Well...turns out we got it done waaaaaaay sooner that I thought. Oh well! Enjoy the story!šŸ˜‚

"I'm closing in." Ara said as she traveled at her usual high speed.

She glides through the air effortlessly. Her expression is one of pure concentration. There is only one thing on her mind and that is the plane that is getting terrifyingly close to the ground. Ara growls at her current speed. She briefly glows with blue energy as she forces herself to go even faster. She reangles herself in the air. She has to match the plan's descent near-perfectly if she wants to pull this off and leave in one piece.

Ara had taken a certain liking to the color blue since her mother had come into her life. She wore a navy blue shirt with gold snowflake decorations about it. Her black ruffled skirt had a spattering of golden glitter on it. She wore her usual black boots with golden outsoles with her matching black cape with golden trim and her noticeable golden lightning bolt earrings dangling on her ears. Finally her white tights with golden glitter. Her tights had a thunderbolt shape cut out of it that traveled up to her upper thigh.

Chester's voice comes in through her earpiece. "Meet the plane right at the tip! If you don't, there is no way we can stop this crash! You've only got one shot!"

Ara smirks at that. "Ah, don't worry. I've got this." She said before she finally made herself in line with the plane.

Now she was in front of the plane. She smirked as the sun reflected off of her sapphire eyes. She had some time. Ara used this as an opportunity to charge and go over the plan. Her body glowed as she eyed the oncoming plane.

The current condition of the plane was not promising. Most of the plane was intact. However, the right engine was totaled, the side of the plane had a huge gaping hole in it, and the pilots have completely lost control of the aviation.

Ara stared the plane down for a few more seconds. A deep frown grew on her face along with a look of pure determination. That's when she fired off her stored energy. The electricity she sent off was blue, purple, and white. It flew towards the plane in the form of a beam and engulfed the smoking plane completely. The passengers screamed as the beam caused the plane to slow down suddenly, causing some of them to fly out of their seats due to the change in momentum.

This is a skill Ara had improved over time; her use of electromagnetism. She used the magnetic parts of the plane to put a hold on it, but the weight and the speed of the plane was putting crushing weight on the young woman. Ara glowed a furious shade of light purple as she hissed at the feeling of her energy rapidly depleting.

"Guys...hurry!" She said with a grunt as she tried to keep herself airborne and keep the plane in the air. "Aghhh..." Sweat started to form on her brow as electric crackling sounds echoed through the air.

That's when something flew past her at an equally high speed. It left a golden trail as it flew by.

Ara sighed in relief at that. "Hazel! Great timing, sis!" She chuckled as she watched her sister fly up to the plane.

Hazel glanced at her and smiled as she climbed higher into the air. She wore a Balmain white t-shirt with a pair of pants that are a mixture of faded green and yellow. The knees were white and the shins were black. She wore diamond stud earrings, her usual seven bangles on each arm with two decorative bracelets, and a small pair of hoop earrings as well. She wore dark grey open toe, five-inch high heels.

Chester Cat, son of Cheshire Cat, calmly rode on the girl's back. His whiskers blew in the wind as he enjoyed the cruise.

Hazel spoke into her mouthpiece. "Yeah, I know. Stay focused, oh great hero of Auradon." She said in a teasing voice as she landed on top of the plane. Then she turned to the cat that was now on her shoulder. "I'll meet you in the cockpit." She said with a nod.

Chester gave her a mock salute. Before promptly disappearing in a paranormal blue mist.

After that, Hazel released a breath and dove off the side of the plane right where the gaping hole was. She quickly grasped and latched onto the top of the hole and used the momentum to twist and flip over the passengers and right onto the plane aisle. She shook off her dizziness before looking around at all of the frightened people.

Once the people recognized who she was, they began to applaud, cheer, and even relax just the slightest.

Hazel smiled and stood taller. "Stay calm, everyone. We will be landing shortly." She showed her palms to help calm down the crowd. "Trip, Geo, it's time to go. Ara, follow Trip and Geo." She commanded before rushing to the source of the fire.

Triple G, who was currently reclined in his car; and SSC Tuatara 2019. He immediately sat up and blinked. "Wait, it's go time?" He sloppily adjusted his seat.

George sat up with a tilt of his head.

Hazel's voice came out of the speakers. "Yeah! Hurry! GO! NOW!"

