taking pictures of me asleep? I chuckled, letting him know I wasn't mad.
"You always look so peaceful when you're sleeping. I just have to capture it."
"Maybe you should be the one taking the photography course." I joked.
"Nah. I only have one subject I love to photograph." He snatched up my camera and started snapping pictures of me.
I watched as each one loaded up to my laptop. "You're so cheesy." I teased, taking the camera away and setting it back down.
"Only for you." He leaned in for a kiss and rest his forehead against mine.
We both look round when we heard the unmistakeable sound of my camera going off.
"Mom!"
"I'm sorry. I couldn't resist." She set the device back down. Jasper and I watched as the image appeared on the screen. "I want a copy of that one for my photo albums."

"What were you and Carlisle talking about earlier?" Jasper and I were lounging on the couch together watching an old film. Esme was sorting laundry and Carlisle was catching up on some work for the hospital, while Em and Rose had gone to collect Alice from the Swan house.
He remained quiet for a moment. I knew he wasn't asleep because he had been laughing just before I asked him.
He sighed deeply before answering. "Your dad asked me to let him know if our relationship went anywhere beyond just talking this weekend." My hand stilled in his hair. He turned and looked up at me. "Don't be mad at him. Your dad's just looking out for you. I didn't give him all the details, just that you asked me to move into your room. He did hint on our intimate relationship, but I neither denied or confirmed anything. That's private between us and doesn't concern anyone else."
"Okay." I knew Carlisle would be concerned, but I wish he would ask me about it instead of going behind my back and asking other people.
"Why didn't you tell me you had your birth mothers ashes arrive that day?"
"It didn't matter, and who told you anyway?"
"What?! Of course it mattered."
"No, it didn't. It was just another thing to add to the list of shitty moments from that year of my life."
"And I added to it." He said, looking down.
I didn't say anything. We both had a horrible time trying to cope with our separation. It wasn't his fault. I knew that now. After his grandfather died, his grandmother went crazy, forcing his mom to stay and look after her. She didn't want to break up her family and so kept them there in Texas.
We had a lengthy discussion last night after he came to me in the music room. We told each other everything, -well almost everything- before falling asleep wrapped up together.
He had cut all contact because he wanted to give me the chance to move on, even if he couldn't.
"We're together now. That's all that matters."

"So..I was thinking-" Emmett started.
"Ooh, that's dangerous." I smirked, cutting him off.
"Ha ha." He deadpanned. "What I want to know is, will you be my best man?"
I put down the weights I was lifting and sat up. "You serious?"
"Of course. I want my brother beside me on my wedding day."
"I- I don't know what to say."
"Yes, hopefully."
"Yes! Of course I will. What do I have to do?" I stood and pulled him into a hug.
"Well shit man, I don't know. I've never been married before."
"You better figure it out Em. You get married in three weeks."
"Hey ladies, quit your chit chat and get back to working out. I wanna see those muscles bulge!" Jasper hollered from where he was perched on the hood of his black 1969 Mustang.
"You know you could come and join us." I called back.
"And miss out on the view? No thanks."
"You could do with building up your stamina."
"I didn't hear any complaints this morning."
"That's because I was too busy doing all the heavy lifting."
"Are you two talking about what I think you're talking about?" Emmett asked.
"I don't know. What is it you think we're talking about?" I replied, raising a brow at him.
"Hot damn! Less than twenty four hours back together and you're already sleeping together!"
"Well when you've been in love with someone for four years, what's the point in waiting?"
"I second that!" Jasper said, raising his cup of coffee before going back to his blatant ogling.
I shook my head at him and went back to the weight bench, while Emmett spotted me.
"How's the PT course coming along?" I asked him as we were cooling down our workout.
"Great actually. I've got the all the trainer stuff down and I elected to take a medical class, so I can know what to do if someone injures themselves, or are recovering from an illness such as cancer."
"That's great! I'm proud of you brother." I clapped him on the shoulder.
"It's thanks to you, Ed. If you hadn't have come to us as this scrawny ass teen, I could be the assistant football coach at Forks High and not have a career goal. But look at you now. Six foot four man of steel. What a transformation. My professors couldn't believe it either. I think Mrs Morris even developed a crush."
I wrinkled my nose at the thought of an old married woman lusting after me.
"I really appreciate you letting me use you as a test subject."
"It's quite alright. I've never felt better." I rolled my shoulders and flexed, hearing a strained groan sound across the garage from behind us. I shook my head with a grin while Emmett started chuckling.
"I think that's it for today, bro. Go and put your man out of his misery." He tossed a towel at me and put away his weights.
I wiped off my face and hung the towel around my neck, sauntering over to where Jasper was still lounging on the hood of his car. He grabbed the ends of the towel and tugged me down for a kiss.
"You know, if you can't behave I might just have to ban you from watching me workout." I said, pulling back.
"But then where's the fun in that?"
"You're incorrigible. I'm going for a shower. Try and behave while I'm gone."