The boys scrambled as they turned on the ignition and began to pull off.

Triple G chuckled at that. "Oh boy! We finally get to see how fast this thing can go without getting pulled over!" He said eagerly with a high amount of energy. "Time to put everything we've learned from Fast and the Furious to good use, eh George?"

George nodded at that. He adjusted his purple hoodie and looked toward the navigation system with determination. As Triple G began to speed down the road, narrowly avoiding cars, George quickly typed in the airport's destination.

Now that the boys were moving, Ara turned around before following them. It took her a few seconds to gain some speed, but she eventually caught up to the car and followed closely behind it. She huffed and puffed due to the weight of the plane.

George looked behind them with a smile. "She's following." He said to the other man.

Triple G grinned at that before nodding as he shifted gears and made a sharp turn. "Yes!"

In the cockpit of the plane were two scared and confused men; the pilot and the copilot. They looked around in confusion...before Chester appeared in the pilot's lap.

"Hello!" Chester said with a mock salute. He cracked his knuckles before working on the control panel. He pressed buttons and flipped switches as if it was nothing. "Where did you guys get your pilot's license; a cereal box?" He quipped before grabbing the steering, taking the plane off of autopilot.

The plane immediately creaked as it shifted its weight at the new steering commands. This caused Ara to sigh at a bit of relief she had been given. She continued to closely follow the wildly driving boys.

While they were doing this, Hazel had found the root of the flames. It was hard to see much, but there was no doubt that a bomb had been placed in the bathroom and exploded. That must have been what affected the poor right engine that had been completely destroyed. If this fire were to continue its spread, the plane would most likely explode.

That's when Hazel took a deep breath and exhaled. After she exhaled she sharply inhaled through her mouth, breathing in the flames through her mouth...she coughed afterward. After that, she went back to where all the people were seated. She kept a close eye on the people seated near the huge hole. So it did not surprise her when a man, who was trying to video the action, had gotten tossed out of the plane and was now freefalling through the air.

Many people screamed at that. Others were in shock.

Ara saw that from her place in the sky. She gasped sharply at this. Triple G gaped and skidded to a stop. Even Chester was surprised at this.

Hazel, however, acted quickly. She dove straight out of the hole, falling after the man. She kept her arms close and dove headfirst. Toward the streaming, flipping man. Her eyes glowed brightly, her body was coated in bright white energy. The wind furiously whipped through her ruby tresses. With speed faster than the wind, she swooped up, grasping onto the man. When the ground was at a safe distance, she carefully took a moment to place him on the ground. As she expected, a crowed had grown in the area.

Somehow, he kept ahold of his phone. He scrambled to video the rest of the action.

Hazel turned and looked at him with a wide smile. Her eyes flickered a few different colors before she took off into the sky.

The man jumped before calling, "YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!" With a loud shout that followed.

The rubynette's sensitive ears picked that up on the way back up to the plane. Hazel chuckled at that with a shake of her head.

"Whooo! Hazel, yeah!" Ara cheered before continuing her flight, now empowered by her sibling's heroic deed.

The boys also cheered among themselves before continuing to drive toward the airport at full speed. Ara followed closely behind as Chester cheered from the cockpit.

Hazel, on the other hand, was concerned about what she should have done the first time. She focused before shooting a magical blast at the plane's hole. The blast caused the hole to be covered up by a wall of metal similar to the plane's. She smiled at that before landing on top of the plane in a crouching position and a look of seriousness.

"Where are you, dudes?" Deuce's voice called through everyone's speakers. "I am at the airport. Also, we have to be back in time for Ben's announcement, remember?"

Ara answered with a slight strain to her voice. "Yeah, yeah. I know. The big speech. We have plenty of time." She wavered in strength for a moment.

After about ten more minutes, the boys pulled over on the side of the interstate. "There is the airport! It's a straight shot! Ara, land this plane. We'll meet up with you by the time the press shows up. You know how long it takes to maneuver through an airport." He said the last part with distaste.

Ara nodded at that with furrowed eyebrows. "Alright, Chester, Hazel. Grab onto something…" She said, seeing the landing strip.

She saw Deuce down there, waving around two firework sticks and dancing about.

Chester cleared his voice before speaking on the intercom. "Excuse me, everyone. This is your cracker-jack captain speaking. We will now be making a very abrupt and rough landing. Please put your seatbelts on if they aren't on already and hold onto something." He tilted his head as the people began to scramble. "Don't forget to pray. Pray like your life depends on it...because it does." He said with a smile. "Thank you for flying Air Kitty!"

Once they had gotten close enough to the ground, Ara had released her magnetic hold on the plane with a, "Ahh!" as she tumbled onto the hard ground. She screamed again as the plane ran right over her, she curled into a ball, narrowly crushing her with its massive wheels.

Chester roughly steered the plane as the second engine finally gave out. The plane spun out of control, causing him to yank on the wheel. Eventually, the plane lost momentum and skidded to a smoking stop.

Ara sat up as soon as the plane stopped. She stood before rushing over to the plane. The passengers were already hurriedly making their way out of the plane in a panic. "Hazel!? Chester!?" She called over the noise.

Hazel appeared right next to her with Chester in hand. "H-hi." She said with a smile. The young woman wiped at a bit of brown soot on her cheek.

Ara jumped at that. "Right...there you are." She chuckled at that before turning to the that began to press in.

"To Ara, The Hero of Auradon!" Someone said within the crowd.

"You're amazing, Ara!" A random guy said.

A little girl said, "She's so brave! I want to be just like her when I grow up!" She said, bouncing up and down.

Ara smirked at this before saying, "Oh, thank you, everyone. I really don't deserve this...no. Seriously. Keep it coming." She laughed a bit.

At that, Hazel frowned. She was the one who did all of the strenuous jobs. He inhaled fire, she secured the plane, she even jumped out of a plane to save someone! Did she not deserve some type of recognition? However, this was not the first time she was put on the back burner for her sister. She tried not to dwell on it...but…

"Hey, Ara! Let's get a picture with you and your sidekick!" Said a random man with his phone held high.

Hazel blinked at that. Her expression fell and she looked around with a sudden feeling of melancholy. "Sidekick...that's how they see me?" She uttered out in surprise.

Her sister, who was talking to the crowds, walked back up to her sister. "Hey, Hazel. There was this guy on the plane. He's super cool...anyway, turns out he's super rich and has invited us all to a party! We're gonna go right after I handle the paparazzi. Isn't this awesome!" She said with a chuckle.

Hazel looked at her with confusion...and slight annoyance. "What about Ben's announcement? Ha specifically asked for us." She said with a headshake.

Ara blinked at that blankly. "Uhhh...well, whatever. Ben always has announcements about how his kingdom is so great or about what he and his wonderful girlfriend have planned." She said, mockingly waving her hands. "We can afford to skip one." She rolled her eyes.

Hazel sighed at that, seeing that there was nothing she could do. The mention of Mal also hurt her feeling more than it should have. "Alright...fine. Enjoy your party." She said, turning her back to Ara.

Ara blinked at that with a head tilt. "Wait, you're not coming? This party is for you-for us." She gestured to the rest of the group who had finally caught up.

Hazel shook her head as she continued to walk away. "I have a company to run. I'll see you later." She said before blasting off in a beam of gold.

She glanced back at the airport with a somber expression. Hazel took a moment to look at the watch on her wrist. "At least one of us will be there." She said before flying in the direction of the announcement's location.

8888888

Hazel rocketed through the air, looking for any sight of a band of a large crowd. She bit her lip as her eyes zoomed in, trying to see the ground down below. Eventually, she got a swift glance of a happy crowd. This caused her to promptly smile before diving downward, looking much like a falling star.

She landed a bit away from the group to reduce the chance of someone catching fire. A few people looked back in shock before happily waving at her.

Hazel hurried over mumbling, "I'mlateI'mlateI'mlate...I am sooo...late." She said, rushing into the crowd before taking her place by Audrey.

Hazel looked to her side and waved at the princess. "Oh, hey Audrey-ah." She wiped at a bit of soot on her face. "Busy day." She said with a nervous chuckle.

Audrey was distracted by the woman next to her, her grandma Queen Leah, and whipped her head around only to blink as she saw Hazel. "Oh...Hi." She said with a small smile as her grandma patted her on the arm and whispered something in her ear.

Hazel looked around curiously at the crowd before asking, "Do you happen to k-know what this is about?" She asked Audrey after her grandmother was finished.