I wasn't under the spray long when I felt his arms wrap around me.
"Pass the soap." He said, peppering kisses to my shoulder.
I handed over the wash cloth with a bottle of shower gel and he carefully scrubbed me down from my shoulders to my ankles. "Turn around." I did as he asked and he repeated the motions he did before, cleaning me from shoulders to ankles.
I took the cloth away from him and returned the sentiment, lathering him up and then pulling him under the warm water to rinse off.
When we were both suds free, Jasper dropped to his knees and took me in his mouth. My head fell back against the tiled wall and I bit my lip to keep from groaning out loud. His hands travelled up my thighs and to my hips before going around to my ass where he kneaded the flesh with his finger tips.
My hands threaded into his damp hair and massaged his scalp while he continued to lick and suck up and down my length.
He teased my asshole with a finger making me tense up, but relax again when he went back to grabbing the cheeks. He did this a couple more times before I cottoned on to what he was trying to do. When he did it again, I tried to relax into his touch. It wasn't easy, but I got there in the end.
He gave my ass a little swat, making me jump and jerk forward, pushing myself further down his throat.
"Damn Jazz! Warn me next time. I don't wanna choke you." I ran my fingers down the side of his face, making him ease off my cock a bit. "I prefer you alive."
He gave me an apologetic look, but never removed me from his mouth. He groaned instead, the vibrations going straight to my groin.
I closed my eyes and breathed through the wave of pleasure. "Keep that up and it'll be over before we've even gotten started." I panted.
He did it again, only this time while he was moaning he inserted his middle finger into my ass and curled it forward. I saw stars and my knees almost buckled beneath me as I came harder than I had ever done before. I let out a strangled cry and clung onto the towel rail for dear life, as he continued to massage that same spot.
We both froze when there was a knock on my bathroom door.
"Edward? We heard a yell. Is everything alright?" Carlisle's voice sounded through the wood.
I removed myself from Jaspers mouth and grabbed my towel. I wrapped it around me and Jasper hid behind the door as I stepped out. "Hey dad. Everything's fine. I just spilled some conditioner on the floor and slipped while trying to clear it up. Luckily the towel rail saved me. Sorry for causing alarm." The lie rolled straight off my tongue.
"Yes, well as long as you're not hurt."
"No. I'm fine. All cleared up." I was slowly edging him towards my bedroom door.
"Jasper does realise there are spare towels under the sink right?" He murmured, giving me a wink.
BUSTED!
My face flamed as I rubbed the back of my neck. "Uhh, yeah."
"Just as long as you're careful, I don't need to know." He left my room and I closed the door, engaging the lock just as Jasper emerged from the bathroom looking sheepish.
I prowled towards him, like a predator hunting its prey and tackled him to the bed.
"You're going to pay for that. Now it's my turn to play."
I just love these two.
Next up will be Emmett and Rosalie's wedding.
Let me know what you think.