"No...I just know that everyone was invited." Audrey said with a small frown.

"Unwillingly." Queen Leah muttered with an unhappy look.

Hazel blinked at that before nodding a bit with a shrug. She did have her own things to do, but she would rather come and see. Unlike her sister and her friends that plainly...ditched.

That's when band music had caught the attention of her sensitive ears. She turned her attention to the source of the sound with curiosity. Once she did that, she noticed the VKs also standing and waiting.

Her ears picked up Evie gasp and say, "Here they come!" With excitement as Mal and Ben arrive.

The royal couple are led to where they should stand as they smile and wave to the crowd. That alone makes Hazel frown and roll her eyes. Yes. Even after a couple years, a noticeably long time, she is still pretty salty with Ben.

Once they seem to get situated and Fairy Godmother placed Mal, the fairy tested the microphone. "Bippity-boppity, one two, one two, can everybody hear me?"

That's when the crowd cheers in reply. Hazel shook her head in amusement before shaking her head in amusement.

"Yes!" Fairy Godmother said. Then she turned to Ben. "Ben." Then gestured for him to take over.

That's when Ben nodded at stepped up. He wore his normal peppy smile before saying, "What's up, Auradon?" After the crowd cheered he continued. "Thank you all for coming out to welcome our new arrivals! They'll be here soon!" He said with a bright smile.

Hazel blinked at that then grew a small smile. "Oh...it' about the new arrivals…" Then her face fell. "That...we missed." She said to herself, referring to VK day. She had to fight the urge to facepalm at that. Hazel shook herself out of it before looking back at Ben.

Queen Leah rolled her eyes. "Not like we had a choice." She said to her granddaughter while Audrey's expression was set in a cold one at the sight of Mal.

"It worked out well for the first four." Ben said, still looking at the crowd. "And even better for the second bunch."

Hazel nodded at that. She personally remembered when she first met her sister; one of the greatest days of her life. She smiled at that...before Ben grabbed Mal's hand. The way he was looking into her eyes gave Hazel a ton of red flags.

Ben continued. "Mal, this is the exact spot we first met not so long ago. I feel like I've known you my whole life. But did I mention that I'm in love with you?" He said, causing the crowd to aww.

However, Hazel only frowned deeper as she began to feel more and more unsettled. She began to practice her breathing exercises to keep her powers at bay.

Ben only continued further. "I met this girl who rocked my world like it's never been rocked and now I'm living just for her and I won't ever stop I never thought that it could happen to a guy like me, but now look at what you done you got me down on one knee." He sang as he dropped down on one knee. When he did this, the crowd awwed even more.

Hazel thought this couldn't possibly get any worse. That was when Ben pulled out the ring box.

Hazel felt the air leave her body. "...Oh no." She shook her head in disbelief.

Ben continued by saying, "Mal, it's you and me, and it's you and me forever. Will you marry me? Will you be my queen?" He asked as Mal and the crowd gasped.

Hazel had no idea what to do, what to think. All she could say was, "I should have ditched." With a halved eyed expression.

As soon as Mal had gotten ahold of herself, she nodded while a loud cry of "NO!" followed the action. "Yes!" She said with a wide smile, abruptly sending the crowd into cheering.

Hazel's attention was grabbed by the loud display of disapproval. As the crowd cheered, she looked around. Before long, she noticed Audrey's absence. Oh no. She could only imagine how Audrey was coping.

Hazel began to frantically look for the woman. "Audrey!? Au-Audrey!?" She called before her sharp eyes picked up the slightest bit of pink running away from the crowd.

Hazel nodded at that before pushing through everyone. She took a moment and looked back one more time. She looked just in time to see Ben slip the ring on her finger. That's when her heart finally broke. She screwed her eyes shut, shook her head, and focused on chasing after Audrey as Mal and Ben kissed and embraced.

Hazel ran as fast as she could as she tried to catch up to where Audrey was. The sounds of the crowd began to get farther and farther away. She wanted the sounds of the crowd to go away. She wanted to forget what she had just heard...but how could she? How could she when she was in so much pain.

Despite her stutter and her timid nature, Hazel is a strong girl. She has a lot of endurance and she prides herself on her patience. However, even she has a breaking point and this felt like the limit. She had to be string, though. Audrey needs someone to help her through this. Just because Hazel is just as broken doesn't mean she couldn't fake it. She'll weep when she is alone.

Hazel had finally made it to the destination. It seemed to be a small cottage in the middle of some really nice forest scenery. Hazel nearly slapped herself.

This was no time to admire plant life! She had to help Audrey!

The closer she got to the cottage, the more she heard loud sounds such as crashing, thuds, thumping, and many others.

Hazel frowned at that before timidly knocking on the door. The knock was shy, but she made sure she could be heard. "A-Audrey? Are you okay?" She called before looking at the door.

To her surprise, the door was left ajar. So, her knock caused the door to open.

Hazel blinked at that before bashfully letting herself in. She closed the door behind her before calling to Audrey once more. "Audrey...It's me, Hazel! I hope you d-don't mind me stopping by. I was just coming by to ch-check on you…" She said, before walking deeper into the smaller home.

Furniture was pushed around with a chair even on it's side while a nearby mirror looked as though somebody had punched it. The path of destruction led to more and more objects turned over or smashed before it finally led to Audrey's room where the young woman herself was feverishly writing down in a journal with tears streaming down her face as she ignored both Hazel and her obviously injured and bleeding hand.

Hazel looked at the sight with a deep frown and a heavy feel of empathy. She sighed before slowly making her way over to her. Her eyes fell on her wounded hand before holding out her own. "...May I?" She said, referring to her hand.

"It's fine." Audrey said with a crack of her voice as she continued to write.

Hazel tilted her head at that. "I can make it better..?" She looked Audrey over. "Let me help you." The ruby haired girl offered her hand once more.

"What's the point?!" Audrey snapped before pausing as she shook her head and closed her eyes. "Grammy was right...who am I if I can't even hold onto a prince? Mother could do it...and she was asleep!" She said angrily as her eyes flew open, quickly throwing a book and watching it hit the wall before her expression switched back to its former broken state. "I'm...I'm just a disgrace to my family's name."

Hazel looked at Audrey. Her eyes changed into a sad silver color before she took the woman's hand despite what she said. "I understand you. I understand too well." Her eyes briefly changed to a glowing baby blue as her other hand lit up with white flames. "I understand your pain." She said before bringing her flaming hand on top of Audrey's injured one. Instead of burning it, the flames began to repair the damaged skin.

"I had only one thing to do...and I couldn't even do that. Grammy made it clear that...I'm a failure. I failed at my only task...so there's nothing left for me…" Audrey looked up and grew angry at the sight of her reflection in the mirror before she moved her fist to smash that one as well.

Hazel looked at that in exasperation. As soon as she was done with the first hand, she repeated the process with the other one. "It wasn't your fault. You tried your hardest. You invested your whole life into that. You were willing to let the kingdom be your fate." She released the now healed hand. "Ben is the one that flaked out on you." She shook her head as her eyes changed to an angry obsidian.

Audrey glared at the desk as she shut her eyes. "Ben was mine until that stupid VK walked in a spelled him, all so she could let her mother out to destroy Auradon. I could have been the perfect queen if that...that...bitch didn't steal him away for a stupid plot." She said while pounding the desk in anger.

Hazel tapped her chin at that. "I say...you could have had a chance. B-Ben liked Mal as soon as she stepped out of the limo. However, I-if that spell n-never happened, you could have had...eh...a fifty percent chance." She tilted her head.

Audrey took quick breaths as she looked at her journal with it's rushed writing and small drops of blood. "Yeah, well thanks to her, I'm not even accepted by my own grammy, my parents will probably also disown me or just forget I exist because they are too busy to care. She ruined my life and then has the audacity to run around like a saint?!" She glared at the journal as her shaking finger stopped tracing each letter.

Hazel looked down at that. She felt bothered by what Audrey was saying, not because of Audrey herself. It was because of her emotions. Hazel had her own rage based opinions to express, but she bit her tongue on behalf of the troubled woman.

Hazel looked back up before saying, "Ah...I'll be back in just a moment. Is that okay with you?" She asked, wanting to give herself a quick timeout.

Audrey nodded silently as she continued glaring at her journal with a deep frown.

Hazel offered a small smile before walking out of the woman's room. She closed the door behind her before resting her head on it. Her body slumped against the door. Exhausted. She was completely exhausted. The plane rescue, that thing with her sister, and now this!? She felt like she wanted to crawl under a bed somewhere and never come out.

She pushed her thoughts and emotions aside with a deep breath before running her heavy eyes. Hazel held back the tears that threatened to fall with a shake of her head. "Come on, Hazel. You saw this coming. You can get through this. You've been through worse." She hit her trembling lip.

That's when her ears caught the sharp sound of breaking glass.

This caused Hazel to forget about herself and rush back into the room. She ran in to find that Audrey had vanished. The only clues that were left behind were a discarded fireplace poker and a severed window.

Hazel blinked as she mouth gaped a bit at that. She looked around the room. "If I'm going to find her again, I need to look for clues." She thought as she wondered around the room.

As she walked about, the heel of her boot had knocked against something. She looked down to find...Audrey's journal? It was still wide open like Audrey left it in a rush.

Hazel knew it would be rather nosy to pick up someone's journal and start reading away. But Audrey was so angry when she was writing. That fueled Hazel's curiosity.

She picked up the book before looking over everything. The more she read, the more her eyes widened. "The museum..? Oh...Audrey, no…" She said more like a complaint as she pinched the bridge of her nose.

Hazel preferred to use the door. She ran outside of the cottage with urgency. "The museum. Where's the museum?" She asked herself before blinking as she remembered the location.

Hazel sighed as she readied to take off. "By the time I get there, hopefully she wouldn't have done anything crazy." She said before blasting off.

8888888

Audrey walked into the museum as she hid her once again injured hand. She walked up to where the museum security guard was and placed on her best smile. "Um, excuse me?" She asked with an innocent tone as the man looked up. Feigning a scared expression, she shook her head and pointed out the door. "I think somebody is following me and...I think they may want to hurt me. I can't fight them off myself but...maybe you can? Or...just scare them off for me?" She asked with a troubled expression.

The security guard blinked before he hopped up. "Just hide behind the desk, okay? That way they don't spot you." The young man said, prompting Audrey to smile and nod.

Audrey went and ducked behind the desk but peeked over as she saw him exit the museum. Once he was down the steps, she smirked and stood up before walking over to the computer. Looking at the panel that controlled the museum security, she hit a button and glanced as the front door suddenly locked. Hitting another button, she watched the camera feed as the she saw the notice that the security in specific areas, such as the areas with all the villain stuff and the wand, were down.

The woman smirked as she found a baton that belonged to the security guard and stood up. She couldn't help the chuckle when she saw the security guard running back up and pounding on the door before she took off towards the area she desired.

88888888

Hazel eventually found the museum. It has been a very long time since she's been. It's been even longer since her friends have talked about it. It was as if the museum was forbidden from their speech these days.

Hazel shook herself out of it before heading to the door where she, curiously saw the security guard. It seemed like he was having trouble. "Hello, sir. Is...there a problem?" She tilted her head.

The guard turned around and looked at her in suspicion. "First off...are you the one stalking that princess that's stuck in the museum?" He asked with narrowed eyes before blinking as he couldn't find his baton.

Hazel blinked in confusion as her eyes turned an orange color. "S-stalker? No, but I am looking for someone…" She said with unsurity. "I'm not a bad person. I swear."

The guard shook his head. "I'm sorry...There was a younger woman in pink that ran in and asked me to help her with her stalker...then I must have locked myself out or something." He said with a sigh.

Hazel nodded slowly at that. "Alright...well, thank you for your time." She said, bowing her head a bit.

The guard smiled and nodded before he pulled out his phone and went to go make a call.

While he did that, Hazel looked toward the walls of the museum. She walked a bit until she found just what she was looking for; an air vent.

Hazel nodded before she frowned...and cringed. "Ugh...I hate this part." She said in disgust.

In a flash of white light, she used her shapeshifting ability to change her form. Now she bravely scaled up to the vent as a shiny ruby...tree roach.

Once inside the vent, she said, "I hate this form…" Using telepathy.

Hazel made small clicking noises as she swiftly scurried through the vents. With the right timing, she was able to hop through fans and continue her journey.

About halfway through, she felt a pulse of magic consume the area...and it was not her own.

Hazel clicked at this. "Wow...that feels intense. That scepter must have a kick...like lemons." She said as she flicked her antennae.

After a few more seconds, she has found another vent opening that was right above where the scripture was located. Hazel crawled out and onto the ceiling. After that, She flew downward before changing back in a flash of light.

"Audrey! What. Are. You. Do-ing!?" She called out to the princess before freezing at the scene.

Audrey glanced at her and smirked as the dark magic swirled around her while she laid her hand, that was bleeding again, on Maleficent's Scepter. "I'm changing things!" She said back as the lights flickered. "If Mal can become queen through a spell then so can I!" She called out before the magic began whipping out violently.

Hazel blinked a few times before slowly stepping forward. "Have you considered a-a-a less...rash option?!" She tells over the sounds of the magic pulses.

"There are no other options Hazel! My family won't take me back, Auradon is going to listen to a villain and I...I am righting the wrongs!" Audrey said as her eyes shifted to pink while the magic slowly changed her. "We can't fix this through words, Mal and Ben have to pay for this!"

Hazel shook her head slowly. "No...Audrey listen to what you are saying! This is Maleficent's scepter! That thing is dangerous! You're talking about...hurting them!" She frowned at the thought.

"They hurt me, they ruined me and nobody ever acknowledged that! They don't deserve to get off with a slap of the wrist, Hazel! They have to pay for what they have done to me." Audrey said with a scowl before the magic suddenly engulfed her and the light above her sparked and went dark as the lightbulb exploded.

Hazel squeaked at that with a jump before covering her eyes. After a few seconds, she looked through her fingers with a glowing blue eye. "...Audrey?" She called into the echoing museum, her magic on edge as she lowered her hands.

The magic only cleared as the scepter's base met the floor. Audrey chuckled and stepped out as her now blue and pink hair glowed with the shear amount of magic pulsing through her. "Hello, Hazel." She said with a hint of darkness in her tone as all innocence faded from her and her new darker appearance.

Hazel gasped at her new appearance. She looked, what appeared to be, Audrey over. "What...happened to you?" She said in a mixture of emotions as a slight pink made its way to her cheeks.

Audrey walked up to her with a smirk. "I've changed...now I have the power to...destroy them...and they can't stop me. With Maleficent's staff, I'm the most powerful person in Auradon!" She said with a giggle that sounded incredibly evil as the staff glowed with her words.

Hazel believed her. She could feel the magic from the scepter like the heat of a bonfire. Especially within this close of a range. "Are you sure this is the path you want to take? You could get hurt down the line." She said, not able to take her eyes off of the woman.

Audrey smirked and tilted her head. "A little bit of pain...is worth it for change." She said as her eyes darkened ominously while she leaned forward.

Hazel swallowed at the decrease in proximity. Her eyes looked around swiftly before meeting Audrey's pink ones. "I-I-I-I suppose...but m-maybe there is a less v-violent option?" She placed a hand on her chest to try and call her nerves.

Audrey shook her head. "No...because they won't respond to words. They haven't in the past...and they won't now." She looked Hazel over before she smiled. "Why don't you join me? It was both of them that ruined you, no? Or was it just Benny Boy?" She asked, giggling at the nickname she gave the king.

Hazel snapped out of her trance at that. She frowned before saying, "Ben...I always didn't like Ben. Mal…" She thought as her silver eyes became glossy. "We were...she...We were still-she never told me…" That was all she got out before her lip quivered and she screwed her eyes shut.

Audrey moved before laying a hand on her shoulder. "They've both wronged you...and were never punished for it. They merely moved on...and left you all by yourself. Join me, Hazel, and help me. I won't let them get away with everything that they have done." She said with a small smile as a hint of care creeped into her eyes while her tone softened just a tad.

It took a moment, but when Hazel opened her eyes, they were wet and a deep obsidian. "Okay." She said, balling her fist as she glared ahead.

"Then let's get out of here. Time to show Auradon the real Queen." Audrey said as she plucked the queen's crown and placed it on her head.

And that is the beginning of the chaos! Again, I have to give special thanks to ReginaMera for playing the villains as well as a couple others. I am so excited for you guys!

As you can see, Hazel and Audrey are the stars of this story. I am totally diverting from Canon because...well...I want more action out of the story. Action it will have!

See you guys in the next one!
